#1  In Denver, robberies are up 75percent and drug-related crimes are up 26.8 percent in the year to date compared to the same period in 2022

It's all the victimhood culture. They are not victims they are the perps, the predators. No matter what excuse you make, there are other citizen raise in the same economic and social conditions these perps were and they did not make the self destructive choices the perps made. They are not to be pitied. They exist solely for themselves.

#2  Fuck Denver. I won't go into that shitty hellhole anymore and spend my money so why should a business?
Posted by: DarthVader || 02/14/2022 8:04 Comments || Top||

#3  So, they will bribe the business to come and then take a hands-off approach to the drug activity, street defecation and shoplifting. That's bound to work out well.

#4  Three months of free rent and then they start losing money? What about security? What about insurance? Who's gonna pay for that? I'd take a pass on this offer.

#5  Ah, come on, don't you smell the potential 'grift' in this?

Government Corruption
'Da Nang Dick' Blumenthal Bought Robinhood Shares as He Called for Congressal Investigation of Trading
[Free Beacon] Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D., Conn.) and his wife bought and sold shares of the stock trading app Robinhood while he called for Congress to investigate a controversial trading practice largely carried out on the platform.

Blumenthal disclosed that he and his wife sold between $1,265,000 and $2,550,000 worth of shares of Robinhood in the last quarter of 2021. At the time, Blumenthal joined a chorus of lawmakers in calling for investigations into Robinhood's role in supporting a speculation frenzy involving shares of GameStop. Blumenthal did not probe the matter even though he was well positioned to do so as the chairman of the Senate Commerce Subcommittee on Consumer Protection.

Blumenthal's disclosures come amid debate on Capitol Hill over whether lawmakers and their spouses should be banned from trading stocks. Lawmakers from both parties have proposed bills to limit or outright ban stock trades. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D., Calif.), one of the most prolific stock traders in Congress, endorsed a proposal on Wednesday to ban members from trading stocks. Blumenthal has yet to sponsor any of the bills proposed in the Senate.

Robinhood drew the attention of congressional investigators for its role in last year's "meme stock" craze. Speculators used the platform to inflate the share price of GameStop. It drew further criticism for blocking users from closing out their positions in GameStop shares.

'If we flip Texas, we flip the country': AOC says it's inevitable the Lone Star State will turn blue as she campaigns for two Democrat candidates in the 2022 midterms
[Daily Mail, where America gets its news] Not quite, Ms Fancy Economics Degree. It’s all about the net flips in both direction — you can’t assume the Democrats will be able to cheat enough to hold all their current districts as well as adding more.
  • Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez was in Texas on Saturday to rally for two Democratic candidates in their House races

  • She said if Democrats can flip the Lone Star State blue, then the rest of the country will follow

  • AOC campaigned for Democratic Congressional candidates Jessica Cisneros and Greg Casar on Saturday, who are running in blue districts already

  • Their victories would not change the makeup of their state but would help Democrats keep their razor thin majority in the U.S. House

#2  AOC is not exactly a woman of the people. She's developed a taste for the attention, money and glitzy life in DC. Maybe she should wear one of those $30,000 dresses she is fond of. Be sure to tell the Texans that conservatives secretly lust for her. Be sure to tell the Texans about your goofy Green New Deal which would further put the country in debt forever.

#3  Yup, Californians are fleeing the nest they fouled and setting up shop in Texas. Naturally, they will not change their voting patterns. They will destroy Texas and then move on. They don't care.

#5  Tyranny, in the Classic Greek meaning was the rule of a rabble-rousing 'Tyrant'. Were they 'noble selfless actors'? *Snicker* AOC is a card-carrying member of that odious group of corruptocrats™: she loves the proles as long as they pay for her Prada and Gucci fashions.

#6  Sheter the Lesser9291, I'm sure that's what AOC thinks but that's not how I see it.

Lots of liberals think all is well in California. Conservatives think the place has become a hell-hole and will only get worse. I think Conservatives make up the bulk of those moving to Texas.
