[Gateway] Colorado Attorney Kevin Evans says the Biden Department of Justice is hiding hundreds of documents on gifts Joe and Hunter Biden received from China.
Evans sued the DOJ in March after he said the agency failed to comply with his Freedom of Information Act request for records about the overseas business relationships of Joe Biden’s son and brother James Biden.
The Gateway Pundit reported on the giant diamond gifted to Hunter Biden from Ye Jianming, then the chairman of CEFC China Energy Company. The Gateway Pundit reported in October 2020 that this diamond was estimated to be worth $80,000. Hunter claimed it was worth $10,000.
The diamond in police custody was listed as 3.1 carats.
The evidence against Hunter and Joe Biden that is already public is voluminous. It’s not clear what they are still hiding.
Much of the evidence against the Biden Crime Family was discovered in Hunter Biden’s laptop that the FBI hid from investigators and now claims is lost somewhere after they retrieved it in 2019.

Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody is suing the Biden administration for failing to provide evidence that taxpayer dollars are not being used to purchase crack pipes for drug addicts.
In a lawsuit filed on Wednesday, Moody asked a federal court to compel the Justice Department and Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to comply with outstanding Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests for documentation related to possible federal grant funds used to promote drug use through Safe Smoking Kits. Some of those kits reportedly included crack pipes and other drug-related paraphernalia, even though the Biden administration has said crack pipes are not being distributed this way. "We give em out at family reunions"
The FOIA requests were made more than a year ago. According to federal statue, the agencies were required to respond within 20 working days of receipt, and that deadline was March 10, 2022.
Moody claims that the agencies have so far refused to provide any requested documentation, prompting her to take legal action.
"If Biden is using your tax dollars to buy crack pipes for drug addicts, you have the right to know," Moody said in a statement to Fox News Digital.
"Our country is in the grips of a drug overdose crisis, and the Biden administration is stonewalling our requests and keeping the public in the dark about so many misguided, reckless policies. We are taking them to court to get answers for the American people," she said.
In February 2022, President Biden announced a $30 million federal grant program that would reimburse local governments and entities that provide safe "smoking kits," in the name of advancing racial equity and safer drug use for addicts.
Would it not be better to provide equity by targetting rehabilitation programs in those communities most ravaged by addiction?
The grant document references Biden's executive order 13985 titled "Advancing Racial Equity and Support for Underserved Communities Through the Federal Government."
Last year, the Washington Free Beacon reported that those kits would provide users with the ability to smoke "any illicit substance," including crack cocaine and crystal methamphetamine. The story also noted existing smoking kit programs in cities such as San Francisco, Annapolis, Maryland, and Seattle all include smoking pipes.
The White House and HHS repeatedly denied that crack pipes would be distributed on the taxpayer dime, but the Beacon subsequently reported that harm-reduction organizations in five East Coast cities – New York City, Washington, D.C., Boston, Baltimore and Richmond, Virginia – all included crack pipes in their so-called safe smoking kits.
In the legal filing, Moody said Florida has exhausted all of its administrative remedies to obtain the requested information.
The complaint states that the Biden administration's actions harm Florida by continuously denying the state access to documents to which it has a legal right.
"This harm is irreparable because no monetary damages can compensate Florida for this loss. Florida will continue to be irreparably harmed unless and until Defendants are compelled to conform their conduct to the requirements of the law."
The DOJ and HHS did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital's request for comment.
[Breitbart] Lawyers for Army Sergeant Daniel Perry accused Travis County District Attorney José Garza of tampering and retaliation against a detective witness. They say the district attorney prevented the detective from presenting evidence to the grand jury supporting Perry’s self-defense claim in the alleged murder of a protester in Austin. The accusation resurfaced on Thursday in a letter from the defense attorneys to the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles. Texas Governor Greg Abbott recently asked the board to consider a recommendation for a pardon.
Defense attorneys F. Clinton Broden and Doug O’Connell sent a letter to the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles to present evidence in support of the governor’s requested pardon recommendation. Governor Abbott made the request on April 8 following the conviction by a Travis County jury of murder in the Daniel Perry self-defense trial, Breitbart Texas reported. The letter from the defense team (attached below) reveals exculpatory evidence that was not allowed to be presented to the jury by the trial judge.
The letter resurfaces a previously made accusation that Travis County DA Garza tampered with evidence prepared by the lead investigator during the time leading up to the grand jury hearing. A motion requesting an evidentiary hearing regarding the initial allegation was denied by the trial judge. The judge denied the evidentiary hearing request but did not rule on the merits of the allegations, Fox 7 reported.

[Breitbart] Hunter Biden and his family’s business associates sought to invest in Irish businesses while President Joe Biden was vice president in 2011.
On March 8, 2011, Eric Schwerin, the family’s top financial lieutenant, Hunter, and Devon Archer, another top associate, conversed over email about the potential of investing in Ireland, according to emails revealed by Fox News.
After listing several projects in the pipeline, Archer suggested the group follow up on business ideas located in Ireland. “Ideas we could follow-up on,” Archer wrote. “Ireland- ask for intro through Rooney.”
Dan Rooney was the U.S. ambassador to Ireland. He was appointed by Obama to the post in 2009.
Schwerin replied that he could set a meeting with Rooney in Washington, DC, during the St. Patrick’s Day celebration. “Ireland – I assume there may be some opportunities to informally connect to Rooney, et. al. at the St. Patrick’s Day stuff next week and then formally follow up afterwards?”
Archer also joked the pitch could be made with a mashup video of comments by Tom Cruise and Charlie Sheen. “We should use this in our pitch,” he said.
According to a 2020 Senate report, Hunter scheduled a trip to Dublin, Ireland two years later on March 20, 2013, to March 22, 2013. During the trip, he was enrolled as a protectee and received armed protection from the Secret Service, the report states.
It is unclear if any business deals were ever consummated with an Irish entity.
The recent email revelations come as Republican lawmakers have raised concerns about Hunter’s return this week with Joe Biden to Ireland.
“I’m sure he’ll make another corrupt deal using his daddy’s name and make sure he kicks back 10% for ‘the big guy,’” Rep. Eli Crane (R-AZ) told Breitbart News on Thursday. “The fact that Hunter is still walking the streets as a free man, instead of being locked behind bars, is the most illuminating example of the two-tiered justice system we have here in the U.S.”
GOP House Conference Chair Elise Stefanik (R-NY) told Breitbart News that Hunter’s foreign business deals have compromised the president and are very concerning.
“Bringing his son Hunter on an official trip to Ireland and giving him access to Air Force One should concern every American,” she said. “House Republicans are shining a light on this corruption, and I am committed to ensuring that the entire Biden Crime Family is held accountable for compromising our national security.”
Biden departed the United States to Ireland on Tuesday with his sister, Valerie Biden Owens, and son, Hunter Biden. The family landed at Belfast Airport on Tuesday evening and met with British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak on Wednesday.
Speaking with reporters before the flight, Joe Biden said the trip to Ireland was scheduled for “making sure the Irish accords and the Windsor Agreement stay in place – keep the peace.” The trip coincides with the 1998 signing of the Good Friday Agreement that ended the conflict in Northern Ireland that lasted for about 30 years.

[FoxNews] Hunter Biden’s attorney had a 2016 meeting with then-Vice President Joe Biden at the White House the same day the attorney met with Hunter to discuss a subpoena related to the federal investigation into Hunter’s business partner, Devon Archer, records show.
On March 23, 2016, Hunter sent an email to Eric Schwerin, then-president of Hunter’s now-defunct investment firm Rosemont Seneca Partners and attorney Christopher Boies, saying he had received a subpoena from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) seeking information related to an investigation into Archer, the firm’s then-CEO.
"I received a SEC subpoena for any information I have related to the situation Devin [sic] is dealing with," Hunter wrote. "I don't have any relevant information that I know that of, but I wanted to coordinate with the same team representing Devon if that is appropriate. Let me know how to proceed. Thanks, Hunter."
Less than two weeks later, on April 4, Hunter was scheduled to meet with attorneys "George Mesires and Michael MacPhail in office to discuss subpoena," according to an email to Hunter from Joan Mayer, a top staffer at Rosemont Seneca. Days earlier Mesires referred to MacPhail as a "Big SEC investigations guy" in an email to Schwerin. Schwerin then forwarded the email to Hunter.
It is unclear what the trio discussed in the Rosemont Seneca office regarding the subpoena, but the White House visitor logs show that Mesires met with Biden at the White House that same day.
While Hunter was also scheduled to attend a Greek Independence Day reception later that day at the White House with his father, according to Mayer’s email, the visitor logs do not show Mesires attending the Greek event.
Hunter was listed as attending the Greek event at 3:15 p.m. and meeting with his father in the West Wing at 4:15 p.m.
Mesires was listed as meeting with Biden 15 minutes later at 4:30 p.m.
A little over a month after the trio met in April 2016, Hunter, Schwerin, Mesires, and others were exchanging emails when reports started to drop about Archer being accused of "selling fake bonds" and facing "securities-fraud charges related to alleged tribal bond scheme."
It was relayed from a crisis communications firm to Hunter Biden and Schwerin that a Reuters article didn't mention Archer or Hunter.
In response to a Wall Street Journal report on the same day, Hunter said, "Thoughts? I don't think this is good when 1/3 of the story is about our relationship- 5 of 16 paragraphs. Anyway we can push back harder."
