Terrifying moment 'demon possessed' homeless man unzips pants and thrusts himself against his victim but woke 'LA DA says it's not attempted rape because attacker didn't say that's what he was going to do'
[Daily Mail, where America gets its news] A lone woman who was almost sexually assaulted in broad daylight by a homeless man who unzipped his pants before grabbing her from behind and thrusting up against her, expressed her shock this week that he won’t face felony charges.

Rebekah Pedersen told ABC Los Angeles in an interview that she was told Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascon's office was not willing to charge the suspect with felony attempted rape because the attacker 'didn't say that's what he was going to do.'

The horrific incident occurred on October 20 outside of a Village Market restaurant in downtown Long Beach. Surveillance video shows the suspect sitting on the ground as Pedersen walks by.

After she passes him, he hurries up behind her and grabs her, throwing her to the ground. A man sitting nearby springs into action and pepper sprays the would-be attacker, who then runs away.

A witness described the attacker as 'salivating' and appearing to be 'demon possessed' prior to the attempted assault.

The man who pepper sprayed the suspect, Dan McIntyre, gave a horrifying description of the attacker to CBS Los Angeles saying that the man was 'salivating' prior to grabbing Pedersen.

Pedersen told ABC Los Angeles that she plans to get a gun license and a taser.

#1  He's not possessed, he's just a Joe Biden Democrat.

#2  By this 'logic' I could rob people with a gun and get away with it, just as long as I don't say anything about the gun. Got it.

#3  See, what these Soros DA's don't understand is that eventually, nobody will call the police. The castrated corpse will simply be found in an alley. They seem to be pushing hard for a return to street justice.

Jamaal Bowman criminally charged in Capitol Hill fire alarm incident
[Fox] Rep. Jamaal Bowman, D-N.Y., has been charged for allegedly pulling a fire alarm in a House of Representatives building ahead of a critical vote last month to avert a government shutdown.

Bowman was charged with falsely pulling a fire alarm Wednesday afternoon, and his arraignment is scheduled for Thursday morning.

An arrest warrant filed by U.S. Capitol Police Supervisory Special Agent Joseph McAtee says police were notified on Sept. 30 at 12:05 p.m. that a fire alarm had been pulled inside the Cannon House Office Building on the second floor.

When Bowman was interviewed by Capitol Police agents, he told them he responded "yes" when asked if he knew anything about the fire alarm. The Democratic representative said he was in a rush because votes were being called, adding that the door is usually open.

Bowman, according to the arrest warrant, told the agents he saw the nearby doors with a sign that said, "emergency exit only push to open," so "he pushed on the door and pulled the lever next to it, which must have been the alarm."

"[Bowman] advised that usually when votes are called, all doors are open, and that door is usually open (the second-floor door leading to Independence Ave). The defendant further stated that this door was a usual door he uses. The defendant advised that he then went to a Dem (Democratic) meeting and a vote at the Capitol, then the House Sergeant at Arms contacted him," the warrant states.

Bowman told the agent he didn’t intend to pull a fire alarm and didn’t intend to disrupt or obstruct a congressional proceeding, then stated that he needed to get a lawyer and wouldn't make any further statements.

The agent wrote in the arrest warrant there was a sign next to the door that said "Emergency Exit Only," adding that the fire alarm had lettering that said, "FIRE. Push in Pull Down." Security camera footage reviewed by Capitol Police allegedly revealed that Bowman attempted to open both doors before pulling the fire alarm, then walked away.

Bowman told Fox News after being charged he's "happy for the quick resolution," adding that he has a plea agreement with prosecutors.

According to Bowman, the plea agreement requires him to pay a $1,000 fine and "stay out of trouble for three months."

"It was a lapse of judgment if you will. … Wasn't a conscious decision to do something wrong," he said.

At the time of the incident, Bowman's chief of staff wrote on X that "Congressman Bowman did not realize he would trigger a building alarm as he was rushing to make an urgent vote. The Congressman regrets any confusion."

#2  Pulling the fire alarm to stop an unwanted activity is a standard left wing tactic. They do it all the time on campus to silence political dissidents.

#3  Got an hour?
Obstruction of Congressional proceedings. Basically he could get 5 years using a collection of US Code violations.

Any bets he just gets a slapped on the wrist and charged with DC § 22–1319 (a). False alarms and false reports; hoax weapons. allowing up to 6 months or just a $2,500 fine as per § 22–3571.01. Fines for criminal offenses.

Government Corruption
FBI received 'criminal information' from over 40 confidential sources on Joe Biden, Hunter, James: Grassley
[FOX] The FBI maintained more than 40 confidential human sources on various criminal matters related to the Biden family, including Joe Biden, dating back to his time as vice president, according to information obtained by Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa.

The confidential human sources "provided criminal information to the FBI relating to Joe Biden, James Biden, and Hunter Biden." Those confidential human sources were managed by multiple FBI field offices across the nation, including the FBI’s Seattle Field Office.

But Grassley learned that an FBI task force within the Washington Field Office sought to, and in some cases, successfully, shut down reporting and information from those sources by falsely discrediting the information as foreign disinformation. That effort "caused investigative activity to cease."

Mostly blackmail.
How can you possibly control the FBI when they've got this much info on you?

#7  Grassley doesn’t indict. To my understanding, he is not a lawyer. He is willing to give us the info on Hunter and let us decide. Every release Grassley makes is another broadside into the beam of this administration’s narrative that Joe was not involved and Hunter was just collecting nude photos. We need to get Biden out of the captain’s cabin and over the side as quickly as we can. The media is no longer blocking the stories. Joe is throwing a hissy at every press conference when he takes questions. What Grassley is doing is effective. He shoots shot not harpoon missiles.

#2  "Please don't throw me into the briar patch!"

Obscure reference for some of our younger readers, Grom.

That fable has been scrubbed from current knowledge due to something something about toxic cultural inappropriateness.

#3  The delaying is mostly driven by: (1) hope for payoffs (2) hope that people will die by themselves and solve the problem and (3) knowing that US military security has been 'redirected' to the point that there's gonna be bases overrun.

#4  The invasion will also trigger anything that open border policy has allowed domestically. Talib will then blame Israel for whatever is unleashed here at home. I think she will go too far in that regard.
