Boston Mayor Michelle Wu Plans ‘No Whites' Christmas Party
[Breitbart] Boston Mayor Michelle Wu, a Democrat, has come under fire for planning a "no whites" Christmas Party that specifically sought to exclude white members of the city government.

Wu’s aide issued an apology this week after she mistakenly sent an invite for the mayor’s "no whites" Christmas Party to all members of the Boston City Council when only the "Electeds of Color" were meant to receive the invite.

Oops.

Roughly 15 minutes after the invite went out, the aide, Denise DosSantos, who serves as the mayor’s
former
director of City Council relations, issued an apology.

"I wanted to apologize for my previous email regarding a Holiday Party for tomorrow," DosSantos wrote.

"I did send that to everyone by accident, and I apologize if my email may have offended or came across as so," the aide added. "Sorry for any confusion this may have caused."

As noted by the New York Post, Boston’s City Council is "comprised of six minority and seven white members."

Government Corruption
House Votes to Formally Authorize Biden Impeachment Inquiry
[PJM] On Wednesday evening, the House of Representatives voted to formally authorize an impeachment inquiry against Joe Biden over allegations of corruption, including influence-peddling and bribery. The move enhances the investigative powers of the House, and makes subpoenas more enforceable.

The House Rules Committee previously approved the resolution on Tuesday. The final vote was 221-212 on party lines, with one Democrat not voting.

“Evidence uncovered reveals Joe Biden knew about, participated in, and benefited from his family cashing in on the Biden name. Joe Biden is ‘the brand’ that allowed the Bidens to rake in millions from China, Russia, Ukraine, Romania, and Kazakhstan,” House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) said in a statement lauding the passage of the resolution authorizing the impeachment inquiry. "Joe Biden has tarnished his positions of public trust by allowing his family to put his power, protection, and influence up for sale. Joe Biden spoke, dined, met, and had coffee with his family’s foreign associates as they were funneling millions to the Bidens. This public corruption cannot be tolerated."

Comer continued, “Instead of providing the American people with answers, President Biden continues to lie about his knowledge and involvement in his family’s business schemes. The White House has even built a war room comprised of two dozen staff to combat our efforts to deliver transparency and accountability to the American people."

"With today’s House vote authorizing the impeachment inquiry, we are now in better legal standing to fight the White House’s obstruction. Our impeachment inquiry will continue to follow the facts and hold President Biden accountable for his lies, corruption, and obstruction,” Comer concluded.

Democrats had been trying hard to prevent the inquiry, clearly out of concern for what would come of the expanded investigative powers a formal inquiry provides. The House Oversight Committee has already uncovered more than $15 million in payments to the Biden family from Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, Romania, and China, as well as evidence that Joe Biden spoke with and met with Hunter’s business associates despite repeatedly claiming for years that he did no such thing. A longtime FBI informant also had information about a bribe Joe Biden accepted as vice president.

According to House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.), the White House has been blocking access to "thousands of pages of documents and emails from the National Archives, where then-Vice President Joe Biden was communicating under pseudonyms clearly designed to avoid public scrutiny."

A formal impeachment inquiry will make it much easier for House Republicans to uncover even more damning evidence against Biden and potentially impeach him.

Johnson has long maintained that, contrary to the partisan impeachments of Trump by the Democrats, Republicans have taken the appropriate steps to handle the Biden investigation and impeachment more appropriately.

“To fulfill our constitutional responsibility, we have to take the next step. We’re not making a political decision; it’s not. It’s a legal decision,” Johnson said on Tuesday. “We can’t prejudge the outcome. The Constitution does not permit us to do so. We have to follow the truth where it takes us.”

BREAKING: Judge Halts January 6 Case Against Trump
[PJM] FOAD, B*&^h
Judge Tanya Chutkan, the judge overseeing the case involving former President Trump and the bogus allegations against him regarding the 2020 election, surprisingly acknowledged her lack of jurisdiction in the case and put it on hold as the court awaits a decision by the Supreme Court to take up the case, according to a report from Fox News.

"Special Counsel Jack Smith on Monday asked the Supreme Court to rule on whether former President Trump can be prosecuted on charges relating to his efforts to overturn the 2020 election results," the report explains. "A federal judge ruled the case could go forward, but Trump said he would ask the federal appeals court in Washington to reverse that outcome. Smith is attempting to bypass the appeals court—the usual next step in the process—and have the Supreme Court take up the matter directly."

On Monday evening, the Supreme Court requested that Trump's legal team provide a response to the special counsel's motion by the following Wednesday, Dec. 20.

The move is a win for Trump, whose attorneys submitted a motion on Tuesday, urging Chutkan to temporarily halt the proceedings in the January 6 case while Trump's appeal is under consideration.

In her Wednesday filing, Chutkan said she "agrees with both parties that Defendant’s appeal automatically stays any further proceedings that would move this case towards trial or impose additional burdens of litigation on Defendant."

"Accordingly, and for clarity, the court hereby stays the deadlines and proceedings scheduled by its Pretrial Order, as amended," she continued.

Chutkan added that if Trump "asks the court reviewing his immunity appeal to also take a temporary jurisdiction over the enforcement of those measures, and that court agrees to do so, this court of course will be bound by that decision."

The trial was set to begin March 4, but now that start date could be delayed. Chutkan said that she would reconsider the trial date at the completion of the appeals process.

Trump, in August, pleaded not guilty in federal court to all four federal charges stemming from Smith's investigation into 2020 election interference and the Capitol riot on Jan. 6, 2021.

Trump is charged with conspiracy to defraud the United States, conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding, obstruction of and attempt to obstruct an official proceeding and conspiracy against rights.

Trump’s legal team has previously tried to get Chutkan, who is an Obama appointee, to recuse herself from the case due to her blatant anti-Trump bias. She has a history of making partisan comments about the Capitol riot. In December 2021, during the sentencing of rioter Robert Palmer, Chutkan said, "He went to the Capitol because, despite election results which were clear-cut, despite the fact that multiple court challenges all over the country had rejected every single one of the challenges to the election, Mr. Palmer didn’t like the result. He didn’t like the result, and he didn’t want the transition of power to take place because his guy lost."

In October 2022, Chutkan falsely described the Capitol riot as "nothing less than an attempt to violently overthrow the government, the legally, lawfully, peacefully elected government by individuals who were mad that their guy lost."

The Supreme Court has set Jan. 5, 2024, as its next scheduled conference day to deliberate on such matters — although there’s no indication whether or not they will.

Listening to National People's Radio on the way home, they were *seriously* freaked by the possibility of the return of Trump. He is authoritarian, you know! Exceptional concern was expressed that he might use the DoJ to prosecute his political enemies. Can't imagine where that came from!

They also claimed Trump has threatened to have General Mark Milley executed, although they didn't provide a sound bite. Some might be tempted to vote Trump for that reason alone.

1 in 5 Mail-in Voters Admit Engaging in Election Fraud
[WashingtonExaminer] About 20% of 2020 voters now claim they took advantage of election laws that loosened up because of the coronavirus (aka COVID19 or Chinese Plague)
...the twenty first century equivalent of bubonic plague, only instead of killing off a third of the population of Europe it kills 3.4 percent of those who notice they have it. It seems to be fond of the elderly, especially Iranian politicians and holy men...
crisis to commit fraud, including filling out ballots for others, according to a shocking report being unveiled Tuesday.

Some admitted they voted in states they don’t live in, and others said they let somebody else fill out their mail-in ballots, neither of which is allowed.

"For the past three years, Americans have repeatedly been told that the 2020 election was the most secure in history. But if this poll’s findings are reflective of reality, the exact opposite is true. This conclusion isn’t based on conspiracy theories or suspect evidence, but rather from the responses made directly by the voters themselves," said Justin Haskins, director of the Heartland Institute’s Socialism Research Center.

"The 2020 election was unlike any other in history as tens of millions of Americans voted by mail due to the COVID-19 pandemic. At the time, many experts warned that massive mail-in voting could result in widespread voter fraud. Unfortunately, these concerns were prophetic, as the results of this poll clearly show that a large number of voters did indeed fraudulently cast ballots in the 2020 election," Heartland Editorial Director Chris Talgo added.

The public policy nonprofit group shared its new Heartland Institute/Rasmussen Reports survey revealing the possible fraud in the 2020 election with Secrets.

In 2020, as the COVID crisis grew, several states loosened election laws to allow mail-in voting, vote bundling, absentee voting, and other changes to let those concerned about getting the virus stay away from the polls.

The changes were sold as positive moves to make voting easier but have since raised red flags. Former President Donald Trump
...The tack in the backside of the Democratic Party...
and other Republicans have claimed that Democrats took advantage of the laws to make Joe The Big Guy Biden
...46th president of the U.S. Old, boring, a plagiarist, fond of hair sniffing and grabbing the protruding parts of women, and not whatcha call brilliant... or is that an act?...
president fraudulently.

Other surveys have shown that sizable groups of voters agree the election was plagued with fraud, but this is the first in which voters told a pollster they were involved.

Among the findings shared with Secrets:

  • Twenty-one percent of likely voters who voted by absentee or mail-in ballot in the 2020 election say they filled out a ballot, in part or in full, on behalf of a friend or family member, such as a spouse or child, while 78% say they didn’t.

  • Thirty percent voted by absentee or mail-in ballot in the 2020 election.

  • Nineteen percent of those who cast mail-in votes say a friend or family member filled out their ballot, in part or in full.

  • Seventeen percent of mail-in voters said they cast a ballot in a state where they were no longer permanent residents.

  • Among all voters, mail and in-person, 11% said a friend, family member, co-worker, or other acquaintance has admitted to them they filled out a ballot on behalf of another person in 2020.

Heartland officials said they hoped the survey would spark efforts to tighten voting rules before the 2024 election, which is less than a year away.

Where's Joe? Migration Talks Stall Without Biden
[Breitbart] GOP legislators want President Joe Biden to help negotiate a bipartisan $111 billion emergency bill that would end his open-borders policy — but Democratic legislators want to shut him out of the top-level talks.

“It’s not going to be easy,” GOP Senate leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) told reporters on Tuesday, adding: “We’ve got plenty of work to do in January. And If it were possible to pass this sooner, I’d be for that. But we can’t do that without full engagement from the White House, and ultimately the person who can sign something into law.”

“We certainly demand that the President does get involved,” House Speaker Mike Johnston (R-LA) told radio host Hugh Hewitt. ‘”The buck stops at his desk, and this is far, far overdue,” he said on December 12.

“We’ve got to get a different mix to overcome some of these hurdles with the administration,” Sen. Thom Tillis (R-NC), of the GOP negotiators, told the U.K.’s Independent pro-migration newspaper.
