[Daily Caller] FBI emails released by a conservative watchdog group Monday suggest the bureau was lax in its investigation of Hillary Clinton’s private email server.
Judicial Watch obtained the 218 pages of emails between former FBI Deputy Assistant Director Peter Strzok and agency lawyer Lisa Page. The activist group says the documents demonstrate how the FBI showed "special treatment" towards the former secretary of state and her lawyer.
"These incredible documents show the leadership of the FBI rushed to give Hillary Clinton her FBI interview report shortly before the election," Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton wrote in a news release. "And the documents also show the FBI failed to timely document interviews in the Clinton email ’matter’ ‐ further confirming the whole investigation was a joke." The emails focus on what the bureau calls "302s" ‐ reports that document what was said during an interview between an agent and a witness. Page reportedly notes in one email that no such 302 was completed in four instances during the Clinton investigation. The lawyer, who was involved in an affair with Strzok at the time, did not go into details as to why there was such an oversight.

There was a Clinton email investigation? Basically, the investigators checked to see if she had a pulse and was alive and then pronounced: "She's fit to be POTUS."

LA was arguable on of the best cities in the world, until the Dems took over. It has gone the way of Chicago and the rest. Farewell city of Angels, not miracle can save you now...

I rather like the idea of our states and cities being laboratories or, in this case, Petri dishes where various ideas and policies can be tested.
My compliments to the residents of LA for volunteering to be the guinea pigs in this noble experiment. Although, I do admit it sucks to be you.
[Daily Caller] Politicians are calling for a ban on silencers after a disgruntled Virginia Beach, Virginia, city employee used one while gunning down 12 co-workers.
It was reported that the gunman, DeWayne Craddock, 40, used two .45-caliber handguns equipped with "extended" magazines and one with a suppressor.
A silencer is any device fitted to the end of a gun that lowers its sound output, according to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosives (ATF).
Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton sent a tweet Sunday about suppressors, linking to a Washington Post op-ed that compared the sound of suppressed gunfire to a chair scraping the floor.

I got flamed on several shooting blogs for commenting that suppressors are a toy and everyone who got a woody about making them more widely available stole momentum from nationwide carry reciprocity legislation, which is much more necessary. Not whining, I knew it would set some peoples' hair on fire to say it.

The problem is not suppressor but the guy who had the suppressed firearm. He was a nutjob.

The serpentine hiss of suppressors
As a Haifisch addresses her lessers:
"They'll silence your stressors
At hearings or pressers,
And almost as softly as Messers!"
"We live in a society where homosexuals lecture us on morals, transvestites lecture us on human biology, baby killers lecture us on human rights and socialists lecture us on economics."
When a Facebook friend replied that they "hate to think of the country my grandkids will live in," adding change would "take a revolution," Chambers replied: "The only way to change it would be to kill the problem out. I know it’s bad to say but without killing them out there’s no way to fix it."
Chambers initially denied writing the post to WBRC but later said they were meant to be shared in a private message as opposed to a public post. He also said the comments were taken out of context.
"I never said anything about killing out gays or anything like that," Chambers told the television station, saying his posts was referring to what would happen in a "revolution."
"If it comes to a revolution in this country both sides of these people will be killed out," he said.
Chambers was not at city hall when AL.com attempted to contact him and the person who answered the phone said he did not have email. He has not responded to questions sent to him via the city clerk.
Carbon Hill is in Walker County. The town has a population of some 2,200 people.

As Gowron said, "How do you kill an idea?" Every bad idea ever thought up becomes part of the human race's intellectual baggage. Just as bad money pushes out good money, merely having better ideas is no insurance of a decent outcome. That said, I'm just not up for thoughtcrime exterminations, it would rebound in ways I'd rather not contemplate.

Lots of people die in civil wars. No getting around it. It's nasty. BTW, isn't there one state with a motto - Live Free or Die

P2k, there is and I've moved here. People are generally very nice as long as you avoid the Massholes that migrate north and do to NH what Californicators are doing to Colorado, Oregon, WA etc.
