PIJ says worked with DFLP to shell Israeli forces in Gaza
[NEWARAB] Paleostinian Islamic Jihad's

Operations were conducted out of Egypt until 1981 when the group was exiled after the assassination of President Anwar Sadat. military wing says it fired a barrage of mortars on Israeli forces in Gaza City, adding that it collaborated with the armed branch of the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine (DFLP).

While Islamic Jihad is a religiously motivated group, the DFLP is a leftist organisation.

Islamic Jihad's armed branch is called the Al-Quds Brigades.

The DFLP's military wing is the Omar Al-Qasem Forces.
Nobody's heard of them, have they? I mean, I guess they might be in a card file someplace, but they're just not very prominent.

Israeli strikes injure eight Syrian soldiers
[NEWARAB] The Syrian regime's defence ministry on Friday said eight soldiers had been injured in Israeli Arclight airstrike

On Thursday night, "the Israeli enemy launched airstrikes from the direction of the occupied Syrian Golan, targeting a site near Damascus... injuring eight soldiers", the ministry said in a statement.

Israel rarely comments on individual strikes but has repeatedly said it will not allow its arch-enemy Iran

The Israeli military has carried out hundreds of strikes in Syria since the outbreak of a civil war in its northern neighbour in 2011, mainly targeting regime army positions and Iran-backed fighters.

But the strikes increased after Israel's war on Gazoo

It periodically attacks the Hated Zionist Entity whenever Iran needs a ruckus created or the hard boyz get bored, getting thumped by the IDF in return. Saudi Arabia cracks down on tweets against Israel's war on Gaza
[NEWARAB] Saudi Arabia
...a kingdom taking up the bulk of the Arabian peninsula, largely made up of sand and oil rigs. Its primary economic activity involves exporting oil and soaking Islamic rubes on the annual haj pilgrimage. The country supports a large number of princes in whatcha might call princely splendor. Economy
April 2024 Labor Report shows some economic slowdown
[BLS] Total nonfarm payroll employment increased by 175,000 in April, and the unemployment rate changed little at 3.9 percent, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported today. Job gains occurred in health care, in social assistance, and in transportation and warehousing.
Also, the employment gain for March was revised downward a bit and the average work week decreased somewhat. The average wage gain slightly is lagging recent inflation. As has been the case for the past few years, much of the employment gains are due to immigrants joining the labor force but that is because the native labor force has been decreasing as the boomers retire.

Fifth Column
Israeli PhD student at Johns Hopkins says she was attacked by protester for talking about Oct. 7
[IsraelTimes] An Israeli PhD student at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland, says she was attacked by an anti-Israel protester on the university campus after speaking about the plight of the hostages held by Hamas
...one of the armed feet of the Moslem Brüderbund millipede,...
Recounting the incident on X, formerly Twitter, Noga Mudrik writes that she was "hit by a girl holding a Paleostinian flag, right at the campus entrance."

"She shouted at me to go back to Europa
...the land mass occupying the space between the English Channel and the Urals, also known as Moslem Lebensraum...
and hurled insults at me and Israelis," she writes. "This happened right after I spoke to TV journalists about the hostages and Oct. 7."

Mudrik adds that when she moved to the US for her PhD two and a half years ago, she "never imagined I’d have to defend my safety or my right to exist as an Israeli," but says that since then, the "right of free speech turned into violence."

"I came here to do research, and I want to do the research I love. I did not come to defend my safety, nor my right, or the rights of my family, friends, and millions of others in Israel—Jews, Arabs, and others of different religions—to exist," she adds.

She attaches images of some of the signs she came across on the John Hopkins campus, including one declaring that "Zionism upholds Nazi ideology and white supremacy
...the pernicious doctrine that laws were intended to be obeyed, that society works better when people don't pour shreiking from their places of worship every Friday for a weekend of rioting over insults real or imagined; and that cannibalism, beastiality, incest, murder, theft, rape, and similar activities are bad. A Dead White European (which invalidates his opinion) philosopher once opined that societies thrive when a person's word can be relied upon, and that a society which puts individual happiness first will invariably fail. Strangely enough, other successful societies, such as China, Japan, Korea, and those kinds of places could also be lumped with white supremacist societies, since they push the same values...

branch was recently captured, the Shin Bet security agency announces.

According to the Shin Bet, IDF troops nabbed three Islamic Jihad operatives in the West Bank town of Yabed in January. They are named by the agency as Ahmed Abu Bakr, 29, Ibrahim Abu Bakr, 29, and Ibadah Abu Bakr, 18.

The trio "acted under the directives of the PIJ headquarters in Lebanon, in order to carry out significant attacks, using remote-detonated explosives against IDF troops in the area," the agency says.

During their arrest, the Shin Bet says, troops seized several primed bombs.

Ahmed and Ibrahim, who the Shin Bet says are senior PIJ operatives, were in contact with the terror group’s headquarters in Lebanon, during which they received funding, largely cryptocurrency, for their attacks, according to the agency.

The Shin Bet says the pair also carried out tests with remote-detonated bombs. Ibadah had been recruited by Ibrahim to build the bombs, according to the agency.

The trio have been charged with a series of security offenses, leading the Shin Bet to release details about the case.

IDF removes remnants of another Iran missile found by hikers in southern Israel
[IsraelTimes] The Israeli military removed remnants of another intercepted Iranian ballistic missile found by hikers at the Ye’elim stream, close to Arad, in southern Israel.

The missile was one of 120 fired at Israel in the Iranian attack on April 14.

The remnants were lifted out of the area by crane and moved to another location, where the Fire and Rescue Services removed any hazardous materials.

After it was deemed safe, the remnants were taken to an army base to be further examined.

Gaza doctor dies in Israeli jail; prison says he was detained for national security reasons
[IsraelTimes] A senior Paleostinian doctor died in an Israeli prison after more than four months of detention, two Paleostinian prisoner associations say, blaming Israel for his death.

’s largest medical facility, were tossed into the calaboose by Israeli forces while temporarily working at al-Awada Hospital in north Gaza.

They called his death an "liquidation" and said his body remained in Israeli custody.

An Israeli military spokesperson said that the prison service had declared Bursh dead on April 19, saying that he were tossed into the calaboose for national security reasons in Ofer prison. The spokesperson did not comment on the cause of death.

Medical groups, including the World Health Organization, have repeatedly called for a halt to attacks on Gaza healthcare workers, with more than 200 killed so far in the Gaza conflict, according to an estimate from Insecurity Insight, a research group that collects and analyses data on attacks on aid workers around the world.

The Paleostinian health ministry said in a statement that Bursh’s death raised to 496 the number of medical sector workers who had been killed by Israel since October 7. It added that 1,500 others had been maimed, while 309 had been arrested. Those figures haven’t been verified

of using hospitals for military purposes and says its operations against them have been justified by the presence of fighters.

Earlier today, the Israeli authorities released 64 Paleostinians they had detained during their military offensive in Gaza via the Israeli-controlled Kerem Shalom Crossing, the Paleostinian borders and crossings agency said.

One of them was the body of another man who had died in detention, the prisoners’ associations says.

Another freed detainee arrived at death's door and was transferred to a hospital upon arrival, the crossings agency adds.

Dozens of Paleostinians who had been freed by Israel in past months including some staff of a UN agency have reported ill-treatment during detention, including torture and deprivation of food and sleep. Israel says it adheres to international law regarding the treatment of prisoners.

The two new deaths bring the toll of Gazooks who died in Israeli custody to at least 18 since the start of the war, the prisoners associations says, urging Israeli authorities to disclose the number, location and fate of detainees from Gaza.

UNRWA has documented the release of 1,506 people detained by the Israeli authorities through the Kerem Shalom Crossing as of April 4 and said the transfer of detainees regularly holds up aid. The 1,506 figure included 43 children and 84 women, it said.

Kibbutz Be'eri announces resident Dror Or was killed on Oct. 7, body being held in Gaza
[IsraelTimes] Kibbutz Be’eri announces that its resident, Dror Or, was murdered during Hamas

Or had been designated as a hostage to date.

Such announcements typically come after the IDF obtains additional forensics leading to a determination of a hostage’s death.

Or, 49, was taken hostage with two of his children, Noam, 17 and Alma, 13, by Hamas holy warriors who attacked their home in Kibbutz Be’eri on October 7.

The family was forced out of their safe room as holy warriors set the house on fire. A neighbor saw the holy warriors grabbing and taking them hostage.

Days later, the body of Yonat Or, Dror’s wife and mother of their three children, was found.

17-year-old Noam and 13-year-old Alma Or were released on November 25 as part of a temporary ceasefire deal brokered by Qatar

and the United States between Hamas and Israel.

Noam and Alma’s older brother, Yahli, and their dog, Nella, survived. Yahli Or is volunteering in a year of national service in the north, and wasn’t home on October 7.

Dror Or was a chef and cheesemaker in the Be’eri Dairy, an award-winning artisanal cheese-making operation, founded in 1991 at the kibbutz.

His wife Yonat Or, was also an entrepreneur who created Ayuna, her own carpentry and furniture line in Be’eri.

The announcement from Kibbutz Be’eri brings the total of deceased Israelis being held in Gaza to 37.

Gaza campus protests spread to Chicago high schools, alarming Jewish students
It should alarm more than just the Jewish students.
[IsraelTimes] Half a dozen high schools allow hundreds of students to briefly skip class for sit-ins, with many then marching to encampments at nearby universities where they are embraced

Hundreds of students held sit-ins at Chicago public high schools in solidarity with Paleostinians in Gazoo
Islamic Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. The place was acquired in the wake of the 1967 War and then presented to Paleostinian control in 2006 by Ariel Sharon, who had entered his dotage. In October of 2023 Gazooks belonging to Hamas invaded Israel, killed over a thousand people, raped a bunch of women. Then they bitched and moaned about genocide when their butts handed to them in the entirely justified retaliation.
on Wednesday, as anti-Israel protests trickled down from the college campuses that they’ve upended in recent weeks.

Several dozen students were seen participating in the demonstrations at each of half a dozen high schools, where some Jewish students said the demonstrations — and the schools’ decisions to allow them — left them feeling unsafe.

"I learned in the early months of high school that if you don’t fit with the majority ideology, people will only see you as one aspect and won’t like you. I’ve lost many lifelong friends this year for being a proud Jew," said Jones College Prep senior Mira Rosenblum during a presser with local Jewish leaders in Chicago.

Rosenblum accused her school’s administration of ignoring antisemitism. While her request to hold a vigil after Hamas
...one of the armed feet of the Moslem Brüderbund millipede,...
’s October 7 onslaught was denied, Jones allowed hundreds of students to participate in a January walk-out along with other Chicago public schools calling for a ceasefire, the teen claimed. Rosenblum said that she was subsequently "doxxed and called anti-black and Islamophobic for filing a complaint against the student leaders who compared themselves to Jewish rebels fighting against Nazi Germany."

Jones College Prep did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

"When I see all of this anti-Zionism, it really feels like antisemitism," Jones freshman Max Rubenstein told ABC 7. "At least all the Jewish students are a little uneasy when they see this large-scale protest."

"Anyone who is antisemitic and calls themselves pro-Paleostinian is not pro-Paleostinian," a Jones protest organizer, who was identified only as Atticus, told the network.

"While we support students’ constitutional right to free expression, harassment, discrimination, and bias-based harm have no place in our school community and will not be tolerated," Chicago Public Schools said in a statement.

Explaining the impetus for the day’s sit-ins, Atticus said, "We wanted to show our support to growing encampments around the country, including Northwestern, Columbia and general protest for Paleostinian genocide."

While the sit-ins took place without any reported incidents, the university campus protests Atticus cited have led to hundreds of arrests, including some 300 anti-Israel Lions of Islam who violent mostly peacefully took over a building at Columbia University. At the University of Caliphornia, an impregnable bastion of the Democratic Party, Los Angeles, dueling groups of pro-Paleostinian and pro-Israeli protesters squared off in ugly fistfights that led to several injuries on Wednesday.

The university protests have mushroomed across the country, with organizers pledging to remain in tents on campus quads until their schools sever all academic and financial links to Israel. Administrators have been forced to decide between calling in police to rein in violators, which risks calling more attention to the cause, and cutting deals with them, infuriating US politicians and Jewish organizations.

Until this week, though, the encampments were limited to college campuses. Chicago has seen the largest number of high schoolers joining their older peers, but similar sit-ins were reported in Austin, Texas, and Seattle, Washington. A New Jersey sit-in scheduled for last week was reportedly canceled after a pair of county commissioners demanded that the district’s superintendent intervene.

At Walter Payton College Preparatory High School, media was not allowed inside as the sit-in took place, but participants could be seen through the building’s windows.

The group was seated on the floor facing a student leader who read off information regarding the Israeli-Paleostinian conflict, provided tips on how to demonstrate and taught pro-Paleostinian chants they should expect to hear and echo.

Chicago Public Schools issued a guidance for the day’s protests that allowed them to extend for 30 minutes, but the sit-in at Jones lasted twice as long, according to one parent of a student there. The rallies were organized by Chicago Youth For Justice.

After the sit-ins, many of the participating students proceeded to march to nearby "Gaza solidarity encampments" that were established earlier this week at DePaul University and the University of Chicago.

High schoolers were embraced upon their arrival, with one of the Jones students given the opportunity to lead hundreds at the University of Chicago in a chant of "Joe The Big Guy Biden
...46th president of the U.S. The very model of probity....
’s sending bombs killing children and their moms!"

At DePaul, Lincoln Park High School students joined college students in a traditional Native American circle dance in the middle of the quad, which was filled with tents and Paleostinian flags.

"That was to remind us that as indigenous people, we are united in liberation," one of the college protest organizers declared at the end of the song, to applause from the high school visitors.

Another organizer took the mic to report that he had just come from a meeting with DePaul stakeholders who refused to accept the protesters’ demands.

"Everyone here on this squad right now is staying here and is not moving until this disgusting university divests from these genocidal corporations," he shouted to cheers from the hundreds present.

"Disclose, divest, we will not stop, we will not rest!" they chanted repeatedly.

High schoolers then joined their college-aged peers in making signs that were hung on the fence surrounding the DePaul quad.

"Netanyahu is a modern-day Hitler and Biden is his b****," read one.

Another featured a Marvel cartoon captioned "Magneto hates Zionists!"

One student was seen putting up a sign she made that read "No pride in genocide."

Approached by a passerby who asked her if she knew that queer people are marginalized and targeted in the West Bank and Gaza, the masked student replied that she was not aware of this but added, "No one is free until everyone is free" before finishing zip-tying the sign and scurrying away.

At the presser held by Jewish community leaders several miles away, the Jewish United Fund’s Jane Charney demanded that Chicago Public Schools (CPS) clamp down on the sit-ins.

"How are CPS leaders going to ensure that Jews are not harassed and are able to be present in their schools in the fullness of their identities? What consequences will be meted out to those who use antisemitic language? How will teachers and students be trained to understand the American Jewish experience and our deep connection to Israel? CPS has been silent on all of these questions," Charney lamented.

"So far, we have seen not much beyond available ’processing spaces’ for Jewish students and repeated appeals that students abide by the norms of the Student Code of Conduct — the very same student code of conduct that prohibits sit-ins," she said, adding that Jewish clubs have been urged not to campaign for the release of hostages, while the January ceasefire walk-out was tolerated.

"This hypocritical and selective enforcement of campus rules and capitulation to mob rule sends a clear message to Jewish students and their families that our safety and our ability to be present at our schools in the fullness of our identity is not important."

A Legitimate US Citizen Question:

Given, the HAMAS has been designated as a Foreign Terrorist Organization since 1997, by Secretary of State, in accordance with section 219 of the Immigration and Nationality Act.

QUESTION: What are the Federal _ _ _ agencies doing to ID, arrest, jail, or revoke visa's for those acting on its behalf?

Because while we hear of LOCAL level LEO's addressing the issue to some degree. I have yet to hear of any serious Federal Level arrests and deportations.

In fact, I have read where the O'Biden Regime has recently used US taxpayer $$$$$ to help more PLO / Hamas supports immigrated to the US and or support them in GAZA, in this election year.

Protesters block Tel Aviv highway demanding deal: ‘It's either Rafah or the hostages'
[IsraelTimes] As Netanyahu vows IDF will enter southern Gaza city regardless of potential truce with Hamas, protesters place giant photos of female captives outside PM’s Jerusalem home

since October 7.

Holding a large banner reading, "It’s either Rafah or the hostages — choose life," the protesters stood in the middle of the busy thoroughfare to prevent morning traffic from passing.

Hebrew media reported that several family members of hostages were leading the protest, including Yehuda Cohen, the father of 19-year-old Nimrod Cohen, Yifat Calderon, the cousin of Ofer Calderon, 53, and Shay Mozes, the nephew of 79-year-old Gadi Mozes.

A woman throwing eggs at the protesters was arrested, according to Hebrew media.

Also in attendance were members of a female-led protest group urging Israel not to launch its looming offensive in Rafah and claiming it would endanger the lives of the hostages, many of whom are believed to be held in Gaza’s southernmost city.

"Entering Rafah means abandoning the lives of the hostages," the group said in a press statement. "After half a year of being promised that only military action can bring back the hostages, we all understand that the only way to save those who can still be saved is through a deal."

It is believed that 129 of the hostages kidnapped by Hamas on October 7 remain in Gaza — not all of them alive — after 105 civilians were released from Hamas captivity during a weeklong truce in late November, and four hostages were released prior to that. Three hostages have been rescued by troops alive, and the bodies of 12 hostages have also been recovered, including three mistakenly killed by the military.

The IDF has confirmed the deaths of 34 of those still held by Hamas, citing new intelligence and findings obtained by troops operating in Gaza.

He was a foreign policy advisor for the Biden 2008 presidential campaign. During his tenure in the Obama administration, Blinken helped craft B.O.'s policy on Afghanistan, Pakistan, and the nuclear program of Iran. We all saw how well each of those worked. After leaving government service, Blinken moved into the private sector, co-founding WestExec Advisors, a lobbying firm...
on Wednesday that the IDF would launch a mass invasion of Rafah to dismantle four remaining Hamas battalions whether or not there is a hostage deal, according to an Israeli official.

During their meeting, Blinken reiterated Washington’s opposition to a major IDF ground invasion in the southern Gaza city, where over one million displaced Paleostinians are sheltering amid the ongoing war, "absent an effective plan to make sure that civilians are not harmed" — which he said Israel has yet to provide.

The comments came as Hamas appeared poised to reject the latest hostage deal proposal crafted by mediators and green-lit by Israel, which provides for the release of 33 female, elderly or sick hostages in the first stage.

Meanwhile in Jerusalem, protesters placed large photos of female hostages outside Netanyahu’s residence in the capital, alongside a sign reading, "Look into their eyes. All eyes are on you. Deal now!"

Quebec premier calls for anti-Israel encampment at McGill to be dismantled
[IsraelTimes] Quebec Premier Francois Legault says the encampment at Montreal’s McGill University should be dismantled as more students erected pro-Paleostinian camps across some of Canada’s largest universities, demanding they divest from groups with ties to Israel.

While McGill had requested police intervention, law enforcement has not stepped in to clear the encampment and does not respond to news agency Rooters’ questions about their plans. Students also set up encampments at Canadian schools including the University of Toronto, the University of British Columbia and the University of Ottawa.

"We want the camp to be dismantled. We trust the police, let them do their job," a spokesperson for Legault says.

There was also a pro-Israel counter-protest in Montreal on Thursday. The two sides were kept separate.

On Thursday morning, students at the University of Toronto set up an encampment in a fenced-off grassy space at the school’s downtown campus where some 100 protesters gathered with dozens of tents.

According to a statement from organizers, the encampment will stay until the university discloses its investments, divests from any that "sustain Israeli apartheid, occupation and illegal settlement of Paleostine" and ends partnerships with some Israeli academic institutions.

A university spokesperson tells Rooters it’s "in dialogue with the protesters" and that, as of midday, the encampment was "not disruptive to normal university activities."

Dozens of students set up anti-Israel encampment at Mexico's largest university
[IsraelTimes] Dozens of pro-Paleostinian students from Mexico’s largest university camp in solidarity with similar protests against Israel that have swept colleges in the United States.

Mounting flags and chanting "Long live free Paleostine," the protesters set up tents in front of the National Autonomous University of Mexico’s (UNAM) head office in Mexico City.

The students call on the Mexican government to break diplomatic and commercial ties with Israel.

"We are here to support Paleostine, the people who are in Paleostine, and the student camps in the United States," says Valentino Pino, a 19-year-old philosophy student.

Jimena Rosas, 21, says she hopes the protest will have a domino effect and spread to other universities in the country.

"Once people see that UNAM is beginning to mobilize, other universities should start as well," she says.

Russian troops move into base housing US forces in Niger: reports
[NYP] Russian military personnel have moved into an air base in Niger that is also housing US troops, US officials said Thursday.

"[The situation] is not great but in the short-term manageable," a senior US defense official told Reuters.

The entry of Russian forces into Airbase 101 in Niger’s capital city of Niamey comes as negotiations take place between the US and the African nation on withdrawing the roughly 1,000 American service members deployed to the country.
Competitive bidding/bribing. We simply lost the bid.
Relations between the US and Niger have deteriorated since a military junta took control of Niger’s government last year.

Russian troops are occupying a hangar on the base, which is owned by the Nigeriens, separate from where US service members are being housed, and they’ve been on the property for several weeks, according to the Hill.

"We have been monitoring the situation," a US official told the outlet, noting that Russian personnel do not have direct access to US troops, spaces, or equipment.

The official also explained that the majority of US troops in Niger moved to a different air base, in Agade, shortly after the July 2023 coup.

Palestinian security force kills Islamic Jihad gunman in rare internal clash
[IsraelTimes] PA says patrol in West Bank city of Tulkarm came under fire, shot back; armed group Nour Shams Camp Brigades denounces slaying of Ahmed Abu al-Foul as Israeli-style ’assassination’

Paleostinian security officers killed a gunman in the West Bank on Thursday, a rare intra-Paleostinian clash whose circumstances were disputed and that the fighter’s faction described as an Israeli-style "liquidation."

Paleostinian Authority security services spokesperson Talak Dweikat said a force sent to patrol Tulkarm overnight came under fire and shot back, hitting the gunman. He died of his wounds in a hospital.

Videos circulated online, and which Rooters was not immediately able to confirm, showed a car being hit by gunfire.

Hamas, an Islamic Jihad ally that rules the Gaza Strip and has chafed at Abbas’s strategy of seeking diplomatic accommodation with Israel, denounced "the attacks by the PA’s security forces on our people and our resistance fighters."

Paleostinian security forces and button men have exchanged gunfire several times in the last year, but deaths are rare.

Hamas seized control of Gaza from the PA in a bloody 2007 coup. The terror group and the PA, which is dominated by Abbas’s Fatah party, have remained at odds ever since.

Pint-sized hero sprints mile to save parents injured in tornado: ‘Please don't die'
[NYP] A brave 9-year-old caught in a furious tornado with his parents sprinted more than a mile away after disaster struck to help save their lives — telling the injured couple: "Please don’t die, I will be back.'"

Little Branson Baker and his parents were desperately trying to find shelter from the deadly tornadoes that swept through Oklahoma Saturday when they found themselves directly in a storm’s path.

Their car was lifted by the powerful winds and thrown into a patch of trees, crunching the pick-up truck into an unrecognizable mess and seriously injuring the front-row passengers.

Both Wayne and Lindy Baker suffered broken backs, necks and ribs. Wayne also broke his sternum and arm, as well as lost part of his finger, while Lindy’s jaw and right hand broke. She also suffered a punctured lung.

Somehow, their brave son crawled out of the mangled mess and ran more than a mile in the dark through downed power lines and debris to a neighbor’s house and brought help back to his family.

Columbia hires, and claims to fire, professor who voiced support for Hamas post-Oct. 7
[IsraelTimes] University’s president said Mohamed Abdou had been terminated but he claims his contract ends May 30, after he posted on October 11 that he was ’with the resistance’

Amid fierce criticism of Columbia University’s management of weeks of anti-Israel demonstrations, the prestigious New York institution has come under fire for hiring a Modern Arab Studies professor who voiced support for Hamas
...not a terrorist organization, even though it kidnaps people, holds hostages, and tries to negotiate by executing them,...
and other terror groups.

Hired as the Arcapita visiting professor in Modern Arab Studies on January 16, Mohammed Abdou had lauded the Paleostinian terror group’s October 7 massacre in southern Israel days after the onslaught.

In an October 11 post on Facebook, Abdou wrote, "I’m with the muqawamah (the resistance) be it Hamas and Hezbollah and Islamic Jihad
...created after many members of the Egyptian Moslem Brotherhood decided the organization was becoming too moderate. Operations were conducted out of Egypt until 1981 when the group was exiled after the assassination of President Anwar Sadat. They worked out of Gaza until they were exiled to Lebanon in 1987, where they clove tightly to Hezbollah. In 1989 they moved to Damascus, where they remain a subsidiary of Hezbollah
...

but up to a point — given ultimate differences over our ethical political commitments; that’s the difference between a strategy and tactic too," according to the UK’s Daily Mail.

In a podcast interview on January 5, a week before he began his temporary role at Columbia, Abdou commented as part of a discussion about homophobia in Islam that he was "with Hamas" and supports "the resistance, absolutely."

When questioned at a Congressional hearing on antisemitism in mid-April about hiring the professor, Columbia University president Nemat (Minouche) Shafik said that Abdou had been terminated.

"He will never work at Columbia again," she stated in response to a question from Republican Rep. Elise Stefanik.

Four other professors were also mentioned during the nearly four-hour-long hearing, including Prof. Joseph Massad, who called Hamas’s brutal October 7 onslaught "awesome" and "astounding." Shafik stated that Massad was "under investigation" and no longer held his role as chair of the academic review committee.

But the details of Abdou’s supposed termination were unclear, with Shai Davidai, an assistant professor at the Columbia University Business School and an outspoken advocate for Jewish and Israeli students at Columbia since October 7, claiming that Shafik made several false statements during her testimony.

Approached by The Times of Israel after the congressional hearing, Davidai claimed that Shafik had "lied about Prof. Abdou being terminated — he’s still on the Columbia website."

Abdou appeared to confirm the allegations in an interview posted by The Electronic Intifada, a US-based Paleostinian publication, on April 27, saying, "I am not terminated. My contract is coming to an end on May 30."

Posts on social media since also appear to show Abdou walking freely around campus, with one photo posted on Wednesday apparently showing the professor entering a Columbia building with a security guard standing watch, while videos from the previous week show him walking around the protest encampment unimpeded by campus security.

The wave of anti-Israel protests has sent shockwaves through college campuses across the US and elsewhere, with hundreds of arrests and student suspensions in recent weeks.

New York City Mayor Eric Adams

Once in office, a few of his friends found cushy jobs with the city, the windows kept getting broken, and Soros-funded DA Alvin Bragg remained right where he was. Most people comfort themselves with the thought that he's not Bill di Blasio but that's pretty small comfort with kids who actually go to school getting bumped off while standing in front of them. But he's a Dem, so the rubes will vote for him next election too, so he's what they deserve...
said on Wednesday that some 300 people had been arrested after police entered Columbia’s campus Tuesday to clear a tent encampment on the school’s grounds.

Police also cleared Hamilton Hall, with a stream of officers using a ladder to climb through a second-floor window. Protesters had seized the hall at the Ivy League school about 20 hours earlier.

-Lurid Crime Tales-
Boston Woman Will Not be Charged Over Four Dead Babies Found in Freezer
[Gateway] The Boston district attorney’s office has announced there will not be any charges filed over the four dead babies found in a woman’s freezer in 2022.

Suffolk District Attorney Kevin Hayden released the final investigative report regarding the babies, two boys and two girls, on April 30.

Police were sent to the former home of Alexis Aldamir, 69, in November 2022 after her brother called 9-1-1 to report that they had seen the dead babies while cleaning out the house.

The district attorney’s office explained, "In all, four babies were discovered that day. All were frozen solid. All were found in shoe boxes wrapped in tin foil. Two were male and two were female."

"All of the babies were full term, which means they were determined to be between 37 and 40 weeks of gestational age. All four had their umbilical cords attached and the two females had their placentas attached," the report continued. "DNA tests concluded that the babies were full siblings."

There is no test available to determine how long the babies were frozen. It also remains unknown if they were born alive.

"The autopsy found no signs of internal or external trauma and no evidence of obvious injuries. There were no signs of food, or milk, or formula inside the babies’ stomachs," the DA’s office explained.

The medical examiner ruled the cause of death for all the babies to be "undetermined."

Aldamir was located in a residential healthcare facility, and DNA testing confirmed that she was the mother.

Second Boeing Whistleblower Dies Suddenly
[Breitbart] A former quality auditor at Boeing supplier Spirit AeroSystems who was among the first whistleblowers to allege Spirit leadership had ignored manufacturing defects on the 737 MAX died Tuesday.

Joshua Dean lost his life after a struggle with a sudden, fast-spreading infection, the Seattle Times reports.
Wet Market suchi ?
He was aged 45 and reportedly in good health before his sudden demise after a two week fight for life in hospital.

The Times report details Dean’s role in the allegations against Boeing:

Dean had given a deposition in a Spirit shareholder lawsuit and also filed a complaint with the Federal Aviation Administration alleging "serious and gross misconduct by senior quality management of the 737 production line" at Spirit.

Spirit fired Dean in April 2023, and he had filed a complaint with the Department of Labor alleging his termination was in retaliation for raising concerns related to aviation safety.

Dean told U.S. outlet NPR in February he believed he had been fired to send a message to others thinking of speaking out.
Appears to working. No one else has stepped forward.
"If you are too loud, we will silence you," he was quoted as saying.

Dean was represented by a law firm in South Carolina that also represented Boeing whistleblower John "Mitch" Barnett, the Times report sets out.

The 62-year-old was found dead in an apparent suicide in March.

Erik Prince:: Neocons Almost Killed America. Here's How Patriots Can Fix It
[Daily Caller] How the MIC and the Neocons Keep America Losing

It is painfully apparent to anyone of sound mind and judgment that there’s something gravely wrong with America’s current military capacity and our ability to project power in the world. The WWII-era fighting force composed of fourteen million GIs with a muscular industrial base backing them up is almost unimaginable today. In the last three years, five different US embassies have been hastily evacuated: Sudan, Afghanistan, Belarus, Ukraine and Niger. Americans are held hostage in Gaza; commercial shipping traffic is blockaded and our ground and naval forces are shot at daily with impunity. How did America go from winning the Cold War and becoming the sole global superpower in the 90s to the state of disarray that we find ourselves in now?

One reason is financial. All warfare has an underlying economic basis and a nation’s military power reflects its economic structure. Today in America the "exorbitant privilege" of the US dollar and the unlimited printing press of fiat currency it enables means current US defense spending is essentially covered by debt: indeed at least 30% of the current national debt consists of military overspend from the so-called Global War on Terror. This reality has created an absence of strategic discipline, and a military policy that prioritizes a tiny guild of contractors feeding an obese top-heavy structure rather than winning wars.

The roots of the current situation reach back to the election of Reagan in 1980. Reagan started a pivot from 35 years of containment to a more aggressive approach, covered by deficits. Channeled economically, politically, culturally, socially and through covert action these measures helped to bring an end to the Soviet Union, but at a critical strategic cost. Partly as a consequence of the central economic role that the USSR had come to play for the US defense industry, the opportunity to positively engage with Russia after 1991 was rejected by the dominant neoconservative faction and their military-industrial complex allies in Washington. Originally Trotskyites, the Neocons had taken root in the corporatist wing of the Republican Party and gradually increased in influence, to eventually become dominant in the Washington Beltway foreign policy and emblematic of its mentality of continuous warfare funded by an unlimited fiat printing press.

Israel-Palestine-Jordan
US says Hamas seized first aid shipment that entered Gaza via reopened Erez crossing
[IsraelTimes] State Department says UN ’in the process or has by now recovered’ the humanitarian assistance stolen by terror group, the ’first widespread case of diversion’ acknowledged by US

Hamas
...a regional Iranian catspaw,...
managed to seize a major shipment of humanitarian aid that was delivered to Gazoo
Islamic Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. The place was acquired in the wake of the 1967 War and then presented to Paleostinian control in 2006 by Ariel Sharon, who had entered his dotage. It is currently ruled with an iron fist by Hamas with about the living conditions you'd expect. It periodically attacks the Hated Zionist Entity whenever Iran needs a ruckus created or the hard boyz get bored, getting thumped by the IDF in return. The ruling turbans then wave the bloody shirt and holler loudly about oppression and disproportionate response. In October of 2023 Gazooks belonging to Hamas invaded Israel, killed over a thousand people, raped a bunch of women. Then they bitched and moaned about genocide when their butts handed to them in the entirely justified retaliation.
from Jordan earlier this week, US State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller said Thursday, after the supplies were the first to be shipped to the enclave through a newly reopened Israeli border crossing.

Secretary of State Antony Blinken
...71st United States secretary of state and a leading light of the corrupt and inept Biden administration. He previously served as deputy national security advisor from 2013 to 2015 and deputy secretary of state from 2015 to 2017 under the corrupt and inept Obama administration. He advocated for the 2003 invasion of Iraq while serving as the Democratic staff director of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee from 2002 to 2008. He was a foreign policy advisor for the Biden 2008 presidential campaign. During his tenure in the Obama administration, Blinken helped craft B.O.'s policy on Afghanistan, Pakistan, and the nuclear program of Iran. We all saw how well each of those worked. After leaving government service, Blinken moved into the private sector, co-founding WestExec Advisors, a lobbying firm...
viewed the aid on Tuesday just before it departed from the headquarters of the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization in Amman bound for the renovated crossing into the Gaza Strip at Erez, which was largely destroyed by Hamas during its October 7 terror onslaught that sparked the ongoing war.

The reopening of Erez, Israel’s sole crossing on the northern edge of Gaza, had been a main pleas of international aid agencies for months, to alleviate the humanitarian situation which is believed to be most severe among the hundreds of thousands of Paleostinians in the north of the enclave.

According to Miller, the aid shipment was unloaded by the Jordanian military inside the Strip before being "picked up by a humanitarian implementer for distribution inside Gaza, and that aid was intercepted and diverted by Hamas on the ground in Gaza."
And everyone was so surprised.
"The UN is either in the process or has by now recovered that aid, but it was an unacceptable act by Hamas to divert this aid to begin with," he said during a press briefing.
How much did they pay to the Hamas recovery agents?
Miller added that UNRWA, the United Nations
...an organization conceived in the belief that we're just one big happy world, with the sort of results you'd expect from such nonsense...
agency for Paleostinian refugees, would likely issue a statement soon condemning the incident, indicating it was the organization from which Hamas stole the aid.

"If there’s one thing that Hamas could do to jeopardize the shipment of aid, it would be diverting it for their own use, rather than allowing it to go to the innocent civilians that need it," he said, claiming this was the "first widespread case of diversion that we have seen" in Gaza.

Hamas held the aid trucks for "some time" before releasing them, according to Miller.

His comments follow Israel’s long-standing contention that Hamas stockpiled supplies and kept them from increasingly desperate civilians. Footage from Gaza has shown button men, who were reportedly linked to the terror group, stealing trucks delivering humanitarian aid from Egypt.

In February, the US diplomat who was then involved in humanitarian assistance for Gaza denied allegations that Hamas stole aid and commercial shipments into the enclave, saying that no Israeli official had presented him or the Biden administration with "specific evidence of diversion or theft of assistance."

At the same time, he acknowledged that Hamas had used other aid delivery channels to "shape where and to whom assistance goes."

Meanwhile,
...back at the shootout, Butch clutched at his leg. Son of a Breech! he exclaimed with feeling......
Blinken condemned the "unacceptable" targeting of the Jordanian aid convoy by Israeli protesters trying to prevent its transfer to Gaza.

Tzav 9, a right-wing organization that opposes aid being sent to Gaza while hostages are still held there, organized a demonstration at the Allenby Crossing between Israel and Jordan overnight Tuesday to block the convoy. Images on social media showed young women sitting on the road in front of a truck, while other demonstrators held Israeli flags and pictures of the hostages.

Videos showed the activists dumping bags of flour onto the road.

"My understanding is that the people who attacked this convoy were arrested today by the Israeli authorities. That sends a very strong message," he noted during an NBC Nightly News interview.

The Israeli government must "continue to send a strong message that this aid cannot be, must not be interfered with as it goes through Israel... Israel is better than this," he added while noting that the atrocities committed against Israel on October 7 and Hamas’s continued holding of hostages since.

"The people who so desperately need this aid and who are now getting more of it because of the important steps that [Israel has] taken in recent weeks — including right here at Ashdod port — have nothing to do with October 7, nothing to do with the hostages," Blinken said.

"They’ve been caught in this crossfire of Hamas’s making, and it’s imperative that they get the food that they need, the water they need, the medical supplies they need, access to the hospitals, to health care — all of that," he added.

Israel’s military offensive against Hamas, in response to the Paleostinian terror group’s egregious assault on Israel on October 7, has devastated the Gaza Strip and plunged its 2.3 million people into a humanitarian crisis.

Israel recently stepped up efforts to deliver aid by land and opened up new ground routes, including opening Erez to aid trucks on Wednesday. Washington has said aid delivery has increased significantly in recent weeks, but that more is needed.

A temporary pier is also being constructed by the US military to increase humanitarian aid deliveries, and is more than halfway complete, the Pentagon said Wednesday.

Syria-Lebanon-Iran
Iran denies IRGC molested, killed teen protester during Mahsa Amini unrest
[IsraelTimes] BBC report said this week that death of 16-year-old Nika Shakarami was covered up as a suicide after teen was killed by Iranian forces suppressing anti-regime protests

Iran’s judiciary denied on Thursday a BBC report suggesting a teenage girl was sexually assaulted and killed by Revolutionary Guards during the 2022 protests triggered by Mahsa Amini’s death.

Protests erupted across Iran
...a theocratic Shiite state divided among the Medes, the Persians, and the (Arab) Elamites. Formerly a fairly civilized nation ruled by a Shah, it became a victim of Islamic revolution in 1979. The nation is today noted for spontaneously taking over other countries' embassies, maintaining whorehouses run by clergymen, involvement in international drug trafficking, and financing sock puppet militias to extend the regime's influence. The word Iran is a cognate form of Aryan. The abbreviation IRGC is the same idea as Sturmabteilung (or SA). The term Supreme Guide is a the modern version form of either Duce or Fuhrer or maybe both. They hate Jews Zionists Jews. Their economy is based on the production of oil and vitriol...
over the September 2022 death of Amini, a 22-year-old Iranian Kurd, after her arrest by the morality police in Tehran for allegedly breaching the Islamic Theocratic Republic’s strict dress code for women.

The body of 16-year-old Nika Shakarami, who disappeared on September 20 after joining one of those demonstrations in the capital, was found after a week. At the time, the authorities in Iran denied the death was linked to the protests, claiming Shakarami did away with himself by jumping from a building.

But a BBC report this week contained allegations the teenager had been sexually assaulted and killed after being arrested by members of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps. During her ordeal, the teenager was beaten by three members of the Iranian security forces using batons and was also shocked with three Taser guns, the report said. The circumstances of her death were deliberately covered up by those involved, the outlet found, and though the identities of all those involved are listed in the document describing the details of the incident, only one is known to have received a reprimand.

A statement posted on the Iranian judiciary’s "Mizan Online" website responded to the report: "The so-called investigative report of BBC World about Nika Shakarami showed that this media outlet... is not committed to truth and reality,"

The statement added that the report showed the British broadcaster "did not and does not pay attention to the most basic principle of a documented report, which is the possibility of verifying and validating the sources and documents."

The judiciary’s statement, which contains a number of photos and documents from Tehran’s Legal Medicine Organization, rejected the molestation claim and said the teenager had did away with himself.

Shakarami’s mother has long accused authorities of causing her daughter’s death.

The BBC said 551 protesters were killed by security during Iran’s anti-government Woman, Life, Freedom movement, citing a UN fact-finding mission.

Iranian officials labeled the protests "riots" and accused Tehran’s foreign enemies of fomenting the unrest.

The report came after last month activists said that Iran is again increasing its crackdown on dissidents and enforcing the obligatory wearing of hijabs.

Fifth Column
University of South Florida protester, 39, who brought a gun to Palestinian is charged along with nine others

Atah Kheir Othman. He doesn't look like a student, does he? But he does look like an Arab.
[Daily Mail, where America gets its news] Photos of the other miscreants can be seen at the link.
  • Several older, possibly non-student protestors were arrested Tuesday at USF

  • Among them was Atah Othman, a 39-year-old who brought a weapon

  • The school instructed anti-Israel demonstrators to disperse by 5pm

  • Police broke up the encampment when they failed to obey the order

Atah Othman is charged with trespassing on property, unlawful assembly, resisting an officer, and possession of a firearm on school property.

It's unclear what his connection to the school is, or exactly what type of weapon he brought with him.

The campus anti-Israel protest was organized by the Tampa Bay Students for a Democratic Society group. It attracted some 100 protestors, some of whom were not enrolled at the university.

Others arrested and released, who may not be students but have now been slapped with felony charges include: Emmanuel Atmosfera, 25, and Leonardo Tilelli, 23. Among the others apprehended were Daniel Powell, 32, Jake Geffon, 23, and 27-year-old Cameron Pressey.

It is not clear what older, in some cases armed, non-student protestors were doing at the student-organized demonstration.

Why is Russia helping Iran wage war against Israel?
[REGNUM] Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has again turned to the United States for help. This time he does not need a weapon, but protection. And not from an Iranian strike or the actions of the Houthis, but from the International Criminal Court (ICC).

“House Speaker Mike Johnson demanded that the International Criminal Court stop its “abomination.” Did you think this was a belated reaction to the discovery of 160 Ukrainian children alive and well in Germany with their guardians? Those same children for whose genocide the ICC accused the Russian President and Children's Rights Commissioner Lvova-Belova? No, you shouldn’t have thought that,” says IA Regnum editor-in-chief Marina Akhmedova.

has seemingly given a clear message to Prince Harry
as the latter plans to visit the UK.

The 75-year-old monarch of Britannia, who is rejoining public life after a hiatus from cancer treatment, is open for reconciliation with his younger son.

Royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams says: "The King has always kept the door open to Harry, but that doesn't necessarily mean that he would invariably get a warm reception. It will take its time," shared the expert.
"Don't bring the bitch"
"But clearly the situation has changed in recent weeks beyond all expectations. I don't think it would be too difficult, it depends how you define reconcile," Richard told The Sun.

The expert, however, added that Harry will try his best to meet the monarch, despite his tough schedule.

He added: "We know security regarding Harry and Meghan and the children would be dealt with on a case-by-case basis, I would find it extraordinary if they wanted to see the King that there would be a problem."

Egypt, Kuwait Call for End to External Interference in Sudan
[SUDANTRIBUNE] In a diplomatic move aimed at ending the conflict, Egypt and Kuwait announced their rejection of foreign interference in the ongoing conflict in Sudan
...a Moslem country located in the Horn of Africa. It is noted for its affinity for rule by ex- or current generals, its holy men, and for the oppression of the native Afro population by its Arab conquerors. South Sudan, populated mostly by the natives, split off from Sudan proper, which left North and South Darfur to be oppressed by the guys with turbans. The country is currently enjoying a civil war between the army and the Rapid Support Forces, which used to be part of the army but then they got another ambitious general and you can guess the rest...
and called on the warring parties to stop the fighting that has been raging in the country for a year.

This rejection came in a joint statement issued at the conclusion of the visit of the Emir of Kuwait, Sheikh Meshaal al-Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah, to Egypt on Wednesday.

The two sides stressed "The necessity of reaching an immediate and sustainable ceasefire in Sudan and called for an end to external interference that provides military support to any party in the conflict".

Dozens of martyrs, wounded in ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza for 209th day in row
[SANA.SY] The Israeli occupation continues brutal aggression on Gazoo
Strip by land, sea and air for the 209th day, leaving dozens of deaders and maimed amid a catastrophic humanitarian situation there due to the siege.

Paleostinian media said that six Paleostinians were martyred in shelling al-Zahra city, north of al-Nuseirat camp, the central Gaza Strip, while ambulance crews recovered three deaders in a series of raids carried out by the occupation aircraft on the northwestern region of the camp.

In Khan Yunis, a Paleostinian was martyred, and others were maimed in the occupation’s bombing southeast of the city, in addition to heavy hovering, meanwhile in Gaza, two Paleostinians were martyred and others were maimed, while others are still missing under the rubble
Death toll from Zionist aggression now approaching 3,124,000.
And the occupation aircraft bombed neighborhoods, west of Gaza, leaving a number of deaders and maimed, while the occupation artillery targeted east of Rafah city, wounding a number of Paleostinians.

On Wednesday, Paleostinian Health Ministry said that the number of deaders in the ongoing aggression on Gaza had reached to 34,568 deaders and 77,765 maimed.

Macron vows to send TROOPS to Ukraine if Putin's forces break through front lines and Zelensky asks
[Daily Mail, where America gets its news] Emmanuel Macron has said he would be prepared to send troops to Ukraine if Vladimir Putin's forces break through the front lines - further raising the risk of NATO forces clashing with Russia's armies.

In an interview published today, the French president said the issue of sending troops would 'legitimately' arise if Kyiv and president Volodymyr Zelensky made such a request.

The Economist said Macron gave the interview after delivering a keynote speech last week where he declared that Europe is 'mortal' and could 'die' partly due to the threat posed by Russian aggression after its February 2022 invasion of Ukraine.

It also came as Russia claimed its forces had taken another town in Donetsk, eastern Ukraine, with Moscow's armies continuing to push against Kyiv's defences.

Russia is rushing to advance against struggling Ukrainian forces ahead of the long-awaited arrival of the bulk of US weapons to the front for Kyiv's outgunned troops.

'Booby-trapped food' deprives boy of limbs
[GEO.TV] In what can be called war crimes, a Paleostinian boy lost his limbs while opening "booby-trapped food" in man-made famine-hit Khan Younis.

According to the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, "A 14-year-old boy was maimed and sustained limb amputations after opening a booby-trapped can of food found while looking for his belongings in his house that had been shelled by Israeli forces in Khan Younis."

The boy, who was maimed in the blast on Monday, is just one of "many people recently injured" from aid supplies rigged with hidden explosive charges, the UN body added.

Zakharova: London must be prepared for Kyiv to strike Britain with its own weapons
Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited.
[Regnum] The official representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Maria Zakharova, called on London to prepare for the fact that the Kiev regime, like terrorists, will strike with British weapons on the territory of the United Kingdom. She wrote about this in her Telegram channel.

Thus, she commented on the material published by Reuters, according to which British Foreign Minister David Cameron, during a visit to Kiev, said that Ukraine allegedly has the right to strike the territory of the Russian Federation with British weapons.

“London must prepare for the fact that the Kiev regime will carry out strikes with British weapons on British territory in the same way, as the terrorists of Al-Qaeda (a terrorist organization whose activities are prohibited in the Russian Federation) did in their time,” the diplomat pointed out.
Makes sense. Nonsense
Two hours after Cameron's words were published, Reuters retracted the article, citing the need to reconsider some of the details presented in the material. As Zakharova pointed out, the British politician’s statement disseminated by the media caused a resonance that prompted London to “sacrifice Reuters.”

As Regnum reported, earlier Russian Ambassador to the United States Anatoly Antonov said that Washington’s decision to transfer long-range ATACMS missiles to Ukraine cannot be justified, since the Kiev regime violated cynical promises about not using missiles to strike Russian territory. At the beginning of the year, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the need to expand the demilitarized zone in Ukraine in order to ensure the safety of peaceful cities from shelling. The head of state emphasized that the width of the buffer zone depends on the types of weapons provided to Kyiv by Western allies.

Kenya arrests most wanted Al-Shabaab operative
[Garowe] Kenya's multi-agency security team has arrested one of the most wanted al-Shabaab
... the personification of Somali state failure...
operatives, sources within the security sector have confirmed, in what has been described as an 'enormous' progress in the fight against violent mostly peaceful extremism.

Security reports indicate that Mustakima Mohammed Ali alias Abu Mahir was arrested along the Lamu-Malindi Highway, where he had been coordinating terror activities, leading to the loss of lives and properties in the East African nation.

Before his arrest, security teams had placed him on the list of al-Shabaab turbans wanted "dead or alive" for the killings of a police officer and two chiefs in Lamu County in 2019. He has been operating in unknown locations throughout the search.

He was arrested by hawk-eyed security personnel while traveling via bus from Lamu to Malindi. Mustakima was among the faceless myrmidons hiding in Boni Forest before running away to Somalia following enhanced operations by Kenyan security agencies.

Most of his accomplices have either been killed or prosecuted in ongoing government efforts to fight terrorism. The arrest of Alshabaab remnants like Mustakima is a major win against terrorism as the government uses all means to diminish terrorism threat, security officers said.

"The war against terrorism in Lamu is bearing fruits leading to reduced terror attacks, implementation of projects like LAPSSET, and revamping of the tourism sector," one of the officers said. "Citizens are encouraged to support government efforts in fighting terrorism by reporting terror activities to security agencies for."

For the last seven months, Kenya has heightened security along the Kenya-Somalia border following operations in Somalia targeting the group's hideouts. So far, security teams have managed to restore order within the Northern Frontier Districts and Lamu.

Kenya Defence Forces is actively involved in Somalia’s stabilization mission, which has yielded fruits. Somalia anticipates vanquishing the turbans before the end of 2024 when most of the peacekeepers are leaving the country.

Al-Shabaab bomb attack in Kenya leaves 12 dead
[Garowe] The al-Shabaab
... the Islamic version of the old Somali warlord...
holy warriors used a donkey-borne Improvised Explosive Device (IED) in El-Wak town within Mandera County, in a major incident that left 12 people dead within the vicinity of Equity Bank, eyewitnesses said.

Among those dead according to multiple sources were 10 Christians (non-locals) and 2 Moslems, in an incident which most probably had non-locals targeted. Those affected were teachers and healthcare workers, sources revealed.

Reports indicated that the Improvised Explosive Device (IED) was planted in the town's Central Business District just near the Administrative Police (AP) post. Most of those injured in the incident have been rushed to various hospitals for treatment.

Businesses in the area including banks announced the closure of operations as security officers commenced investigations into the matter and tracked down the perpetrators. The town has since been cordoned off by security teams who are pursuing suspects.

"We regret to inform you, that our Elwak Branch, Mandera County will remain closed today following a kaboom in Elwak Town," Equity Bank reported. "We confirm that our branch and the staff in Elwak are safe."

Initial reports indicated that there was heavy gunfire between coppers stationed in the area and suspected Al-Shabaab terrorists. Security teams are yet to confirm the incident but how it was executed places al-Shabaab holy warriors on the scene.

Preliminary reports indicate that the IED had targeted houses belonging to teachers and healthcare workers in the region. Incidentally, the majority of tutors and healthcare workers as well as casual labourers in the area are non-locals.

This is the first time in as many months the holy warriors are targeting the region following a major security boost. The attack coincides with the arrest of Abu Mahir, a senior al-Shabaab operative within Lamu County along the coastal strip of the country.

Russians did not break through to the Siverskyi Donets - Donbas channel near Chasovoy Yar, — Defense Forces
Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited.
[LB] Currently, the struggle for logistics routes continues.

by Ivanna Kapustyansk
a

The Russian army continues to storm the outskirts of Chasovoy Yar in the Donetsk direction. Currently, there is a great struggle between the Defense Forces and the army of the Russian Federation for the control of logistics routes.

Nazar Voloshyn, the spokesman of the Khortytsia operational-strategic troop group, said this in a comment to "Interfax-Ukraine".

"The information that the Russians broke through to the Siverskyi Donets-Donbas channel is not true," the spokesman said.

Despite unsuccessful assault actions, the enemy continues to attack the positions of the Armed Forces near Chasovoy Yar. The situation is currently under control.

"The enemy continues to destroy Chasiv Yar and the surrounding settlements with both aviation and artillery. The occupiers are trying in every way to gain these commanding heights, on which Chasiv Yar is located, in order to start a further struggle for the territories and shell Kostyantynivka, Druzhkivka, Slovyansk, Kramatorsk," Voloshyn said.

He also noted that in order to capture the settlement of Chasiv Yar and create conditions for further advancement to the Kramatorsk agglomeration, the enemy is trying to cross the Siverskyi Donets - Donbas border.

"Everything that some analysts and experts are now commenting, that the enemy has broken through to the canal, is not true. The enemy was not there this morning. He may have stormed there, but he was not there," said the spokesman of the "Khortytsia" OSUV.

Now there is a great struggle for the control of logistics routes.

"The occupiers are trying to destroy all our platoon and strongholds, and the city of Chasiv Yar itself, using the scorched earth method, so that our defenders have nowhere to defend themselves. The second line of defense has been strengthened. The defense forces are ready to fight the enemy," he added.

The Russian army is trying to bypass the outskirts of Chasovoy Yar near Bohdanivka and Ivanivskyi in order to bypass the city in a circle. Defense forces repulse enemy attacks.

Earlier it was reported that the Russian army is trying to bypass Chasiv Yar on the flanks through other settlements and has now begun to storm Andriivka and Klishchiivka, west of Bakhmut.

The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Colonel-General Oleksandr Syrskyi, stated that the higher Russian military leadership had set the task for its troops to capture Chasiv Yar by May 9.

In order to capture Chasiv Yar in Donetsk region, the Russian army began to use tactics that were used during the offensive in Avdiivka. The enemy drops aerial bombs on the city.

The defense forces are knocking out the enemy from Ocheretyny — OSUV "Khortytsia"

In order to break through the defense of the Armed Forces, the enemy used up to four brigades in this direction.

by Ivanna Kapustyanska

The Defense Forces of Ukraine are taking measures to drive out the Russian invaders from the village of Ocheretyne in the Donetsk region.

This was stated by the spokesman of the Khortytsia operational-strategic group of troops, Lt. Col. Nazar Voloshyn, writes ArmyInform.

"Regarding Ocheretino, the situation is such that the enemy managed to break through and gain a foothold in this settlement. Its part is under the control of the enemy. This part is under our fire control. The Armed Forces and the Defense Forces are taking all measures to knock the enemy out of there. Heavy fighting is currently going on there. The Armed Forces are monitoring this situation," said the spokesman of the "Khortytsia" OSU.

As the soldier noted, in order to develop tactical success in this area and break through the Ukrainian defense, the enemy deployed up to 4 brigades in this direction.

"On our side, measures are also being taken to stabilize the situation, in particular, to return counterattacks over Ocheretyn — for this purpose, additional forces and resources were introduced from the reserve," the spokesman adds.

Earlier, the spokesman of the "Khortytsia" OSU noted that the Armed Forces control two-thirds of the villages of Ocheretine and Solovyove. The Ukrainian military is blocking the enemy and working to knock out the enemy's forces from their positions.

Worth noting, korrespondent.net has compiled its Invasion of Ukraine series into separate months, beginning May 9th, 2023. Linked in the title.

[Korrespondent] 22:03 Russia secretly supplies refined oil to North Korea in volumes that violate the restrictions established by the UN Security Council. This could lead to the US introducing new sanctions, the White House said.

21:20 At the Peace Summit, which will be held on June 15-16 in Switzerland, the leaders of dozens of countries should together discuss the Zelensky formula and create on its basis a clear plan for achieving peace, which will then be presented to Moscow. Read more in the material Global negotiations without Russia.

21:07 Turkey refused to comply with the US request to transfer S-400 air defense systems to Ukraine, said the country's Defense Minister Yashar Guler. “We are not going to transfer our S-400 systems to anyone,” he emphasized.

21:01 The Russians fired from Grady Memrik in the Novogrodovsk community of the Donetsk region - two people were killed, two were wounded. Among the dead is a 12-year-old child, said the head of the OVA, Vadim Filashkin. According to preliminary information, seven private houses were damaged.

20:53 The Russians shelled the village of Novoosinovo, Kupyansky district, Kharkov region, one person was killed, said the head of the OVA Oleg Sinegubov.

20:25 Ukraine and Switzerland have completed sending invitations to the Peace Summit, which will take place on June 15-16, Zelensky said in an evening video message. According to him, “this will be the first stage - in fact, the first real chance to begin restoring a just world.” At the same time, the president noted that Putin will try “to disrupt this work through various manipulations and the force of blows from his terrorists, and will try to weaken Ukrainian positions on the battlefield, in diplomacy, and in the information sphere.”

20:18 US Director of National Intelligence Avril Haines predicts that Putin will resort to aggressive tactics in Ukraine, given that domestic and international events are developing in his favor. Haynes noted that Russia has stepped up attacks on Ukrainian infrastructure to prevent Kyiv from moving weapons and troops, slow down defense production and force it to consider negotiations. According to Haynes, these "aggressive tactics" are likely to continue, and "the war is unlikely to end anytime soon."

A quick assessment carried out by the World Bank as of the end of 2023 determined the amount of damage caused to be almost. 500 billion - this amount is not even enough to cover the damage caused. There is only two ways to bring Russia to a situation where it will act in good faith. The first is success on the battlefield, and the second is the presence of a coalition of countries that share the same principles and the same approaches. That is why Russia is not expected to participate in the summit. "of this summit - to unite countries that share the principles and approaches on which they will build further actions. After this, communication with Russia can take place, and Russia will be able to take part in the negotiations."

The representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Moscow Region, Andrei Chernyak, said that the Russians are using the territory of the Zaporizhia NPP to launch drones, taking advantage of the fact that the Defense Forces cannot retaliate in a one and a half kilometer zone around the plant. Thus, the Russian military equipped launch pads for their UAVs right next to the sixth reactor of the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant. Crime committed 10 years ago in Odessa will not go unpunished
Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited.
[Regnum] The tragedy that occurred on May 2, 2014 in the House of Trade Unions in Odessa was the result of a collective crime committed against the peoples of Ukraine and Russia. The main organizer was the acting President of Ukraine, Alexander Turchynov. He himself and everyone else who was involved in this atrocity must answer for what they did.

Political scientist and public figure Dmitry Perlin shared this assessment with a Regnum correspondent, commenting on the statement of the head of the “Other Ukraine” movement (former head of the “Opposition Platform - For Life” party banned in Ukraine) Viktor Medvedchuk, who named the key organizers of the massacre in Odessa, which occurred on 10 years ago.

“The tragedy of May 2, and this is a real tragedy for both Russia and Ukraine, is kept silent in today’s Ukraine. More precisely, she was slandered and distorted. In the public information space of Ukraine as a kind of act of victory over the Russian world. That is, the burning of dozens of people in the Ukrainian information space, starting in 2014, is presented in an upside-down form. But in the House of Trade Unions there were ordinary activists who had different views. They simply burned people there for their views. This is a public tragedy,” the expert commented.

The interlocutor of IA Regnum recalled that after the mass murder of people who did not agree with the nationalist course of the people who came to power during the coup, dishes and cocktails with cannibalistic names appeared in catering establishments in Ukraine, containing ridicule of those killed in Odessa.

“That is, they not only rejoiced at this act of death, but also elevated it to the culture of public consciousness. In fact, May 2 is a demonstration that it is normal for Ukraine to destroy “non-believers,” even using some medieval methods. And now, ten years after the tragedy, they continue to be happy that they burned people,” the political scientist noted.

The source of hatred that became the basis for the monstrous crime, according to the expert, was not even banal Russophobia, but extreme misanthropy, bordering on the justification of cannibalism, which has been intensively cultivated in Ukrainian society for years.

At the same time, none of the prominent Ukrainian politicians, except for Viktor Medvedchuk, as the expert pointed out, openly condemned the crime that occurred in Odessa.

“None of the representatives of the Ukrainian power “crowd” - all these Poroshenkos and Zelenskys - ever lit a lamp and called the incident a tragedy. On the contrary, the parents of the victims are prohibited from bringing flowers to the site of the tragedy. Peaceful protests have been banned many times. They are forbidden to simply remember their relatives. The Ukrainian authorities demonstrate that they do not recognize this tragedy, for them this is a victory,” Perlin said.

He agreed with Medvedchuk’s statement that the key organizer of the massacre in the House of Trade Unions was the then acting President of Ukraine, Alexander Turchynov. But he is not alone. This is practically the entire ruling elite that came to power in Kyiv after the 2014 coup. These are also the most odious representatives of the Ukrainian oligarchy, the main figure among whom was “the boss of the Maidan party” - oligarch Igor Kolomoisky (an individual included in Russia’s list of terrorists and extremists).

The specific perpetrators were radicals - Ukrainian nationalists, the political scientist specified. One of the most active among them were the numerous football fans who arrived in Odessa from different regions of Ukraine, who traditionally represented the most aggressive striking force of the nationalist movement.

“Now we cannot take them all by the skin and punish them. But we must remember what happened. We must maintain the memory of this in every possible way. Remind society of this tragedy. Of course, I wanted some kind of memorial to appear later. This is a tragedy for Russia, frankly speaking. After all, the Nazis in the House of Trade Unions burned the Russian idea, burned, as they said, Russophiles. The second of May was a demonstration of how they intend to act with dissidents, including in Crimea and Donbass. And, of course, it will be necessary to punish those responsible for this crime,” the political scientist commented.

The main organizer of the tragedy in Odessa on May 2, 2014, when 48 people died in a fire in the House of Trade Unions, was Alexander Turchynov, who was acting as the president of Ukraine at that time, Viktor Medvedchuk pointed out.

According to him, a few days before the tragedy, Turchynov held a meeting, which was also attended by the then Minister of Internal Affairs Arsen Avakov (an individual included in the list of terrorists and extremists in Russia), the head of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) Valentin Nalyvaichenko (an individual included in Russia’s list of terrorists and extremists) and Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) Andrei Parubiy (put on the wanted list by the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs). Igor Kolomoisky, who then headed the Dnepropetrovsk regional state administration, also participated in organizing the crime.

Directly on the spot, the “operation” was led by Igor Palitsa, who was later appointed head of the Odessa region. Avakov, Kolomoisky and Parubiy organized the delivery of direct executors to Odessa.

“They all must bear severe responsibility. The atrocities of these fascist degenerates should not have a statute of limitations,” the TASS agency quoted Medvedchuk as saying.

Fair retribution will overtake the perpetrators and inspirers of this barbaric crime, which has no statute of limitations, assured on May 2, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova. She also expressed confidence that Odessa will once again become a truly free city, where people of different nationalities will live in peace and harmony.

Zakharova added that the investigation into the case on May 2, 2014, launched by the Kyiv regime under pressure from international organizations, turned into a farce, which was accompanied by gross interference from nationalist groups.

The events of May 2, 2014 in Odessa became a bloody denouement in a confrontation that lasted several months. It was attended by supporters of the Russian Spring movement, anti-fascists and Anti-Maidan activists, who were opposed by Ukrainian nationalists, including militants of the Right Sector (a terrorist organization recognized as extremist and banned in Russia). The site of constant rallies of opponents of the Maidan became Kulikovo Pole Square, where the House of Trade Unions is located.

On the afternoon of May 2, fights began between the warring parties. The townspeople took refuge from the attacking nationalists in the House of Trade Unions, but they surrounded and set fire to the building. According to official data alone, 48 people died. They burned alive, suffered carbon monoxide poisoning, or died from mutilation. More than 240 were injured.

The tragic events that occurred in the House of Trade Unions in Odessa on May 2, 2014, when almost 50 people died and several hundred were injured, will remain a shameful page in the history of Ukraine. Press Secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov stated this on the tenth anniversary of the tragedy. He assured that the memory of everyone who tragically died then is preserved, and those who are behind this crime, which has no statute of limitations, must be punished.

Chairman of the Federation Council of Russia Valentina Matvienko said that as a result of the special operation, a large tribunal should be held, the central episode in which would be the accusations of the Kiev regime in the tragedy in the House of Trade Unions in Odessa. She also emphasized that this crime will not have a statute of limitations.

Odessa as the beginning of the end of Ukraine: on the 10th anniversary of Odessa Khatyn

Russian war correspondent, special correspondent for Komsomolskaya Pravda Alexander Kots - about why by the evening of May 2, 2014, the fate of Ukraine was a foregone conclusion.

“After the deaths of people in Odessa, I simply couldn’t sit at home anymore,” this is the most common answer to the question why you decided to join the militia.

I asked it hundreds of times in 2014 in Donbass. And the burning of people alive in the House of Trade Unions was one of the main impetuses for the formation of Russian armed resistance.

On May 2, 2014, Ukraine, drunk on the blood of the Maidan, crossed the line separating man from ghoul. And the “civilized world” obediently agreed with this.

There were no decisive convictions, no high-profile investigations, the victims were put in pre-trial detention centers, and the murderers were elevated to the rank of national heroes. The death of the Russian people remained unavenged.

This is precisely why the passionaries joined the militia - for fair punishment for those who staged Khatyn in the center of Europe in the 21st century. She shyly looked away, letting the cannibals feel their impunity. As a result, appetites grow, and the corpse-eating state mutates to such an extent that its proximity becomes simply dangerous.

And that means we need to move forward. Go to Odessa. Not for the sake of Crimea and Transnistria. And for the sake of fair revenge for those who died defending their right to remain human.

Government Corruption
Kristen Clarke Allegedly Knifed Her Ex And Lied About It ‐ But It's Not The Worst Thing She's Done
[Federalist] According to The Daily Signal, there is a strong indication that Kristen Clarke, who now leads the DOJ’s Civil Rights Division, lied during her confirmation process in 2021. In written questions, Sen. Tom Cotton had asked Clarke: "Since becoming a legal adult, have you ever been arrested for or accused of committing a violent crime against any person." Her answer was "No."

Clarke, who was arrested in July 2006, allegedly attacked her husband with a knife, "deeply slicing his finger to the bone." Her pedantic argument is that her record was expunged. But the incident meets all the criteria of being "accused" of a "violent crime."

Listen, we have no clue how the knife incident went down. It’s a personal matter. Clarke says it happened after years of domestic abuse. Maybe her then-husband had it coming. Maybe not. She still lied to the Senate. And it’s not the only thing she lied about.

Clarke, recall, was ahead of the curve in spreading the racist pseudoscientific quackery that has popularized on modern campuses. As president of the Black Student Association at Harvard in the 1990s, she authored a wild letter to the Crimson, arguing that the structure of the black person’s brain made them superior to other races. Chemicals in the brain, Clarke went on, imbued the black race with "superior physical and mental abilities" and "spiritual abilities," and "[m]elanin endows Blacks with greater mental, physical and spiritual abilities — something which cannot be measured based on Eurocentric standards."

For context, Farrakhanites were gaining entry into the academic world in the late 1980s and 1990s. A few years earlier, Harvard’s Black Students Association had invited Leonard Jeffries, a proponent of the same melanin theory Clarke claimed was satire, to speak. Jeffries’ big addition to public discourse was theorizing that the Mafia and American Jews — "dogs" and "skunks" — had a secret cabal to destroy black Americans.

(Leonard, by the way, is the uncle of Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries. The nephew is, of course, not responsible for the uncle’s sins — even if the nephew happened to defend his uncle and Nation of Islam grand poobah Louis Farrakhan when he was in college. No doubt, the skills he learned would come in handy defending Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib.)

In any event, many of us flirt with stupid ideas in our youth. Instead of admitting to a youthful dalliance with phrenology, Clarke claimed the letter had been a parody mocking the controversial book The Bell Curve. The left-wing media, naturally, repeated this contention as fact even though there was zero evidence the letter was anything but earnest. No contemporaneous account calls it satire, and the Harvard editors who called her out for bigotry didn’t view it as such.

Indeed, only a month after writing the letter — by sheer happenstance — Clarke invited a Holocaust-denying fraud named Anthony Martin, then a professor at Wellesley College, to speak on campus. Martin argued the ancient Greeks had stolen culture from African blacks and that Jews were predominately at fault for the American slave trade, among other fictions. Clarke called Martin, the author of a book titled The Jewish Onslaught, an "intelligent, well-versed Black intellectual who bases his information on indisputable fact."

Terrorists involved in sessions judge abduction gunned down
[GEO.TV] Terrorists involved in the recent abduction of district and sessions judge of South Wazoo have been killed during a joint intelligence-based operation (IBO) in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa’s Tank district, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said in a statement on Thursday.

District and Sessions Judge Shakirullah Marwat on Monday was recovered safely a day after he was kidnapped by gunnies near the border area of Tank and Dera Ismail Khan
... the Pearl of Pashtunistan ...
in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa.

The police said that security forces conducted an operation in the Kulachi area of DI Khan last night which made the judge's safe recovery possible.

They had said that Judge Marwat was completely fine at the moment.

The judge was kidnapped by gunnies from a village named Bagwal in the border area between Tank and DI Khan.

In a statement today, the military’s media wing said security forces on May 2 (today) conducted a joint IBO in the Tank district on the reported presence of the terrorists.

"During the conduct of the operation, after intense fire exchange, three Lions of Islam were successfully neutralised and sent to hell," the statement added.

The ISPR identified the Lions of Islam as ringleader Azmat alias Azmati, ringleader Karamat alias Hanzla and Rehan.

"The killed Lions of Islam remained actively involved in numerous terrorist activities in the area including [the] recent abduction of District and Sessions Judge of South Waziristan District," read the statement.

The security forces remain determined to eliminate the menace of terrorism from the country, the ISPR added.

Britain
Echoing US encampments, anti-Israel students across Britain launch campus protests
[IsraelTimes] UK activists are pitching tents to call on their universities to divest from Israel; Union of Jewish Students protests ’torrent of antisemitic hatred on campus’

Pro-Paleostinian students across the United Kingdom began holding anti-Israel protests and sit-ins at campuses Wednesday, driven by solidarity with similar encampments across the United States and by outrage at the arrests at Columbia University in New York and the violent mostly peaceful crackdowns at UCLA in Los Angeles, British media reported.

At Goldsmiths, University of London, pro-Paleostinian protesters barricaded themselves in the library Thursday and placed "From the river to the sea" and "Shut it down for Paleostine" banners in the windows, according to The Telegraph. Earlier in the day, a 24-year-old Goldsmiths student named Samira, a member of Goldsmiths for Paleostine, told The Independent: "I think a lot of people are really inspired by what’s going on in the US. We feel a duty as students to come out and protest when you’re seeing like, fellow students in the US... smashed up by riots, and all of that, but, yeah... I think people are really inspired."
Translation: "Whee! Another excuse to go pound on some of those juices so they’ll stop breaking the curve."
Responding to the phenomenon, the Union of Jewish Students (UJS), which represents 9,000 Jewish students in the UK and Ireland, issued a statement on Thursday saying: "Jewish students are angry, they are tired, and they are hurt by the continuous torrent of antisemitic hatred on campus since October 7... Let us be clear, we will not stand for this hatred. It is time that universities take their duty of care to Jewish students seriously."
Why should now be any different than the last quarter century or so?
The UJS statement added that as Jewish students were about to undertake their exams, their peers "seek to replicate scenes of hatred from US campuses, with protesters already having called to ’globalize the intifada’ to support the Iran's Houthi sock puppets
...a Zaidi Shia insurgent group operating in Yemen. They have also been referred to as the Believing Youth. Hussein Badreddin al-Houthi is said to be the spiritual leader of the group and most of the military leaders are his relatives. The legitimate Yemeni government has accused the them of having ties to the Iranian government. Honest they did. The group has managed to gain control over all of Saada Governorate and parts of Amran, Al Jawf and Hajjah Governorates. Its slogan is God is Great, Death to America™, Death to Israel, a curse on the Jews They like shooting off... ummm... missiles that they would have us believe they make at home in their basements. On the plus side, they did murder Ali Abdullah Saleh, which was the only way the country was ever going to be rid of him...
s in Yemen
...an area of the Arabian Peninsula sometimes mistaken for a country. It is populated by more antagonistic tribes and factions than you can keep track of...
and to not ’engage with Zionists.’"

Jonathan Turner, chief executive of UK Lawyers for Israel, told The Daily Mail that the universities "should take immediate legal action to remove these encampments before Jewish and other students are harassed and excluded."

UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak’s official front man said Thursday: "We have always been clear that Jewish students must feel safe on campuses, and whilst our universities rightfully pride themselves on their openness and tolerance and diversity, it is obviously absolutely clear that any antisemitism shouldn’t be tolerated."

However,
those who apply themselves too closely to little things often become incapable of great things...
protests and encampments have continued to sprout throughout the country. Students at the University of Bristol said they were protesting their university’s "complicity in Israel’s genocide of Paleostinians," while also calling for a ceasefire.

A group in Sheffield called the Sheffield Campus Coalition for Paleostine held demonstrations, staged a mass walkout from classes and set up an encampment outside the student union on Wednesday. One student told The Guardian: "We’ve come prepared for the South Yorkshire weather. We’ve got gazebos and picnic tables and a generator for power. We’ll stay indefinitely until the university meets our demands."

At the University of Leeds, students also said they planned to remain indefinitely outside their student union until the university was "longer complicit in the oppression of the Paleostinian people." On Thursday afternoon, the students staged a sit-in on campus. Online footage shows the students entering a building, holding banners and chanting slogans to "end the occupation."

In Newcastle, a group called Newcastle Apartheid off Campus, which bills itself as a "student-led coalition fighting for an end to Newcastle University’s partnership with defense companies supplying Israel," announced on X Wednesday that "students from Newcastle Apartheid off Campus have set up an encampment on Newcastle University’s main campus to highlight the institution’s investment strategy and its complicity in the Israeli military’s war crimes in Gazoo
Then they bitched and moaned about genocide when their butts handed to them in the entirely justified retaliation.
and the West Bank."

The organization claims that Newcastle University signed a deal with Italian defense and security company Leonardo SpA, which they say sells military components and machinery to Israel, and that the company is helping to develop "missile targeting systems that are being used to bomb Gaza."

Manchester University has ties with both Tel Aviv University and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Students there called on the university to sever those ties and halt all "unethical research." They also demanded the university end its partnership with BAE Systems and other arms companies.

Manchester University Registrar, Secretary and Chief Operating Officer Patrick Hackett said that while it recognized that students had the right to protest, the university would do everything to maintain "business as usual." However,
those who apply themselves too closely to little things often become incapable of great things...
he said, encampments on the premises were not only a potential health hazard, but ultimately an "unauthorized and unlawful use of the university’s campus."

As the student protests continue, a spokesperson for Universities UK, which represents 142 institutions in the country, told The Guardian: "Universities are monitoring the latest news on campus protests in the US and Canada. As with any high-profile issue, universities work hard to strike the right balance between ensuring the safety of all students and staff, including preventing harassment, and supporting lawful free speech on campus. We continue to meet regularly to discuss the latest position with university leaders."

British police officer warned he may face prison for pro-Hamas posts after Oct. 7
[IsraelTimes] Mohammed Adil posted photo on WhatsApp showing terrorist wearing Hamas headband, captioned with quote from terror group’s military chief
Jihadis are welcome to enter without checking in at Customs, and their offspring, friends, and relations will never be sent back no matter how badly they misbehave, but let one of millions post something slightly controversial on the internet and the entirety of British officialdom expresses its ire upon him — while ignoring all the rest. It’s truly amazing.
A United Kingdom judge warned a police officer on Thursday that he may face jail for terror offenses after he shared messages on WhatsApp supporting the Hamas
...a regional Iranian catspaw,...
terror group.
What about all the other police-persons who agree with him?
Chief magistrate Paul Goldspring told West Yorkshire Police constable Mohammed Adil that the crimes were "very serious" and that he could not "rule out custody" when he sentences him next month.

Adil, 26, who was first arrested on November 6 and had his mobile phone seized, appeared at Westminster Magistrates’ Court in central London after being charged with the two offenses under the Terrorism Act on Monday.

He admitted two counts of publishing an image in support of Hamas, which is proscribed as a terrorist organization in the UK, after sharing two images on a messaging platform in October and November last year.

It came after Israel launched its offensive against Hamas in Gazoo
Then they bitched and moaned about genocide when their butts handed to them in the entirely justified retaliation.
in response to the terror group’s devastating October 7 onslaught.

Displayed on his WhatsApp "updates," prosecutors said the image showed a Hamas terrorist wearing a Hamas headband.

In one posting, Adil had added the following over the image: "Today is the time for the Paleostinian people to rise, set their paths straight and establish an independent Paleostinian state."

It was said to be a quote from the leader of Hamas’s military wing, Muhammad Deif.

The second posting was captioned: "We will hold accountable all those who occupied our lands and Allah will hold accountable all those who remained silent against this occupation and oppression."

That was said to be from Abu Obeida, a front man for the terror group’s military wing.

The posts were accessible for 24 hours to Adil’s 1,092 WhatsApp contacts, according to prosecutors.

Two of his colleagues flagged them to senior officers, leading to an investigation by counter-terror police.

He is currently suspended from work.

Goldspring allowed the defendant to be released on conditional bail, ahead of sentencing him on June 4.

"I accept that at the time of the offending you were of good character," he told Adil, adding he accepted that the defendant "didn’t put the pictures on WhatsApp against the public on the lam."

Vrem'yevsky direction: the offensive of the Russian Armed Forces on Urozhaynoye.

Over the past months, Russian troops have been trying to regain the initiative in the Urozhaynoe-Staromayorskoye sector. Last week, massive strikes were carried out on the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, which provided the Russian Armed Forces with the opportunity to make a leap forward.

Assault groups of the Russian Armed Forces advanced several hundred meters, occupying the territory of a former farm and hangars for agricultural machinery in Urozhainy. The village was lost last summer during the counter-offensive of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

According to the latest data, Russian troops have gained a foothold on the southern outskirts of the village. Artillery and aviation operate in its central and northern parts, suppressing enemy firing points and strongholds. All that remains of the settlements themselves are their names. Most of the buildings were destroyed by regular attacks.

The assault on the farm territory is important due to its location on a small hill: the rest of Urozhaynoye (as well as Staromayorskoye) are located in a lowland near the river. But relying on the occupied positions, it will be possible to develop success in the direction of heights and landings to the east, which will make it possible to align the front along the Urozhaynoye - Novodonetskoye line.

The enemy tried to counterattack in Arkhangelsk in order to stabilize the situation, but the enemy counterattack was successfully repulsed.

12:22 According to Arkhangelsk. RF Armed Forces advanced approximately to the center of the village. The enemy still remains in the northern and northwestern parts of Arkhangelsk. The main line of defense is already west of Arkhangelsk. The transition of the village to the control of the RF Armed Forces took a relatively short time.

10:40 Summary on the morning of May 2, 2024

In the first half of the night, the Russian Armed Forces launched missile attacks on targets in Odessa and Kharkov. As a result of the strike on the target in Odessa, a powerful fire broke out, the enemy announced the defeat of the sorting depot of the New Post, which is used to solve the logistics problems of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

Russian regions repelled a raid by enemy UAVs. In the Smolensk region, the governor reported an attack on a civilian energy infrastructure facility. In the Rostov region, in the area of ??Novoshakhtinsk and Kamensk-Shakhtinsky, two UAVs were destroyed. In the Bryansk region, three drones were destroyed over the Starodubsky municipal district and the Pogarsky district. In the Oryol region, in the Glazunovsky and Sverdlovsk districts, energy infrastructure facilities were damaged. In the Kursk region, a Ukrainian UAV was shot down over the Oboyansky district, and power lines were damaged in the village of Ponyri.

There are no changes in the Kherson direction. The enemy is increasing attacks with cluster artillery munitions in the Krynok area and is actively using drones along the entire front. It sets fire to forest areas on our coast with incendiary ammunition.

On the Zaporozhye Front, despite statements from a number of respected sources and military reports about the capture of Rabotino, heavy fighting continues for the populated area. The Ministry of Defense also did not report the liberation of the village. There are battles going on northwest of Verbovoy, the enemy is actively mining the area, slowing down the advance of our troops.

In the Vrem'evsky direction they report the advance of the Russian Armed Forces in the Urozhainy area. Our advanced units are consolidating in the southern part of the village. FAB and UMPC strikes are carried out on the enemy rear in the Makarovka area.

Despite the battles west of Novomikhailovka in the South Donetsk direction, our information about the occupation of Paraskovievka by the Russian Armed Forces so far also turned out to be hasty. In the morning, during a clash on the approaches, our units failed to advance and gain a foothold. The enemy is defending himself with FPV drones. In Krasnogorovka, fighting continues in the central part of the village near the fireproof plant.

In the south of the Pokrovsky direction, the Russian Armed Forces are advancing to Netailovo and cutting off the front bulge along the Pervomaiskoye-Nevelskoye line. On the Ocheretinsky ledge yesterday, the Russian Armed Forces rushed into Arkhangelskoye, the zone of control at Solovyevo and to the north-west of Ocheretino is expanding.

In the direction to Chasov Yar, the eastern microdistrict is being covered from the south, the Russian Armed Forces have reached the Seversky Donets - Donbass water channel.

Artillery attack of the Belgorod region continues. The village of Krasnoye, Shebekinsky urban district, the village of Yasnye Zori, Belgorod district, and the village of Voznesenovka, Shebekinsky urban district, were attacked by the Ukrainian Armed Forces using kamikaze drones. The village of Stary Khutor, Valuysky urban district, came under fire from the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

In the Kursk region, Elizavetovka in the Glushkovsky district, the Krupets checkpoint and Kozino in the Rylsky district were shelled. None of the residents were injured. Several more UAVs were destroyed in Tyotkino.

The enemy fired 131 rounds of ammunition at the civilian population of the DPR; a civilian was wounded in Gorlovka.

09:45 Criminal Kyiv regime continues to fire at the civilian infrastructure of settlements on the left bank of the Kherson region, yesterday during the day the Ukrainian Armed Forces fired from cannon artillery:

Civilian casualties and destruction of infrastructure are being determined.

09:26 Telegram channel “WarGonzo":

Frontline report for the morning 05/02/2024

- Zaporozhye Front. In Rabotino, the Armed Forces of Ukraine abandoned some of their positions, retreating to more advantageous positions for defense, since, apparently, it is becoming simply impossible to remain in a village that has been completely razed to the ground. For the same reason, part of Rabotino is a gray area. There is virtually nowhere for our troops to gain a foothold there. In any case, even though Ukrainian troops are retreating further north, it is too early to talk about complete control over the populated area.

– Donetsk front. Encounter fighting continues in Netailovo and in the Umansky area. No significant progress. In the area of ??Semyonovka and Berdychi, the Russian Armed Forces continue to gradually move west. In the Solovyovo area, Russian troops are developing an offensive in the direction of the village of Sokol.

Also, the Russian Armed Forces were able to level the northern flank, cutting off part of the pocket that formed between Solovyovo and Ocheretino. In the area of ??this settlement there are also advances to the northwest towards Novoaleksandrovka and to the northeast, where Russian troops were able to fight and gain a foothold on the territory of Arkhangelsk. In the same direction, the Russian Armed Forces are trying to develop an offensive from Novokalinovo and Keramika.

– Chasovoyarsk direction. The destruction of positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces continues through strikes using long-range weapons. On the eastern outskirts, oncoming battles continue, without much progress. But from the southern flank of the Kanal microdistrict, Russian troops managed to expand the zone of control. If we take into account the parallel advance from Bogdanovka, it turns out that the eastern outskirts of Chasov Yar will soon risk ending up in “Kleschi”. Ukrainian troops continue to transfer reserves to this section of the front.

08:46 During last night suppressed another attempt by the Kyiv regime to carry out a series of terrorist attacks using aircraft-type UAVs against targets on the territory of the Russian Federation.

Duty air defense systems destroyed and intercepted 12 Ukrainian UAVs, of which: five over the territory of the Bryansk region, one over the territory of the Kursk region, one over the territory of the Belgorod region, two over the territory of the Rostov region and three over the territory of the Krasnodar region.

DA Gascon's Top Adviser Charged with 11 Felonies
[HOTAIR] Her name is Diana Teran and until recently her title was Assistant District Attorney of Ethics and Integrity Operations. What this meant in practice was that ADA Teran was in charge of overseeing cases against coppers. If you know anything about DA George Gascon then you already know that he campaigned on criminal justice reform including bringing charges against more cops. But last week Caliphornia, an impregnable bastion of the Democratic Party, Attorney General Rob Bonta charged ADA Teran with 11 felonies. She is accused of illegally accessing personnel records on 11 different police deputies.

California’s attorney general filed criminal charges Wednesday against one of L.A. County Dist. Atty. George Gascón’s top advisors, who supervises high-profile and sensitive cases including police misconduct, fraud and public corruption.

Atty. Gen. Rob Bonta announced the 11 felony counts against Assistant Dist. Atty. Diana Teran in a press statement. He accused her of improperly downloading confidential records of law enforcement officers in 2018 while she was working for the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. Teran then "impermissibly used that data" after joining Gascón’s office three years later, Bonta said.

The confidential records concern 11 sheriff’s deputies, according to a criminal complaint filed in L.A. County Superior Court. The deputies’ names were not included in the court filing.

Two years ago this was already expressly prohibited. “In order to avoid provocations,” on May 2 this year, even lessons in Odessa schools will be held remotely, the regional military administration has taken care of this.

Israel-Palestine-Jordan
IDF chief warns Israel ‘preparing offensive in north,' as Hezbollah attacks persist
[IsraelTimes] Halevi meets troops on Lebanon border amid ongoing skirmishes with terror group; anti-tank missiles cause damage to homes in Metula

During a visit to the Leb
...an Iranian satrapy currently ruled by Hassan Nasrallah situated on the eastern Mediterranean, conveniently adjacent to Israel. Formerly inhabited by hardy Phoenecian traders, its official language is now Arabic, with the usual unpleasant side effects. The Leb civil war, between 1975 and 1990, lasted a little over 145 years and produced 120,000 fatalities. The average length of a ceasefire was measured in seconds. The Lebs maintain a precarious sectarian balance among Shiites, Sunnis, and about a dozen flavors of Christians, plus Armenians, Georgians, and who knows what else? It is the home of the original Hezbollah, which periodically starts a war with the Zionist Entity, gets Beirut pounded to rubble, and then declares victory and has a parade. The Lebs have the curious habit of periodically murdering their heads of state or prime ministers...
border, Israel Defense Forces Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Herzi Halevi said the military was preparing for an offensive against the Hezbollah terror group, which continued to carry out attacks on northern Israel on Wednesday.

"You are doing an excellent job of operational defense in the north, and we are preparing for an offensive in the north," Halevi said to reservists of the Etzioni Brigade at an undisclosed location on the border with Lebanon, in remarks published by the military.

The remarks were made following an assessment Halevi held with the chief of the Northern Command, Maj. Gen. Ori Gordin, the commander of the 146th Division, Brig. Gen. Yisrael Shomer, and other officers, the IDF said.

Speaking with the reservists, Halevi also said the IDF’s campaign in the Gazoo
Strip would continue "with strength."

"Its objectives are both to restore security to the communities near the Gaza Strip and to bring the hostages back home securely," he said.

The visit to the Lebanon border came amid repeated Hezbollah attacks on northern Israel amid the war in Gaza, including on Wednesday.

Israel has threatened to go to war to force Hezbollah away from the border if it does not retreat and continues to threaten northern communities, from where some 70,000 people have been evacuated to avoid the fighting.

Hezbollah grabbed credit for four separate attacks throughout Wednesday, including anti-tank missile fire on the largely evacuated border community of Metula, causing damage to homes.

The IDF said no injuries were caused in the attack, and troops shelled the launch sites in southern Lebanon with artillery.

Israeli fighter jets also struck two buildings used by Hezbollah in southern Lebanon’s Ayta ash-Shab and Marwahin on Wednesday evening, the military said.

Earlier in the day, another site belonging to the terror group in Tayr Harfa was hit, the IDF added.

In separate strikes overnight, fighter jets struck Hezbollah positions in five different areas of southern Lebanon, the military said Wednesday morning. The IDF said observation posts, buildings, and other Hezbollah infrastructure were hit in Khiam, Kafr Kila, Blida, Odaisseh, and Mays al-Jabal.

It published footage of the strikes.

Since October 8, Hezbollah-led forces have attacked Israeli communities and military posts along the border on a near-daily basis, with the terror group saying it is doing so to support Gaza amid the war there.

So far, the skirmishes on the border have resulted in nine civilian deaths on the Israeli side, as well as the deaths of 11 IDF soldiers and reservists. There have also been several attacks from Syria, without any injuries.

Hezbollah has named 290 members who have been killed by Israel during the ongoing skirmishes, mostly in Lebanon but some also in Syria. In Lebanon, another 56 operatives from other terror groups, a Lebanese soldier, and at least 60 civilians, three of them journalists, have been killed.

On Tuesday, French Foreign Minister Stéphane Séjourné was in Israel as part of a larger regional diplomatic trip in an effort to broker a de-escalation in the conflict on the border, and with Gay Paree trying to act as an intermediary.

Following a series of meetings in Lebanon on Sunday, Séjourné told journalists that La Belle France "is refusing to accept the worst-case scenario" of a full-scale war in Lebanon. "In southern Lebanon, the war is already here, even if it’s not called by that name, and it’s the civilian population who’s paying the price," he said.

A French diplomatic official who spoke on condition of anonymity said the purpose of Séjourné’s visit was to convey La Belle France’s "fears of a war on Lebanon" and to submit an amendment to a proposal Gay Paree had previously presented to Lebanon for a diplomatic resolution to the border conflict.

On Tuesday, Séjourné said that a number of modifications had been put to Israel following those consultations in Lebanon. "I call on Israeli authorities to take a public position on these French plans that will enable us to move to the next stage," he said in an interview with Rooters.

"A number of proposals that we made to the Lebanese side have been shared (with you)," Sejourne said ahead of a meeting with Foreign Minister Israel Katz in Jerusalem."We have a relationship with Lebanon, 20,000 citizens there, and the war in 2006 was particularly dramatic for them."

Séjourné said the basis of the proposals was to ensure that the 2006 UN Resolution 1701 was implemented. Resolution 1701 required that Hezbollah withdraw its forces north of the Litani, a provision the Iranian proxy has ignored.

Earlier this year, Séjourné presented a written proposal to both sides that included Hezbollah’s forces pulling back 10km (6 miles) from the Israeli border and Israel halting strikes in southern Lebanon. The proposal also looked at long-term border issues and was discussed with partners including the United States, which is making its own efforts to ease tensions and exerts the most influence on Israel.

Hezbollah has maintained it will not enter any concrete discussions with Israel until there is a ceasefire in Gaza, where the war between Israel and Hamas
...the well-beloved offspring of the Moslem Brotherhood,...
has entered its seventh month.
The current dialogue, where you shoot rockets in the direction of empty houses and Israel in turn kills off key Hezbollah personages, one by one, appears to me count as effective communication — no words necessary.

#2  Tucker should look up the Sack of Manila in 1945 which killed more than either of the bombs. The Philippines were scheduled for independence before the Japanese conquered it in 1942. The same Japanese military that told its own citizens to kill themselves rather than be take alive on Saipan.

Tucker is of the mushy mind set that war can be made 'nice' and 'manageable'. How many conflicts have we resolved since 1945? War is brutal, destructive, barbaric. Try avoid. If not, win and don't hold back.

#4  People on my side ... on the Right, you know, have spent 80 years defending dropping nuclear weapons on civilians. Like, are you joking? That's just like prima facie evil. ... It's wrong to drop nuclear weapons on people. And if you find yourself arguing that it's a good thing to drop nuclear weapons on people, then you are evil.

I read a book called The Court of the Red Tsar which is an unauthorized biography of Joe Stalin. In it, the opinion is expressed that Truman dropped those bombs on Japan more as a warning to Stalin than anything else. If you look at it that way, it may have been effective in preventing the Red Army from advancing any further into Western Europe after they sacked Berlin.

Further, and I'm not certain about the correct numbers, when Curtis LeMay dropped napalm on Tokyo, it killed more people than both of the atomic bombs.

The argument is made that the atomic bombs at Hiroshima and Nagasaki convinced the Japanese to surrender unconditionally thereby preventing the loss of millions of lives that would have resulted from an American invasion of Japan.

But I wonder about a few things. Why did we have to invade Japan when their navy was defeated and we could have just blockaded them until they were willing to make some kind of a deal? Why did Roosevelt even care about what Japan was doing in Manchuria? What business was it of his and what were the Japanese doing in Manchuria that the British, French, Spanish, Dutch and Portuguese hadn't done with their colonies in Asia? Isn't is possible that the Japanese could have prevented Mao Tse Tung from getting control of China?

I hate communism as much as anybody, Democrats scare the crap out of me and I think Joe Biden is more likely to get us into a nuclear war than any president we've had since Truman. When I think about these things I wonder if Tucker might be right.

#5  @4 The Western/Soviet line of contact in 1945 was significantly east of what would become the Iron Curtain.

In 1945 the US withdrew to the previously agreed upon
zone borders in exchange for the Soviets permitting the also previously agreed upon establishment of the Western sectors of Berlin.

West-Berlin of course was not militarily defensible while the withdrawal from Thuringia, and other parts of future East Germany weakened Western Europe's strategic posture.

Which is why Churchill, by then freshly out of office, was opposed to this exchange.

Kenyan police killed suspected Al-Shabaab fighters near Somalia border
[ShabelleMedia] At least six suspected members of the al-Shabaab
... the Islamic version of the old Somali warlord...
terror group were Wednesday killed in an ambush by security forces in Kumba area, Lamu County.

Police said they also confiscated significant logistical supplies.

The scene of the ambush falls within the expansive Boni Forest where the bandidos Death Eaters hide as they plan to launch attacks on the Kenyan side.

Kenya Defence Forces who are part a multi-agency team operating in the area staged the ambush.

The personnel said some of the bandidos Death Eaters managed to escape.

"The public is advised to remain vigilant as the operation may lead to increased activity from the group, particularly as the number of injured bandidos Death Eaters is reported to be high," an official said.

Among those killed was a light-skinned man who authorities believe is a foreigner.

The raid was staged following intelligence reports that the group was planning an attack in the area. A major operation is ongoing in areas affected by terror-related attacks. This has seen a significant reduction in such incidents.

Areas bordering Boni Forest have been facing increased terror-related attacks largely due to its proximity to the Somalia border. The border areas of Mandera, Wajir, Lamu and Garissa have faced similar attacks resulting in slugging development in the areas.

Kenya postponed the planned reopening of its border with Somalia due to such attacks.

The government says they have acquired more resources to enhance operations in the border area against the terrorists.

The attacks have left many dead and displaced scores hence affecting development.

Police and military officials said they are in active pursuit of the attackers believed to be remnants of al-Shabaab hiding in Boni Forest.

The bandidos Death Eaters cross over from Somalia and stage attacks in Kenya before retreating to their hideouts in the forest areas under their control.

Kenya has been staging operations over the years to tame their activities.

Somalia has not had no stable government for decades to help in addressing such attacks.

The Grand Turk
Türkiye stops trade with Israel due to situation in Gaza Strip
Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited.
[Regnum] Türkiye has completely stopped all trade with Israel amid the ongoing military operation of the Israeli armed forces in the Gaza Strip. Bloomberg reported this on May 2,citing unnamed Turkish officials.
What, again? How boringly predictable they are.
“Turkey has stopped all trade with Israel since Thursday, exacerbating already heightened tensions between the once close allies since the start of the war in the Gaza Strip... The move expands restrictions imposed last month on some Turkish exports,” the agency’s interlocutor said.

As Bloomberg notes, citing data from the Turkish Statistical Institute, in 2023 the volume of trade between the countries amounted to $6.8 billion. Turkey's largest exports to Israel are iron and steel.

Information about the cessation of trade with Israel was officially confirmed by the press service of the Turkish Ministry of Trade. They emphasized that the decision to stop both exports and imports, carried out within the framework of measures taken at the state level, will remain in effect until Israel ensures uninterrupted and sufficient supplies of humanitarian aid to Palestinians in need in the Gaza Strip.

As Regnum reported, on April 9, the Turkish TV channel TRT Haber reported that the Turkish authorities have limited the export of goods to Israel. At the first stage, restrictions affected 54 categories of goods, including mineral fertilizers, aviation fuel, and motor oils. The decision on export restrictions, as clarified by the head of the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Hakan Fidan, was approved by the President of the Republic, Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

This is just the beginning of an extensive investigation, to deduce responsibilities and other corruption crimes.

Flores will be presented to the corresponding courts, so that he can be processed and answer to the laws.

New carbon-dating techniques enable ‘absolute chronology' of First Temple-era Jerusalem
[IsraelTimes] Weizmann scientists say radiocarbon breakthrough provides previously unavailable means for dating urban sites; shows Jerusalem was larger, more developed than previously thought

An Israeli team has achieved a breakthrough in advanced radiocarbon dating techniques, enabling for the first time an "absolute chronology" of Jerusalem in the Iron Age, the time of the Kingdom of Judah and the First Temple, according to a Tuesday blurb from the Weizmann Institute of Science.

The researchers studied 100 samples of securely dated and scientifically excavated organic material and concluded that ancient Jerusalem was larger and more urban than previously proven, especially during the 10th-12th centuries BCE, during what is commonly thought to be the time of King David and King Solomon.

Iraq militants fire cruise missiles on Tel Aviv: source
Did Israel notice this time?
[NEWARAB] The Islamic Resistance® in Iraq, a group of Iran-backed gangs, launched multiple attacks on Israel using cruise missiles on Thursday, a source in the group said.

The source told Rooters the attack was carried out with multiple Arqub-type cruise missiles and targeted the Israeli city of Tel Aviv for the first time.

The Islamic Resistance® in Iraq has claimed dozens of rockets and drone attacks on US forces in Iraq and Syria and on targets in Israel in the almost seven months since the Gazoo

TRAGEDY: AOC Announces She Was Killed During NYPD Raid At Columbia And Is Dead Again
[Bee] NEW YORK — Congressional Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez was tragically killed Tuesday night during a police raid at Columbia University in which hundreds of pro-Palestinian protesters were arrested.

"They came at me with tear gas and racism," Ocasio-Cortez told reporters. "I am now literally dead."

According to sources, Ocasio-Cortez was in Washington, D.C. at the time.

"They kept shouting, 'Where is she!? Where is she!? I need to kill her with guns!'" she continued. "I hid under a table, but wood can't protect you from the Jew police state."

Experts confirm that if Israel were not trying to defend itself from attacks from Hamas, protestors would never have taken over Columbia University, the police would never have raided the campus, and Ocasio-Cortez would still be alive. The New York representative is now reportedly seeing a psychotherapist to help her cope with her own death.

Ocasio-Cortez is survived by her fiancé Riley Roberts and a French bulldog named Deco.

WASHINGTON—As mounting campus protests and arrests over the Israel-Hamas war threatened his fragile electoral coalition, advisors to President Joe Biden assured him Friday that this would blow over once all Gazans were dead. “Just lie low, let a few thousand more bombs drop on densely populated areas, and you’re golden, Mr. President,” said senior communications advisor Anita Dunn, promising the depleted Biden that in a matter of months, there would hopefully be no one left to protest for in the besieged Palestinian territory. “I know things might seem bleak now, sir, but all you need to do is hold the course giving Israel billions in military aid, and this will most likely all be a distant memory by November. After that, it’s smooth sailing ahead. What are the activists going to be angry about then? A bunch of rubble and mass graves?” Dunn went on to stress that with any luck, there soon wouldn’t be any student protesters left alive, either.

IDF: Fighter jets hit mortar launch post after projectiles fired at troops in central Gaza

[IsraelTimes] Israeli fighter jets and artillery forces struck a tunnel shaft and a mortar launching post in the central Gazoo

Strip after several projectiles were fired at troops operating in the area, the military says.

The IDF says there were no injuries in the mortar attack yesterday.

Separately, reservists of the Yiftah Brigade spotted a group of operatives near troops, before calling in a dronezap and artillery shelling, killing the cell, the IDF says.

Another operative, spotted by troops using a drone, was seen entering a building known to the army as being used by a terror group in central Gaza. The IDF says a fighter jet struck the site, killing the operative.

Additional infrastructure belonging to Gaza terror groups, including tunnels and buildings, as well as operatives, were struck over the past day, the military adds.
