The darkest sin of progressives and their fellow travelers is the lie formed with partial truth.
The cherry-pick some parts of an event, statement or report but leave out things that don't fit their narrative and opinion. Often it shades the truth or even reverses it. This is an example, wherein the unstated context is that these situations uniformly involve violent, if not threateningly lethal behavior which didn't stop when a police officer arrives. Expecting the police to avoid taking a life while the perpetrator appears to be attempting to do so is profoundly unrealistic. Talking people down depends on proximity, immanence of the threat and sanity or the absence of drug altered thinking. Civilized behavior requires cessation of violence or the threat thereof, feral behavior requires force to stop it. The better way is to respect the police and avoid situations that require their response!

Well, we could end killings by police officers in one simple step: disarm them. Of course, every non suicidal officer would resign immediately. But at least, police officers would no longer be able to kill people.

[Guardian] Iran’s presidential election candidates have engaged in a fiery and bruising first television debate, during which one promised to put another, the former governor of the central bank, on trial for treason and ban him and other members of the government from leaving the country. Good. Let's you and him go fight.
The threat to put Abdolnaser Hemmati on trial was made on Saturday by the former leader of the Revolutionary Guards Mohsen Rezaei, currently secretary of the Expediency Council. He claimed the Iranian currency had been devalued so much by Hemmati that "the train of the revolution has turned into a scooter".
The new president will replace Hassan Rouhani, a pragmatist Either the Twelfth Imam has appeared or he hasn't
who twice won landslide votes against hardline opponents after campaigning to open up Iran’s economy to the world. Rouhani had only limited success, after the US abandoned a nuclear agreement and reimposed sanctions. So what did he do with all our cash?
The narrow focus on the state of the economy had the effect of putting Hemmati on the back foot as five conservative-inclined candidates ganged up on him to portray him as the incumbent and blame him for his stewardship, especially for high inflation and the collapse of the exchange rate.
Hemmati hit back by saying most of the other candidates were simply cover for Raisi and dared them to give an undertaking they would not pull out of the race before polling day. He said he was proud he had not allowed Iran to go the way of Venezuela, adding he was standing to prevent the country’s economy becoming the same as North Korea’s, a reference to the heavy emphasis on state planning in his rival’s proposals. Wait. I thought being like Venezuela was a good thing. Ask Bernie.
He ridiculed Rezaei’s remarks that the country’s foreign exchange earnings could be boosted by taking western soldiers hostage. There's a guy who's thinking outside of the box. But why not Chinese soldiers, I wonder, or Russians?

"the train of the revolution has turned into a scooter".
I hope that sounds better in Persian, because in English it sounds like a line from Sponge Bob.
Police are searching for a 300- pound man caught on surveillance footage pulling up to a Gardenia area gas station and randomly attacking a woman
The man, who police say weighs around 300-pounds, calmly gets out of his car and walks towards the woman and without warning punches her multiple times
At one point during the attack the suspect grabbed the victim's hair and slammed her head against her car and the ground multiple times
After three men intervene the suspect stops and calmly walks back to his car and drives away from the scene
The victim, who suffered severe heads injuries, told police she did not recognize the suspect and she says she has no personal relationship to him
A detective on the case told KTLA News that since investigators released footage of the attack, multiple people have come forward to report they’ve been attacked by the same man.
He is being described as a black man aged 30 to 35, between six and six-foot-five- inches tall and weighing anywhere between 300 and 350 pounds

Is nobody but criminals armed in cities like LA and NY? There have to be gun permits issued if you bother applying for them? When people are aware this shit is going down across blue states, why aren't they lining up to buy .45 autos?
#3
I believe law aboding citizens are prevented from owning a firearm for self defence in NY - and I believe in LA as well.
For criminals - well the laws are simply not applied by the D.A.
#4
^ But how are they prevented, CrazyFool? Say, you apply for a gun permit. It is rejected. You have no one to appeal to, and no recourse? For instance, we in India have a Right to Information Act, under which a citizen can demand the issuing authority explain why an application was rejected. I'm sure there's a better system there. Could it be people are just not pressing hard enough?
There are multiple barriers to gun ownership in many municipalities in CA
pay a fee up front, which gives you a 5 year certificate to own subject to conditions
written application
pass written test administered by a CA certified instructor
then there are many restrictions on what may be sold, both guns and ammo

Dron, I believe the law in California is that the sheriff "may" issue a concealed carry permit. The result is the big city sheriffs don't, unless you're connected to someone they want to kiss up to.

Unfortunately in many places buying an illegal or even posessing a legal weapon may be prohibited.
Cite that lady who flew into Jersey with a firearm. Followed all the rules with the TSA, checked the requirements, and everything. No problem until she attempted to leave and mentioned, as required, to the ticket agent that her luggage contained a firearm. After that they were on her like sh*t on a blanket - she faced *years* of prison. You hear plenty of stories like that.
I'm in Washington state. We still have 'shall issue' in regard for permits meaning that a sheriff shall issue unless they have a valid reason not to. Lets not get into the crazy transfer requirements...
#13
You can get an illegal firearm but if you are caught with it the penalties on otherwise law-abiding people are extreme, (likewise if you use it.) People who are criminals anyway really don't risk much.

Dron55046,
In my neck of the woods, SW Ohio, you can purchase a handgun or rifle same day, about an hour of processing. As for automatic weapons and suppressors it takes about six months for delivery but local sheriff approval is relatively quick.

Considering "rights". If they're not enforced, then they go away. Dems figured that out. Welcome to CA - don't turn your back to certain individuals, avoid large gatherings and certain enclaves. [NY Post] President Trump wanted to haul Dr. Anthony Fauci in front of a presidential commission to give evidence about funding the Wuhan laboratory suspected of leaking COVID-19.
Advanced plans were underway for the special presidential panel, with an executive order even drawn up to hold China and its collaborators accountable and tally a reparations bill to fire off to Beijing.
Trump’s senior advisers talked him out of the idea as it was about to be announced, according to insider accounts detailed in a soon-to-be-released book on the origins of COVID-19, "What Really Happened in Wuhan."
In another bombshell revelation from the book, United States officials suspected China had developed a vaccine for COVID-19 prior to the outbreak, with the claims included in a "sensitive but unclassified" internal report.
The book also reveals President Biden scrapped a push by the State Department’s Arms, Control, Verification and Compliance Unit to formally confront China in Geneva over its cover-up of COVID-19 and potential breaches of the biological weapon convention in the Wuhan lab.
[National Review] I used to belong to a war-fighting organization, where we were taught a shared set of Army values. We were taught mission accomplishment before all else, enforced by "mission first and people always." Within the Department of Defense (DoD) Diversity and Inclusion Strategic Plan we are told that "diversity is a strategic imperative — critical to mission readiness and accomplishment." We are also told, by Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin, that it must be a priority for the military "to look like America and not only in the ranks, but our leadership should look like America." On the surface, this sounds okay. But it flips what had long been a soldier’s commitment to the Army and mission: The new priority turns the Army into a social experiment at the cost of mission readiness. The new push within the DoD for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) goes well beyond measures to ensure equal opportunity and instead looks to create preferences that have nothing to do with merit. Our military will suffer if it does not change course.

Stalin had 'woke' seminars* in the Red Army in the 30s. One of the reasons the Germans got within kilometers of Red Square in 1941.
* Although the senior ranks experienced the most severe losses in terms of percentages (11 of 13 army commanders were shot, as were 57 of the 85 corps commanders and 110 of the 195 division commanders), the numerical bulk of the victims came from subordinates unfortunate enough to be on the wrong staff or performing the wrong mission. Estimates of the total losses created by this mass bloodletting range from 15,000 to 30,000 officers, depending upon the dates used and the figures available. - cite

No, priority for the military should be to have the attitude and ability to kill people and break things - not what we want as a priority for Americans in general.

#1, Stalin must have felt like he had good reason to be as paranoid as he was. In fact, his Communist Party's expropriations and murders may well have adversely affected many of those officers and their families and so they had good reason to want him dead. The question then becomes: Are Biden and his handlers planning to give today's American middle class and thereby the officers in today's military the same motivations that Soviet communists did to their military in the 1920's and 1930's?

Malfeasance in office, or official misconduct, is the commission of an unlawful act, done in an official capacity, that affects the performance of official duties. Malfeasance in office is often grounds for a just cause removal of an elected official by statute or recall election.

[News4Jax] JEKYLL ISLAND, Ga. — Gov. Brian Kemp drew jeers and boos at his state party’s annual convention Saturday, laying bare the bitterness that remains among Republicans over his role in certifying Democrat Joe Biden’s victory in the presidential race.
Kemp’s supporters tried to drown out the taunts and he pleaded for party harmony. Heading into his 2022 reelection campaign, the governor emphasized his accomplishments, especially an election overhaul that GOP state lawmakers pushed in reaction to Donald Trump’s false assertions that he lost in November because of voter fraud.
It’s an Ay Pee article, so that’s automatically added.
"We must be strong and courageous," Kemp said. He said of Democrats: "They’ve got Hollywood. They’ve got billionaires in New York and California. ... That is why we have to be united as well and move forward together."
Yet Kemp never mentioned the former president who has bashed him for months and who returned to the political arena later Saturday with a speech to North Carolina Republicans. Nor did Kemp ever explicitly state that the 2020 election was fraudulent or inaccurately tallied, setting him apart from a parade of other speakers who took the stage, including one of his underdog primary rivals who received a rousing response.
Kemp maintained enough strength to easily beat back a resolution condemning his handling of the election. At least 15 local party conventions out of 159 counties and two congressional district conventions out of 14 adopted such resolutions. But the state party’s resolutions committee shelved the matter, and Kemp opponents were unable Saturday to force a full convention vote.
[BBC] Robert Mugabe's relatives say he died a bitter man nearly two years after he was forced to hand over power to current President Emmerson Mnangagwa - and his bitterness, even in death, is creating feuds.
In an African traditional context, the dead can speak, often through a vengeful spirit that is believed to respond violently against erstwhile tormentors. Therefore, the spirit needs to be appeased to avoid the risk of being destroyed by it.
If Mugabe's temperament in real life could be measured against the intensity of his supposed potential vengeful spirit, it would be like the molten lava that has recently been spewing from Mount Nyiragongo in the Democratic Republic of Congo, consuming everything in its path.
Mr Mugabe was a Catholic, partly raised by missionaries who had immense influence in his upbringing. But he never abandoned all of the traditional beliefs.

Clinical trials of some vaccines involved more than 40,000 participants, and yielded few signs of side effects beyond those often seen after vaccination, including injection-site soreness, fever and nausea. “We generally say that no vaccine is 100% safe,” says Meissner. “But the safety of these vaccines is remarkable.”

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — Lexi Thompson needed to get her mind right before she could her golf game back and now is in position to win her first second career major.
Thompson shot a bogey-free 5-under 66 on Saturday to take the lead into the final round of the U.S. Women’s Open for the first time in her career with a one-shot edge over teenager Yuka Saso.
"I haven’t played to my standards and what I need and I just realized that I needed to change my mindset," Thomson said. "It was only hurting me. Obviously, I needed to work on some technical things in my game and everything, but the mental side was really getting to me. I was just taking it way too seriously and thinking that Lexi depended on my score."
Thompson said she’s been working again with performance coach John Denney about not dwelling on mistakes although she made few Saturday when she was the first player all week to make par or better on every hole in the round.
[Babylon Bee] WASHINGTON, D.C.—After a batch of his emails were made public through an FOIA request, a desperate, frantic Dr. Fauci called in an expert technician to make sure no more damaging emails were made public.
The technician, renowned Beltway-area email server technician Hilgo Clintmann, arrived in his van and began to inspect Fauci's modest email server configuration.
"Oh, yes, very bad email security here sir, very, very bad," Clintmann said as he walked through the server racks and inspected the various hard drives and cables. "We're going to need to rework this whole setup. You need to be able to, how you say, disappear emails right away. We will take care of this with emergency panic buttons. Do not worry, Dr. Fauci -- we will make sure you are never embarrassed ever again."
Clintmann even told an elated Dr. Fauci that his company also specializes in finding out who leaked a particular set of emails and making sure that they "never make that mistake again." "It is a, how you say, cleaning service. You make the mess, we clean it up."
Finally, before leaving, Clintmann installed an emergency hammer behind a piece of glass reading "Break in case of federal investigation."

I will admit my Universal M1 was better built and had a better accuracy and 100 yds.
But back in 2011, I traded it using a verified ID process for a VG condition Kel-Tech SUB2000 in 40 cal. Note: At the time Universal M1's were selling for $85 to $250 depending on condition.
WHY?
Because the emergency application I wanted called for FOLD-UP. The Kel-Tech2000 folded to just under 17" and fit nicely in its intended and easy to quickly access location. Plus it eliminated the need for the harder to find (at the time and now again) 30 carbine cal. ammo. from my inventory list.
Do I miss my M1 yes, but my applicational need was better addressed with the Kel-Tec.

[IsraelTimes] An Al Jazeera journalist was arrested in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood of East Jerusalem on Saturday, with Israeli police accusing her of attacking officers.
The correspondent was identified by Al Jazeera as Givara Budeiri, the Qatar ...an emirate on the east coast of the Arabian Peninsula. It sits on some really productive gas and oil deposits, which produces the highest per capita income in the world. They piss it all away on religion, financing the Moslem Brotherhood and several al-Qaeda affiliates. Home of nutbag holy manYusuf al-Qaradawi... i network’s Jerusalem correspondent. She was released hours later and has denied the accusations against her, according to Al Jazeera.
"They came from everywhere, I don’t know why. They kicked me to the wall," Budeiri said. "They kicked me inside the car in a very bad way ... they were kicking me from everywhere."
Footage from the scene showed the correspondent’s broken camera equipment on the floor after she was taken into custody.
According to reports, Budeiri received a 15-day restraining order barring her from the neighborhood following her release from custody.
The police had announced they arrested in the neighborhood two suspects, a man and a woman, for assaulting officers after they refused to identify themselves. A spokesperson for the police told The Times of Israel that the journalist was among those arrested.
The network condemned the arrest, calling it "shameful behavior and a new chapter in a series of Israeli attacks," and demanded Budeiri’s immediate release, which occurred shortly after.
The Paleostinian Ministry of Information also condemned the arrest, saying that it "indicates what level of brutality the occupation has reached, which has waged at the same time a fierce war against journalists, especially in occupied Jerusalem," Wafa, the official Paleostinian Authority news agency reported.
According to the police, demonstrations were taking place in the neighborhood at the time, which included protesters hurling stones and launching fireworks toward officers.
[WASHINGTONPOST] Next year, our nation will celebrate 75 years since Jackie Robinson broke Major League Baseball’s color barrier. But three-quarters of a century after Robinson helped sports transcend racism, a new group of activists wants to ensure that future generations of ballplayers remain fixated on race.
As a Virginia resident and parent of two young children, I find attempts to indoctrinate Little League coaches on critical race theory not only troubling but also extremely harmful.
The news that the Alexandria Little League instructed coaches to cancel practice May 24 for a seminar on “equity” and “inclusion” held by the Positive Coaching Alliance raised questions on several levels. For starters, many children have spent much of the past year confined to their houses, given many park closures during the height of the coronavirus pandemic. Canceling outdoor sports practice can only compound the physical, social and mental damage already imposed by the coronavirus lockdowns.
Moreover, these training sessions cost substantial sums — from $1,000 to $10,000,although the Alexandria Little League did not disclose how much it paid the Positive Coaching Alliance to conduct the training. For an “anti-racism” movement whose leaders have explicitly called capitalism racist, people sure do make some tidy sums engaging in this kind of training.
But more important than the cost of the training is its content, which raises the most questions of all. One document on the Positive Coaching Alliance website talks of “microaggressions,” suggesting that practically everything has racial or racist implications. Another glossary linked to by the site states that gender “transcends biology” and “can be very complex since people can identify in diverse ways.” That same glossary discusses “equality” and “meritocracy” in a skeptical light, asking “whether equality is enough and whether equity is a more important principle.”
But sports exist as perhaps the purest form of meritocracy, one that determines results based on one’s talents and preparation, rather than one’s race, class or background. Youth sports teach children many things — the value of teamwork, and good sportsmanship even in defeat — including the notion of fair play, where all competitors get treated equally regardless of who they are or where they come from. This type of “diversity” training would undo all that, replacing it with an unhealthy fixation on race as the source of society’s problems.

[The Last Refuge] Okay, straight talk. This discovery makes the suspicions of an intentionally released Pandemic virus, with a political intent, to "STOP TRUMP" look exponentially more plausible. SARS = Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome, the deadly consequence within COVID-19.
And there’s a larger backstory. Eleven Days before leaving office President Obama’s administration re-authorized funding for the creation of biological weapons using SARS viruses. However, essentially this re-authorization was only kickstarting funding within the U.S. because the funding of weaponization of SARS-CoV-2 never actually stopped in 2014. The media reporting on this is misleading, if not downright false.
In the original pdf guidance for the 2014 research pause of into weaponization of SARS viruses there was a footnote that everyone seems to have missed:
June 28, 2020
[AHRP] Below, Dr. Meryl Nass reviews a long list of corrupt practices that undermine the integrity of medical science and the practice of medicine during the current medical crisis. The coronavirus crisis has been made significantly worse by stakeholders who are preventing doctors from prescribing for their patients, existing, safe and effective medicines, because the stakeholders are invested on garnering projected future profits from not-yet-developed vaccines and "countermeasures" specifically developed against COVID-19.
The stakeholders who influence and issue medical practice guidelines, include public health officials, global public health institutions, government advisory committees, and clinical trialists who design trials to provide commercially beneficial results. Editors of prestigious high impact, medical journals contribute to the corruption of medicine by publishing fraudulent studies, and reports of clinical trials that were designed to cause foreseeable deaths, The focus of Dr. Nass’ J’Accuse post are clinical trials that deliberately subjected some patients to toxic doses of Hydroxychloroquine. [Dr. Nass is a longtime member of the AHRP
...Alliance For Human Research Protection...
Board of Directors].
These collaborators engaged in an orchestrated effort to prevent physicians from utilizing an existing, off-patent, cheap and affordable drug, that thousands of clinicians attest to its therapeutic benefit...
The problem with Hydroxychloroquine, a drug with a 70-year safety track record, is that there is no profit to be made from this cheap, off-patent drug!
It is remarkable that a series of events taking place over the past 3 months produced a unified message about hydroxychloroquine, and produced similar policies about the drug in the US, Canada, Australia, NZ and western Europe. The message is that generic, inexpensive hydroxychloroquine is dangerous and should not be used to treat a potentially fatal disease, Covid-19, for which there are no (other) reliable treatments.
Hydroxychloroquine had been used safely for 65 years in millions of patients. And so the message was crafted that the drug is safe for its other uses, but dangerous when used for Covid-19. It doesn’t make sense, but it seems to have worked.
Were these acts carefully orchestrated? You decide.
Might these events have been planned to keep the pandemic going? To sell expensive drugs and vaccines to a captive population? Could these acts result in prolonged economic and social hardship, eventually transferring wealth from the middle class to the very rich? Are these events evidence of a conspiracy?
Here is a list of what happened, in no special order. Please help add to this list if you know of additional acts I should include. This will be a living document. I have penned this as if it is the "to do" list of items to be carried out by those who pull the strings. The items on the list have already been carried out. One wonders what else might be on their list, yet to be carried out, for this pandemic.
You stop doctors from using the drug in ways it is most likely to be effective (in outpatients at onset of illness). You prohibit use outside of situations you can control.
Situations that were controlled to show no benefit included 3 large, randomized, multi-center clinical trials (Recovery, Solidarity and REMAP-Covid), which are generally believed to yield the most reliable evidence. However, each of them used excessive doses that were known to be toxic; see my previous articles here and here.
You prevent or limit use in outpatients by controlling the supply of the drug, using different methods in different countries and states. In NY state, by order of the governor, hydroxychloroquine could only be prescribed for hospitalized patients. France has issued a series of different regulations to limit prescribers from using it. France also changed the drugs’ status from over-the-counter to a drug requiring a prescription.
You play up the danger of the drug, emphasizing side effects that are very rare when the drug is used correctly. You make sure everyone has heard about the man who died after consuming hydroxychloroquine in the form of fish tank cleaner.
You limit clinical trials to hospitalized patients, instead of testing the drug in outpatients, early in the illness, when it is predicted to be most effective.
You design clinical trials to give much too high a dose, ensuring the drug will cause harm in some subjects, sufficient to mask any possible beneficial effect. You make sure that dozens of trials in dozens of countries around the world use these dangerous doses.
You design clinical trials to collect almost no safety data, so any cause of death due to drug toxicity will be attributed to the disease instead of the drug.
You issue rules for use of the drug based on the results of the unethical, overdosing Recovery study.
Go to the original article, my hands hurt and I'm tired of cutting and pasting the links.
And if I haven't said it yet today... sweep away all demons and monsters.

Hydroxychloroquine had been used safely for 65 years in millions of patients. And so the message was crafted that the drug is safe for its other uses, but dangerous when used for Covid-19. It doesn’t make sense, but it seems to have worked.
Luckily for us in Michigan, our governor Big Gretch Whitmer banned the use of HCQ right after Trump suggested it as a treatment.
Fact Check Time: OK, OK, she did not ban it outright. Instead, the state health department said any doctor proscribing it for off-label uses like Covid would get their license yanked. Last thing we want is Trump getting credit for saving someone's life however indirectly, right?
One thing that cheeses me off about this pandemic, beside the Chinese and the virus itself, is the near impossibility of getting reliable data about what is going on. Everything gets politicized or spun or suppressed. Way too fUSSR for my taste. Wouldn't you agree, Comrade Lysenko?

You cant force the population into fear and control their every day life if there is a treatment for the disease.

And I think there was a while there in MEEECH-igan where they threatened doctors with their licenses if they prescribed HCQ.
And then there was that Dem Congresswoman who said she was helped/cured of COVID thanks to HCQ (whereupon she was excoriated by the Dem establishment).
[SHAFAQ] MP of Sadiqoun bloc, Muhammad Karim al-Baldawi, warned of the return of "terrorist" activities after transferring ISIS families from al-Hol camp to al-Jada'a camp, south of Nineveh.
Al-Baldawi told Shafaq News Agency, "The return of ISIS families from al-Hol camp to Nineveh is the most dangerous decision that threatens security and social stability in Nineveh since the liberation of the governorate four years," describing the families as "dangerous death bombs whose repercussions cannot be contained in the future."
"The returning families still carry the ideas of terrorism and extremism and the motive of blind Dire Revenge for the death of their relatives, and they cannot be integrated into society in any way," calling on the security and intelligence services to develop "intelligent and societal plans to contain any danger or threat caused by ISIS's families and relatives."
Al-Baldawi called on the council of Representatives to take, "a firm and serious stance to protect the djinn-infested Mosul ... the home of a particularly ferocious and hairy djinn... community and Nineveh Governorate from any attempts to build a new hard boy generation that represents a dangerous mixture of terrorist organizations that spread killing and destruction, most notably al-Qaeda and ISIS."
The Iraqi government had transferred 100 ISIS families from al-Hol camp in Syria to al-Jada'a camp, south of Mosul.
The decision was met with widespread popular and political rejection.

Now that the scamdemic is all but "officially" over.
The ANTI-FArt kiddies can expect more push back. I suspect when few more get their a$$ handed to them their numbers will quickly decrease.

The Babbitt story and questions surrounding it, still sits on the edge of the memory hole. The Antifa cell was assigned the task of diverting media and public attention.

1/6 was when the left "swore in" the first fraud into the oval office. The shooting of unarmed veteran Babbitt was a warning that anyone who tries to stop corruption can be shot on sight.

So they're not really opposed to police shooting unarmed people.

[MSN] The Federal Bureau of Investigation Friday was investigating after a man reportedly attempted to break into the cockpit on a flight from Los Angeles International Airport.
According to authorities, Delta Flight 386 was on its way to Nashville. Video from the flight shows flight attendants and passengers wrestling with the man, tackling him and restraining him.
Once the man was restrained and the flight crew was able to get the rest of the passengers seated, the pilots made an emergency landing in Albuquerque where the passenger was taken into custody. The FBI ...Formerly one of the world's premier criminal investigation organizations, something for a nation to be proud of. Now it's a political arm of the Deep State oligarchy that is willing to trump up charges, suppress evidence, or take out insurance policies come election time... Albuquerque said in a tweet that there was no threat to the public.
One passenger said it seemed like the man was either panicking and in the midst of a mental health crisis or was possibly on drugs.
Another passenger, Jessica Robertson, chief content officer for TOGETHXR, took to social media to share her experience. She called the situation "terrifying," but said flight attendant Christopher Williams "acted quickly," to get the situation under control.
"He kept banging on the flight door," the flight attendant who subdued the man said in the video posted to social media. "That’s a no-no. The second he banged on the door, it was a wrap."
Delta released a statement about the incident that said, in part:
"Thanks to the crew and passengers of Delta Flight 386, LAX to Nashville (BNA), who assisted in detaining an unruly passenger as the flight diverted to Albuquerque (ABQ). The aircraft landed without incident and the passenger was removed by law enforcement."
The FBI was said to be investigating the incident. The remainder of the passengers were expected to make it to Nashville about five hours late, Delta said.
The Federal Aviation Administration said it has seen a disturbing increase in passengers disrupting flights this year, including a woman who punched a flight attendant on a Southwest flight in May.
The FAA is now prosecuting passengers for misconduct that interferes with the safety of crew members.

If it was an actual "white supremacist," they'd have had a TV crew waiting when they took him off the plane. His face would have been on the evening national news for sure.

LACKING, BUT A UPDATE
I have been all over the WEB and some Dark Gray places. The only addition data so far for DELTA 386 as of 17:12 EST was needle found in a haystack out of Brazil. It reported Delta 386 was a Boeing 737-900ER Tail # N830DN.
Used that to look at flight history
Note: this site can be used to track flights also.
Which shows the same plane was not used to continue the flight to Nashville.
Prying minds want to know.
But I guess the fix is in and Social Media needs time to wipe/clean his past, political activities, party, donations or rewrite it a little maybe.
Who knows???
But the DOJ/FAA/FBI/??? are being more tight-lipped
than usual.
[USASUPREME] For nearly a year, Jefferson Square Park in downtown Louisville, often called Injustice Square, Breeway, or simply "the square," has been a place where multiple rots started.
The mainstream media however likes to call these riots peaceful protests.
Protest in downtown Louisville led to 17 arrests, five cars towed, one confiscated gun, and a search for a driver who hit a protester with their car.
Police provided video captured on Real-Time Crime Center cameras, which are on the Metro Corrections building by the corner of Sixth and Liberty streets, that showed an individual in a car appearing to be confronted by about 10 protesters on Liberty.
The car drove forward, running directly into an individual and flipping the person over the hood onto the street.
The video provided by LMPD did not capture what happened prior to the moment the person was hit.
But additional videos shared on social media appear to show one person holding a blue megaphone while standing in front of the car as another person yells at the driver through the driver’s side window.
The victim fled east on Liberty Street, but the protesters chased her, and when she stopped for a red light at 5th and Liberty streets, one of the "protesters" approached the vehicle, racked a handgun, and pointed it at her.
Most Americans, whether Republicans or Democrats, don’t want violence. BLM’s Marxist roots and violent mostly peaceful methods don’t reflect mainstream progressives (or Black Americans, for that matter) any more than extreme right-wing groups reflect mainstream conservatives. But one would not know this based on the skewed way that these groups are reported on. Surely, it is no slur on social justice or racial equality to point out that radical, often violent mostly peaceful anti-capitalist, anti-democratic groups inspired by communist dictators do not have America’s best interests at heart.
If that’s something public figures aren’t allowed to say, for fear of insulting BLM and its supporters, then we have little hope of making a sustained and bipartisan moral case against street violence—not just in the shadow of this election, but in all those that follow.

The village has two kinds of villagers. The majority are loyal to the leadership. Burma is battling the forces of globalism and proxy terrorism as the military leadership is assaulted daily by the China backed Kachin separatists and a tribal Kayin minority that defies rule of law ad refuses to integrate. In all this, islamists and their pet army the rohingyas seek to make their own footholds in unstable regions where Myanmar forces may not venture.
And we are with the Junta, not with the half-assed democracy humpers who would sell out in a second to Soros or China. Auntie Kyi and her light touch are not what is called for when facing such threats. If the military junta loses, Myanmar will be flooded with moslem tribes and chinese weapons. The first to be slaughtered will be the buddhist majority, and the democracy lovers will come second, before they compromise with their new masters. The UN and other professional mourners of 'oh the humanity' will opine from safe distances while Burma will burn.
It sounds like Obamacare isn’t the popular draw they promised it would be.
[AlAhram] President Joe The Big Guy Biden ...46th president of the U.S. The very model of probity.... turned to his old boss, former President Barack Obama How much damage could he do in four years?... Eight, then... , on Saturday to help him encourage Americans to sign up for `Obamacare ...aka the Affordable Care Act, an ineptly designed and worse executed piece of legislation designed to bring 17 percent of the U.S. economy under the direct control of the government. The previous iteration, known as Hillarycare, was laughed out of Washington. This stinker was passed on a party-line vote without being read... ' health care coverage during an expanded special enrollment period in the pandemic.
Biden used his weekly address for a brief Zoom chat with Obama to draw attention to the six-month expanded enrollment period that closes Aug. 15. Meanwhile the government released a report that claims that nearly 31 million Americans a record now have health coverage through Obamacare, formally known as the Affordable Care Act.
`We did this together,` said Obama, whose administration established the health insurance marketplace. `We always talked about how, if we could get the principle of universal coverage established, we could then build on it.'
But the Biden administration is also claiming credit for four million people who would have been eligible for Medicaid without Obama's law.
The White House effort to spotlight the expanded enrollment period and claim strong numbers for the Obama-era health care law comes as the political world and the health care system await a Supreme Court ruling on the law's constitutionality.
The Health and Human Services Department said in a report that nearly 31 million have obtained coverage in 2021 as a result of the law. That's considerably higher than the more than 20 million estimate that's commonly cited.
The Biden administration has launched a special COVID pandemic sign-up period, and Congress passed a big boost in subsidies for private health plans sold under the law. But that alone doesn't explain the increased coverage.
The report says 11.3 million people are covered through the health law's marketplaces, where subsidized private plans are offered. An additional 14.8 million are covered through expanded Medicaid, the report adds. All but a dozen states have accepted Obamacare's Medicaid expansion, which mainly serves low-income working adults. And 1 million are covered by so-called basic health plans, an option created by the ACA and offered in a limited number of states.
That accounts for enrollment of about 27 million people. But the Biden administration is also claiming credit for four million people who would have been eligible for Medicaid without Obama's law.
The Supreme Court is soon expected to rule on a challenge to the health law from Texas and other GOP-led states. They argue that because Congress has eliminated the law's penalty for being uninsured, a now-toothless ACA requirement that almost all Americans must have health insurance is unconstitutional and therefore the law should fail.
Those defending Obamacare say that even if the Supreme Court strikes down the coverage requirement there's no reason to tamper with the rest of the law.
The White House says 1.2 million people have now signed up for health insurance through the government marketplace during the special enrollment period that began in February. That number includes people who would have qualified for a sign-up opportunity even without Biden's special enrollment period.
A life change such as losing workplace coverage or getting married is considered a `qualifying life event' that allows people to sign up any time during the year. Last year about 390,000 people signed up because of life changes from Feb. 15 to April 30, the government said.

[BBC] Since the death of George Floyd in May 2020, athletes around the world have been using their sports as stages to protest against racial injustice.
But on 22 April 2021 - a day after former police officer Derek Chauvin was found guilty of murdering George Floyd in Minneapolis - the International Olympic Committee announced it was upholding 'Rule 50' of the Olympic charter, which bans acts of protest at the Games.
The IOC says the rule "strives to ensure that the focus at the Olympic Games remains on athletes' performances, sport, unity and universality" and exists to "protect the neutrality of sport".
But BBC Sport spoke to three athletes who said upholding the rule was "deplorable", "infuriating" and "hypocritical".
And with fewer than 50 days to go until the Games, competitors do not know what sanctions they might face for protesting in Tokyo.

It'd be nice if USOC didn't send "those" athletes in the first place. Or, let them go, and if one gets a medal and pulls some egesta, then yank the medal on the spot. But the IOC won't have any C.O.Jones....assuming one cares about the Olympics in the first place.

[AlAhram] The letter, which was first reported on by the London-based Financial Times daily, urges Facebook’s leadership to adopt measures that ensure pro-Paleostine content is not censored or removed
About 200 employees of the social media giant Facebook have signed a letter urging the company’s administration to address concerns that pro-Paleostine content on the social media platform are being censored, Paleostinian news agency (WAFA) said.
The Facebook employees urged their leadership "to order a third-party audit of enforcement actions around Arab and Moslem content, and to refer a post by Israel’s prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu describing Paleostinian civilians as murderous Moslems to its independent oversight board", the FT said.
The letter further calls on Facebook executives to set up an internal task force to "investigate and address potential biases" in both its human and automated content moderation systems, the FT reported.
"As highlighted by employees, the press and members of Congress, and as reflected in our declining app store rating, our users and community on the lam feel that we are falling short on our promise to protect open expression around the situation in Paleostine," the letter reportedly said.
"We believe Facebook can and should do more to understand our users and work on rebuilding their trust," it continued.
During last month’s Israeli aggression on Gazoo ...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. The place was acquired in the wake of the 1967 War and then presented to Paleostinian control in 2006 by Ariel Sharon, who had entered his dotage. It is currently ruled with an iron fist by Hamaswith about the living conditions you'd expect. It periodically attacks the Hated Zionist Entity whenever Iran needs a ruckus created or the hard boyz get bored, getting thumped by the IDF in return. The ruling turbans then wave the bloody shirt and holler loudly about oppression and disproportionate response... , Facebook labelled words used by Paleostinian users, such as "martyr" and "resistance", as incitements to violence. It also took down posts about the al-Aqsa Mosque after mistakenly associating the holy site with a ’terrorist’ organization, according to United States media reports.
[ENGLISH.AAWSAT] The Sick Man of Europe Turkey ...the occupiers of Greek Asia Minor... ’s president promised Saturday to rescue the Marmara Sea from an outbreak of "sea snot" that is alarming marine biologists and environmentalists.
A huge mass of marine mucilage, a thick, slimy substance made up of compounds released by marine organisms, has bloomed in Turkey's Marmara, as well as in the adjoining Black and Aegean Seas.
Ottoman Turkish President His Enormity, Sultan Recep Tayyip Erdogan the First ...Turkey's version of Mohammed Morsi but they voted him back in so they deserve him. It's a sin, a shame, and a felony to insult the president of Turkey. In Anatolia did Recep Bey a stately Presidential Palace decree, that has 1100 rooms. That's 968 more than there are in the White House, 400 more than in Versailles, and 325 more than Buckingham Palace, so you know who's really most important... said untreated waste dumped into the Marmara Sea and climate change had caused the sea snot bloom. Istanbul, Turkey’s largest city with some 16 million residents, and five other provinces, factories and industrial hubs border the sea.
Marine mucilage has reached unprecedented levels this year in Turkey. It is visible above the water as a slimy gray sheet along the shores of Istanbul and neighboring provinces. Underwater videos showed suffocated coral covered with sea snot.
Erdogan said he instructed the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization to coordinate with relevant institutions, municipalities and universities. Teams are inspecting waste water and solid waste facilities, along with other potential sources of pollution, he said.
"We will save our seas from this mucilage calamity, leading with the Marmara Sea," Erdogan said. "We must take this step without delay."
Marine experts say that human waste and industrial pollution is choking Turkey’s seas. They say the rise in water temperatures from climate change is contributing to the problem.

[Judicial Watch] Judicial Watch today announced that it obtained 280 pages of documents from the Department of Health and Human Services revealing that from 2014 to 2019, $826,277 was given to the Wuhan Institute of Virology for bat coronavirus research by the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), which is headed by Dr. Anthony Fauci.
The documents, some of which were redacted or withheld in their entirely, were obtained through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit seeking records of communications, contracts and agreements with the Wuhan Institute of Virology in China (Judicial Watch, Inc. v. U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (No. 1:21-cv-00696)). The agency is only processing 300 pages records per month, which means it will take until the end of November for the records to be fully reviewed and released under FOIA.
The records include a chart of NIAID funding to the Wuhan Institute of Virology sent on April 21, 2020, by NIAID’s Chase Crawford to Principal Deputy Director Hugh Auchincloss and other NIAID officials. The agency funds directed to the Wuhan Institute of Virology between the years 2014-2019 total $826,277. All of the projects listed in the chart are titled "Understanding the Risk of Bat Coronavirus Emergence."
In an April 15, 2020 email marked "high" importance, Principal Deputy Director of NIH Lawrence Tabak emailed Fauci, NIH Director Francis Collins, and other NIH officials with the subject line: "HEADS UP: Wuhan lab research:"

[AndMagazine] Teddy Roosevelt used to carry a big stick and speak softly. Joe Biden carries no stick and mumbles incoherently. The Iranians know that, and they plan to take full advantage.
Even as negotiations regarding a new nuclear deal drag on and Iran prepares to once again fleece the spineless American negotiating team, two Iranian ships are rounding the tip of South Africa and entering the Atlantic. Their destination? Venezuela. Their cargo? Sophisticated weapons for Maduro, which will pose a direct threat to the United States.
The Iranian navy sea-ship Makran and the Iranian’s most modern warship Sahand have just rounded Africa’s Cape of Good Hope. Iranian vessels do not operate in the Atlantic, so this is an unprecedented and obviously significant development. What is even more significant is what the Makran is carrying.
According to a well-placed AND Magazine source with access to multiple sub-sources inside Iran, in addition to the high-speed missile boats visible in imagery on the deck of the Makran, that vessel is carrying surface to surface missile systems and the missiles to be launched from those systems. Many of the components for these systems are disassembled and distributed in unmarked crates within the ship so as to be harder to detect and identify.

[ENGLISH.AAWSAT] Morocco began a gradual return to normal life after the government decided to remove some of the coronavirus (aka COVID19 or Chinese Plague) ...the twenty first century equivalent of bubonic plague, only instead of killing off a third of the population of Europe it kills 3.4 percent of those who notice they have it. It seems to be fond of the elderly, especially Iranian politicians and holy men... restrictions that it had imposed to fight the pandemic.
Markets, shops and restaurants are now allowed to open until 11pm.
"The decision to extend the opening hours from 8pm till 11pm helped us welcome more clients," said the owner of a cafe in Rabat.
He said restaurants had suffered painful losses after a curfew was imposed to fight the pandemic.
The government also eased restrictions on public transportation by setting the capacity at 75 percent.
For the first time since more than a year, theaters, cinemas, cultural centers, libraries, museums and monuments were open with up to 50 percent of their capacity.
Event halls now operate at 50 percent capacity provided that the number of people does not exceed 100.
With the rise in temperatures, people were seen accessing beaches while respecting physical distancing after the government allowed to open public swimming pools by a 50 percent capacity.
Despite easing the restrictions, the Moroccan authorities urged all citizens to continue to fully comply with all preventive measures, in particular physical distancing, hygiene rules and mask-wearing.
Meanwhile, ...back at the wrecked scow, a single surviver held tightly to the smashed prow... the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs announced a plan for the gradual reopening of mosques, in coordination with the health and administrative authorities.
It said the first stage starts on June 8, when Morocco will open around 12,000 mosques while an additional 9,000 mosques will open during the second stage on June 22.
The Ministry said 19,000 mosques should open next month, also on two stages.
However, there is a theory which states that if ever anybody discovers exactly what the Universe is for and why it is here, it will instantly disappear and be replaced by something even more bizarre and inexplicable. There is another theory which states that this has already happened... the government kept summer camps closed, a decision, which prompted workers in the sector to protest outside the Ministry of Youth and Sports in Rabat.

[SHAFAQ] Maj. Gen. Yahya Rasoul, the front man for the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces, Mustafa al-Kadhimi, condemned on Saturday the attack on Peshmerga by the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) in Matin Mountain.
Rasoul said in a statement received by Shafaq News Agency; "We condemn the cowardly terrorist attack against an Iraqi military unit by non-Iraqi gangs."
Rasoul added that the security forces have opened an investigation into the incident, "every aggressor against the blood and security of Iraqis will receive a fair punishment.
"We offer our condolences to the families of the five deaders from the Peshmerga forces, and we call for a speedy recovery for those injured," he said.
The statement pointed out that the Iraqi armed forces reaffirmed establishing the "national illusory sovereignty over the entire Iraqi territory and preventing any breach, whether internal or foreign."
Five Peshmerga were killed and seven others injured by the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) in Duhok province’s Amedi district on Saturday, according to the Peshmerga ministry. The PKK said they only fired warning shots to stop the Peshmerga from nearing their position and did not kill them.
"A Peshmerga force fell into a trap by the PKK on Metina mountain. Five Peshmerga were martyred and two others injured," Sarbast Lazgin, deputy Peshmerga minister, told Rudaw. A later statement from the ministry said seven Peshmerga were maimed.
The PKK, however, said their fighters "opened fire into the air with personal weapons in order to warn" the Peshmerga when they entered an area on the mountain where the PKK are present.
"However, Switzerland makes more than cheese... their armored vehicle ignored our warning and kept moving. We have not confirmed how they were attacked. We do not know if an old mine went kaboom! or it was an Arclight airstrike ...KABOOM!... ," the PKK added in a statement carried by Rojnews.
Most of the Peshmerga casualties were senior officers and members of a unit that clears mines and explosives. Their commander, Hussein Blani, told Rudaw the men were hit by a rocket, but it is not clear who carried out the attack.
"Two of our engineering teams went to Amedi as part of their duty, but they were hit by a rocket," said Blani.
The People's Defence Forces (HPG) command - the PKK’s military wing — claimed the incident was caused by a mine explosion.
"There area is uninhabited and the Peshmerga have not moved in this area for 25 years. Most of the area is under control of the HPG forces and has been mined against the Ottoman Turkish occupation. Despite the warning shots, a kaboom occurred and resulted in unknown casualties in one or two vehicles," said the statement published by the PKK-affiliated Hawar News Agency.
"We do not want to start an endless internal war," it added.

[LATimes] Gov. Gavin Newsom stood on a set designed to look like a game show on Friday and drew winners of the first cash prizes in California’s COVID-19 vaccine lottery, part of an effort to boost immunizations that also gives the governor a chance to give away $116.5 million to potential voters before the recall election.
"Over the course of the last few weeks, as we saw that decline in those first doses, we realized we need to do a little bit more than just our traditional outreach efforts," Newsom said, acknowledging that some may question the use of cash giveaways to incentivize what he described as doing the right thing. "But we are where we are, and incentives have long worked, and incentives are indeed what we are advancing here today."
Positioned before crimson and gold curtains on a carefully crafted stage, Newsom plucked numbers from a lottery ball machine in the latest in a series of feel-good announcements from a governor in the middle of a battle to save his political career as he faces a recall election.
His political opponents called Friday’s production another example of the governor using taxpayer dollars in an attempt to win over voters. Others viewed the display as smart political strategy from an incumbent looking to distance himself from the recall and deliver an upbeat message to Californians.

What it wrong with an age limit of 65?
That's when the society has said for a hundred years that you should retire from your primary job.
That's not saying you can't work one justs need to do something less physical and less mental and less dangerous.

it's not like these retards are actually doing anything other than warming a seat, preening for the cameras and pulling a lever from time to time. in a way that they are told.
their staffers that act behind the scenes are the ones pulling the strings. and their strings are being pulled by other deep state bureaucrats

I think part of the problem is that those long-term residents of the cesspool actually believe they are there to rule as opposed to serve. Most probably actually started out serving and representing their districts but as time went on they because rulers.

[ENGLISH.AAWSAT] Two prominent figures from the US Republican and Democratic parties have agreed on a strategy to contain Iran’s nuclear ambitions, beyond the 2015 nuclear deal.
The alternative plan was proposed by Democrat Bob Menendez, who represents New Jersey in the US Senate and serves as chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, and Republican Lindsey Graham ...soft-spoken senator from South Carolina, former best buddy of John Maverick McCain. Since McCain's demise, Graham has become more outspoken, more Republican and more of a supporter of President Trump. The speech he gave in support of Brett Kavanaugh was downright manly and really cheesed off the Dems... , who represents South Carolina.

The current, near $70/barrel price for oil is also very good for Iran.
During the Trump Admin, the price averaged about $50/barrel with the price sinking to $20/barrel in April 2020 as the economy shut down for the plague.

[SHAFAQ] Kurdish leader Masoud Barzani agreed with Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa al-Kadhimi to continue cooperation to protect borders areas. Something the Merkin government can't do...
According to a statement by Barzani’s office, al-Kadhimi condemned the attack launched by the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) bully boyz against the Peshmerga forces, expressing "sincere condolences to President Barzani."
The statement said the two sides "agreed on the necessity of continuing cooperation and coordination between the federal forces and the Peshmerga to protect the borders, restore stability in those areas and prevent any interference."
Earlier, Kurdistan Parliament rejected the war option, calling on all parties to distance their conflicts from the Kurdistan Region territories and preserve its illusory sovereignty.
In a statement, the Parliament's Presidium offered condolence for the death of five Peshmerga members, wishing a speedy recovery for the maimed.
The statement called on the PKK and The Sick Man of Europe Turkey ...the only place on the face of the earth that misses the Ottoman Empire... to distance the Kurdistan Region from their wars, resort to peaceful political solutions, respect the institutions of the Kurdistan Region and preserve the illusory sovereignty of the Kurdistan Region and Iraq.
For its part, the Peshmerga Affairs Committee in Kurdistan Parliament said in a statement, "The Workers' Party has become a threat to the Kurdistan Region under the pretext of the war with Turkey, while young men from the region were martyred many times. This conflict has become a reason for evacuating and destroying hundreds of villages in the border areas."
The committee called on the party to relocate their conflict in the Ottoman Turkish territories, not endanger the region's gains and illusory sovereignty, and respect its borders, security, and stability.
The Ministry of Peshmerga in the Kurdistan Region confirmed earlier today that the Kurdistan Workers' Party targeted the Peshmerga forces in Mount Matin in Duhok Governorate, causing five deaths and four injuries among the Peshmerga forces, and the death of three PKK fighters.

[ENGLISH.AAWSAT] Ever since President Joe The Big Guy Biden ...46th president of the U.S. We get to suffer the consequences... ordered US intelligence agencies to investigate reports that the Covid-19 virus might have beat feet from a laboratory in Wuhan, commentators have argued over what difference it makes if the theory turns out to be right. Here’s why the answer matters: The discovery that the virus had a human origin would give the coronavirus (aka COVID19 or Chinese Plague) ...the twenty first century equivalent of bubonic plague, only instead of killing off a third of the population of Europe it kills 3.4 percent of those who notice they have it. Like about 75% of the MEDIA C-19 reports we all either buy into part of it, pick it apart or T-can it.
QUESTION:
What if C-19/21 was a Test Run at the sustainable Population Agenda.
Like some Population Control Elitists types out there have suggested needs to be done? Which in part calls for the culling of the massive numbers of elderly and infirm from our population?
[ENGLISH.AAWSAT] Iraqi parties are scrambling to forge new alliances that may create changes in the current political arena or at least revive old partnerships as the country edges closer to holding early parliamentary elections in October.
The instability in the country may, however, force the postponement of the elections. This possibility has not impeded the parties, which are preparing themselves to both hold the elections on time or bracing for their delay to their constitutional date of May 2022.
Amid these preparations, a delegation from the Sadr movement held talks in Erbil this week with head of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) Masoud Barzani and President of the Kurdistan Region Nechirvan Barzani. The delegation was led by Nasar al-Rubaye, head of the movement's political body.
The surprise meeting between the largest Shiite party, the Sadrist movement, and largest Kurdish party, the (KDP), may pave the way for an alliance that may upend the political scene in Iraq. Whoever joins the alliance will have the upper hand in the formation of the new government after the polls.
The Sadrists are expected to emerge as victors in the elections, and therefore hold sway over the formation of the government or appointment of a prime minister, who does not necessarily have to be a member of their movement.
Beyond the government level, a Sadrist-Kurdish alliance may hold sway over the three presidencies (president, prime minister and parliament speaker) in Iraq. According to the 2003 constitution, the president is always a Kurdish figure, the speaker is always a Sunni Arab and prime minister a Shiite.
If influential Shiite and Sunni figures join the potential Sadrist-KDP alliance, then they may control who is named to the three presidencies, regardless of their sect, confirmed observers.
To clarify, they cited Speaker Mohammed al-Halbousi, leader of the largest Sunni bloc in the western provinces, openly speaking of the desire of Sunni Arabs to assume the presidency. In return, the position of parliament speaker would be occupied by a Kurdish figure.
The sticking point would be persuading the two major Kurdish parties in the Kurdistan Region — the KDP in Erbil and Patriotic Union of Kurdistan in Sulaymaniyah — to agree to the switch before even agreeing with Baghdad on the issue.
More time, however, is needed for alliances to take shape.
Another noticeable development, was head of the Hikma movement, Ammar al-Hakim’s visit to the disputed Kirkuk province. His movement does not hold sway in the province, which is predominantly Kurdish and Turkmen with a Christian minority, but he may be attempting to garner its support during the polls.

[TASS] Russian President Vladimir Putin said he was convinced that the United States is following a typical scenario of an empire: confident of their unlimited power, empires create unnecessary problems for themselves until they can no longer cope with them.
"We are hearing constant threats from the Congress and other places. All of this is done as part of domestic political processes in the United States. The people who are doing this assume that the economic, military and political might of the United States is so huge that [the problems they create as a result are] nothing serious and they can cope with that. This is what they think," Putin said on Friday at a meeting with heads of the world’s leading news agencies, organized by TASS on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF).
"Do you know what the problem is? I’ll tell you, as a former citizen of the Soviet Union. The problem of empires is that they think they are so powerful that they can afford small inaccuracies and mistakes," he said.
In his words, empire rulers are confident they can intimidate, persuade or buy loyalty of various nations or groups, and think all their problems can be solved this way.
"But problems keep piling up. And, at some point, they are no longer able to cope with them. And the United States is now walking the Soviet Union’s path, and its gait is confident and steady," the Russian leader added.

[Rudaw] Three people were killed in a suspected Ottoman TurkishArclight airstrike ...KABOOM!... near Makhmour camp in northern Iraq on Saturday afternoon.
"It was an airstrike and took place near Makhmour refugee camp. According to confirmed information, three people have died," Sirwan Barzani, commander of Peshmerga forces on the Makhmour-Gwer front, told Rudaw.
A resident of the camp, who asked to be identified only as Ahmed, had earlier told Rudaw that Ottoman Turkish air forces bombed the camp, killing at least one person and injuring a second.
Makhmour camp hosts more than 12,000 Kurdish refugees who fled persecution by the Ottoman Turkish state, mainly in the 1990s. It is located in areas disputed between Erbil and Baghdad.
Ankara believes the camp has close ties with the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK), an armed Kurdish group that is on The Sick Man of Europe Turkey ...the occupiers of Greek Asia Minor... ’s terror list. The PKK, which fights for greater rights for Kurds in Turkey, has its headquarters in the Kurdistan Region’s Qandil mountains.
That's 968 more than there are in the White House, 400 more than in Versailles, and 325 more than Buckingham Palace, so you know who's really most important... told state-owned TRT on Wednesday their next target after Qandil is Makhmour.
"Makhmour is almost the incubation nest of Qandil. This brood nest is flourishing in the city centre. If we do not go after this, this brood nest will continue to produce," he said. "We care about Makhmour as much as Qandil."
Turkey has carried out airstrikes against the camp in the past. The Ottoman Turkish military is currently conducting two operations against the PKK in northern Duhok province.
The Ottoman Turkish defense ministry has not immediately commented on the suspected airstrike.
Three non-combatants were killed Saturday in a Ottoman Turkish drone attack on a refugee camp in northern Iraq in an area Ottoman Turkish President recently threatened to "clean up", a Kurdish politician said.
"Three non-combatants were killed and two maimed," Rashad Galali, a Kurdish MP from Makhmur, told AFP, adding that the strike targeted "a kindergarten near a school" in the camp that houses Kurdish refugees from The Sick Man of Europe Turkey ...the only place on the face of the earth that misses the Ottoman Empire... .
[Regnum] The USSR was neither a "typical empire" with their "typical problems", nor an empire in general. It was an innovative political and social community.
In a few years - not in decades, like the United States, but in years - the Soviet Union raised a huge part of Russians and especially subjects of the Russian Empire of other nationalities from the bottom to the top of the social ladder of the country of the modern era. People remembered and appreciated this. Therefore, the destruction of the USSR did not come from ordinary people, not from workers, but from the elite culturally corrupted by the West. Moreover, it came not from the outskirts, but from Russia.
Of course, it is necessary to discuss why the Soviet Union ceased to exist, but not in connection with what is happening in the United States, which were actively destroying the Soviet Union. We must discuss this ourselves, within ourselves, very delicately and, most importantly, with respect for our native country.
Russia itself has been in the situation of “we will buy these, we will scare these, but we will agree with these” for many years. Because the opposite of this situation is a situation when we bring the world not money and politicking, but our ideas. But we have no ideology, so we bring the so-called "pragmatism" to the world, and this is "we will agree with these, and this will give beads."
It is not for us to take care that the United States does not follow the path of the Soviet Union. The United States has done so much harm to our country that now let them harm themselves as much as they want.

Oh, okay. Nonsense too can be tinged with our perceptions.
On a serious note I'd like to say that while the fate of Russia may not depend on what happens in the USA, the rest of the world needs to be very very worried. When the wakandans, globalists and islamists are done rending it apart like a buzkashi goat, America will become the first in a line of dominos to fall on modern civilization. It will be a morale victory and a boost for the globalists that will bite Russia and all isolationists in the arse later.

[Korrespondent] Interior Minister Arsen Avakov expects provocations and attempted terrorist attacks on the Ukrainian section of the gas pipeline due to the launch of Nord Stream 2. He stated this on June 5 after the exercises in the Kharkiv region, in which units of the National Police, National Guard, State Emergency Service and the State Border Service took part.
Avakov recalled that on the eve of Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the completion of the construction of the first thread of Nord Stream-2.
Gas is still transported by the Ukrainian gas pipeline and must be transported further for some time, "and then, for sure, Putin will want to start gas bypassing Ukraine."
We are talking about real threats ... Therefore, we expect ... that there will be provocations, attempts at terrorist attacks on our section of the gas pipeline, and then they will say:" Look, you see, this is why we are letting it through Nord Stream 2, "he said.
Based on this, various scenarios are being considered and the response is intensifying, including on critical infrastructure facilities, gas infrastructure, dams, dams and so on, he said.
Earlier, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine published a video about the readiness of the security forces for a possible exacerbation in the Donbass.

[AnNahar] Facebook has banned former U.S. president Donald Trump ...New York real estate developer, described by Dems as illiterate, racist, misogynistic, and whatever other unpleasant descriptions they can think of, elected by the rest of us as 45th President of the United States... for two years, saying he deserved the maximum punishment for violating platform rules over a deadly attack by his supporters on the U.S. Capitol.
In updating its policies, Facebook also said it will no longer give politicians blanket immunity for deceptive or abusive content based on their comments being newsworthy.
At the end of Trump's two-year ban, Facebook will enlist experts to assess whether his activity on the platform still threatens public safety, according to Clegg.
- TRUMP DENOUNCES 'INSULT' -
Trump said in a statement the ban was an "insult" to voters, renewing his false claims that the 2020 presidential election was stolen from him.
"They shouldn't be allowed to get away with this censoring and silencing," Trump said.
Trump also took a jab at Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg ...the Peewee Herman clone who owns Facebook. He's got more money than Croesus and thinks he should be regulated by the government because it does such a nifty job with all the other stuff it regulates. Until it does, he's not going to stop doing the things he sez need regulated... , who attended a White House dinner with the former president in 2019.
"Next time I'm in the White House there will be no more dinners, at his request, with Mark Zuckerberg and his wife," Trump said. "It will be all business!"
Zuckerberg has long maintained private companies should not be the arbiters of truth.
"American democracy doesn't belong to Silicon Valley; it belongs to the American people," Clegg said in a podcast with Richard Reeves of the Brookings Institution.
"And it's the politicians and politicians of this country who in the end have to govern the rules that prevail."
- IMMUNITY REVOKED -
As part of its new policy, Facebook will step back from its "newsworthiness" exception which allowed false information from Trump and others to circulate.
Facebook will begin publishing the "rare instances" in which offending posts are tolerated, and will not treat content posted by politicians differently from content posted by anyone else, according to Clegg.
We know there is an organized effort to silence Trump. Because they are worried about Trump's ability to help in the 2022 and 2024.
But either social media gives abides by the EQUAL ACCESS rule, or declares itself a Socialist-Democrat Political Party Media outlet. Which would require ALL of their help to be shown as a campaign contributions.

[Korrespondent] Two Russians swam across the Vorskla border river and were detained by Ukrainian border guards. This was reported by the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine on June 5.
The detainees were men born in 1980 and 1982; they had a driver's license and a backpack with personal belongings with them. They said that they were going to get to Odessa to rest on the Black Sea coast, and decided to illegally cross the border due to the restrictive measures in force in connection with the pandemic.
The border service noted that one of the detainees back in 2019 was banned from entering the territory of Ukraine after a brawl at the Zhuliany airport in Kiev.
The men were detained to clarify all the circumstances of the offense. For illegal crossing of the state border of Ukraine, they face administrative responsibility. In addition, they will be banned from entering Ukraine for ten and five years, respectively.
The day before, border guards detained two German citizens who illegally crossed the Polish-Ukrainian border on bicycles, thinking that Ukraine is in the EU and no visas are needed.

[Regnum] Once I was offered to write a book about Che Guevara. I don’t know why exactly to me, but they offered it. I came up with, so it seemed to me, an original concept - but its publishers did not approve. And I didn't want to write a banal biography - in general, the book did not take place. But then many times I became a participant in one or another TV show about Che Guevara. What am I doing? To the fact that, yes, of course, his personality is extremely mythologized and, like a cake with aromas, is surrounded by a reverent aura, but even so one can testify: Ernesto Che Guevara was a persistent, ideological fighter for the highest values, as he understood them.
[Gateway] The UN and some US entities worked before and after the 2018 and 2020 elections and many of the same players in these efforts are now trying to derail or stop 2020 election audits in the US today.

[MSN] USA Today is fighting an FBI ...Formerly one of the world's premier criminal investigation organizations, something for a nation to be proud of. Now it's a political arm of the Deep State oligarchy that is willing to trump up charges, suppress evidence, or take out insurance policies come election time... demand for information related to readers who accessed a report on the newspaper's website earlier this year about a shooting in which two agents were killed during a search at a Florida apartment.
The FBI made the request via subpoena to USA Today's owner, Gannett, in April. The agency sought information including the IP addresses and mobile identification information of people who accessed the Feb. 2 article about the agents during a 35-minute window. After Gannett objected to disclosing the subpoenaed records, the FBI confirmed on May 25 it had received the response, and the company moved to quash the subpoena as unconstitutional, according to a May 28 court filing in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
"Being forced to tell the government who reads what on our websites is a clear violation of the First Amendment," said USA Today publisher Maribel Perez Wadsworth. "The FBI’s subpoena asks for private information about the readers of our journalism. We have asked the court to quash the subpoena to protect the important relationship and trust between USA Today’s readers and our journalists."
USA Today was among several news outlets that covered the story centered on agents Daniel Alfin, 36, and Laura Schwartzenberger, 43, who were killed after a man, identified by authorities as David Huber, opened fire on them as they approached his Fort Lauderdale apartment on the morning of Feb. 2. Three other agents were maimed in the shooting. The agents were serving a search warrant in a child pornography investigation.
Huber, 55, took his own life shortly after killing the agents.
Last month, Charles Tobin, the attorney for the firm that represents Gannett, informed the FBI his client objected to turning over the records in a letter written to the agent who made the request.
Tobin cited First Amendment protections in his reasoning and noted that agents did not follow standard procedural policies in their request. The Justice Department typically asks law enforcement to first notify and negotiate with media members whose records they seek and to get approval from the U.S. attorney general.

USA Today trying to quash a subpoena because it's unconstitutional and violates the 1st Amendment?
Constitutional? Oh that old document. Who pays attention to that anymore? Biden says we are not going to snoop on reporters anymore. Yup, we're not going to do that anymore. Wink, wink, wink.

I would expect USA Today to loudly fight the subpoena while quietly leaking the info to the feds. That way, they get to have their virtue cake AND not piss off their sources.
[PJMedia] Peter Daszak, the president of the non-profit EcoHealth Alliance, is a key figure in trying to discover if the coronavirus came from the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) or occurred naturally. He can also answer a lot of questions about the funding of the WIV and what exactly they were researching there.
Two Republican members of the House Energy and Commerce Committee contacted Daszak, asking him 18 specific questions about his role in the funding for the Wuhan lab. They gave him a deadline of May 18 to respond.
Daszak never got back to the congressmen. Nor is he likely to 'get back' to them.
Since the Republican committee members do not have subpoena power, being in the minority for the moment, they have no way to compel Daszak to answer questions. But given that the questions are related to a pandemic that’s killed a couple of million people, you would think that the scientist would be eager to cooperate. 'Scientists' very likely would cooperate. Unfortunately, these people are not scientists.
Why he does not tell us says a lot about the funding trail for the Wuhan lab and Daszak’s continued, almost desperate, efforts to keep the truth of what was being researched at Wuhan from the rest of us.

Of course Covid19 - which has half a dozen mutations that adapt it to infecting humans (and, incidentally, make it uncapable of infecting its original host) - is natural.
Daszak told the scientists that they “should not sign this statement, so it has some distance from us and therefore doesn’t work in a counterproductive way,” Vanity Fair said, citing emails obtained by the group US Right to Know.
“We’ll then put it out in a way that doesn’t link it back to our collaboration so we maximize an independent voice,” Daszak reportedly added.
The nonprofit, which says it’s “dedicated to protecting wildlife and public health from the emergency of disease,” has received as much as $15 million a year in grant money from various federal agencies, Vanity Fair said.
EcoHealth has used those grants to fund controversial “gain-of-function” research — which can increase the infectiousness and virulence of viruses — at facilities that include the Wuhan Institute of Virology, according to Vanity Fair.
The WIV received about $600,0000 from a five-year, $3 million-plus grant that Vanity Fair said EcoHealth got from the US National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, which is headed by Dr. Anthony Fauci.
Classic nonprofit intelligence community money laundering project utilizing a concern for "wildlife" as a cover for action. Sorry folks, just a bit too foking obvious.
The only question remaining at this point is the intended goal.

Bottom line: The Pentagon was, through USAID, funding research of bioweapons as part of its responsibility to develop defenses to bioweapon attacks — anti-viral treatments and vaccines. To develop treatments and vaccines for bioweapons, you need to first develop such weapons.
EcoHealth Alliance took funding for research from that USAID, money that came from a Unted States Department of Defense bioweapons research agency, and spent it doing research on bioweapons with a state-run bioweapons lab in China.
Therefore, the United States military was (possibly unwittingly) funding bioweapons research at a military bioweapons lab in China. For years.

Birth rates have dropped significantly almost everywhere across the world despite that. According to the CIA World Factbook, only Niger has a total fertility rate above 6 children/women, and less than half the world’s nations are above replacement. India is at 2.28, China claims 1.6, with a median age of 39 for females, while over fifty countries have an average age of 40 or above, and forty have shrinking populations.

Question: Why didn't the US see the same frequent patterns during the TRUMP Admin.?

[NYPOST] A New York City-based psychiatrist told an audience at the Yale School of Medicine in April that she had fantasies of "unloading a revolver into the head of any white person that got in my way." Maybe she should have her head examined?
Dr. Aruna Khilanani spewed the race-hating virtual remarks — in which she also said she’d walk away from the shooting "with a bounce in my step" and that white people "make my blood boil" and "are out of their minds and have been for a long time" — at the Ivy League institution’s Child Study Center on April 6. Her name sez she's Indian, but she looks about as white as I am, which is Mediterranean.
Audio of the talk was posted on the substack online platform of former New York Times
...which still proudly displays Walter Duranty's Pulitzer prize... opinion writer and editor Bari Weiss on Friday, along with an interview of Khilanani conducted by writer and podcaster Katie Herzog. So the chat wasn't intended for public consumption? Dontcha hate it when that happens? A flyer promoting the talk and posted online by Weiss titled the lecture, "The Psychopathic Problem of the White Mind" and included "learning objectives" such as "Set up white people’s absence of empathy towards black rage as a problem" and "Understand how white people are psychologically dependent on black rage." If you consider black rage theyas a problem for black people, rather than the 88 percent rest of us, that doesn't make you a psycho. And I, personally, have not only no dependency on black rage, but an absolute aversion.
Khilanani opened her remarks by telling the audience, "I’m gonna say a lot of things, and it will probably provoke a lot of responses, and I want you to just maybe observe them in yourself." If the response is "Gee, you're dumb!" I guess you've accomplished something. Whether it's what you wanted to accomplish is another issue entirely.
She then added "prayers up for DMX" before discussing what she described as the "intense rage and futility" people of color purportedly feel when talking to white people about racism. If you talk to me about racism I'll probably nod off, since they've been yapping about it since since I was young and sexy.
"We are calm, we are giving, too giving, and then when we get angry, they use our responses as confirmation that we’re crazy or have emotional problems," Khilanani said. "It always ends that way, happens every time. Like a goddamn timer, you can count it down.
"Nothing makes me angrier than a white person who tells me not to be angry, because they have not seen real anger yet," she said — before talking about how she "systematically" cut off most of her former white friends "around five years ago.
"I stopped watching the news," Khilanani continued. "Once I started, I couldn’t stop.
"It was also a public service," she said. "I had fantasies of unloading a revolver into the head of any white person that got in my way, burying their body and wiping my bloody hands as I walked away relatively guiltless with a bounce in my step. Like I did the world a f—king favor."

Later in the talk, Khilanani claimed that conversing with white people about racial issues was "useless because they are at the wrong level of conversation.
"White people are out of their minds, and they have been for a long time ... White people feel that we are bullying them when we bring up race," she said.
"White people are out of their minds, and they have been for a long time ... White people feel that we are bullying them when we bring up race," she said.
"They feel that we should be thanking them for all that they have done for us. They are confused, and so are we.
"We keep forgetting that directly talking about race is a waste of our breath," Khilanani continued. "We are asking a demented, violent mostly peaceful predator who thinks that they are a saint or a superhero to accept responsibility. It ain’t gonna happen.
"They have five holes in their brain. It’s like banging your head against a brick wall."
Khilanani said that "addressing racism assumes that white people can see and process what we are talking about.
"They can’t," she said. "That’s why they sound demented. They don’t even know they have a mask on. White people think it’s their actual face. We need to get to know the mask."

the average self identifying afro American black US has about 30% European ancestry,
She was born in Michigan, where her parents, two Doctors Khilanani (Prem and Urmilla ) both 1960s graduates of Dow Medical College in Karachi, Pakistan, have been practicing in Troy, MI for many years.
That means, as far as I can figure out, that she's one more unhappy result of the Immigration Act of 1965.
Troy, population 80, 000, was 82.30% White, 2.09% African American in the 2000 census, when Dr. K was younger. Dr. K would have been counted as "Asian" by the census, not black.
It turns out that Dr. K didn't go to school on the slightly mean streets of Troy, she went to the Detroit Country Day School, 11 miles away in Beverly Hills, MI, tuition currently $34,125, where she was class of 1994.
After graduating from The University of Michigan with a Bachelor’s degree in English, Aruna Khilanani received a Master’s in English from the University of Chicago, where she focused on critical race theory, gender theory, Marxist critique, and post-colonial studies.

OK, so this woman is nuts, but that's why thorazine was invented. The question is, how many members of the audience at the august Yale School of Medicine got up and walked out? I found this after-the-fact discussion.

Second that. And Karachi, Pakistain! Also, her folks are what would be an endangered Dhimmi class in the 'Stain. So basically, America gave them their chance and this is how they payed back. The least the couple can do is a public statement saying 'we have nothing to do with our bitch daughter'.
Also, what kind of authority allows a quack like her to claim she's a trained psychiatrist and to practice? Apparently she has no qualifications at all.

She did go through medical school and all the usual stuff, according to her website. Pre-med isn’t a degree, after all, just a course of study. One of the boys I went to school with got a BA in philosophy while taking his pre-med classes. Mr. Wife ended up getting his degree in chemical engineering, the pleasures of which seduced him away from the idea of a medical career.
Dr. Khilanani has trained at Columbia University Center for Psychoanalytic Training and Research, New York University-Langone Medical Center, and at New York Presbyterian Hospital-Weill Cornell.
She seems to have a private practice with office about a mile south of Columbia Univ.
How Yale decided to have her lecture is not yet known. The person apparently making that decision, Yale Child Study Center Director of Medical Studies Dr. Andres Martin, has not responded to a number of requests for comment.

^ The sindhi Indo-aryans are known to worship only money. They are sworn to the pursuit of material wealth. Gold, cash, property, capital in any form. They are often known to be con artists, frauds and cheats. Hence the word Sindhi became synonymous with 'Cheat' in both India and pakistain.
She has no personal views, no ideology and no loyalties. She's doing what most south Asians do when they get there. Picking a side that allows a useless person like her credibility and good material prospects.

I've been told that white people can't understand 'people of color' and their motivations. So why is it that 'people of color' get to decide that the 'white mind' has a problem?
I mean, I know all this is a BS sandwich with a turd pickle spear, but at least be consistent.
[BREITBART] The Texas legislature has approved a bill that would ban the teaching of concepts associated with Critical Race Theory and "action civics."
The bill has now been sent to Gov. Greg Abbott ... governor of Texas. Abbott is a Republican. His 2014 Dem opponent, state senatrix Wendy Davis, thought the absolute, most pressing, most important issue facing the state was abortion. Abbott beat the pantyhose off her. His 2018 opponent, Lupe Valdez didn't dwell too heavily on abortion, but she lost too... (R).
In an interview with Yahoo News published Friday, Texas state Rep. Steve Toth (R), the primary author of House Bill 3979, said the bill is in keeping with the message of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
"This bill is a direct reflection of the 1964 Civil Rights Act," Toth said. "It echoes Dr. King’s wish that we should judge people on the content of their character, not their skin."
The bill prohibits teachers from discussing concepts related to Critical Race Theory (CRT), a Marxist philosophy that embraces the notion that all social and cultural issues should be viewed through the lens of race.
The legislation particularly bans teaching or discussing the ideas that "one race or sex is inherently superior to another race or sex," or that "an individual, by virtue of the individuals’ race or sex, bears responsibility for actions committed in the past by other members of the same race or sex."
The bill prohibits teaching that "an individual should feel discomfort, guilt, anguish, or any other form of psychological distress on account of the individual ’s race or sex."
Additionally, the measure states teachers cannot be forced to discuss current events in their classes. If they do so, they must "strive to explore the topic from diverse and contending perspectives without giving deference to any one perspective."
"The more people learn about critical race theory, whether Republican or Democrat, the more they oppose it," Toth said.
In another interview with the Houston Chronicle, Toth said CRT is "about profiling our children to promote strife and anger at one another and hatred."
The Texas politician said that while the name of Critical Race Theory does not appear in the bill, what it prohibits are "prejudicial things that were outlawed in the 1964 Civil Rights movement, like discriminating against someone because of their race or sex."

[AMERICANTHINKER] On March 8, 2020, Dr. Anthony Fauci ...American epidemiologist with rotating opinions, warnings about the unlikely, and reassurances that if you wear a mask you won't get COVID, as long as you're wearing multiple masks, assuming wearing a mask is necessary in the first place... famously told Americans via 60 Minutes that there’s no reason to be walking around with a mask. In fact, masks are likely even counterproductive, he said, because people don’t wear them correctly, constantly touch their face when wearing them, and the mask may give a false sense of security to wearers that may lessen other practical precautions to avoid exposure, like washing hands or physical distancing.
Months later, he told us that he knew that masks actually would save countless lives, but he was lying to us in March about masks’ effectiveness because wanted to protect the medical mask supply chains for hospital workers. And he had "no regrets" about telling this lie, he told Lawrence O’Donnell, because it was "correct in the context of when" he made the recommendation. Besides, he said, "it soon became clear that homemade masks were as good as the masks that you would buy from surgical supply stores."
I missed that quote last year while following this, but perhaps that’s because the media neglected to fact check the good doctor on this extremely stupid and unscientific thing that he said. I have no doubt that there are many, many scientists and doctors who would go on the record saying that a semi-clean rag you leave lying around your home or in your glovebox and wear loosely around your face is most certainly not "as good" at preventing or slowing respiratory viral spread as a mask purchased in a surgical supply store.
Unless you’re speaking, of course, about the great many doctors and scientists who still maintain the pre-April 2020 scientific consensus that any mask which is practical for use in day-to-day life won’t help much to slow respiratory viral spread anyway, so they’d be equally useless for that purpose. But many people don’t hear from those doctors or about those studies either, because Fauci, the CDC, the WHO (all of whom advised against general public masking in early 2020), along with some power-hungry and self-righteous tech geeks in Silicon Valley who largely curate the information that we imbibe on social media, happen to now collectively find those doctors’ and scientists’ conclusions to be a danger to public health.

If/When the media turns on him, then "you'll know"....
Tom Woods posted this on Thursday, 3 June:
According to Tom Elliott of the Grabien media service, as of ten hours ago, when Tom posted this, here are the statistics regarding the time devoted to the Fauci emails:
FOX News Channel: 116 mentions; 3 hours and 48 minutes of coverage
CNN: 1 mention; 28 seconds of coverage
MSNBC: 1 mention; 5 seconds of coverage
The Biden White House came to the defense of Fauci without addressing any of the particulars in the emails. White House press secretary Jen Psaki said today, "The president and the administration feel that Dr. Fauci has played an incredible role in getting the pandemic under control, being a voice to the public throughout the course of the pandemic."
Yahoo News added this, "Fauci has long been a lightning rod for criticism in the culture war around COVID because of his advocacy for mask wearing, among other measures to combat the virus."
Notice that Yahoo simply assumes that mask wearing combats the virus, thereby making it appear that critics of Fauci must perversely favor the spread of the virus.
I especially like how the devastation of millions of people's livelihoods, savings, and physical and mental health is subsumed under the anodyne phrase "other measures to combat the virus."
[ENGLISH.AAWSAT] Zoom Video Communications Inc., maker of the ubiquitous videoconferencing tool that made a global pandemic less isolating, just reported another quarter of explosive growth. While its business may not continue to soar quite so much, Zoom is well positioned, appears to have a loyal fan base and continues to innovate.
It has also achieved a rare corporate feat: It created a product popular enough to become a common verb. To "Zoom" now means to "chat by video" — in the same way that to "Google" is to search the web. Yet not so long ago, another product’s name stood for videoconferencing: Skype.
Although Skype, launched in 2003, has been available nine years longer than Zoom and is owned by tech titan Microsoft Corp., Zoom has effectively left it in its dust. People don’t say "I’ll Skype you" as often as they say "I’ll Zoom you" anymore. How did that happen?

One woman and her two children were repatriated, along with another child who was given "after written approval from her mother to the Dutch government," according to Abdulkarim Omar, who co-chairs Rojava’s foreign relations department and met with the Dutch delegation on Saturday.
There have been 660 repatriations from Rojava camps so far this year, Rojava Information Center (RIC) said on Saturday, adding that the numbers are "set to surpass any other year since 2017."
There are currently 120 Dutch nationals in Rojava camps, according to data from the Dutch interior ministry.
The United Nations ...an organization originally established to war on dictatorships which was promptly infiltrated by dictatorships and is now held in thrall to dictatorships... and human rights ...which often include carefully measured allowances of freedom at the convenience of the state... organizations have condemned governments for failing to repatriate the 43,000 foreign nationals "unlawfully held" in northeast Syria.
Kurdish authorities in Rojava have struggled to manage tens of thousands of suspected ISIS fighters and their families, held in several camps since the terror group was militarily defeated in 2019.
The largest camp, al-Hol, houses more than 59,220 people from dozens of countries, most of them family members of ISIS fighters. More than 8,500 of them are third-country nationals, RIC said on Saturday.
Iraq recently took back some five hundred people back from al-Hol camp, which was greeted with mixed reception.
The Uzbek government repatriated nearly 92 of its citizens — 68 women and 24 children - with alleged ISIS links in late April.

[ENGLISH.AAWSAT] Two members of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) were killed in an ambush set by ISIS in central Syria.
ISIS ambushed a military convoy in al-Sukhnah area, east of Palmyra city in the eastern Homs countryside, killing IRGC military adviser Hassan Abdullahzadeh and his lover companion Mohsen Abbasi.
Iranian media announced the death of both IRGC members on Thursday.
Sources said Abdullahzadeh was the security officer at the Sayyida Zainab region, south of Damascus, then Alboukamal area, and was one of the most prominent Iranian military advisors during the Damascus and Aleppo battles.
The Fars News Agency reported that both snuffies died in an ambush set up by ISIS in the desert area between Deir Ezzor and Palmyra.
A picture published by Mehr News Agency ...And if you can't believe Mehr News Agency who can you believe?... showed Abdullahzadeh with slain Quds Force commander Qassem Soleimani , who was killed in a US strike near Baghdad airport in early 2020.
Syrian opposition media sources had reported about a large-scale attack launched by ISIS on Thursday, targeting a military convoy of seven Iranian militia vehicles in al-Sukhnah area.
According to the sources, some 25 of the convoy members were killed, including the senior IRGC commanders.
The desert areas east of Homs and Deir Ezzor are areas under Iran’s influence, with Alboukamal, on the border with Iraq, as its stronghold.
IRGC forces and Iran-backed militias, including the Fatemiyoun Division, Zainabiyoun Brigade, Iraqi Hezbollah and Lebanese Hezbollah, as well as Syrian regime forces and their allied militias are all deployed in the region.
ISIS cells are present in various hideouts in Syria’s desert and they have been intensifying their attacks there.
Hours after the al-Sukhnah area ambush, the ISIS targeted Fatemiyoun snuffies on the outskirts of Shoula town in northern Deir Ezzor, killing and injuring several snuffies and detaining others.
In April, the Russian air force launched a military campaign to support regime forces and its allied militias to pursue ISIS cells in the desert.

Then Saul and all the people who were with him rallied and went into battle. And behold, every man's sword was against his fellow, and there was a great confusion. - Kings (Or Chronicles)
[AMERICANTHINKER] U.S. Senate Majority Leader, Mr. Chuck Schumer ...Senator-for-life from New York, renowned for his love of standing in front of cameras and microphones. Schumer has been a professional politician since 1975, when disco was in flower, which is 45.49857 years, or 318.48999000000003 years in dog years. Senate minority leader as of 2017... , portrays himself as an unrelenting warrior for democracy and the champion of the oppressed. But in his narrow perspective, in which maintaining his and his party’s political power appears as an overriding value that trumps all other values, he does not seem to realize that he confuses things that the majority of the American people do not.
Would someone, please, explain to him that cheating on behalf of the oppressed has virtually nothing to do with democracy and that a lack of ability or will to succeed in a merit-based society does not automatically make one an oppressed person? Because as long as he and some other Democrats share this confusion, the adjective "Democratic" is going to mean "cheating on behalf of all those who are unable or unwilling to succeed on their own." And that would make the entire "Democratic" Party an existential threat to our Republic and to the freedom and well-being of the majority of the American people.
Schumer also showed confusion about Senate Bill S.1, disingenuously titled "For the People Act," which attempts to perpetuate what the self-styled "Democratic Party" and its operatives have been doing for many decades now: Facilitating election fraud that benefits the party and its vigorous power grabs. The bill, among other things, will build upon the "democratic" experiences of the 2020 elections in which a lack of adequate voter identification, breaks in the chain of custody for mail-in votes, and wide-spread cheating during vote counting and tabulation led to Democrats achieving narrow victories of highly questionable legitimacy.
Schumer’s confusion does not end with misinterpreting "democracy" and "oppression." He also seems to confuse Western ethics with the rule that (sometimes) "the end justifies the means." That explains why he sees nothing fundamentally wrong with cheating on behalf of whomever he considers "oppressed." It also explains why he and many of his "Democratic" allies do not hesitate to sacrifice election integrity (and some other cornerstones of our Republic) on the altar of their "Democratic" power grab.
When you scrutinize it, the excuse that "the end justifies the means," even if only "sometimes," emerges as a serious threat to the rule of law (as opposed to the rule of men) that is central to the American Republic and the Constitution that defines it. As much as it is often presented as an expedient way of fixing broken political and legal systems, it is a "cure" that is notorious for being worse than the disease that it purports to fight. What the end/means approach does is desensitize the powerful to the injustices they inflict upon the powerless in the name of a "higher good," whatever that ubiquitous term may mean. It is a quintessence of corruption and it justifies virtually any wrongdoing, as long as it is done for an allegedly "good" purpose.
