A group founded by Mrs Clinton from the ashes of her failed presidential bid has donated $500,000 (£391,500) in the last three years to the protest group’s Caliphornia, an impregnable bastion of the Democratic Party,-based financiers. Just Stop Oil’s largest financial backer is a controversial Californian non-profit, the Climate Emergency Fund (CEF), which pays for stunts by environmental groups across the world, including Extinction Rebellion.
A paper trail of transparency disclosures, seen by The Telegraph, shows that one of the CEF’s major supporters is Onward Together, a campaign organization founded by Mrs Clinton in the aftermath of her 2016 presidential campaign against Donald Trump ...They hit him with slander, they impeached him twice. Nancy Pelosi tore up his State of the Union address on national TV. They stole an election and put his adherents in jail. They vilified him. They couldn't crucify him, so they shot him. Still, they can't keep him down... Onward Together gave $300,000 to the CEF in 2021, and a further $200,000 in 2022. The money donated by her group was placed into a fund that was used to pay for Just Stop Oil’s protests in the UK.
The donations are the largest contribution by Mrs Clinton’s organization to a non-profit in the last three years, and are funded by public contributions and the sale of merchandise from her online shop.
However,
denial ain't just a river in Egypt... although the Onward Together website lists a number of "partners" supported by her group, it makes no reference to the CEF or Just Stop Oil, who are the ultimate recipients of some of the money it has donated.
A separate arm of Onward Together contributes to specific candidates in US elections.
Organisations like Just Stop Oil are not required to disclose their funding in the UK, but the group has said it has received millions of pounds from the CEF, its largest supporter.
The group has previously been criticised for accepting money from foreign donors to fund its stunts, which have recently included the vandalism of Stonehenge and paint sprayed at Heathrow airport.
Some MPs have called for the group to be designated as a terror organization. The total cost of policing Just Stop Oil by the Metropolitan Police alone was almost £20 million by the end of last year, and is now likely to be much higher.
The CEF was established in 2019 by Aileen Getty, the granddaughter of the oil tycoon J. Paul Getty, and campaigns for governments to adopt climate-friendly policies.
It is backed by several Hollywood celebrities, including Jeremy Strong, the Succession star, who sits on its board. Other major donors, other than Mrs Clinton, include a fund run by Susie Tompkins Buell, the co-founder of the North Face clothing brand.

When both Germany and the Soviet Union invaded the country in September 1939, Zawacka joined the underground resistance, taking the code name Zo and building an intelligence network made up nearly entirely of women that covered the size of Wales.
Her blonde hair and perfect German made her an ideal candidate to act as its main courier, smuggling microfilms packed with military information hidden in objects such as toothpaste tins, keys and cigarette lighters - often into Berlin where the illicit cargo would be handed to another agent to be passed on to the West.
"It's really ironic," says Clare Mulley, historian and author of a new book, Agent Zo. "She has to bring information from Nazi-occupied Poland right into the heart of the Third Reich as that's the fastest way they can get it to London."

At least $239 million have likely filled the coffers of the extremists running the Islamic republic since the 2021 U.S. military withdraw, according to a report published this month by the Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction (SIGAR). The money was disbursed by State Department divisions known as Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor (DRL) and International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) to implement development projects intended to help achieve American foreign policy and national security goals in Afghanistan.
Besides establishing fraudulent non-governmental organizations (NGO) to loot big chunks of the $3 billion in humanitarian aid that the U.S. has given Afghanistan since the Biden administration’s abrupt military withdraw, the Taliban has raked in millions more by charging taxes, permit fees and import duties. The United Nations has also received $1.6 billion in U.S. funding for Afghanistan and a large percentage of that money most likely went to the Taliban as well, according to a federal audit, because the U.S. government does not require the leftist world body to report on taxes, fees or duties incurred on American funds for activities in Afghanistan.
[Ynet] The initiative, with a financial scope of 100 million shekels, will provide grants of thousands of shekels each to reservists whose businesses were affected by the war, and the amount will depend on the number of reserve days served and the size of the business.
The Jewish community taking care of its own, as it’s done for two-plus millennia I note that nothing is said about reserving the benefit to Jewish reservists — because Israel defines apartheid differently than the rest of the world, donchaknow.
The fund, with a financial scope of approximately 100 million shekels, is designed to aid self-employed reservists whose businesses suffered due to the conflict. Grants will range from 7,000 shekels to 50,000 shekels per business, depending on the number of reserve days served and the size of the business. Additionally, recipients will receive free professional business consultations.
Eligible for this aid are reservists from across Israel who served at least 60 days during the war and own a business (whether as a sole proprietor, licensed dealer or limited company) with annual revenues of up to 10 million shekels. These businesses must have experienced at least a 20% decline in revenue during the war period.

[Breitbart] Heritage Foundation economist EJ Antoni told Breitbart News Saturday most of the job growth under the Biden-Harris regime went to “foreign-born workers.”
Antoni spoke to Breitbart News Saturday host Matthew Boyle as the the unemployment rate jumped to 4.3 percent and employers added 114,000 workers to their payrolls in July, a significant miss from economists’ 180,000 expected jobs estimate.
Antoni has compiled some data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) about the dismal state of the economy under the Biden-Harris administration, including that most of the recent job growth has gone to foreign-born workers, which includes illegal aliens.
He explained to Breitbart News Saturday, “We’ve lost 1.2 million jobs among native born Americans. So, all of the job gains, 1.3 million, have gone to foreign-born workers. In fact today, this is astonishing, but there are fewer native born Americans working now than before five years, before the pandemic.”

The United States government revealed there was “an increased risk” Afghanistan terrorists or “terrorist-affiliated individuals” accidentally received $293 million in funding from the Department of State, a report details.
A report from the Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction (SIGAR) revealed that two bureaus within the Department of State, the Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor (DRL) and the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) had not provided sufficient documentation to show if “their Afghanistan programs complied with State’s vetting guidance.”
DRL was missing “partner vetting documentation” for four of its awards, while INL was missing partner vetting documentation for 19 of its awards, according to the report. Due to this, the State Department was unable to “demonstrate compliance with its partner vetting requirements on awards that disbursed at least $293 million in Afghanistan.”
“According to State guidance, all bureaus are required to perform basic procedures and follow best practices during the pre-award phase, and to perform a risk assessment for each program,” according to the SIGAR report. “SIGAR requested and tested each bureau’s award listing documentation for Afghanistan programs.”
Who signed off for that and needs to be fired? Lets name some names.
Other bureaus such as the Bureau of Political-Military Affairs, Office of Weapons Removal and Abatement (PM/WRA), the Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration (PRM), and the Bureau of South and Central Asian Affairs, Office of Press and Public Diplomacy (SCA/PPD) had provided sufficient documentation “showing they complied with” the State Department’s “vetting policies,” according to the report.
“According to State guidance, all bureaus are required to perform basic procedures and follow best practices during the pre-award phase, and to perform a risk assessment for each program,” the report explained.
The PRM, PM/WRA, and SCA/PPD were reported to have “completed bureau-prepared risk assessments for all of their awards in the audit’s scope,” along with Risk Analysis Management (RAM) “vetting documentation for eligible awards.”
DRL and INL, on the other hand, were reportedly unable to “demonstrate that they complied with” the State Department’s “partner vetting requirements for many of their programs in Afghanistan”:
DRL and INL could not demonstrate that they complied with State’s partner vetting requirements for many of their programs in Afghanistan. Specifically, DRL could only provide supporting vetting documentation for three of its seven awards, while the partner vetting documentation for four of its awards were missing from its contracting files. As a result, SIGAR could not determine whether DRL complied with State’s partner vetting requirements for four of its awards. Similarly, INL could only provide SIGAR with supporting vetting documentation for 3 of its 22 awards because supporting documentation for 19 of its awards was missing from its contracting files. Based on this response, SIGAR determined that INL did not comply with federal document retention requirements.
“In total, State could not demonstrate compliance with its partner vetting requirements on awards that disbursed at least $293 million in Afghanistan,” the report added. “State officials acknowledged that not all bureaus complied with document retention requirements. State officials told us that INL did not retain documentation because of employee turnover and the dissolution of its Afghanistan-Pakistan office.”
The report continued to praise PM/WRA, PRM, and SCA/PPD for helping to “prevent the diversion of U.S. taxpayer funds to the Taliban and its affiliates,” while admitting that because DRL and INL had not provided sufficient documentation showing “their compliance” with the Department of State’s vetting requirements, there was “an increased risk that terrorist and terrorist-affiliated individuals and entities may have illegally benefited from State spending in Afghanistan.”
“As State continues to spend U.S. taxpayer funds on programs intended to benefit the Afghan people, it is critical that State knows who is actually benefitting from this assistance in order to prevent the aid from being diverted to the Taliban or other sanctioned parties, and to enable policymakers and other oversight authorities to better scrutinize the risks posed by State’s spending,” the report added.
In response to the report, Mara Macie, who is seeking to unseat incumbent Rep. John Rutherford (R-FL), Macie questioned why he did not “stop our tax dollars from flowing to the Taliban,” pointing out that he sits on the House Appropriations Committee.
“This shocking new Inspector General report shows hundreds of millions of US tax dollars went to the Taliban even after the horrific Biden/Kamala Afghanistan withdrawal, that killed 13 of our servicemembers,” Macie wrote in a post on X. “Hey @RepRutherfordFL, since you sit on the Appropriations Committee, why didn’t you stop our tax dollars from flowing to the Taliban? Isn’t that part of your job?”

Clueless or conniving-Anybody want to investigate the backgrounds of these state department employees?
[Breitbart] The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced Sunday that soldiers had uncovered a massive smuggling tunnel underneath the border between Gaza and Egypt in the area of Rafah — where the U.S. had cautioned Israel not to go.
In a statement, the IDF and the Israel Security Agency (ISA, or Shin Bet, or Shabak) said:
Recently, IDF troops have been working to locate and destroy underground tunnel routes in the Philadelphi area, and so far, the troops have located and destroyed dozens of routes.
At the beginning of last week, in one of the operations to locate underground tunnel routes in the Philadelphi area, a three meter high tunnel was uncovered on the Philadelphi Corridor.
At this stage, the troops are continuing with the investigation and neutralization of the underground tunnel route, as well as other large-scale routes that were found.
The IDF will thoroughly destroy all the underground infrastructure on the Philadelphi Corridor and will act with determination to prevent their formation in the future.
Prior to May, the Biden administration had warned Israel not to enter Rafah, even withholding weapons to pressure Israel to stay out of the area. Israel decided to enter Rafah anyway due to its strategic importance to the war against Hamas.
IDF control of the Philadelphi Corridor, which is a road along the border, has been at stake in recent negotiations with Hamas over a hostage-ceasefire deal. Hamas and the U.S. want Israel to cede control of the corridor, but Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has been reluctant to give it up.
Control of the corridor allows the IDF to choke Hamas’s weapons supply; Israel does not trust Egyptian or U.S. guarantees to monitor the border effectively.
Bcause clearly Egypt isn’t trustworthy and Biden’s America has not monitored effectively, regardless of what it may have seen. The Times of Israel adds this tidbit:
Dozens of tunnels have been found along the Philadelphi corridor, including at least 25 that crossed into Egypt.

[Daily Mail, where America gets its news] A Texas judge whose son was senselessly murdered has called out local leaders who told her 'not to make a big deal' out of the slaying over fears it would impact tourism.
Lori Massey Brissette, a fourth Court of Appeals justice in San Antonio, posted a statement on social media blasting top brass in the Texas city which is fast becoming a byword for violent crime.
'My son was killed in March of 2023 across the street from the Alamo,' she wrote. 'I was actually told by one of our leaders not to ‘make a big deal’ out of it for fear it would impact tourism.'
Brissette's son Justin was attacked, robbed and left for dead outside of a bar near the Alamo in March of last year.
Her post excoriated local authorities for their lack of action to crack down on crime in the downtown area, after three tourists were killed in the space of three months.
She said: '3 tourists killed downtown in 3 months yet not one city or county official has done or said a thing. They are not just silent. They are absent.'
She continued: 'I was told it was a random act of violence. I was told that again when the 80-year-old grandmother was killed in May.
'I was told that even though I provided data showing 93 assault-in-progress calls from one block of downtown in the 12 months before my son was killed.
'Now in addition to a mental health worker and a 80 year old grandmother, we have lost a coach and a businessman.
'How many ‘random acts of violence’ have to occur before we admit we have a problem - before our city and county leaders ADMIT we have a problem and COMMIT to taking action?'
She urged her social media followers to share her post and to pose the question 'where are our leaders' when doing so.
In May, a woman was killed by a stray bullet. In June a woman in town for a conference was shot and killed while sitting at a bar and another attack outside a hotel left a man dead.
Heidi Silkworth, 80, was later identified by police as the woman killed by the stray bullet. Police said she had been caught in crossfire of a shooting.
Silkworth was from Euless, a suburb in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and had been in San Antonio for a graduation.
Also in May, repeat offender Bryan Davis was arrested by cops and indicted on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in connection with the death of Judge Brissette's son.
Police investigating Justin's death said he got into an argument with a group of men and two women.
At one point he was hit and knocked out, while he was unconscious the group are said to have stole his valuables and ran off.
He regained consciousness and he was taken to a friend's house where he again lost consciousness before he was rushed to hospital where he died.
Brissette told KSAT: 'It was hard because it felt like people were saying my son’s life was irrelevant.
'I’ve spent over a year and a half trying to get city and county officials to care about not only my son, but the larger problem.'
As she awaits justice for her son, she told the outlet she would continue to speak out as a way to remember him.
The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office released a statement.
'The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office typically saturates the riverwalk as we have in summers past with our "Hats on the Riverwalk," due to an increase in tourism the downtown area experiences during the summer months," they said.
'Since June 24th, Bexar County Sheriff’s Deputies have provided presence along the riverwalk as a visual deterrent for crime, but also in the event that an incident arose, Deputies can respond and assist as needed.'

[Stark Realities] Secessionist inclinations are on the rise in the United States, and are sure to intensify after Nov. 5 regardless of which party prevails. When that happens, you can expect the accompanying discourse will be peppered with assertions that states have no right to secede, with many declaring the question was "settled" by the Civil War.
The embedded contention that legal and moral questions are rightly and permanently settled by the outcome of a mass-murder contest is absurd on its face. However, the notion is so widely and casually embraced that it invites an emphatic response. It also serves as a starting point to address other flawed forms of secession skepticism.
Written by a socialist in 1892, the Pledge of Allegiance attempts to program Americans into internalizing a falsehood: that the United States is "one nation, indivisible." On that score at least, the deeply-flawed pledge isn’t working on a large number of citizens.
A YouGov poll taken earlier this year found substantial slices of both major parties would support their state’s departure from the union: 29% of Republicans and 21% of Democrats. Similarly, the five states in which secessionist yearning is highest represent a mixed bag of red and blue: Alaska (36%), Texas (31%), California (29%), New York (28%) and Oklahoma (28%). While 23% of all Americans want their state to secede, 28% would be content if other states did so.

If you read the base constitution it is a contract of union among 13 sovereign states. The amending process allows to alter that union. When 3/4ths of the smaller states are fed up with being run by a dozen major metro areas, they can call for a convention and a amendment to dissolve it.

A different perspective as well. Other than the original 13 states, iirc only Texas and Hawaii entered as separate sovereign territories. All others were derived from federal territory. Those original 13 states gave up a priori claims to what was known as the Northwest Territory and gave it to the pre-Constitutional government to administer. Treaties between the national government and foreign claimants brought in the rest of the lands to the American domain.

[Ynet] Police officer shoots assailant on the scene after suspected terrorist, a West Bank resident, stabs civilians in three locations in the city, just south of Tel Aviv; This is a breaking story.
Two Israeli non-combatants were killed and two others were maimed in a terror stabbing attack in the central city of Holon on Sunday morning, police and medics said.
The terrorist, a West Bank Paleostinian, stabbed the victims at three different locations before being rubbed out by a police officer.
"This was a complex and difficult terror attack. The casualties were at three separate locations, approximately 500 meters from each other," Magen David Adom ambulance service medics said.
A woman aged 66 was declared dead at the scene, MDA said.
She was later identified as Rina Daniv, a resident of the city. Her husband, Shimon Daniv, 68, was maimed in the attack. The couple were enjoying their daily walk in the park when attacked, the family said.
MDA said it took three of the victims to nearby Wolfson Medical Center: A man in his 70s at death's door, a man aged 68 at death's door, and a 26-year-old in moderate condition.

California Regulators Propose Gov’t Takeover Of Oil Refineries To Stave Off Energy Crisis | Watts Up With That

As the Golden State continues to pursue its green agenda, the CEC expects some of California’s nine oil refineries to be shuttered due to falling demand, which would give the remaining refineries increased pricing power and raise the possibility of a surge in gas prices, the study concluded. To solve this problem, the commission proposed a variety of government interventions, including expanded regulation on private refineries, the establishment of state-owned refineries and an increase in imports. “The deployment of ZEVs [zero-emission vehicles] and a robust mass transit system are critical for achieving the state’s climate goals, reducing local air pollution, and eventually eliminating dependence on the volatile global petroleum markets. As demand for gasoline shrinks, refineries may close or convert to processing clean transportation fuels,” the report states. “This will lead to fewer gasoline refineries, with increased market concentration and associated market problems that often accompany it.”
To address the market concentration issue, the CEC proposed a variety of state interventions, including setting up state-owned refineries.
“The State of California would purchase and own refineries in the State to manage the supply and price of gasoline,” wrote the study’s authors, with the scope of the initiative ranging from “one refinery to all refineries in the state.”
However, the CEC appeared to question whether creating state-owned refineries to replace privately-owned refineries pushed out of business by government energy policy was counter-intuitive, asking, “as demand for fossil fuel declines, will the presence of State-owned refineries inhibit an orderly phase out of refinery capacity?”
The CEC also suggested increasing oil imports, saying, “as the transition unfolds, California may wish to consider developing a relationship with a supplier and refiner or marketer to bring CARBOB [California-specific gasoline] into California via regular ship loads so consumers are assured a reliable import supply.”
Finally, the California Energy Commission proposed new regulations, “requir[ing] refiners and terminals to maintain contingency reserves of gasoline fuel in refineries and terminals,” that they’d be required to release “during price shocks.”
California is set to ban the sale of purely gas-powered vehicles purely gas-powered passenger vehicles after 2035. However, “even under the most aggressive scenario transition to ZEVs [zero-emission vehicles], millions of petroleum fueled vehicles are anticipated to remain on California’s roads and highways beyond 2035,” the CEC study concluded. “These vehicles will need fuel to operate, and many of the vehicles may be owned by lower income individuals and families, making it even more compelling to identify ways to ensure an affordable, reliable, equitable, and safe supply.”

United Sovereign Americans is filing election integrity lawsuits in multiple states.
United Sovereign Americans, a nonpartisan, all-volunteer organization dedicated to honest elections, has just released a report detailing millions of errors discovered in state voter databases in twenty states that account for 338 electoral votes.

Their team of data analysts has over 700 years of big-data and auditing experience. They have acquired multiple copies of actual state voter databases for 2022, and their peer-reviewed analyses have discovered 29 million apparently ineligible voter registrations, 10 million votes cast by those ineligible registrations, and 2 million more votes counted than voters who voted, leading to a 13% vote error rate, where the legally allowed error rate is 0.0008% (1/125,000).
Every entry in a state voter database is a potential vote, and this level of error means bad actors can inject votes into an election that appear to be completely valid.
“Our auditors found 29 million voter registrations that need to be removed, explained or adjudicated and repaired,” says Marly Hornik, CEO of United Sovereign Americans, “Is this malice, arrogance, or incompetence? We demand comprehensive investigations on how these illegal records got into our voting systems. It appears that our election officials are derelict in their duties to follow existing election laws. Until these errors are fixed, every reported election result in the country is, tragically, unreliable.”
Harry Haury, Chairman of USA, an expert in elections and cybersecurity, was involved with the authoring of the Help America Vote Act (HAVA) of 2002. He says “This is not simply verifying accuracy. This is a wholesale abdication of duty. Are we looking at fraud? Congress and the courts thought so in the 1800’s, but now with opaque, unprovable systems we seem to have forgotten our lessons from over a century ago.”
The organization has filed two federal lawsuits, one in Maryland, which is on appeal, and another in Pennsylvania which cites 3,192,069 apparent errors in the registration records resulting in 1,089,750 uncertain votes, as well as a discrepancy of over 9,000 more votes tabulated than voters who voted. Nevertheless, Commonwealth officials certified the 2022 election.
The organization is preparing legal action in 18 more states and expects to be heard before the Supreme Court in time to impact the 2024 election.

"The program also included volunteering on service projects on an Israeli army base. At no time was he engaged in any military activities, he added.
The op-ed, titled "Peace Not Possible," included criticism of the Oslo Accords signed at the time. Shapiro wrote, "Despite my skepticism as a Jew and a past volunteer in the Israeli army, I strongly hope and pray that this ’peace plan’ will be successful." He also wrote that "Paleostinians will not coexist peacefully" with Israelis and that they "do not have the capabilities to establish their own homeland and make it successful even with the aid of Israel and the United States. I know the Dutch and the Netherlands are giving F-16A/B Block 20 MLU (Mid-Life Update) variants which are just after the 1991 versions. They can definitely use the HARM, but the slammer used by the block 50+ so it is out of their reach.
Honestly I would be surprised if any are close to the front. Ukraine only has a dozen pilots now (by the end of the year they will have 25ish) and risking them and the planes is foolish. Better to use them as air defense for the airfields and factories in the west of Ukraine.
