Witkoff: US talking with a number of countries about joining the Abraham Accords
[IsraelTimes] US special envoy Steve Witkoff says, “We are negotiating multiple entries” of countries into the Abraham Accords.

Witkoff doesn’t specify which countries he is referring to, but he has been predicting such an expansion since at least May. The effort, however, appears to be hampered by the extension of the Gaza war.

In the meantime, the US is reportedly working to coax Azerbaijan, which already has ties with Israel, to enter the Abraham Accords. That push is an indication that the Trump administration is sufficing with more modest gains on the issue, as many of the potential candidates are demanding progress toward a two-state solution with the Palestinians, which Israel rejects.

Witkoff’s remarks are part of an over three hour public portion of the cabinet meeting during which members are going around the table one after the other updating Trump’s on their efforts, while primarily taking the time to praise the president.

IDF says mock explosive device made of plastic discovered near West Bank settlement overnight
[IsraelTimes] The IDF says a suspicious object that was discovered last night near Kibbutz Migdal Oz in the West Bank was a mock explosive device made of plastic.

The military says that security forces located the object, which contained no explosives, and destroyed it in a controlled manner.

Images circulating on social media show what appears to be a sewer pipe with a propeller attached to the end, and which Hebrew media outlets describe as a “dummy explosive device.”

The IDF emphasizes that, contrary to some reports, the object was not a missile.

There is no immediate reports of injuries or impacts, nor claim of responsibility by Yemen’s Iran-backed Houthi rebels.

An earlier Israel Times report defined it as a ballistic missile.

UN nuclear watchdog chief said to receive 24/7 security detail due to Iranian threat
[IsraelTimes] The head of the UN’s nuclear watchdog has been guarded by a 24/7 security detail in recent weeks due to a specific Iranian threat against him, the Wall Street Journal reports, citing people familiar with the matter.

The report says that Rafael Grossi is being protected by the elite Cobra special services unit in Austria, where the ineffective International Atomic Energy Agency is based. The security attachment was reportedly assigned to him in late June after Austrian intelligence was given intelligence about a threat to Grossi from an unidentified third party in the wake of the Israel-Iran

Australia said on yesterday Iran sought to disguise its involvement in two 2024 attacks, at the Adass Israel Synagogue in Melbourne and on a kosher restaurant in Sydney, by using criminals and members of organized crime gangs.

Younes Ali Younes, 20,

appeared for the first time via video link at Melbourne Magistrates Court on Monday in connection with the attack on the synagogue in December 2024, that gutted the building and destroyed sacred texts, causing millions of dollars in damage.

He spoke only to confirm he could hear and understand proceedings, and is yet to enter a plea.

His lawyer, Mark Aouad, declined to comment on the case, that is scheduled to return to court on December 4.

Police have already charged two alleged accomplices.

Canberra is the latest Western government to accuse Iran of carrying out hostile covert activities on its soil. Last month, 14 countries, including Britannia, the US, and La Belle France, condemned what they called a surge in liquidation, kidnapping, and harassment plots by Iranian intelligence services.

7 arrested as anti-Israel protesters occupy Microsoft president’s office
[IsraelTimes] Police arrested seven people after they occupied the office of Microsoft President Brad Smith as part of continued protests over the company’s alleged ties to the Israel Defense Forces during the ongoing war against Hamas in Gaza, organizers say.

Current and former Microsoft employees were among those arrested, says the protest group No Azure for Apartheid.

Azure is Microsoft’s primary cloud computing platform, and Microsoft has said it is reviewing a report in British newspaper The Guardian this month that the IDF used it to store phone call data obtained through the mass surveillance of Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank.

The protesters could be seen huddled together on a Twitch livestream as officers moved in to arrest them. The video showed another group assembled outside.

During a media briefing, Smith said two of those arrested were Microsoft employees.

Eighteen people were arrested in a similar protest in a plaza at the headquarters last week. The group has been protesting the company for months. Microsoft in May fired an employee who interrupted a speech by CEO Satya Nadella, and in April it fired two others who interrupted the company’s 50th anniversary celebration.

The group’s demands include that the company cut ties with Israel and pay reparations to Palestinians.

Citing October 7, Katz says Israeli troops inside Syria staying put to defend north
[IsraelTimes] Defense minister digs in amid talks aimed at reaching new security arrangement with Damascus; Syria reports one killed in Israeli strike on village near Golan border

Israel said on Tuesday it would not retreat from positions on the Syrian side of Mount Hermon and in other areas across the border, amid reports of advanced talks between Jerusalem and Damascus on reaching security arrangements along the sensitive frontier.

The comments from Defense Minister Israel Katz came a day after Syria condemned what it said was a "dangerous escalation" by dozens of Israeli troops who allegedly carried out an incursion east of the Mount Hermon foothills.

Syrian media reported fresh violence on Tuesday morning as Israel allegedly shelled a home in the village of Tranjah, north of Quneitra near the border with the Golan Heights.

Reports said one person was killed in the attack on a home in the village, describing the fatality as a "young man," indicating he was not a member of Syria’s security forces. Pictures showed damage to part of the second floor of what appeared to be an unoccupied home.

There was no comment from the Israel Defense Forces on the alleged strike.

Writing on X, Katz said "the IDF will remain on the summit of [Mount] Hermon and in the security zone that is vital to defending communities in the Golan and Galilee from threats emanating from the Syrian side."

Israel’s need to maintain a presence there is a "central lesson from the events of October 7," said the minister, who has previously vowed to keep troops atop Mount Hermon indefinitely.

Katz added that Israel would also continue to defend the Druze community in Syria.

late last year and have remained there since. Soldiers have also been deployed to several posts just inside southern Syria, mostly within a UN-patrolled buffer zone on the border between the countries.

Troops have been operating in areas up to around 15 kilometers (some nine miles) deep into Syria, aiming to capture weapons that Israel says could pose a threat to the country if they fall into the hands of hostile forces.

While aligned against Hezbollah and other Iran-backed groups that threatened Israel’s north under Assad, Jerusalem has expressed distrust regarding Syria’s new government, which is led by former jihadists. Nonetheless, it has engaged in US-brokered talks aimed at reaching understandings with Damascus and de-escalating potential conflicts, which some believe could pave the way for broader normalization talks.

On Monday, Syrian President Ahmed al-Sharaa told Arab journalists that his government was in "advanced" negotiations with Israel on a security agreement. He told Sky News Arabic that any deal would be based on ceasefire lines that have formed the de facto border between the countries since 1974.

Sharaa later discussed developments in Syria and the region with US Special Envoy for Syria Thomas Barrack in Damascus. On Sunday, Barrack was in Israel for talks with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Syria and Lebanon.

Barrack told US news outlet Axios that Israel and Syria "have mutual intent and desire but at the moment, there is still more work to do" on a security agreement.

"Constructive dialogue between these nation states is the on ramp to a long-lasting understanding that will be the preface to stability and prosperity in the region," he added.

Earlier in the day, Syria’s Foreign Ministry condemned what it alleged was an attempt by Israel to expand its sphere of control around Mount Hermon, saying 60 troops had deployed on a strategic hilltop that overlooks Beit Jinn. Residents claimed Israel arrested six Syrians.

An Israeli military spokesperson said troops carried out routine operational activity in an area of southern Syria but did not operate in Beit Jinn, an area some 7 kilometers (4.3 miles) east of the border with Israel, where troops have carried out raids in the past.

The Israeli military said they made no arrests during their activity in southern Syria but they detained one person for questioning after some suspects were spotted approaching the area in a manner the military deemed as a threat to the troops.

"This dangerous escalation is considered a direct threat to regional peace and security," the Foreign Ministry said in a statement.

The US has been working to calm tensions between Israel and Syria since the IDF intervened on behalf of Syria’s Druze community last month, bombing Damascus’s Defense Ministry headquarters and striking regime forces that Israel said were poised to carry out mass killings in the Druze town of Sweida.

According to Channel 12 news, a deal between Jerusalem and Damascus could see Syria’s side of the Golan Heights demilitarized, with the Syrian army blocked from operating in sensitive areas. Israel also wants strategic weapons barred from entering Syria and the establishment of a humanitarian corridor to Druze areas of southern Syria. In return, Syria would receive reconstruction assistance from the US and Gulf states.

The humanitarian corridor was discussed last week in trilateral talks between Barrack, Israeli Strategic Affairs Minister Ron Dermer and Syrian Foreign Minister Asaad al-Shaibani, Axios reported Monday.

The Israel Defense Forces has said it is operating in the area to locate weapons and destroy tunnels used by terrorists. The security cabinet was scheduled to discuss Gaza and efforts to reach a hostage deal on Tuesday afternoon, the Prime Minister’s Office told The Times of Israel, as nationwide protests called for a comprehensive deal to end the war and secure the release of all the hostages kidnapped by bandidos Lions of Islam during the Hamas-led October 7, 2023, massacre that sparked the conflict.

Updating news hounds on developments in Gaza, Dujarric said roughly 5,000 people have been displaced from northern Gaza to Deir al-Balah in the central Strip and Khan Younis in the South since August 20. He added that some 8,000 others have been displaced to the west of Gaza City, bringing the total number of new displacements since the end of the ceasefire in mid-March to more than 800,000.

Moreover, UN partners have reported that several education facilities, which are also used as shelters, were attacked last week, Dujarric said.

Israel has dismissed reports of starvation in Gaza as Hamas propaganda, but instituted a series of measures to alleviate hunger in the Strip in July following international pressure, including airdrops and 10-hour "humanitarian pauses" in military operations in three population centers to allow deliveries of aid.

Earlier in August, for the first time in nearly a year, Israel announced it would allow the entry of goods into Gaza through the private sector, an effort aimed at increasing the flow of essential food and hygiene items that were previously only delivered by aid organizations.

The US- and Israel-backed Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF), established to provide aid via an alternative that would keep goods out of Hamas’s hands, has been plagued by near-daily shooting incidents, in which the UN has said more than 1,000 people were killed as they tried to reach GHF distribution centers, allegedly by IDF gunfire.

clergy and nuns from the Greek Orthodox and Catholic churches in Gaza City have decided that they will not evacuate ahead of the upcoming offensive, and will instead remain within the church compounds to provide care for those unable to flee.

In a joint statement Tuesday, the Greek Orthodox Patriarchate and the Latin Patriarchate of Jerusalem said that the Greek Orthodox compound of Saint Porphyrius and the Holy Family Church compound "have been a refuge for hundreds of civilians" since the outbreak of war in October 2023, among them "elderly people, women, and children," as well as disabled Gazooks.

"Like other residents of Gaza City, the refugees living in the facilities will have to decide according to their conscience what they will do," they said.

"Among those who have sought shelter within the walls of the compounds, many are weakened and malnourished due to the hardships of the last months. Leaving Gaza City and trying to flee to the south would be nothing less than a death sentence
...the barbaric practice of sentencing a murderer to be punished for as long as his/her/its victim is dead...
The patriarchates said that "for this reason, the clergy and nuns have decided to remain and continue to care for all those who will be in the compounds. "

"We do not know exactly what will happen on the ground, not only for our community, but for the entire population," they acknowledged. "We can only repeat what we have already said: There can be no future based on captivity, displacement of Paleostinians, or Dire Revenge."

"This is not the right way," they said, calling for both an end to the "senseless and destructive war" and for the return of the hostages being held by Gazook terror groups. "It is now time for the healing of the long-suffering families on all sides."

the IDF released new footage showing the destruction of two Hamas tunnels in the central Gaza Strip, part of a monthlong operation by forces from the Gaza Division’s southern brigade, the elite Yahalom combat engineering unit, and the Gaza Division’s engineering units.

According to the military, one of the tunnels, which featured multiple exit shafts, contained living quarters, food, weapons, and other facilities used by Hamas operatives. Troops sealed the tunnel by filling it with concrete. A second offensive underground route, stretching hundreds of meters, was destroyed with explosives.

The IDF said that in the course of the operation, dozens of Hamas fighters were killed, and both underground and aboveground terror infrastructure was dismantled. The military added that the effort was aimed at widening the security buffer along the central and southern border of the Gaza Strip.

Government Corruption
Months after probing Clinton server scandal, Comey's FBI had its own private email issue, memos say
[JustTheNews] The recently declassified memos show investigators found former Director Comey’s chief of staff used a private email account in furtherance of an "unauthorized disclosure" to news media.

Months after he refused to charge Hillary Clinton during the 2016 election for using a private, unauthorized server to transmit classified information, then-FBI Director James Comey's inner circle used personal email accounts to further a plan to make an "unauthorized disclosure" to journalists, newly declassified memos reveal.

When investigators in a criminal probe codenamed "TROPIC VORTEX" sought permission in 2019 to gain access to those private emails, federal prosecutors turned them down, according to the memos recently uncovered by current FBI Director Kash Patel and declassified for release to Congress by Attorney General Pam Bondi.

The U.S. Attorney's Office in Washington DC "issued a prosecutorial declination decision for TROPIC VORTEX," the FBI memo shutting down the probe stated.

The memos are the latest evidence that FBI agents on the front lines had serious concerns about illegal leaks and abuses of classified information allegedly involving major figures in Washington like Comey, now Sen. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., and Clinton. The efforts at investigating were repeatedly thwarted.

WITNESSES SAY COMEY AUTHORIZED LEAKS OF CLASSIFIED INFO
Just the News reported last week that agents gathered eyewitness evidence from Comey's top lieutenants, including former chief of staff James Rybicki and ex-FBI General Counsel James Baker, that the former FBI chief authorized the leak of classified information to reporters just before the 2016 election. No charges were ever filed.

That probe, which was handled by the U.S. Postal Inspection Service and Connecticut U.S. Attorney John Durham, was centered on the leaks of classified information to The New York Times in October 2016, ahead of the November election in which Republican Donald Trump defeated Democratic Party nominee Clinton.

The memos don't identify the specific pieces of classified information that were leaked or whether Comey or anyone else was authorized to declassify them for the media.

Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, told Just the News on Tuesday these newest revelations further validate President Donald Trump's decision to fire Comey back in 2017.

"“Time and again, the curtain has been pulled back to reveal Comey’s self-serving, ‘rules for thee and not for me’ attitude," Grassley said. "That’s no way to run an institution, especially not the top law enforcement agency in the nation.

"I stood by President Trump’s decision to dismiss Comey in 2017 and I support his move all the more with each passing day," he added.

The newest declassified memos detail evidence alleging that in March 2017, Rybicki forwarded a communication to his private email address in furtherance of an unauthorized disclosure of classified information to journalists directed by Comey.

Federal prosecutors originally issued a preservation order for the private email account based on the findings by the FBI’s Washington Field Office that the communication was in furtherance of a media leak. Ultimately, though, the prosecutors decided against pursuing “additional legal process” because the communication was itself not classified.

Comey previously denied during congressional testimony that he had ever been a source in news articles related to the FBI’s investigations into Trump and Clinton and further denied that he had ever approved of anyone else at the FBI being such a source. He has long denied any wrongdoing and insisted he has been politically attacked because he stood up to Trump.

He has not responded to repeated requestsfor comment from Just the News.

Coast Guard offloads record-breaking amount [76,000 pounds] of drugs off Florida coast
[FoxNews] The cocaine haul contained enough lethal doses to kill 23 million people, officials say

The U.S. Coast Guard on Monday offloaded more than 76,000 pounds of illegal drugs in Florida, marking the largest-ever drug seizure in a single operation in its history.

The Cutter Hamilton offloaded the drugs at Port Everglades, Florida, as part of Operation Pacific Viper. The drugs, which totaled 61,740 pounds of cocaine and 14,400 pounds of marijuana, were worth $473 million, the agency said.

With a lethal dose of cocaine being as little as 1.2 grams, the amount offloaded by Hamilton’s crew was enough to potentially kill 23 million people, the Coast Guard said.

"To put this into perspective, the potential 23 million lethal doses of cocaine seized by the U.S. Coast Guard and our partners are enough to fatally overdose the entire population of the state of Florida, underscoring the immense threat posed by transnational drug trafficking to our nation," said Rear Adm. Adam Chamie.

Operation Pacific Viper is part of the Trump administration’s effort to disrupt drug cartel activity in Latin America and to stop drugs and human smuggling before they reach American shores.

As part of the operation, the Coast Guard has conducted 19 interdictions in international waters off the Eastern Pacific Ocean and Caribbean Sea.

The U.S. Navy, U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s Air and Marine Operations, and a ship from the Royal Netherlands Navy also took part in the patrols.

"This outstanding group of professionals achieved unparalleled results in our nation’s fight against transnational criminal drug organizations," said Capt. John McWhite, commanding officer of the Hamilton. "The crew interdicted 11 go-fast vessels, detained 34 suspected drug traffickers, and seized a record 47,000 pounds of cocaine. The commitment and sacrifice of our deployed service members and their families, who forego time together for the protection of our nation, are to be celebrated."

Some of Hamilton's exploits include the June 26 interdiction of two vessels off the Galápagos Islands, Ecuador, in which they seized more than 8,800 pounds of cocaine. On July 23, the crew seized more than 9,160 pounds of cocaine from a vessel near Socorro Island, Mexico.

The Coast Guard noted that 80% of illegal drug interdictions are made on the high seas.

Bill Gates makes secret move at $77 billion foundation that could have huge political implications
Shying away from the DOGE investigations have revealed about USAID and Secretary Kennedy’s revelations about COVID vaccine research. The legal liability there must be terrifying for someone who hasn’t had to live on a budget since he was at Harvard.
[Daily Mail, where America gets its news] Bill Gates has quietly stopped providing funds from his $77 billion foundation to a group that supports woke causes and Democratic candidates.

The Gates Foundation decided in late June to stop funding grants to nonprofits managed by Washington DC-based Arabella Advisors, according to an internal foundation announcement obtained by the New York Times.

Executives at the foundation, which generally supports health initiatives around the world, said it would not make any new investments with 'Arabella-related entities,' would not extend any existing grants to the for-profit consulting firm and would even try to 'pursue early exits' from a few long-term investments.

They cited a desire to engage more directly with grant recipients and cut back on the use of intermediaries as the reason for the change.

'Teams are increasingly working directly with programmatic partners - organizations that are deeply embedded in the communities we serve and [are] closely aligned with our mission,' the June 24 announcement said.

'As we look ahead, this is a chance to build deeper, more durable relationships with those partners - and to reinforce the kind of legacy we want to leave behind.'

A spokesperson for the Gates Foundation also claimed in a statement to the Times that its move to cut ties with Arabella was 'a business decision that reflects our regular strategic assessments and partnerships.'

But the change comes amid increased scrutiny of Arabella for its 'dark money' funds that support Democrats and progressive causes, as Gates' desire to protect the charity he founded and led for nearly three decades.

Fifth Column
Appalling allegations made against Chinese doctor working at Houston hospital
[Daily Mail, where America gets its news] A Chinese cancer doctor has been accused of trying to steal sensitive research from an American medical lab and take it back to his home country.

Yunhai Li, 35, was stopped by customs officials at Houston Airport on July 9 as he tried to board a flight back to China.

On his laptop, investigators found research on a breast cancer vaccine he was developing.

Li was released at the time, before he was arrested Friday.

The 35-year-old has now been charged with theft of trade secrets, a felony, and tampering with a government record, the Harris County District Attorney's Office said.

Li entered the US on a scholar visa and had been working at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Research lab in Houston as a postdoctoral fellow since 2022.

The vaccine research was funded by the National Institutes of Health and the Department of Defense, technically making Li a government employee.

Li signed a non-disclosure agreement when he joined the lab and said he didn't have foreign research affiliations or funding.

But, according to the affidavit, he was receiving funding from the National Natural Science Foundation of China and secretly doing research for Chongqing Medical University.

Following his arrest, Li confessed in a sworn statement to police that he stole the research because he felt his work was 'going to waste', according to the affidavit.

He insisted the research 'is a product of my efforts over the last three years. I believe I have a right to possess and retain this data'.

Li said he downloaded 90 gigabytes of research data when the project was about 70 percent complete, and uploaded it to Chinese cloud service Baidu.

When administrators at the Houston lab confronted him, he convinced them he had deleted the data while concealing it on the Baidu server.

The rogue researcher then abruptly quit on July 1 and began preparing to go back to China to continue the project at Chongqing Medical University.

Yunhai Li, 35, is accused of trying to steal sensitive research from an American medical lab and flee the country

He claimed his boss there had contacted the NIH and MD Anderson administrators on his behalf to get permission for him to continue the project in China, but hadn't heard back.

Li wrote that he feared the request would be denied, so he stole the data.

'Li added that he was hoping that CBP would not discover this information on his electronics,' the affidavit said.

Harris County District Attorney Sean Teare said Li could face further charges.

The two existing counts were to stop him fleeing to China, he said.

'We were able to detain him as he was trying to get on a flight to China,' he said.

'There was a pretty good chance that he was going to get deported or leave the country - so we needed to file something.

'We needed to make sure that he was going to stay here, the information was going to stay here, and he was going to be held accountable.

'We're not done with the investigation in this case. We know we have enough to get past probable cause, but we have a lot of avenues we have to go down to make sure that everyone involved is held accountable.'

The affidavit revealed Li is also under federal investigation and could face federal charges of wire fraud, theft of federal funds and abuse of official capacity.

Li faces two to 10 years in prison and fines up to $10,000 for the state felony charge alone and another year for the misdemeanor charge.

He was released on $5,000 bail and ordered to surrender his passport.

MD Anderson said it was 'working with relevant authorities'.

Israel-Palestine-Jordan
Why Europe pretends the Two-State Solution still exists
Because it’s a stick to beat Israel with, right?
[IsraelNationalNews] In recent months, France, the UK, Spain, Ireland, Norway, and Slovenia have all formally recognized a "Palestinian state". Their declarations made headlines and prompted Israeli diplomatic protests. Yet nothing changed on the ground. The foreign-aid-dependent Palestinian Authority (PA) and Hamas-ruled Gaza will not suddenly turn into a viable state after the planned UN vote next month.

The spectacle raises a blunt question: why does Europe continue to pretend the two-state solution still exists?
Also the American Democratic Party.
European leaders do not, in fact, believe in Palestinian Arab sovereignty, nor do they even want it. Recognition functions as a performance — moral theater. It keeps alive an illusion that has long since collapsed. And Europe needs the illusion.

FUNDING THE ILLUSION
Since the Oslo Accords, the European Union has become the PA’s largest donor, with billions in aid keeping its institutions afloat. In April 2025, the EU approved another €1.6 billion package, nominally conditioned on government reforms and revised textbooks that remove antisemitic content. Similar conditions have been imposed before, only to be quietly ignored.

The result is a perverse equilibrium: the PA depends on European money to survive as a non-sovereign political unit, while Europe depends on the PA’s weakness to justify continuing aid. A genuine peace plan would risk either collapse or confrontation. Perpetual subsidy is safer.

European diplomats speak of "incremental progress" toward reform. In reality, the flow of money and conferences has become a holding pattern. The two-state "process" persists as a symbol, even as Palestinian Arab sovereignty recedes further from possibility.

THE SCRIPT
European states announce recognition, a press conference in Dublin or Madrid declares "Palestine" sovereign, and Israel recalls its ambassadors in protest. Then everything resets to default.

Trade between the EU and Israel continues undisturbed, reaching €42.6 billion in 2024 — one-third of Israel’s global trade. EU exports to Israel even rose during the Gaza war. In other words, Europe condemns "settlements" and lectures Israel, but will not disrupt the economic ties that serve its own interests.

Recognition is a symbolic gesture with no policy consequences. Former EU envoy Susanna Terstal admitted as much: "The two-state solution remains the only viable option . . . but it’s getting harder and harder with the passing of time." Analysts at Israel’s Institute for National Security Studies were blunter: recognition is "largely symbolic for Palestinians and leaves realities on the ground unchanged."

And here lies a striking contrast: while the United States still has citizens trapped in Gaza, and Russia has pressed for its dual nationals, there are no confirmed European passport holders left among the hostages. Those with European citizenship were either released or killed months ago. Europe can therefore engage in cost-free gestures; its "recognition" carries no personal or political risk tied to citizens still in captivity.

WHY EUROPE DOES NOT WANT A "PALESTINIAN STATE"
Behind the performance lies a deeper truth: most European leaders do not want to see a Palestinian Arab state emerge. They fear the consequences.

Polls show overwhelming Palestinian Arab support for armed groups outside the PA’s control, with 87 percent rejecting the PA’s right to arrest them. That means any sovereign state could quickly come under Hamas or Iranian influence. European intelligence services know that that would mean more terrorism, more instability, and another refugee wave headed their way.

The EU Parliament itself has calculated the cost of terrorism since 2004 at €185 billion in lost GDP and €5.6 billion in lives and damage. With asylum systems already overwhelmed and anti-migrant parties rising, the political cost of another "Gaza" spilling into Europe is unthinkable.

A Palestinian Arab state could also jeopardize Europe’s lucrative ties with Israel. The EU is deeply invested in Israel’s high-tech sector and natural gas imported from the Leviathan and Tamar fields. A Hamas-led state would threaten those flows and destabilize regional allies.

Nor is Europe united. Germany prioritizes Israel’s security. Hungary and Poland resist unilateral recognition. Even when Ireland and Spain make symbolic gestures, the larger powers block meaningful action. The facade of European unity hides national interests that make real sovereignty impossible.

DOMESTIC POLITICS AND LOW-COST DIPLOMACY
So why keep pretending? Because recognition delivers applause from demonstrators in Berlin and London and plays well with progressive elites.

Polls confirm the pressure. In mid-2025, Israel’s favorability hit record lows across Western Europe. In the UK, almost half of voters wanted recognition of "Palestine", while only 14 percent opposed it. Marches and rallies made it politically useful to declare recognition, even knowing it would change nothing.

This is why Europe stages conferences and multilateral summits. The recent Saudi-French conference at the UN was a perfect example: high-level speeches, solemn declarations, and no practical outcomes. Leaders "perform" solidarity without risk.

THE UNINTENDED COST
The performance deceives Palestinian Arabs into believing sovereignty is just around the corner, discouraging reform or compromise. It hardens Israeli skepticism that Europe can ever be a serious partner. And it distracts from new realities in the region, such as the Abraham Accords, which proved that normalization between Israel and Arab states can move forward without Palestinian Arab approval.

Worst of all, this limbo leaves the core problems untouched: Palestinian Arabs remain perpetual refugees wherever they live, with no control over their lives; Israelis remain without security; and the terrorist violence continues. Thus, Europe prolongs the very conflict it claims to oppose.

AND THE SHOW GOES ON
Just one month after October 7th, EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell declared that "the best guarantee for Israel’s security is the creation of a 'Palestinian state'." And the EU continues to proclaim that fiction over Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu’s condemnations that this would be a victory for terrorism.

The upcoming UN vote promises to be another spectacle that will only succeed in increasing the antisemitic attacks against Jews and the one Jewish state, that small point on the map comprising 0.3% of the Middle East land area, that they like to accuse of expansionism and genocide against her neighbors. All because it flatters their sense of moral authority and not because it will deliver sovereignty or peace.

Iraq
US-led coalition forces to withdraw from Iraq, relocate to Erbil: Source
[Rudaw] The withdrawal of US-led Global Coalition forces from western Iraq and Baghdad will begin in several weeks, with troops set to be redeployed to the Kurdistan Region’s capital Erbil, a high-ranking security source told Rudaw on Monday.

Responding to Rudaw's inquiry about the planned relocation of coalition troops from Ain al-Asad Airbase in western Iraq’s Anbar province and their headquarters in Baghdad, the source stated, "According to the agreement between Iraq and the Global Coalition [to defeat the Islamic State
...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that they were al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're really very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear western pols talk they're not really Moslems....
(ISIS)], the withdrawal will begin from the Ain al-Asad and Baghdad base at the end of September."

Speaking on condition of anonymity due to the sensitivity of the issue, the source confirmed that current activity at these bases is part of the withdrawal preparations, emphasizing that "the redeployment will be directed toward Erbil, and not to neighboring countries," as some reports have speculated.

Importantly, this statement appears to contradict comments made in mid-August by Hussein Allawi, a senior advisor to Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia’ al-Sudan
...a Moslem country located in the Horn of Africa. It is noted for its affinity for rule by ex- or current generals, its holy men, and for the oppression of the native Afro population by its Arab conquerors. South Sudan, populated mostly by the natives, split off from Sudan proper, which left North and South Darfur to be oppressed by the guys with turbans...
i. At the time, Allawi had said that coalition forces would complete their withdrawal from "their headquarters in the capital Baghdad and the Ain al-Asad base in" by the end of September.

Allawi also noted that the withdrawal is part of the December 2021 agreement between Baghdad and Washington to transition the coalition’s role from combat operations to advising, training, and assisting Iraqi security forces.

He detailed that the coalition's mission will conclude within the previously agreed timeline - with the first phase ending in 2025 and final withdrawal by 2026. This shift is intended to lay the foundation for a "new phase of security cooperation" between Iraq and coalition member states, focused on developing "sustainable" and "stable bilateral defense relations," grounded in military coordination and in "political, economic, and cultural ties."

Also on Monday, a US Department of Defense official told Rudaw’s Washington DC correspondent, Diyar Kurda, that "the United States will continue a bilateral security cooperation relationship with Iraq" following the coalition’s withdrawal.

When asked specifically about the reported transfer of coalition troops to Erbil, the US defense official responded, "We do not have anything new to announce right now," but added that "the United States continues to review and, as appropriate, adjust its force posture in Iraq in accordance with the U.S.-Iraq Joint Statement on the transition of the Global Coalition to Defeat ISIS in Iraq."

The coalition comprises nearly 89 countries and international organizations, including the US, UK, La Belle France, Germany, Canada, Australia, and several Middle Eastern nations, contributing military personnel, equipment, and financial support.

As of mid-2025, the US maintains approximately 2,500 troops in Iraq.

However,
you can observe a lot just by watching...
the presence of coalition forces in Iraq has remained a contentious issue, particularly after the January 2020 US strike that killed Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis, deputy chief of Iraq’s Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) and Iranian Quds Force commander Qasem Soleimani near Baghdad International Airport. Days later, 168 members of Iraq’s 329-member parliament voted to expel foreign forces from the country.

Syria-Lebanon-Iran
Syrian security forces, notorious militia clash in Afrin
[Rudaw] Clashes erupted on Sunday night between Syrian security forces and the notorious US-sanctioned Suleiman Shah (al-Amshat) brigade in northwest Syria’s Kurdish city of Afrin after the bandidos murderous Moslems refused to hand over their bases, local activists said.

Ibrahim Shekho, a legal activist from Afrin, told Rudaw that festivities broke out between Damascus’s General Security forces and the Ottoman Turkish-backed militia group in the center of Afrin’s Shiye subdistrict.

The Suleiman Shah Brigade is a Ottoman Turkish-backed gang led by Mohammad Hussein al-Jassim (Abu Amsha). The US Treasury has sanctioned it for grave human rights
...which are usually entirely different from personal liberty...
violations in Afrin, including "abductions and extortion," primarily against Kurdish residents.

According to Shekho, more than 200 General Security military vehicles from Afrin, Idlib, and Azaz - equipped with medium weapons - entered Shiye, an area under Amshat’s control.
"When the security forces entered the town, they demanded that Amshat button men hand over their bases, but Saif Jassim, Abu Amsha’s brother, refused and confronted them, which led to the outbreak of fighting," he said.

The festivities intensified throughout the evening before calming by around midnight after negotiations between the two sides. A temporary deal was reached, giving Amshat one week to leave the area.

"It was decided that the Amshat group would leave... and they were given a one-week deadline to evacuate Shiye," Shekho noted.

After Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham, formerly al-Nusra, before that it was called something else

regime and dissolved to form the new Syrian government, the group moved to consolidate full control over Syrian territory. In January, the Amshat faction demanded large sums of money from Kurds returning to Afrin in order to allow them back to their areas, as Arab settlers were leaving.

Syria’s new authorities have also faced backlash, primarily from the Kurds, for granting military positions to militia leaders complicit in serious human rights abuses, such as Abu Amsha.

Mustafa Shekho, a civil activist and Shiye resident, told Rudaw that there was information that Abu Amsha himself had come to the town and that his brother Saif Jassim was to be arrested, "but the arrest has not been confirmed."

"Within a week to ten days, no gunman except [General] Security forces will remain in Shiye," he added.

However,
Switzerland makes more than cheese...
Ahmed Hassan, head of the Kurdish National Council (ENKS/KNC) in Afrin, said that a large security convoy entered Shiye on Sunday but that "those new forces... have withdrawn and returned. Now only those [state] security forces that were previously stationed in Shiye remain."

"The Amshat group is still in the Shiye area and has not withdrawn," Hassan explained, adding that a meeting between the two sides was held, but the outcomes remain unclear.

The Sick Man of Europe Turkey

seized the area in 2018 during Operation Olive Branch, ousting the Kurdish-led People’s Protection Units (YPG), the backbone of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF). Afrin was then handed over to Ottoman Turkish-backed factions, including the Suleiman Shah Brigade, which rights groups say have since acted with impunity.

In 2023, the US Treasury accused the Suleiman Shah Brigade of systematically targeting Kurds in Afrin through harassment, abduction, and extortion, forcing residents to abandon homes or pay ransoms to recover family members or property.

International watchdogs such as Amnesty International and the European Center for Constitutional and Human Rights (ECCHR) documented similar abuses as early as 2018, including extrajudicial killings, arbitrary arrests, sexual violence, kidnappings, looting of agricultural crops, and other violations.

China-Japan-Koreas
China Air Force - 2025
Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited.

Text taken from the Telegram channel of @china3army

[ColonelCassad] The Development of the PLA Air Force. Over the past two decades, the PLA Air Force has undergone a major transformation. The development strategy has shifted from quantitative superiority to quality, with older aircraft and numbers giving way to modern, high-tech platforms. Manpower In 2007, the PLA Air Force had about 400,000 personnel and 2,700 combat aircraft.

By 2025, the number had grown only slightly to 403,000 personnel, while the number of combat aircraft had fallen to 2,284. These figures mask a sharp decline in the early 2010s, as older second- and third-generation aircraft were decommissioned faster than new ones were entering service. At one point, the number of combat aircraft had dropped to 1,500, and the number of personnel to 330,000.Today, despite the smaller numbers, the aircraft fleet has become noticeably larger.

Almost all of the outdated Jian-6/-7/-8 fighters and Qiang-5 attack aircraft have been decommissioned and replaced with modern Su-27/-30, Jian-11, Jian-10/-16, and the fifth-generation Jian-20.

BOMBER AVIATION
The number of bombers remains roughly the same — 219 against 222 in 2007. But their combat capabilities have increased significantly: the Hong-6 bombers have received new engines, an in-flight refueling system, and the ability to use long-range cruise missiles.

The Hong-6N strategic bomber is now capable of carrying both nuclear and conventional air-launched ballistic missiles based on the Dongfeng-21. Development of the Hong-20 long-range bomber continues.Long-range strike has become a key element of China's strategy to deter possible US intervention in the event of a conflict over Taiwan.

The Hong-6, supported by airborne early warning (AEW) aircraft, is the backbone of the anti-access/anti-operation concept. Support aircraft TankersThe most notable growth was in the support aircraft segment, with the Yun-20U tanker expanding its long-range capabilities. The Air Force received nine new aircraft in 2024. Military transport aviation The transport aviation was also replenished with Yun-20A/B aircraft. The fleet increased to 55 Yun-20 + Yun-8 and Yun-9. Special and reconnaissance aviation

The capabilities of the AEW systems have improved significantly from experimental prototypes in 2007 to 54 operational platforms today. These aircraft are now regularly used to support bombers and on joint patrols with the Russian Aerospace Forces. The reconnaissance and electronic warfare capabilities have also been increased by the arrival of new Yungan-9 SIGINT aircraft and Jian-16D and Yun-9G electronic warfare aircraft. However, auxiliary aircraft make up only 17% of the fleet, compared to 31% in the US Air Force. Military Reforms and Command Structure

In 2015–2016, large-scale reforms were carried out: the aviation was subordinated to five new commands, most regiments/divisions were transformed into air brigades/bases. In 2023, most of the PLA Navy aviation units were reassigned to the Air Force, which made it possible to consolidate the tasks of coastal air defense and strikes against naval targets under a single command.

IN-HOUSE PRODUCTION
The Chinese aviation industry has switched to its own production of combat aircraft (the same Jian-16, Jian-20). At one time, Su-30 and Su-35 fighters were purchased from Russia in small batches. Air defense systems, including the Hongqi-9 based on the S-300, are produced in large quantities. Dependence on imported engines is gradually decreasing. Unmanned aerial vehicles have become an integral part of the armed forces, including the Wuzhen-7/-10, BZK-005, Gongji series and Caihong.

The stable environment has allowed China to modernize gradually, but with the intensification of strategic competition with the United States and the changing balance of power in the region, the Air Force is forced to accelerate its development. In the near future, the PLA Air Force will continue to develop 6th generation aircraft (Jian-36/-50), adopt the Hong-20, and expand the fleet of tanker aircraft, transport aircraft, reconnaissance and special aircraft.

Europe
There is no money, but we will spend it. Merz sang the death knell for the German welfare state
Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited.
by Gregor Spitzen

[REGNUM] "The welfare state in Germany is no longer financially sustainable. The welfare state as it exists today can no longer be financed by what we can afford economically," German Chancellor Friedrich Merz told a party conference in Lower Saxony on Saturday.

But these words sounded like a memorial prayer for the socio-economic model of the FRG, which for many years inspired universal admiration.

The German leader has called for a major overhaul of the welfare system as spending continues to rise, surpassing last year's record of €47 billion.

Predictably, the Chancellor did not mention any connection between the continued financing of Ukraine and the economic shock caused by the refusal to buy cheap Russian energy resources.

Germany’s economy, once the EU’s undisputed leader in high-tech exports based on the automotive, engineering, chemical and pharmaceutical industries, has slowed sharply since 2017. Since then, Germany’s GDP has grown by just 1.6%, while the rest of the eurozone has grown by 9.5%.

Of course, the low base effect has had a greater impact on the economic growth of other EU countries. However, the fact that Germany is among the laggards is largely due to the incompetent management of politicians who, over decades of budget surplus, have become accustomed to putting out any fire with a stream of banknotes.

Fighting global warming? Germany is ready to throw a collar on the national industries that generate the highest budget revenues for the sake of an ephemeral "green" idea.

A global refugee crisis due to war in the Middle East? Germany is ready to open its borders to millions of people with an alien socio-cultural background and, under the slogan "We can handle it!", put them on the neck of the German welfare state.

Fighting the consequences of the pandemic? The German state is generously ready to hand out several thousand euros of “helicopter money” to all those in need, provoking rampant inflation.

War in Ukraine? Germany as the main fighter for democracy in Europe cannot remain on the sidelines.

€50 billion over three years for financial and military support for the Ukrainian regime was the moral duty of German politicians trapped in narrative thinking about the need for Ukraine to win and Russia to be defeated, which violated the dogma of a “rules-based world order.”

And this is not to mention the voluntary and conscious rejection of Russian resources and the Russian market for high-tech products, which have long been the cornerstones of the export-oriented economy of Germany.

A CONTINUOUSLY STAGNATING ECONOMY
Germany's economy to shrink by 0.2% in 2024 after falling by 0.3% in 2023.

Industrial production fell under Olaf Scholz's "traffic light coalition" and continues to decline under the new Merz government: GDP fell by 0.3% in the second quarter of 2025.

It is almost certain that 2025 will also end in negative territory for Germany, which will be a kind of anti-record: never before in modern history has the German economy stagnated for three years in a row. And something tells me that with the current course of the red-black government, 2026 is also unlikely to be the year the negative trend is reversed for the country.

In full accordance with the well-known international joke about falling incomes and the arrangement of beds in a brothel, the change in the ruling party coalition and the Scholz-Merz reshuffle had absolutely no effect on the state of the national economy of the FRG.

Meanwhile, social security costs have risen sharply and will rise further this year as Germany's population ages and unemployment rises.

Although the majority of social assistance recipients are Germans (mostly working recipients of benefits whose salaries do not allow them to make ends meet), a significant number of them are not German citizens. Including about 1.1 million residents of Ukraine, who are equal to Germans in terms of social security.

Supporting Ukraine is too costly for Germany.
For example, from February 2022 to the end of 2024, the state budget spent €25 billion on social support for Ukrainian refugees. Another €25 billion, so necessary for the national economy, went to supply weapons to the Armed Forces of Ukraine and financial tranches to "support the pants" of the Kyiv regime.

At the same time, Chancellor Merz, who admitted to journalists and fellow party members at the aforementioned party conference that he “did not think that the situation in the domestic economy was so bad,” essentially admitted his own incompetence as a statesman and exposed some of the systemic shortcomings of German-style parliamentary democracy.

How a person who does not understand the basic principles of a capitalist economy and has no relevant experience in public administration could end up as head of government of the EU's largest country remains a mystery.

ETERNAL QUESTIONS OF GERMAN DEMOCRACY
Many politicians and experts have already attacked the Chancellor with harsh criticism of his statements about the inevitable abolition of the German welfare state.

The welfare state could well continue to be supported if it were organized fairly and financed on the basis of solidarity. This is where the problem lies: for decades, costs have been shifted, funding gaps have been deliberately left open, and entire professional groups have been exempted from the obligation to show solidarity.

The raw numbers seem to suggest the opposite.
Yes, social spending is growing in absolute terms. But the decisive factor is its share in economic production (social payments as a percentage of GDP). For more than 30 years, this figure has remained stable at around 27%. In other words, if the welfare state grows along with the economy, it should, in theory, remain as affordable as before.

Where do the alleged “holes” in the treasury come from?

For years, civil society organizations have been pointing out that billions are being wasted because the federal government is misusing mandatory social security funds to address issues that are not directly related to social issues.

In reality, these costs should be paid for from the federal budget – that is, from taxes (for example, from export profits of national industry). Instead, they are shifted onto the shoulders of private payers.

Another key problem is that not all working people pay in solidarity.
For example, members of the Bundestag and civil servants are still covered by parallel or special pension schemes. While ordinary workers contribute part of their income to pensions, health care and long-term care, these groups enjoy special rights and often significantly higher pension benefits.

If everyone paid taxes, the welfare state would be more stable in the long run, more equitable, and would have a much more sound financial foundation.

Cutting social spending is fraught with many problems for Germany: poverty among the elderly (it is wild and painful to watch German pensioners collecting plastic bottles from garbage bins), growing inequality (accompanied by protest demonstrations and civil unrest), instability of domestic markets.

FROM A SICK HEAD TO A HEALTHY ONE
The narrative of the inaccessibility of the “welfare state” is used by Merz primarily as a lever to make room for defense spending, and in the context of the political platform of the CDU/CSU, also to justify tax cuts for high-income citizens – the electoral base of the Christian Democrats.

What is deliberately overlooked is the fact that the missing billions are not the result of “pensions that are too high” or “care that is too expensive,” but the result of many years of political decisions.

Among them are flirting with the “green agenda” (which cost the German budget at least €200 billion), the rejection of Russian energy resources (around €100 billion in direct and associated losses) and the financing of the “Ukraine” project (another €50 billion), the financial burden of which was unlawfully shifted onto private taxpayers.

In a word, Friedrich Merz is wrong in his statements.

Germany can afford a welfare state and cannot function without it. The real problem is not that it cannot be financed, but that it is financed unfairly.

If the government finally forces the overly privileged groups of the population to pay, abandons the frankly idiotic humanitarian projects within the framework of the “green” agenda, stops the uncontrolled admission of refugees who dream of sitting on the neck of German taxpayers, and stops throwing tens of billions of euros to help dubious political regimes, it will have enough resources to prolong the fairy tale of a social welfare state.

At least for a while longer.

Buried in this BBC story is this paragraph.

This is the first time I’ve seen the BBC report Israel’s genocide as something alleged by credible organisations, in a piece that isn’t about one of those organisations.

BBC coverage is a disgrace, but is this a shift?

Go ahead, tell them the truth, Owen. Tell your followers that the slanderous "genocide" accusation even in the ICJ is not the genocide people conjure up in their minds of killing everyone in sight (like Oct 7). It's simply stretching the legal term to try to prove there's an intention for genocide. With 60,000 dead over 21 months, it's not a genocide.

Large crowds fill Tel Aviv’s Hostages Square for rally urging deal to free captives, 350,000 claimed
[IsraelTimes] Protesters block several major highways, hundreds march outside PMO as Netanyahu convenes security cabinet

The day’s protests, which saw the blocking of several major highways, marches to the homes of ministers, and protests outside the Prime Minister’s Office as he held a security cabinet meeting there, culminated in a major protest in Tel Aviv’s Hostage Square, which drew some 350,000 people, according to organizers. Police did not immediately provide their own independent estimate of the crowd size.

The day of action, announced by the Hostages and Missing Families Forum, was the second in two weeks, after a major protest last Sunday drew crowds of over one million, according to the forum, with some 500,000 in Tel Aviv alone.

Throughout the day, protesters blocked highways and major intersections, including Tel Aviv’s Ayalon Highway, Route 1 between Jerusalem and Tel Aviv, the major Route 6 artery, and the Route 2 coastal highway, and in some cases, set fire to tires on the roads.

As Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu convened the security cabinet for a meeting at his Jerusalem office, hundreds of protesters marched outside, demanding that the forum agree to the deal that Hamas said it accepted last week.

The security cabinet meeting concluded without a vote, or even a discussion, on the partial ceasefire proposal, with Netanyahu telling ministers that he will only discuss a comprehensive framework, and that he is moving ahead with the expanded operation to capture Gaza City to pressure Hamas to meet his conditions, according to Hebrew media reports.

In Tel Aviv, protesters marched from the Savidor central train station to Hostages Square, where family members of the hostages addressed the hundreds of thousands of people gathered.

According to a Channel 12 report, following the two days of mass protests, relatives of the captives are now planning to shift tactics and confront politicians directly.

The relatives hope to "disrupt the day" of Netanyahu and cabinet ministers, including by protesting outside their homes on a daily basis, the outlet said, adding that the families also plan to protest government and cabinet meetings, as a group did earlier Tuesday.

Protesters also plan to obstruct the politicians’ movements, the report said, in an effort to constantly remind them of the hostages’ plight.

AG Pam Bondi Sides With Biden Regime, Seeks Dismissal of Proud Boys' J6 Lawsuit
[GatewayPundit] AG Pam Bondi Sides With Biden Regime, Seeks Dismissal of Proud Boys’ J6 Lawsuit — Insists Claims of Political Persecution ’Lack Merit’ Despite Reams of Evidence Reported at The Gateway Pundit

Attorney General Pam Bondi is seeking to dismiss a $100 million lawsuit filed by the Proud Boys over the political persecution they suffered in the wake of the January 6th protests.

In a court submission on Monday, the Department of Justice (DOJ) asked for the lawsuit to be dismissed, stating that "the malicious prosecution claim lacks merit; and the United States is not liable for punitive damages."

The filing undercuts the argument long supported by the Trump administration that those who were imprisoned following the January 6th attacks were the victims of political persecution.

The suit was filed in June by Enrique Tarrio, the former Proud Boys leader, along with Joseph Biggs, Ethan Nordean, Zachary Rehl, and Dominic Pezzola.

Their lawsuit argues that their prosecutions were "an egregious and systemic abuse of the legal system and the United States Constitution to punish and oppress political allies of President Trump, by any and all means necessary, legal, or illegal."

Despite President Trump’s decision to offer an unconditional pardon to all involved, it appears that Pam Bondi and the Justice Department do not agree that they were victims of the Biden regime.

The Gateway Pundit was one of a few media outlets that led the way in reporting on the extensive abuse and even torture of January 6th protesters and their families, which was carried out in a systematic campaign of political persecution by Joe Biden and his Democratic allies in the Department of Justice.

Of course, this ruling comes as a shock to those who followed the Proud Boys "trial of the century" coverage at The Gateway Pundit.

The US Government set up the Proud Boys with bogus charges, used a witness who lied numerous times under oath to save his skin, and the feds even planted evidence in the Proud Boys’ social media hangout.

In their filing, the DOJ claimed that plaintiffs had failed to show any evidence that investigators or prosecutors "relied on knowingly false or fabricated evidence to initiate" their cases.

"It defies ’judicial experience and common sense’ to believe that Plaintiffs cannot make more specific allegations at this stage about what evidence was false, fabricated, or wrongfully withheld as part of their prosecution," they wrote.

The DOJ also emphasized that a federal court had already reviewed the charges at detention hearings and determined that the "weight of the evidence is strong."

Prosecutors pointed to "incontrovertible photo evidence of Nordean, Biggs, and Rehl inside the Capitol building," material used "to support their arrests and detentions."

"And while Tarrio was not at the Capitol on that day and the district court found there was no ’smoking gun,’ the court considered Tarrio’s contrary arguments and still found the evidence of his involvement in a seditious conspiracy to be ’very strong.’"

It will now be up to a federal judge to determine whether the lawsuit can move forward.

How the hell is this Epstein cover up moron helping our nation? Question is, does the President have the cajones to get rid of her or will he make the tragic error that he made with Barr and Co?

UN inquiry on alleged Israel violence hampered by funding shortfall, document shows
Oh dear, oh dear… Anyway.
[IsraelTimes] Head of panel, who resigned last month, says it is unable to hire staff, won’t be able to present mandated reports to UN Human Rights Council in March 2026

cannot complete their work because of financial constraints, a document showed.

The incident shows how dire funding shortages in the UN system, caused by donor fatigue and belt-tightening, are harming global accountability efforts for abuses after a Congo probe was stalled earlier this year.

The Independent International Commission of Inquiry on the Occupied Paleostinian Territory
…that’s a mouthful…
— established in May 2021 by the Geneva-based Human Rights Council — can provide evidence of international crimes used in pre-trial investigations by tribunals like the International Criminal Court.

Last year, the council approved a request from Pakistain to research additional evidence on arms transfers to Israel in the context of the Gaza war and Israeli settler violence.

But Navi Pillay, who heads the inquiry, told the council’s president in an August 6 letter that a lack of funds meant it was unable to hire staff.

"The Commission has started informing the sponsors of the two resolutions that it will be unable to produce these mandated reports and present them to the Council in March 2026," said Pillay, who has served as a judge at the ICC and is a former UN High Commissioner for Human Rights.

Israel has regularly criticized the commission, which has condemned actions by the military since it launched its offensive in Gaza after the Hamas-led massacre of October 7, 2023. The commission also overwhelmingly blames Israel for the conflict with the Paleostinians and accuses the Jewish state of other misdeeds, such as stealing natural resources.

The three members of the commission resigned last month, but will continue to serve until new members are appointed by the UN Human Rights Council.

Pillay, a South African jurist, was the United Nations

High Commissioner for Human Rights from 2008 to 2014, during which time she frequently criticized Israel’s actions in Gaza.

She chaired the commission of inquiry, which Jewish groups, Israel, the US and other countries have condemned for its alleged bias. It is the council’s first open-ended commission of inquiry, the UNHRC’s highest level of investigation.

UN commission member Miloon Kothari, who also resigned, caused a firestorm of controversy in 2022 when he said that social media was "controlled largely by the Jewish lobby," espousing a common antisemitic trope, and questioned why Israel was allowed in the UN.

Pillay defended Kothari’s comments.

Pillay has dismissed antisemitism concerns as a "diversion" and "lies," and called Israeli security concerns "a fiction."

In 2014, over 100 members of Congress signed a letter to Pillay decrying the UNHRC’s bias against Israel under her leadership, saying the council "simply cannot be taken seriously as a human rights

A backlog of UN mandatory fees, including from the top donor, the United States, which owes around $1.5 billion, has worsened a long-running UN liquidity crisis. In response, the global body plans to cut its budget by 20 percent.

DNC blocks resolution urging halt to US military aid for Israel, Palestine recognition
[IsraelTimes] Democratic National Committee ends up advancing alternative measure that reflects party’s long-standing positions after debate that exposes its current divides over Gaza war

A Democratic National Committee panel blocked a resolution Tuesday that would have called for a suspension of military aid to Israel and recognition of Paleostinian statehood, after a debate underscoring growing fissures within the party over its longstanding support of Israel.

The text of the resolution, which also called for an immediate ceasefire in the Gazoo
...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. The place was acquired in the wake of the 1967 War and then presented to Paleostinian control in 2006 by Ariel Sharon, who had entered his dotage. It periodically attacks the Hated Zionist Entity whenever Iran needs a ruckus created or the hard boyz get bored, getting thumped by the IDF in return. The ruling turbans then wave the bloody shirt and holler loudly about oppression and disproportionate response...
Strip, did not mention the Israeli hostages held by Hamas
..the braying voice of Islamic Resistance®,...
The resolution, which was proposed by Allison Minnerly, a new Gen Z member from Florida, would have joined the growing chorus of calls in the US House of Representatives and Senate in recent weeks to block weapons sales to Israel. Following debate over the resolution Tuesday morning at the DNC (If you're white you ain't right!)
...Democrat National Committee, where all those off-the-wall talking points originate...
’s summer meeting in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the resolution received a resolute bloc of "nay" votes from the panel.

Another resolution proposed by DNC Chairman Ken Martin which called for the unrestricted flow of aid to Gaza, a ceasefire between Israel and Hamas and a "two state solution negotiated through direct bilateral negotiations" was passed unanimously by the committee.

"One thing all of us in this room agree on is that the crisis in Gaza is urgent," said Martin during the panel meeting. "This resolution is focused on the humanitarian crisis and makes clear that it must be addressed as the emergency that it is."

Martin’s resolution echoes long-standing positions on Israel held by the Democratic party as outlined in its 2024 platform, which affirmed that former US president Joe The Big Guy Biden
...46th president of the U.S. I'm not working for you. Don't be such a horse's ass....
had worked "tirelessly" to ensure the "unimpeded delivery of humanitarian assistance to the Paleostinian people."

The debate over the two resolutions reflects a growing divide among Democrats
...every time you hear the phrase white people, white supremacy, white anything but paint, you're listening to a Democrat. Ask him/her/it to reimagine something for you; they do that a lot, though not well. They can hear a dog whistle a mile or two away. They invented the spoils system and Tammany Hall, and inspired the addition of the word (Thomas) Nasty to the English language. They want to stop continental drift and repeal the law of unintended side effects...
over their stances on Israel as support for the country’s ongoing offensive in Gaza has sharply declined in the past year.

A recent Gallup poll found that among Democratic voters, approval for Israel’s military campaign in Gaza — launched in resposne to the Hamas-led October 7, 2023, terror onslaught that started the ongoing war — had fallen from 36% in November 2023 to just 8% last month.

The DNC vote comes weeks after a record number of Senate Democrats voted in favor of two resolutions by Senator Bernie Sanders

...The only first openly Socialist member of the U.S. Senate. Sanders was Representative-for-Life from Vermont until moving to the Senate for the rest of his life in 2006, assuming the seat vacated by Jim Jeffords. He ran for the 2016 nomination for president, to be cheated out of it by Hillary Clinton, then went back to being an Independent socialist, waiting for 2020 to roll around...
, a Jewish Independent from Vermont, seeking to block US military sales to Israel. In the House, a growing number of Democrats are also signing onto a bill that would withhold the transfer of offensive weapons to Israel, while the ranking Democrat on the House Armed Services Committee called Tuesday for the US to "leverage certain arms sales" to the Jewish state.

Despite waning support among Democratic politicians for Israel amid reports of mass hunger and journalists killed in the embattled enclave, the DNC appeared unready to wade into controversial positions such as an arms embargo

Ahead of the debate over the arms embargo resolution, Minnerly called on the party to "follow the will of our voters and call for an end to US involvement in this particular tragedy."

"This is a moment that calls for leadership, listening and hard conversations," Minnerly said. "We urge that beyond calling for a ceasefire, that we acknowledge the devastation and we also outline actionable items for our elected officials with the Democratic Party to align ourselves with the voters of our base."

Minnerly told the Washington Post that after submitting her resolution, DNC staff contacted her to make "clear that they didn’t think that this resolution was the right thing for this moment."

During Tuesday’s debate over the resolution, Harini Krishnan, a member from Caliphornia, an impregnable bastion of the Democratic Party,, criticized the resolution for failing to put "any onus on a bad boy group that I think is also oppressing the Paleostinian people," referring to Hamas. She added that she hoped that "as a party, we can move beyond this issue."

In a statement earlier this month, the Democratic Majority for Israel, an advocacy group, also called on DNC members to reject the resolution, calling it "flawed" and "irresponsible."

"Should it advance, it will further divide our Party, provide a gift to Republicans, and send a signal that will embolden Israel’s adversaries," said DMI president and CEO Brian Romick in a statement. "As we get closer to the midterms, Democrats need to be united, not continuing intra-party fights that don’t get us closer to taking back Congress."

But Sophia Danenberg, a member from Washington, said that passing Martin’s resolution was "not enough," adding that "people want to hear a louder, stronger statement, and that this isn’t the time for subtlety."

"October 7th does not justify the actions of this right-wing regime massacring and starving and slaughtering the Paleostinian people," Danenberg said, later adding, "I do fear that we’re losing our future as a Democratic Party by not being courageous on this issue."

The DNC, like its Republican counterpart, is charged with establishing the party platform, synching up candidate messaging across multiple elections and publicizing the national party "brand."

German court convicts Syrian teen for plotting attack on Taylor Swift gigs in Vienna
[IsraelTimes] Judges give 16-year-old 18-month suspended sentence, say he supported Islamic State, sent bomb-building instructions to man in Austria planning to carry out attack

A German court on Tuesday convicted a 16-year-old boy accused of supporting a foiled plot to attack Taylor Swift concerts in Austria last year.

The Syrian national, whom prosecutors have identified only as Mohammad A. in line with German privacy rules, was convicted of preparing a serious act of violence and supporting a terrorist act of violence abroad. The Berlin court gave him a suspended 18-month sentence.

Judges found that the defendant, then aged 14, supported the ideology of the Islamic State

group at the time and was in contact via social media with a young man in neighboring Austria who planned to attack a Swift concert in Vienna.

The court said they found that, among other things, the defendant sent his acquaintance a video with bomb-building instructions and organized contact with an IS member.

Three Swift concerts in Vienna were canceled on August 7, 2024, when the plot was discovered. Austrian authorities made three arrests.

The defendant made a "comprehensive confession" at his trial, which was held behind closed doors because of his age, according to the court. The verdict can be appealed.

IDF troops raid Ramallah money changer accused of funding Hamas activities
[IsraelTimes] Military says five suspects arrested, hundreds of thousands of shekels seized, troops fired shots at stone-throwers; Red Crescent says 14 wounded, including seven by live rounds

The Israel Defense Forces on Tuesday launched a rare daytime raid in the West Bank city of Ramallah targeting a local currency exchange office linked to Hamas
..a regional Iranian catspaw,...
According to the military, soldiers from the Binyamin Regional Brigade, along with Duvdevan commando unit fighters and Border Police forces, stormed a currency exchange office accused of transferring funds to Hamas operatives to finance terror activity. The operation was carried out with intelligence guidance from Central Command and the Shin Bet.

During the raid, five suspects allegedly involved in terror activity were arrested, and hundreds of thousands of shekels identified as terror funds were confiscated, the IDF says.

The Red Islamic Thingy said at least 14 people were maimed in the incursion. Seven were hit by live rounds, while the rest were maimed by rubber bullets or tear gas inhalation.

It said that Israeli forces were "preventing our teams from reaching the injured in a besieged area."

Asked for a response to the claim of injuries, the IDF said that it opened fire on Paleostinians throwing stones at troops during the operation and confirmed some were hit, but did not provide a toll.

One clip of the raid depicted the soldiers raiding the office, while others showed military vehicles and troops moving through the city streets.

An AFP journalist saw soldiers on the ground around al-Manara Square in the city center and on balconies overlooking it.

Witnesses told AFP that the army withdrew in the early afternoon.

past raids in the city have also targeted money changers with links to terrorist organizations.

Since October 7, 2023, troops have arrested some 6,000 wanted Paleostinians across the West Bank, including more than 2,350 affiliated with Hamas.

According to the Paleostinian Authority health ministry, more than 950 West Bank Paleostinians have been killed in that time. The IDF says the vast majority of them were button men killed in exchanges of fire, rioters who clashed with troops or forces of Evil carrying out attacks.

During the same period, 53 others, including Israeli security personnel, have been killed in terror attacks in Israel and the West Bank. Another eight members of the security forces were killed in festivities with terror operatives in the West Bank.

Australia to list Iran’s IRGC as terror group, expels envoy

The nation is today noted for spontaneously taking over other countries' embassies, maintaining whorehouses run by clergymen, involvement in international drug trafficking, and financing sock puppet militias to extend the regime's influence. The word Iran is a cognate form of Aryan. The abbreviation IRGC is the same idea as Stürmabteilung (or SA). The term Supreme Guide is a the modern version form of either Duce or Führer or maybe both. of carrying out at least two anti-Semitic attacks in the country over the past years, expelled the Iranian ambassador, and said Canberra will legislate to designate Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) as a terrorist organization.

Albanese said the Australian Security Intelligence Organisation (ASIO) "has gathered enough credible intelligence to reach a deeply disturbing conclusion — that the Iranian Government directed at least two of these attacks. Iran has sought to disguise its involvement, but ASIO assesses it was behind the attacks on the Lewis’ Continental Kitchen in Sydney on October 20 last year, and the Adass Israel Synagogue in Melbourne on December 6 last year."

"I can also announce, the Government will legislate to list Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, the IRGC, as a terrorist organization," he stated.

Australia declared Iranian Ambassador Ahmad Sadeghi "persona non grata" and ordered him and three other officials to leave within seven days. The Australian embassy in Tehran also suspended all operations and removed all diplomats from the country.

Australian spy chief Mike Burgess said that for the past ten months, anti-Semitism had been one of the agency’s top priorities, involving the "full use" of its authority.

"We have investigated dozens of incidents targeting Jewish communities, places of worship, businesses, and prominent individuals," he said. "ASIO now assesses the Iranian Government directed at least two and likely more attacks on Jewish interests in Australia."

The IRGC used a complex web of proxies to mask its involvement, according to Burgess, who also said that after October 24, Iran shifted from "intimidating behaviours to direct targeting of people, businesses and places of worship."

He stressed that Australia does not believe that Iran is responsible for every anti-Semitic attack in the country, but said it initiated the first of them.

Iran’s foreign ministry slammed the accusations as "baseless," linking them to challenges Australia faced with Israel after "protests against the Zionist regime."

Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi further lashed out at Albanese, calling him a "weak politician."

"Iran is home to among the world's oldest Jewish communities including dozens of synagogues. Accusing Iran of attacking such sites in Australia while we do our utmost to protect them in our own country makes zero sense," he said on X.

The move to expel Iran’s ambassador comes after Albanese announced on August 11 that Canberra’s recognition of a Paleostinian state will be formalized at the United Nations
...an organization conceived in the belief that we're just one big happy world, with the sort of results you'd expect from such nonsense...
General Assembly in September.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu later called Albanese a "coward" who betrayed Israel by "recognising a Paleostinian state."

"History will remember Albanese for what he is: A weak politician who betrayed Israel and abandoned Australia’s Jews," Netanyahu said on social media last week.

London police say 67 charged for backing banned anti-Israel group Palestine Action
[IsraelTimes] Accused face six months jail if found guilty of supporting org proscribed as a terror group in July after activists vandalized Royal Air Force base

London’s Metropolitan police have charged a total of 67 people with showing support for the banned anti-Israel group Paleostine Action, the force announced on Tuesday.

The accused will appear in court across several dates in October, and face a possible maximum sentence of six months imprisonment if found guilty, the Met said.

The UK government proscribed Paleostine Action as a terror group in July following acts of vandalism at a Royal Air Force base, which caused an estimated £7 million ($9.3 million) in damage to two aircraft.

The group said its activists were responding to Britannia’s indirect military support for Israel during the war in Gazoo

That’s nice. Respond without deliberately causing millions of criminal damage, which is a crime no matter the reason.
Rights groups have condemned the ban as legal overreach and a threat to free speech.

More than 700 people have been arrested, mostly at demonstrations, since the group was outlawed under the Terrorism Act 2000.

The Met said in its statement that charges had been laid against 64 people relating to protests held in central London on two dates last month.

That was in addition to charges brought against three other people announced earlier this month.

On Monday, acclaimed screenwriter Paul Laverty was arrested on suspicion of supporting Paleostine Action during a protest in Edinburgh, Scottish police said.

Last week, Irish author Sally Rooney vowed to give fees generated by two BBC adaptations of her books to Paleostine Action.

Troops Of OPHK Eliminate Top Boko Haram Commanders, Neutralise Dozens In Multiple Operations
[EONSINTELLIGENCE] Troops of the Joint Task Force, North East Operation HADIN KAI (OPHK), in collaboration with the Air Component, have recorded major operational successes against Boko Haram, the Islamic State of West Africa Province (ISWAP), and Jama'atu Ahlis Sunna Lidda'awati wal-Jihad (JAS) terrorists in Borno and Yobe States.

Between 21 and 22 August 2025, troops successfully foiled coordinated terrorist attacks on Bita and Wulgo in Borno State, neutralising 11 insurgents, including two top commanders identified as Abu Nazir (Munzir of Juye) and Abu Fatima (Munzir of Koloram). Recovered items included AK-47 rifles, a cache of ammunition, and six motorcycles.

In a related development on 22 August 2025, troops of the 21 Special Armoured Brigade, supported by precision strikes from the Air Component, repelled a night attack on the Forward Operating Base at Kumshe. The air bombardments inflicted heavy casualties, with over 20 bodies, including dismembered parts, discovered in shallow graves during subsequent exploitation operations. Assorted weapons were also recovered.

Similarly, troops of Sector 1 conducting offensive operations at Dipchari near Banki Junction, Bama LGA, engaged terrorists in an intense gun battle, neutralising several fighters. Seized weapons included Rocket Propelled Grenade (RPG) tubes, AK-47 rifles, loaded magazines, 7.62mm special ammunition, and motorcycles.

On 23 August 2025, troops of Sector 2, working alongside the Civilian Joint Task Force (CJTF), carried out a long-range tactical operation around Ndoksa, near Buni Gari in Yobe State. The raid led to further terrorist casualties and the recovery of additional AK-47 rifles and motorcycles.

The coordinated offensives have significantly degraded the terrorists' capabilities, denying them freedom of action, weakening their firepower, and disrupting logistics across the region.

The Military High Command commended the gallantry and resilience of the troops and urged them to sustain the momentum in the ongoing fight against insurgency, despite evolving security challenges.

[Garowe] Canadian photojournalist Valerie Zink has announced her resignation from Rooters, citing what she describes as the news agency’s complicity in the killing of journalists in Gazoo

In a public statement, Zink said she is not only ending her work with the international news organization but also destroying her press credentials in protest.
New title to be Hamas Propagandist to the English-Speaking World, which at least is honest..
"I can’t in good conscience continue to work for Rooters given their betrayal of journalists in Gaza and culpability in the liquidation of our colleagues," she said.

Zink specifically referenced the killing of 245 journalists in Gaza since the start of the conflict, accusing Rooters of justifying and enabling the violence through its editorial choices and lack of accountability.

Her resignation adds to growing criticism from within the media industry over the treatment of journalists in conflict zones and the responsibilities of major news organizations in upholding press freedom and safety.

Rooters has not publicly responded to Zink’s statement.

Morocco Aids Niger to Hunt Down Boko Haram Chief ''Bakura''
[MOROCCOWORLDNEWS] Niger's military forces killed Ibrahim Mahamadou, known as ''Bakura,'' during what officials described as a ''surgical operation'' in the Diffa region of southeast Niger.

Morocco's intelligence services played a crucial role in the successful elimination of ''Bakura'' during a joint operation with Niger's military forces in the Lake Chad basin region.

The operation signals Morocco's expanding counter-terrorism partnerships across the Sahel and reflects the North African country's growing influence in West African security affairs.

Leningrad Isolated, Moscow in Hitler's Sights - Eastern Front DOCUMENTARY
[YouTube]

From the description:
As September 1941 begins on the Eastern Front, the war enters a new and brutal phase.

The late summer rains arrive, slowing down operations but not halting the relentless fighting.

In the north, Army Group North continues its push against Leningrad, severing the last land and rail connections and forcing the city into a deadly siege that will define the coming months.

Meanwhile, in the center, Field Marshal von Bock struggles to hold the Yelna salient as Zhukov launches one of the Red Army’s first successful counteroffensives, liberating Yelna at enormous cost. Hitler issues War Directive No. 35, signaling the renewed drive toward Moscow even as the front strains under attrition.

To the south, Guderian’s daring drive threatens Kyiv, but overstretched flanks and Eremenko’s ill-coordinated counterattacks expose the risks of the operation. Rundstedt’s armies battle to expand bridgeheads across the Dnipro, suffering heavy losses at Dnepropetrovsk. The rains, mud, and mounting casualties begin to slow the once lightning-fast blitzkrieg, foreshadowing the grinding attrition to come.

Sandstorm causes damage to Phoenix airport in the US
Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited.
[Regnum] A sandstorm hit the city of Phoenix in the American state of Arizona, damaging the local Sky Harbor International Airport. This was reported on August 26 by The New York Times.

It is noted that the storms passed through central Arizona on the evening of August 25. The US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) banned takeoffs and landings at the airport for an hour at about 18:30 (04:30 Moscow time, August 26), and after the ban was lifted, flights were delayed for 15-30 minutes.

A dust storm hit the town of Black Canyon, north of Phoenix, around 7 p.m. local time on Aug. 25 (5 a.m. Moscow time on Aug. 26), the National Weather Service said. The agency urged drivers to avoid the storm, warning of poor visibility and strong winds exceeding 50 mph (80 km/h). The warning was later lifted.

On April 30, Egyptian Streets reported that a sandstorm (hamaseen) had hit northwest Egypt, turning the sky bright orange and blanketing cities including Sallum, parts of Greater Cairo, and towns along the Suez Canal with thick clouds of dust. Hot southwesterly winds were blowing at speeds of up to 80 km/h, prompting local authorities to urge residents, especially children, the elderly, and people with respiratory illnesses, to stay indoors unless necessary, keep windows and doors closed, and use masks and goggles when going out.

It was specified that such spring sandstorms occur annually, bringing dry winds with low humidity and sharp temperature changes, the speed of which sometimes reaches 140 km/h.

, have been returned to Maroua, the capital city of the Far North district in the country.

The hostages, among which were three citizens of neighbouring Chad and 10 Cameroonian students, were freed by the armed forces and the elite unit Brigade d'Intervention Rapide (BIR).

"11 other hostages had been taken deep into Nigeria. But thanks to the joint effort by our armed forces, the BIR, gendarmerie and the safety committees, and even the population, everyone has played their part, and we have freed them," announced Midjiyawa Bakari, governor of the Far North district.

One hostage, however, did not make it out alive. A boy, identified as Bryan Bessala, aged 19, was killed by the kidnappers, as a ransom payment was not made in time despite efforts from the Cameroonian population, which raised almost 6 million Cameroonian francs in the space of 24 hours.

But the aid came too late for the teenager, who had been kidnapped together with his four siblings from a bus, after returning from a holiday.

In Yaound , his mother, Nga Annie, showed relief at the return of her children, but said that she wanted to receive her eldest son's body, which has not yet been found.

"For the one who is not here anymore, I am still asking the government to give me his body, which was not found, so that I can grieve him," she said.

In the Logone et Chari, Mayo Sava and Mayi Tsanaga vicinities, kidnappings related to Boko Haram have become a more and more frequent plight for the inhabitants.

Law enforcement officers cut down a tree to catch the perpetrator of the terrorist attack in Crocus
Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited.
[Regnum] One of the perpetrators of the terrorist attack in the Crocus City Hall concert hall near Moscow had to be taken down from a tree after a chase in order to detain him. This was stated in court by a law enforcement officer who testified as a witness in the case.

“The terrorist who had fled into the forest was taken down from the tree; the tree had to be cut down, he didn’t want to get down on his own,” RIA Novosti quoted a participant in the process as saying.

In addition, the traffic police officers who were chasing the perpetrators of the terrorist attack also testified in court. According to them, during the pursuit, the criminals' car drove into the oncoming lane and crashed into another car. After which the criminals scattered in the direction of the forest, where they were detained.

The terrorist attack in Crocus took place on the evening of March 22, 2024. The attackers broke into the building, opened fire on people, and then started a fire. As a result of the terrorist attack, 149 people were killed, one is missing, and 609 citizens were injured. Four terrorists were detained the next day in the Bryansk region, 100 km from the Ukrainian border. During the investigation, they admitted that the terrorist attack was organized by the Ukrainian special services. The organizers were put on the wanted list.

The case is being heard by the Second Western District Military Court. The trial is being held behind closed doors. Three of the perpetrators of the terrorist attack in Crocus, Dalerdzhon Mirzoyev, Shamsiddin Fariduni and Muhammadsobir Faizov (all individuals included in the Russian Federation list of terrorists and extremists) fully admitted their guilt. The fourth perpetrator of the terrorist attack, Rachabalizoda Murodali (an individual included in the Russian Federation list of terrorists and extremists), partially admitted his guilt.

According to the case materials, traffic police officers fired more than 30 times at the Renault car, in which the four perpetrators of the terrorist attack in Crocus City Hall were trying to escape, before they managed to stop it. At first, the first crew member opened fire, but after the ammunition was used up, the second crew began shooting. The policemen punctured all four tires of the terrorists' car. Only after that did it begin to lose speed, collided with an oncoming car and stopped.

Politician Melenchon: a motion to remove Macron from power will be submitted to parliament
Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited.
[Regnum] The left-wing party "Unbowed France"
…La France Insoumise (also translated as "Unsubmissive France" or "Rebellious France") is a democratic eco-socialist, left-wing populist political party launched in 2016 by Jean-Luc Mélenchon, then a Member of the European Parliament (MEP) and former co-president of the Left Party (PG). They won 17 seats in the National Assembly in 2017, but only six seats two years later. They plan a national strike against the 2026 budget in September…
intends to submit to parliament on September 23 a proposal to remove the President of the Republic Emmanuel Macron from power. This was announced on August 26 by the leader of the political force Jean-Luc Mélenchon.

"A year ago, we already raised the question of the president's resignation. Now we will do it again on September 23 and, in addition to the vote of no confidence, we will introduce a motion to remove Macron from power," he said on France Inter radio.

At the same time, Mélenchon expressed the opinion that a vote of no confidence would lose its meaning by that time, since the French government would already have fallen.

On September 17, 2024, members of the left-wing party "France Insoumise" sent a resolution to impeach Macron after the head of state decided not to invite the left to the country's new government, despite their coalition's victory in the parliamentary elections. The proposal concerns the article of the French constitution that provides for the possibility of impeachment if the president violates his duties.

At that time, 81 deputies from the New Popular Front, including 72 representatives of Unbowed France, expressed support for the resolution on Macron's impeachment. In addition, the Greens and a number of members of the Left Democrats and Republicans group were ready to approve the initiative.

However, in early October 2024, the French legislative commission of the National Assembly (lower house of parliament) rejected the proposal to impeach Macron. Only 15 deputies supported the initiative, while another 54 lawmakers voted against.

[Korrespondent] The defense forces stopped the advance of the Russians and continue to control the village of Zaporozhskoye, and are also fighting in the area of the village of Novogeorgievka.

Russian invaders do not control the villages of Zaporizhzhya and Novogeorgievka in the Dnipropetrovsk region. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Tuesday, August 26.

"The Ukrainian Defense Forces have stopped the advance of the Russian invaders and continue to control the village of Zaporizhzhya, despite all the efforts of the enemy, who is trying to capture this settlement," says the report on the operational situation on the border of the Donetsk and Dnipropetrovsk regions.

It was noted that active military operations are also continuing in the area of the village of Novogeorgievka, where our soldiers are inflicting significant losses on the enemy, destroying dozens of occupiers every day.

The information about the occupation of both of these settlements by Russians does not correspond to reality, the General Staff concluded.

Earlier on Tuesday, the analytical project DeepState reported that the Russians allegedly occupied the villages of Zaporizhzhya and Novogeorgievka in the Sinelnykivsky district of the Dnipropetrovsk region.

ISIS Claims Three Attacks Killing 47 Puntland Security Force Soldiers
[ShabelleMedia] The Islamic State (ISIS) Somalia faction has claimed responsibility for three attacks against the Puntland Security Force (PSF) between July 16 and August 22, resulting in the deaths of 47 soldiers, according to statements released by the group.

The attacks targeted military positions in Puntland in northeastern Somalia. It comes as Puntland stated that its forces have made significant gains against the militants.

The PSF, responsible for security in the Bari region, has been engaged in ongoing operations against extremist groups, including ISIS and Al-Shabaab.

Puntland officials have yet to independently confirm the death toll claimed by ISIS.

The region has faced increased militant activity amid efforts to secure strategic areas, including the Cal-Miskaad mountains, where operations against ISIS militants have intensified.

The attacks underscore the continuing security challenges in Puntland, despite its reputation as one of Somalia’s more stable regions.

The hard boys, currently surrounded in cave hideouts within the valley, have been warned that this is their final chance to avoid bloodshed. The message, issued in multiple languages, called on the fighters to lay down their arms and contact Puntland security forces for safe surrender.

"The Puntland government calls on ISIS fighters and anyone wishing to surrender to contact Puntland security forces within 72 hours. Your life is valuable," read a statement from Puntland’s military command.

Authorities pledged humane treatment for any fighters who surrender, including safe return to their families and communities. However,

officials warned that failure to comply would lead to severe consequences. "There will be no escape. This is the final opportunity," the statement said.

The standoff comes as the United States Africa Command (AFRICOM), in coordination with the Federal Government of Somalia, concluded a separate two-week counterterrorism operation in the Puntland region targeting ISIS-Somalia.

The joint strikes focused on leadership hideouts in the Golis Mountains, a remote area known to harbor high-ranking hard boys.

Puntland officials said the current siege in Baallade valley is part of an intensified campaign to dismantle ISIS strongholds across the region, in coordination with broader national and international counterterrorism efforts.

Security forces emphasized that the window for peaceful resolution is closing rapidly, describing the current operation as the last safe exit for the trapped fighters.

[Daily Mail, where America gets its news] A teenager has been arrested after a woman was dragged into the bushes and raped in front of the Eiffel Tower. The suspect, a Libyan 17-year-old, was taken into custody shortly after the horrific attack near the Champ-de-Mars in the early hours of Tuesday morning.

According to initial evidence gathered by police officers at the scene, it was 2.40am when a man forcibly dragged the victim, a Ukrainian woman, 32, behind a bush. He then allegedly sexually assaulted and raped her. The victim's screams quickly alerted police on a patrol nearby. The suspect, who was reportedly drunk, was immediately arrested.

The young man introduced himself as a 17-year-old teenager of Libyan nationality, Le Parisien reports.
Any or all of which may or may not be true — older colonists very often claim to be underage because the punishments are lighter and the record does not carry over into adult police files.
This has not been confirmed as the suspect has no identity papers.
Check his teeth. And perhaps biopsy the growth plates at the ends of his long bones.
'His identity is currently being verified,' the prosecutor's office told the publication.

Tragically, cases of sexual violence are common at the foot of the Eiffel Tower, where nearly six million visitors visit each year.

In 2023, a Mexican tourist said she was raped by five men at a garden near the tourist attraction.

The 27-year-old woman told authorities the attack happened between the early hours of July 26 and 27 at the Champ de Mars park in Paris.

And in October the same year, a British police officer said she was also raped at the foot of the tower.

The victim, 23, told French police she was attacked by a man wielding a knife in the Champ de Mars park shortly before midnight that evening.

She said the suspect pulled out a knife as she tried to deflect his advances. After the man fled, she called the police. An anti-crime squad rushed to the scene and the victim was taken care of by firefighters.

Police arrested a 35-year-old man around an hour after the woman reported the attack and gave a description of the suspect.

The victim was a tourist staying overnight with a friend in the French capital, according to Le Parisien. The attacker pounced after the victim went behind a bush to go to the toilet. She was separated from her friend for only a few moments when the attacker threatened her with a knife.

Last March, Rachida Dati, the borough's mayor, made a shocking statement at a neighborhood meeting. She said that 'sexual assaults,' 'not to mention rapes,' took place 'every day' on the Champ-de-Mars. Ms Dati also said the area suffered from 'under-equipment.'

The Paris police headquarters told Le Parisien: 'In 2024, the police headquarters recorded one rape in the Champ-de-Mars area, compared to five in 2023, and seven sexual assaults, compared to nine in 2023,'

That's one rape in 2024, and seven sexual assaults.

Egypt Deploying Troops to Somalia Amid Rising Tensions With Ethiopia over Nile dam
[Garowe] Egypt has begun taking steps to apply military pressure on Æthiopia by deepening its security cooperation with Somalia, marking a significant shift in the Horn of Africa region's geopolitical dynamics.

The move comes as Egypt formally joins the African Union
...a union consisting of 53 African states, most run by dictators of one flavor or another. The only all-African state not in the AU is Morocco. Established in 2002, the AU is the successor to the Organisation of African Unity (OAU), which was even less successful...
’s Support and Stabilization Mission in Somalia (AUSSOM), with Egyptian troops expected to be deployed in the regions of Hiiraan, Lower Shabelle, and Gedo, according to Somali government sources.

Egypt and Æthiopia have long been locked in a bitter dispute over the Grand Æthiopian Renaissance Dam (GERD), which Addis Ababa is constructing on the Nile River. Cairo views the project as an existential threat to its water supply, which is heavily dependent on the Nile.

Tensions between Somalia and Æthiopia have also escalated in recent months following a controversial agreement between Æthiopia and the breakaway region of Somaliland
...Republic of Somaliland is an unrecognised sovereign state in the Horn of Africa, recognised internationally as a de jure part of Somalia. It is located in the southern coast of the Gulf of Aden with approximately 5.7 million residents as of 2021. The capital and largest city is Hargeisa. The government regards itself as the successor state to British Somaliland, which united from 1960 to 1991 with the Trust Territory of Somaliland (the former Italian Somaliland) to form the Somali Republic. Under the Siad Barre regime, Somaliadestroyed ninety percent of Hargeisa Per international law, once you're in, you gotta stay in, no matter how bad it smells....
. Egypt strongly backed Somalia’s rejection of the deal, paving the way for a new level of military and security cooperation between Cairo and Mogadishu.

"The presence of Egyptian forces in Somalia adds both political and military pressure on Æthiopia," said regional political analysts, who note that the growing rift over Nile waters is increasingly spilling into broader regional alliances.

While Somali officials insist the Egyptian deployment is solely to assist in counterterrorism operations against al-Shabaab
... Somalia's version of the Taliban, functioning as an arm of al-Qaeda...
and to support stabilization efforts, the move is widely seen as part of a broader strategy by Egypt to counter Æthiopian influence in the region.

The Egyptian-Somali alignment is expected to deepen in the coming months as both nations formalize defense and intelligence cooperation.

Æthiopia has yet to officially respond to the Egyptian troop deployment, but observers expect tensions in the Horn of Africa to intensify as regional power rivalries deepen.

The GERD dispute, once confined to diplomatic arenas, is now extending into the military and political spheres, with Egypt seeking new partnerships across Æthiopia’s borders — and Somalia emerging as a key player in that strategy.

Media reveals West's plan to support Ukraine after conflict ends
Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited.
[Regnum] Western countries are planning to create at least three lines of defense in Ukraine as part of the conflict settlement. This was reported on August 26 by the Financial Times (FT).

“Western countries have drawn up a rough plan that would provide for the creation of a demilitarized zone, possibly patrolled by neutral peacekeeping troops from a third country, with the agreement of Ukraine and Russia,” the publication says.

According to journalists, the plan is for the border to be controlled by Ukrainian troops armed and trained by NATO troops. In addition, the option of deploying European deterrent forces deep inside Ukraine as a third line of defense is being considered, with US forces providing support from the rear.

On August 20, Bloomberg reported, citing sources, that about ten European countries are ready to send their troops to Ukraine. In this way, the leaders of EU countries intend to provide security guarantees for Ukraine. The first stage of developing the guarantees should be the training of Ukrainian military personnel.

The authors of the publication did not specify which countries had allegedly made the decision to send troops. The White House had previously stated that American troops would not be sent to Ukraine. According to US President Donald Trump, France and Germany are the first to want to deploy troops on Ukrainian territory.

Russian leaders have repeatedly pointed out the inadmissibility of NATO military deployment in Ukraine. President Vladimir Putin said that Moscow is ready to work to ensure Kiev's security, but to resolve the conflict, its root causes must first be eradicated and a fair balance in the security sphere in Europe and the world must be ensured.

Britain
UK to help dozens of Gazan students enroll at British universities
[IsraelTimes] Accepted students must complete biometric checks in third countries before taking up their places, but their departure depends on Israel’s approval

Britannia’s Home Office has agreed to adjust immigration rules to allow several dozen students from Gazoo
...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. The place was acquired in the wake of the 1967 War and then presented to Paleostinian control in 2006 by Ariel Sharon, who had entered his dotage. It is currently ruled with a rusty iron fist by Hamas with about the living conditions you'd expect. It periodically attacks the Hated Zionist Entity whenever Iran needs a ruckus created or the hard boyz get bored, getting thumped by the IDF in return. The ruling turbans then wave the bloody shirt and holler loudly about oppression and disproportionate response...
to take up fully funded British university places next month, the UK government confirmed Tuesday.
Several dozen out of a Gazan population claimed to be something like 2.3 millon (actually probably closer to 1.5, but whatever) — golly, such generosity!
It is understood that the students will be permitted to undergo biometric checks in a third country before travelling on to the UK to take up their places.
In a third country? What is that intended to accomplish?
However,
it was a brave man who first ate an oyster...
the Israeli government would still need to agree to each student leaving Gaza, as diplomatic relations worsen with London.

British Prime Minister Keir Starmer announced last month that the UK will recognize a Paleostinian state if Israel does not take a series of steps, including agreeing to a ceasefire-hostage release deal in its war with the Hamas
..a contraction of the Arabic words for "frothing at the mouth",...
terror group.
It won’t accomplish anything except to feed the British ego.
Of the approximately 40 students set to be eligible for support heading to the UK, nine are due to pursue scholarships under the Chevening scheme, according to the BBC.

A predominantly UK government-funded initiative, it enables "outstanding emerging leaders from all over the world" to pursue a one-year master’s degree in the UK, according to the British Foreign Office.

Home Secretary Yvette Cooper has also approved plans to help around 30 others who have won fully funded scholarships through other private schemes to reach the UK, the BBC reported.

A Home Office source told British media the arrangements are "complex and challenging," but Cooper "wants no stone unturned" so the prospective Gaza students can take up their places in the coming weeks.

The ongoing war in Gaza was sparked when Hamas-led holy warriors rampaged through southern communities on October 7, 2023, murdering some 1,200 people, mostly civilians, and taking 251 hostages.

Israel has been heavily involved in who leaves Gaza since June 2024, when it started using the Kerem Shalom Crossing to evacuate Paleostinians via its own territory, following the closure of the Rafah Border Crossing into Egypt a month earlier.

Israel says most who leave do so to receive treatment or accompany someone sick or maimed, without specifying an exact breakdown.

Israel-Palestine-Jordan
The Modern 'Palestinian National Identity' Was Fueled by Soviet Propaganda
The Soviets fueled a lot of crap in their day, including this.
[FacebookReel] 🧠💥 Did You Know? The Modern 'Palestinian National Identity' Was Fueled by Soviet Propaganda

History isn't always what we were taught...

During the Cold War, the Soviet Union launched a massive disinformation campaign to destabilize the Middle East and undermine Western influence—specifically targeting Israel. Part of that campaign? Inventing and promoting a new Arab identity called “Palestinians.”

📚 Before 1967, “Palestinian” referred to Jews and Arabs living under the British Mandate. There was no demand for a separate Palestinian Arab state—Jordan ruled the West Bank, and Egypt ruled Gaza. Nobody called for a Palestinian state then.

🧔‍♂️ Yasser Arafat, the man hailed as the face of Palestinian nationalism, was born in Cairo, Egypt, not “Palestine.” He was a member of the Muslim Brotherhood and helped found the PLO—an organization with deep Soviet backing and strategy.

🌍 The KGB and Soviet bloc trained and funded many anti-Israel terror groups, using “Palestine” as a tool to weaponize global opinion against the only Jewish state. They created a narrative: oppressor vs. oppressed, colonizer vs. native—despite the fact that Jews are indigenous to the Land of Israel.

❌ There has never been a sovereign state called Palestine in all of human history. Not under the Romans, Ottomans, British, or anyone else.

✅ There has always been a Jewish presence in this land. Israel isn’t occupying someone else’s country—it’s reclaiming ancestral land.

🔁 The next time someone tries to guilt-trip you with manipulated history, remind them: Truth matters. History matters. Israel exists—and it always has.

IDF widens Nasser Hospital probe amid questions over tank shelling authorization
[IsraelTimes] Military cites Hamas surveillance camera on hospital grounds as reason for attack; Hebrew media report Southern Command did not authorize tank fire that caused deadly blast

The Israel Defense Forces said Tuesday that its preliminary investigation into Monday’s deadly attack on Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis found that Hamas
..a regional Iranian catspaw,...
had installed a surveillance camera on hospital grounds and that six of the more than 20 people killed were operatives in the terror group, including one who took part in the October 7, 2023, massacre in southern Israel.

Hebrew media later reported that IDF Southern Command had only authorized a dronezap on the Hamas surveillance camera but did not approve the use of tank shells that ultimately caused the deaths, including those of several journalists.

According to the reports, Golani Brigade troops first identified the Hamas-installed camera, believed to be monitoring Israeli troop movements. Southern Command approved a dronezap to neutralize the device. Shortly afterward, troops spotted what they thought was a rifle scope, assessed it as an immediate threat, and urgently sought approval to fire.

While the division commander authorized tank fire, Southern Command had not, the reports said. In the end, two shells were fired at the site, followed by two more after gunnies were identified, for a total of four. Footage from the scene showed rescuers engulfed in smoke after a second blast struck those rushing to aid victims of the initial strike.

Among those killed — more than 20, according to the Hamas-run Gazoo
...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. The place was acquired in the wake of the 1967 War and then presented to Paleostinian control in 2006 by Ariel Sharon, who had entered his dotage. Health Ministry, a figure that has not been independently verified — were Rooters cameraman Hussam al-Masri, AP freelancer Mariam Dagga, and Al Jazeera contributor Mohammed Salama. Channel 12, citing military sources, reported that 18 people were killed in total, including 10 Hamas operatives, though the IDF has so far confirmed only six.

Following the initial investigation’s findings, IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir ordered the probe expanded to scrutinize the approval process for the strike, including the timing of the attack, the type of munitions used, and the chain of decision-making on the ground.

The IDF reiterated that it regrets civilian casualties and does not target journalists,
…although they absolutely target “journalists” who are also on the Hamas pyroll, especially those who participated in the very special pleasures of the 10/7/2023 invasion of Israel…
while accusing Hamas of "cynically" exploiting medical facilities for military purposes.

Hospitals have repeatedly become battlegrounds in the Gaza war, with Israel accusing Hamas of using them to shelter fighters, hold hostages, and conceal military infrastructure.

Govt Forces, Backed by Local Militia, Kill Dozens of Al-Shabaab Fighters in Central Somalia
[Garowe] The Somali National Army (SNA) announced the deaths of several al-Shabaab
... the personification of Somali state failure...
fighters in central Somalia following an operation conducted alongside the Macawislay fighters, who have been instrumental in the fight against the Death Eaters.

According to military reports, the Lions of Islam were ambushed by the soldiers in their hideouts within the forested areas of Ali-Heelle and Iid-Kuus in the Galgaduud region, where the Lions of Islam control large swathes of rural areas.

Military officials who oversaw the operation confirmed that an unspecified number of Lions of Islam were killed, describing the casualties as "dozens." The forces also destroyed newly established al-Shabaab bases in the area.

The military said the SNA's 77th Battalion undertook the operation, working together with the local community fighters. Although the exact number of those killed was not immediately revealed, sources say 'several' Lions of Islam were eliminated.

This comes as the military court executed Anas Abdulqadir Ali Mahmoud "Salman" and Aden Mursal Mohammed Iidow, members of the al-Shabaab terrorist group, who were convicted of carrying out bombings and assassinations.

Court documents revealed that the two were linked to planned liquidations and kabooms targeting civilians and government officials. Direct involvement in the terrorist attack in Gaalkacyo, Puntland

, which claimed the lives of prominent community leaders, including elders and traditional figures.

The al-Shabaab Lions of Islam have been fighting to topple the fragile UN-backed federal government of Somalia, but the strong resilience of the Somali National Army and allies has managed to keep the Lions of Islam at bay, inflicting losses on their side.

Al-Shabaab, however, has made significant gains in recent weeks after taking over Moqokori, Adan Yabaal, and Mahas towns. But a few days ago, the army and allies managed to retake Barire following intense fighting.

region of Somalia.

Operations consisted of targeted strikes against ISIS leadership’s safe havens in the Golis Mountains.

"These lethal strikes demonstrate our resolve and commitment to ensuring Americans and our partners remain safe from the threat of global terrorism," said Gen. Dagvin Anderson, Commander, U.S. Africa Command.

"I congratulate our military and civilian teammates, as well as our partners in Somalia, who worked every aspect of this complex evolution. They set the standard for executing as well-planned, cross-Combatant Command operation against an organization that wishes to export their terror to the U.S. and our allies."

AFRICOM, in coordination with the Federal Government of Somalia and Somali Armed Forces, will continue to assess the results of the operation. Specific details about the operation will not be released in order to ensure operations security.

UK, France, Germany meet with Iran to discuss nuclear deal as snapback sanctions loom
[IsraelTimes] European powers say they want to ‘to see whether the Iranians are credible’ or ‘messing us around’ as Iran says ‘negotiating with all our might’ to prevent sanctions

Senior officials from Iran
...a theocratic Shiite state divided among the Medes, the Persians, and the (Arab) Elamites. Formerly a fairly civilized nation ruled by a Shah, it became a victim of Islamic revolution in 1979. The term Supreme Guide is a the modern version form of either Duce or Führer or maybe both. met Tuesday with representatives of Europe’s top three powers in Geneva to discuss the Westerners’ demand that Iran revive nuclear inspections and diplomacy or face the reimposition of sanctions that were lifted under a 2015 deal.

La Belle France, Britannia and Germany, known as the E3, have long threatened to trigger the "snapback" of sanctions at the United Nations
...an organization which on balance has done more bad than good, with the good not done well and the bad done thoroughly...
Security Council by October, when the now largely defunct nuclear deal between Tehran and major powers expires.

They have more recently said they plan to decide by the end of August unless Iran offers concessions that could convince them to hold off for a short time, often referred to as an extension. Talks are tense as Iran is furious at the bombing in June of its nuclear facilities by the US and Israel, the E3’s allies.

"We are going to see whether the Iranians are credible about an extension or whether they are messing us around. We want to see whether they have made any progress on the conditions we set to extend," one E3 official said.

Those conditions are the resumption of UN inspections, including accounting for Iran’s large stock of enriched uranium, and engaging in diplomacy, including with the United States. Iran has repeatedly ruled out direct talks with Washington.

Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Kazem Gharibabadi said on Tuesday after the meeting that Tehran remained committed to diplomacy and a mutually beneficial solution.

"It is time for the E3 and the UN Security Council to make the right choice and give diplomacy the time and space it needs," he said in a post on X.

"Our focus is on preventing actions or incidents that may be costly for the country," said Iranian Foreign Ministry front man Esmaeil Baghaei during a weekly presser before the meeting in Geneva.

He added that Tehran was "negotiating with all our might."

Officials in Geneva said they did not expect public statements to be made there during the meeting. The European Union
...the successor to the Holy Roman Empire, only without the Hapsburgs and the nifty uniforms and the dancing...
, which serves as coordinator of the 2015 deal, was also due to attend.

ENRICHMENT DRIVE
Iran has been enriching uranium to up to 60 percent fissile purity, a short step from the roughly 90% of weapons-grade, and had enough material enriched to that level, if refined further, for six nuclear weapons before Israel began its aerial bombings of nuclear facilities in June.

Actually producing a weapon would take more time, however, and the ineffective International Atomic Energy Agency has said that, while it cannot guarantee Tehran’s nuclear program is entirely peaceful, it has no credible indication of a coordinated weapons project in the Islamic Theocratic Republic.

While Iran’s enrichment plants were badly damaged or destroyed in the June war, Tehran has not granted the IAEA access to them since then, arguing that they are not safe for inspectors. The status and whereabouts of Iran’s large stockpile of enriched uranium are also unclear.

"Due to the damage to our nuclear sites, we need to agree on a new plan with the agency — and we’ve conveyed that to IAEA officials," one Iranian official said.

Western officials have said they suspect Iran has returned to negotiating tactics aimed at buying time and dragging talks out. The E3 will seek to determine in their talks on Tuesday whether that is now the case.

Tehran has warned of a "harsh response" if sanctions are reinstated.

Iran has consistently denied seeking to acquire nuclear weapons. However,
today is that tomorrow you were thinking about yesterday...
it enriched uranium to levels that have no peaceful application, obstructed international inspectors from checking its nuclear facilities, and expanded its ballistic missile capabilities. Israel said Iran had recently taken steps toward weaponization.

Iran retaliated to Israel’s strikes by launching over 500 ballistic missiles and around 1,100 drones at Israel. The attacks killed 31 people and maimed over 3,000 in Israel, according to health officials and hospitals.

In all, there were 36 missile impacts and one dronezap in populated areas, causing damage to 2,305 homes in 240 buildings, along with two universities and a hospital, and leaving over 13,000 Israelis displaced.

The war also saw the United States carry out strikes against Iran’s nuclear facilities.

A ceasefire between Iran and Israel has been in place since June 24.

Britain
UK: Farage attacks woman who supports deporting supporters of mass rapists
[X]

girls on an industrial scale.

If they knew, and did nothing, then yes. They should be removed from our country. I make absolutely NO apologies for stating that. I do not want such evil walking our streets. Deport them all.

If that results in entire communities being deported, then that is what must happen. Obviously.

The number is irrelevant. Everyone who knew and did nothing must go. If a Pakistani woman knew that her husband was raping a young white girl, facilitating it? Then yes - she should go back to Pakistan with her husband.

It’s shocking that Farage doesn’t agree.

At a Reform event in Essex, Farage even removed the line ‘mass deportation’ from my speech.

He later told the Telegraph he thought it was 'a very grave, dark and dangerous use of language.'

What's changed?

In that same speech he instructed me to remove a reference to deporting these complicit foreign nationals. I refused. I'm glad I did.

He says millions can't go? I disagree.

My position is clear, and it’s one the British people agree with.

Mass deportation of every single illegal migrant. Abolish the entire asylum system. Review all refugee claims given to illegal arrivals, with deportation the default. And actually, the biggest problem of them all? Legal immigration.

A large number of legal migrants, who have failed to uphold their end of the deal, need to go home too.

Not working, not contributing, not integrating, not even speaking English? Go home.

From what I can see - the Reform plan is nowhere near enough. Even on deporting illegals. It's just not enough. It's weak. They ALL must go. Not some, ALL.

Farage was also questioned why my plan would cost far more than his? His response?

Because "Zia is really good at maths".

No. It's because it's because your plan is weak.

All very disappointing. We need to be brave to take our country back, and this is not brave.

We have already shifted the entire public debate in six months. Let’s keep pushing.

Mass deportations, and I mean proper mass deportations, must happen.

Perhaps Mr. Farage is not ready to face the firestorm that will result from saying it aloud in public.
