[IsraelTimes] Three Palestinians have been charged over a plot to kill far-right National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir, the Israel Police and Shin Bet say in a joint statement.
The cell, made up of residents of the southern West Bank city of Hebron, was led by Ismail Ibrahim Awadi, who established contact in July 2024 with Hezbollah and Hamas in a bid to secure arms and assistance to carry out a series of planned attacks, the statement says.
The cell conducted surveillance against Ben Gvir and his sons who live in the neighboring settlement of Kiryat Arba, noting the routes they took, the make of the vehicles he traveled in, and details on his guards.
The statement says they developed a plan to kill Ben Gvir when he arrived at the scene of a terror attack.
Following the investigations “serious” charges were filed at a military court, the statement says.
[LegalInsurrection] Israeli military and security forces eliminated several terrorists and destroyed 4 bomb factories as part of an anti-terror operation in the West Bank town of Jenin.
“Over the past two days, IDF, Border Police, and Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency) forces conducted a counter-terrorism operation in Jenin. As part of the operation, they eliminated five terrorists and seized weapons, the military said,” the Jerusalem Post reported Wednesday. “Additionally, four explosive labs, an operations center, and dozens of explosives were destroyed.”
Israeli fighter jets also conducted strikes on terrorist targets in Jenin, a stronghold of Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) terrorist groups. The Israeli broadcaster Arutz Sheva reported Wednesday that “IAF struck armed terrorists a short while ago in the area of Jenin.”
I imagine that felt really good to the participants., and it’s always good to hone professional skills. Unfortunately, it will all be forcibly confiscated Hamas and shoved into overstuffed warehouses awaiting the next Hamas overpriced market day — now that the tunnels are unavailable they have to create income in new and interesting ways.
[IsraelTimes] COGAT, Israel’s civilian coordination agency for the Palestinian territories, says that some 7 tons (7,200 kilograms) of humanitarian aid was delivered to the Gaza Strip today by eight Jordanian Air Force helicopters for the first time.
In a statement, the IDF says that the transfer was carried out as part of Israel’s “effort to increase the volume and routes of aid entering Gaza.”
It says that the aid delivery was comprised of hygiene and sanitation supplies, food, baby formula, medical equipment and 30 different medications.
The Jordanian military says the aid was being delivered to Al-Qarara, an area near Gaza’s southern city of Khan Younis, where it would then be handed over to the World Food Programme for distribution.
[IsraelTimes] The London Metropolitan Police have opened an investigation into an altercation that broke out on Tuesday night when a woman set fire to an Israeli flag at a venue hosting an event for Jewish university students, a police spokesperson tells the UK’s Jewish News.
According to Israel advocacy group StandWithUs, some 250 students were in attendance at an “Israeli party” being held at a London venue, parts of which were still open to the public at the same time as the event was ongoing.
It says in a statement that “individuals who were not guests of the party began to shout ‘Free Palestine’ when they noticed the Israeli decorations at the venue.”
Despite being warned by venue management that they would be removed if they continued to interrupt, StandWithUs says that “one of these individuals approached the DK stand and began burning the Israeli flag with a lighter.”
Speaking to the Jewish News, the Metropolitan Police confirm that “an off-duty officer had detained a woman on suspicion of racially/religiously aggravated criminal damage.”
“The details of all involved were taken by the officers at the scene, who initially determined that no further action should be taken,” the police statement adds. “The circumstances have since been reviewed and a decision taken that the investigation will remain open so that the matter can be fully investigated.”
[IsraelTimes] Turkey denounces a missile attack targeting a cargo ship in the Red Sea by Yemen’s Iran-backed Houthi rebels, saying measures were being taken to prevent any such further incidents.
”But we’re on the same side! How could you be so mean!!”
“We condemn the missile attacks by the Houthis on the Panama-flagged dry cargo ship Anadolu S, owned by a Turkish company, while sailing off the coast of Yemen,” the foreign ministry says in a statement.
The Houthis say the attacks on global shipping are in support of Palestinian terror group Hamas amid the war in Gaza.
[IsraelTimes] Death of Sgt. First Class (res.) Roi Sasson, 21, of Kfir Brigade’s Nahshon Battalion, brings toll for IDF on and since Oct. 7, 2023, to 800; Netanyahu visits Strip
An Israel Defense Forces reserve soldier was killed and a senior officer was seriously maimed during fighting in the northern Gazoo
...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. The place was acquired in the wake of the 1967 War and then presented to Paleostinian control in 2006 by Ariel Sharon, who had entered his dotage. It is currently ruled with a rusty iron fist by Hamas with about the living conditions you'd expect. It periodically attacks the Hated Zionist Entity whenever Iran needs a ruckus created or the hard boyz get bored, getting thumped by the IDF in return. The ruling turbans then wave the bloody shirt and holler loudly about oppression and disproportionate response... Strip on Tuesday, the military announced the following morning, bringing Israel’s toll in the ground offensive against Hamas ..the braying voice of Islamic Resistance®,... in Gaza and military operations along the border with the Strip to 379.
The slain soldier was named as Sgt. First Class (res.) Roi Sasson, 21, of the Kfir Brigade’s Nahshon Battalion, from the Jerusalem suburb of Mevaseret.
The battalion’s commander, Lt. Col. Yoel Glickman, was seriously maimed in the same incident. According to an initial IDF probe, the two were hit in an exchange of fire with button men in the Beit Lahiya area.
Sasson’s death brought the total number of soldiers, reservists and local security officers killed in fighting since the October 7, 2023, attack to 800.
The announcements came after the IDF said troops had killed over 1,300 terror operatives during an ongoing operation in the nearby Jabalia area of northern Gaza. The operation being carried out by the 162nd Division was launched over a month ago.
More than 1,000 members of Hamas and other terror groups have also been detained, according to the military’s latest estimates released Tuesday, which added that some 100-200 operatives remain in the area.
[IsraelTimes] Researcher Zeev Erlich crossed border to examine archaeological site; two other troops also hurt in same incident; reservist separately killed in southern Lebanon building collapse}
A 71-year-old Israeli civilian was killed Wednesday along with a soldier during a shootout with Hezbollah operatives, after entering southern Leb ...an Iranian satrapy until recently ruled by Hassan Nasrallah situated on the eastern Mediterranean, conveniently adjacent to Israel. Formerly inhabited by hardy Phoenecian traders, its official language is now Arabic, with the usual unpleasant side effects. The Leb civil war, between 1975 and 1990, lasted a little over 145 years and produced 120,000 fatalities. The average length of a ceasefire was measured in seconds. The Lebs maintain a precarious sectarian balance among Shiites, Sunnis, and about a dozen flavors of Christians, plus Armenians, Georgians, and who knows what else? It is the home of the original Hezbollah, which periodically starts a war with the Zionist Entity, gets Beirut pounded to rubble, and then declares victory and has a parade. The Lebs have the curious habit of periodically murdering their heads of state or prime ministers... without the required approvals while accompanied by a senior IDF officer.
In a separate incident, an IDF reservist was killed when a damaged building collapsed during an early morning operation in southern Lebanon.
According to an initial IDF probe, the chief of staff of the Golani Brigade, Col. Yoav Yarom, allowed Israeli researcher Zeev Erlich, 71, to enter the western sector of southern Lebanon to examine an archaeological site — an ancient fortress.
Despite the belief that the area had been cleared, two Hezbollah operatives were hiding at the site and shot up the researcher, senior officer, and other soldiers who were accompanying them.
Erlich and a soldier, who will be named later, were killed in the incident.
Col. Yoav Yarom, the Golani Brigade’s chief of staff who was accompanying Erlich, was moderately maimed in the shootout with the Hezbollah operatives. A company commander with the Golani Brigade’s 13th Battalion was also seriously maimed in the same incident.
Erlich had entered southern Lebanon while armed and in IDF uniform, despite apparently not being an active duty soldier or in reserves.
The two Hezbollah button men were killed, according to an IDF probe. The IDF has retroactively recognized Erlich as a major in reserves, despite him not being on active duty when he was killed. His entry to southern Lebanon is under investigation by the IDF.
The slain soldier in the separate incident was named as Sgt. First Class (res.) Eitan Ben Ami, 22, of the Maglan commando unit, from Jerusalem.
Another soldier was maimed by the collapse and was rescued.
According to an initial IDF probe, the commandos were walking through a damaged building in a southern Lebanon village, when it suddenly collapsed.
The building had been previously damaged by Israeli strikes on the area, and the IDF believes that it collapsed due to the harsh weather conditions. The IDF has ruled out the possibility that the building was booby-trapped or was hit by enemy fire that led it to collapse.
Since October 8, 2023, 71 IDF soldiers and reservists have died in cross-border skirmishes and in the ensuing ground operation launched in southern Lebanon in late September. Two soldiers have been killed in a drone attack from Iraq, and there have also been several attacks from Syria, without any injuries.
’A BIBLE IN ONE POCKET, A MAP IN ANOTHER’
Erlich, a tour guide and historian who was particularly well-known in the West Bank settler community, was eulogized by national religious leaders on Wednesday night.
Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich said he was pained by the loss, remembering Erlich’s work that "uncovered the secrets of the great land through love and passion for it."
"Zeev contributed much to the security of the country. Senior officers helped him over the years in analyzing and understanding the region and its importance for ongoing security and operations," he wrote on X.
Heritage Minister Amichai Eliyahu said Erlich was "71-years-old with the energy of a 17-year-old teenager."
"He had a story for every rock. History for every path. A bible in one pocket, a map in another," Eliyahu posted on X.
The Yesha Council, an umbrella organization representing settlement municipal authorities in the West Bank, praised Erlich’s research of geography, archeology, and history in the area, calling him a "living legend."
"For many years he volunteered and assisted soldiers in different areas to understand the villages and sites," the council said in a statement.
Erlich had entered southern Lebanon while armed and in IDF uniform, despite apparently not being an active duty soldier or in reserves. Still, he is being recognized retroactively by the military as a fallen IDF soldier.
[LegalInsurrection] Israeli air strikes also eliminated two Hezbollah commanders directly responsible for recent rocket strikes into southern Israel, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced Wednesday.
“On Sunday, the IAF (Israel Air Force) eliminated the commanders of Hezbollah’s anti-tank missile and operations unit in the coastal sector. They were responsible for terror attacks against Israeli civilians, including missile attacks on civilian communities in the Western Galilee area and the coastal plain in Israel,” the IDF said in a press statement.
“The elimination of these commanders further degrade Hezbollah’s ability to carry out terror attacks from southern Lebanon against Israeli civilians,” the IDF assured.
Israeli troops were advancing in Hezbollah-held southern Lebanon as the ground offensive entered its eighth week.
“IDF troops are continuing limited, localized, targeted raids in southern Lebanon to remove threats to Israeli civilians. The forces located weapons storage facilities and struck terrorist command centers and sites during joint ground and aerial activity,” the military added.
Israel was keeping up the pressure on Hezbollah by carrying out air raids against terrorist targets in southern Lebanon and in the Beirut stronghold of Dahieh.
“Over the past day, the IAF struck over 100 terror targets in Lebanon, including launchers, weapons storage facilities, command centers, and military structures,” the military said Wednesday.

Trump clearly has a short-term wrecking ball strategy for DOJ (immensely deserved but with massive media and lawsuit fallout for years, the entrenched parasites and partisans are lawyers after all, radical lawyers and many minorities, so the entire playbook of predictable screeds and accusations will flood the MSM) and Gaetz fit the role admirably, but had messy damages from before that were NOT crimes but lent themselves to hyperbolic attacks from the purported moral high-ground of MSM talking heads. The Senate visitations accompanying Vance got a reading of how much political capital in resistance McConnell and the RINO cohort were willing to invest. (It is interesting that a military parallel comes to mind, “Reconaissance by Fire”). Another, similar firebrand will be found to occupy the Gaetz role. After the breaching and ensuing firefight, that candidate may be out of time and energy, and likely time if a recess appointment. My guess is that there would be a far more traditional candidate to clean up the wreckage after the “crust battle” of the DOJ ideological resistance, and a "consolidation on the objective" AG will follow-on, a Paxton, Eastman or my favorite, Matt Whitaker. Early skirmishing my friends, as the “movement to contact” begins.

Yup, DeSantis could appoint him to the Senate. Moreover, Getz could return to the House so that the Pubs would not lose a House seat. He resigned from the 118th Congress. He was re-elected to the new 119th Congress.
[Breitbart] A federal court has denied a motion by anti-Trump pundit Andrew Weissmann to dismiss a defamation suit by former White House lawyer Stefan Passantino over false claims that he had coached a January 6 Committee witness to lie.
As Breitbart News reported in September 2023:
Former Trump White House attorney Stefan Passantino filed a defamation lawsuit against MSNBC’s Andrew Weissmann, who served as lead prosecutor for former special counsel Robert Mueller, over Weissmann’s claims that Passantino coached discredited January 6 Committee witness Cassidy Hutchinson to lie on the stand.
"Hutchinson’s third-hand testimony that Trump grabbed the wheel of his presidential limousine in an effort to force it to drive to the Capitol was rejected by the people she claimed had told her about it," Breitbart News reported.
Passantino represented Hutchinson at the time of her testimony before the committee. Many members of the media falsely claimed he coached her to lie on the stand, a claim he has repeatedly denied.
The Federalist reported Wednesday:
In September, U.S. District Court Judge Loren AliKhan denied a motion from MSNBC legal analyst and attorney Andrew Weissmann to dismiss a complaint filed by Stefan Passantino, who represented former White House aide Cassidy Hutchinson before she became the Jan. 6 Committee’s star witness.
...
"This is an insidious lie," Passantino’s lawsuit reads. "Ms. Hutchinson even testified, under penalty of law: ’I want to make this clear to you: Stefan [Passantino] never told me to lie. ... He told me not to lie."
Hutchinson’s testimony can be found on page 42 of the publicly available transcript from her Sept. 14, 2022, interview with the Jan. 6 Committee. Passantino, instead, coached her as a standard fact witness to only answer questions she could recall. Passantino represented Hutchinson through her first three interviews with the committee before she changed counsel and appeared publicly. None of the transcripts dated Feb. 23, 2022, March 7, 2022, or May 17, 2022, show Passantino obstructing Hutchinson’s testimony. While the transcripts were also recorded, the Jan. 6 Committee destroyed the video.
Weissmann is known for his hostility to Trump and his enthusiasm for "lawfare" efforts to target the President-elect.

[NDTV World] The missile was launched from the Astrakhan region of Russia, over 1,000 km away from the damage site in Ukraine.
Russia's Firing Of ICBM On Ukraine Is Weapon's 1st Combat Use In History
ICBMs have a range of over 5,500 kilometres.New Delhi:
Russia reportedly launched an inter-continental ballistic missile (ICBM) on Ukraine, marking the first combat use of the weapon since its inception almost six decades ago. Moreover, Moscow used the Multiple Independently Targetable Re-entry Vehicles (MIRV) technology to target "critical infrastructure" in Ukraine's Dnipro, the first-ever use of the technology too.
ICBMs have a range of over 5,500 kilometres and are built to carry nuclear, chemical and biological warheads. It can also carry a conventional warhead, which Russia reportedly used on the RS-26 Rubezh, ballistic missile. The missile was launched from the Astrakhan region of Russia, over 1,000 km away from the damage site in Ukraine.
Videos have surfaced on social media and Telegram handles, where at least warheads re-entering and targeting infrastructure in Ukraine. Russia has "denied to comment" on the launch of ICBMs though Kyiv has confirmed its use.
The launch comes just a day after Putin signed off on changes to the nuclear doctrine. The changes in the doctrine say that an attack from a non-nuclear state backed by a nuclear state will be viewed by Russia as a joint attack on it. Recently, the US has allowed Ukraine to use long-range ATACMS missiles to strike deep into Russia.
ICBM And The MIRV Tech
Rubezh is a solid-fueled ICBM equipped with MIRV technology. It was developed in 2011 and was successfully tested for the first time in 2012, hitting a target 5,800 km away from the launch site.
Solid-fuel missiles do not need to be fuelled immediately after launch and are often easier to operate. It's a mixture of fuel and an oxidizer that are bound together by a hard rubbery material and packed in a metal casing.
When solid-propellant in RS-26 burns, the oxygen from the fuel element generates enormous energy, creating thrust and helping in lif-off.
A ballistic missile follows a parabolic trajectory with a boost, mid-course and terminal stage. The highest point where the missile reaches is called apogee and for ICBMs, it is over 4,000 km. During atmospheric re-entry or terminal stage, kinetic energy coupled with the missile's speed reaches over Mach 10, making interception of the missile difficult.

When you launch an ICBM the defender has to wait until after arrival to learn if it has a nuclear payload or not. Do that a few times and it creates an expectation that the next one won't be nuclear either. Deliberately controlled escalation.
Note - if NATO/Ukraine elect to respond in kind there is no guarantee that the Russians won't launch (nukes) on warning of inbound nuclear capable missiles towards Moscow. That has been their explicit promise for the past many years.
Takeaway - don't play chicken with nuclear weapons.
Solid-fuel missiles do not need to be fuelled immediately after launch
Quite unlike their liquid-fuel cousins which also do not need to be fueled immediately after launch.
So what are we looking at here? Is it journalism being committed by journalists, bless their hearts, or is it AI-generated verbiage to pad the article's word count? Something I am noticing lately is repeated content on web pages, whether duplicate paragraphs of text in an article or multiple copies of the same image. It is a good thing the media have layers and layers of fact-checkers and editors.
Yeah, he could just knuckle under for NATO's imperialist ambitions. Then he can sit and wait for NATO's next move. Where will that be? Belarus? Kazakhstan? Kursk? Vladivostok?
Biden could end it any day too. His policy in Ukraine is an abject failure. All that he has accomplished is the loss of countless lives and vast swaths of Ukrainian territory. Now he has only two months left in office and he's doing everything he can to escalate this war to a point where Trump will have fewer options for negotiating a settlement. Biden is an evil man who doesn't give a rat's ass about all the people he has killed.

Comments at #7 are unfortunately spot on. I sincerely hope Trump is working with backchannel intermediaries to neuter the Deep State and put an end this madness.

And besides all that, why would Putin end it when he's winning? He'll continue to win unless Trump can negotiate a settlement. Or unless Biden decides to go nuclear. Then we all lose.

Wow - I missed this. First military use of an ICBM. Seems like a measured response. Was the message received and heard? Probably not.

Per Putin's speech today the weapon used was "Hazel" (Oreshnik), a medium range ballistic missile with hypersonic MIRV'd warheads.
If you'll excuse the pun, a very calibrated response
By using a single medium range missile the whole DEFCON sequence wasn't tripped. Demonstrating the new capability of hypersonic MIRV'd warheads was sending a second signal. His comments asking "citizens of friendly states to leave dangerous zones" was a nice touch. And of course this speech won't be covered by Western MSM outlets.

I'd suggest that lobbing a non-nuclear Rubezh ICBM was a direct response to the ATACMS/Storm Shadow escalation by Ukraine/NATO.
There's a range of asymmetric options available to the Russians/BRICS depending on what their consensual timeline / endpoint entails. This article mentioned the use of "pirate" drones. They could just as easily crash the US market over Thanksgiving weekend (when the rest of the world stock markets are open), set off a flux compression generator in the Square Mile, place an embargo on sales of rare earths, processed uranium fuel rods, or simply ammonium nitrate fertilizer.
I used to red team a lot. The Russians/BRICs are playing very conservatively given their range of options available.
[AyPee] The world’s top war-crimes court issued arrest warrants Thursday for the leaders of Israel and Hamas, including Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, accusing them of crimes against humanity in connection with their war that began more than a year ago.
The warrants against Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant focus on allegations Israel has used food as a weapon in its campaign against Hamas in Gaza, a charge Israeli officials deny. Experts have warned that hunger has become widespread across Gaza and may have reached famine levels in the north of the territory, which is under siege by Israeli troops.
The action by the International Criminal Court came as the death toll from Israel’s campaign in Gaza passed 44,000 people, according to local health authorities, who say more than half of those killed were women and children. Their count does not differentiate between civilians and combatants.
…or even between real corpses and imaginary ones. And since they are the terrorists in charge, nobody — especially an Ay Pee journalist who probably is also on the Hamas payroll — is going to challenge the official Hamas Health Department numbers.
Netanyahu condemned the arrest warrant against him, saying Israel “rejects with disgust the absurd and false actions” by the court. In a statement released by his office, he said: “There is nothing more just than the war that Israel has been waging in Gaza.”
The decision turns Netanyahu and the others into internationally wanted suspects and could further isolate them, as well as complicate efforts to negotiate a cease-fire. But its practical implications could be limited since Israel and its major ally, the United States, are not members of the court.
Israeli leaders, politicians and officials across the spectrum denounced the warrants and the ICC. The new defense minister, Israel Katz, who replaced Gallant earlier this month, said Thursday’s decision is “a moral disgrace, entirely tainted by antisemitism, and drags the international judicial system to an unprecedented low.”
Human rights groups applauded the move.
Of course they did. As a group they are professional Jew-haters instead of mere amateurs.
The warrants against both sides “break through the perception that certain individuals are beyond the reach of the law,” the associate international justice director at Human Rights Watch, Balkees Jarrah, said in a statement.
The decision came six months after ICC Chief Prosecutor Karim Khan requested the warrants.
The court issued a warrant for Mohammed Deif, head of Hamas’ armed wing, over the Oct. 7, 2023, attacks that triggered Israel’s offensive in Gaza. It said it found reasonable grounds to believe Deif was involved in murder, rape, torture and the taking of hostages amounting to war crimes and crimes against humanity.
In the Hamas-led attack, militants stormed into southern Israel, killing 1,200 people — mostly civilians — and taking some 250 others hostage. Around 100 Israelis remain captive in Gaza, around a third of them believed to be dead.
Khan withdrew his request for warrants for two other senior Hamas figures, Yahya Sinwar and Ismail Haniyeh, who have both since been killed. Israel says it also killed Deif in an airstrike, but Hamas has never confirmed his death.
The warrants for Netanyahu and Gallant were issued by a three-judge panel in a unanimous decision.
The panel said there were reasonable grounds to believe they “intentionally and knowingly deprived the civilian population in Gaza of objects indispensable to their survival,” including food, water, medicine, fuel and electricity.
The Israeli Foreign Ministry said in September that it had submitted two legal briefs challenging the ICC’s jurisdiction and arguing that the court did not provide Israel the opportunity to investigate the allegations itself before requesting the warrants.
The ICC is a court of last resort that only prosecutes cases when domestic law enforcement authorities cannot or will not investigate. Israel is not a member state of the court. The country has struggled to investigate itself in the past, rights groups say.
Despite the warrants, none of the suspects is likely to face judges in The Hague anytime soon. Member countries are required to detain suspects facing a warrant if they set foot on their soil, but the court has no way to enforce that.
Still, the threat of arrest now complicates any travel abroad by Netanyahu and Gallant — including to close allies of Israel, such as France or Britain, said Yuval Shany, an international law expert at Jerusalem’s Hebrew University.
France signaled it could arrest Netanyahu if he came to its territory. Foreign Ministry spokesman Christophe Lemoine called it a “complex legal issue” but said France supports the court’s actions.
“Combating impunity is our priority,” he said. “Our response will align with these principles.”
Israel’s opposition leaders fiercely criticized the ICC’s move. Benny Gantz, a retired general and political rival to Netanyahu, said it showed “moral blindness” and was a “shameful stain of historic proportion that will never be forgotten.”
Yair Lapid, another opposition leader, called it a “prize for terror.”
Soon after Israel launched its campaign vowing to destroy Hamas after the October attacks, it announced a total seal on Gaza, vowing not to let in food, water or other supplies. Under U.S. pressure, it began allowing a trickle of humanitarian aid to enter a few weeks later. The campaign has caused heavy destruction across Gaza and driven almost the entire population of 2.3 million people from their homes, leaving most dependent on humanitarian aid to survive.
Israel now says it puts no limit on the amount of supplies into Gaza. Still, the flow of food and other goods is at nearly the lowest levels of the war, and the U.N. and other groups have said Israeli military restrictions are largely to blame, along with widespread lawlessness that has led to theft of aid shipments.
The case at the ICC is separate from another legal battle Israel is waging at the top U.N. court, the International Court of Justice, in which South Africa accuses Israel of genocide, an allegation Israeli leaders staunchly deny.
Lawyers for Israel argued in court that the war in Gaza was a legitimate defense of its people and that it was Hamas militants who were guilty of genocide.

[11 Alive] ATLANTA — Police are taking action after car thefts at the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport have more than tripled from last year to this year.
According to data from the Atlanta Police Department's crime data, there have been at least 311 motor vehicle thefts this year to date in the airport area. Last year, there were only 95 motor vehicle thefts in 2023, data showed.
11Alive's Rarione Maniece spoke with APD Airport Commander Maj. Kelly Collier about the recent thefts following a news conference about Thanksgiving travel at the airport on Tuesday. He blamed the uptick in thefts on the manufacturing of cars.
"It's the easy access to programmers where suspects can program key fobs to vehicles, and that has gotten us here where we are," Maj. Collier said. "We are taking steps to prevent this. As I stated earlier, it's more of a manufacturing issue. It's extremely easy to steal a car these days."
Collier stated that during the Thanksgiving travel holiday, more officers will be on patrol and on foot, monitoring cars and cameras.
"We have made a lot of changes to how we operate. We have adjusted to this new way of stealing cars, so we will be ready and bring them to the bar of justice," Collier added.
He added that the officers are testing anti-theft technology and other ways to mitigate the thefts. So far, Collier said APD has made several arrests but did not say how many people were arrested.
"It's frustrating. It shouldn't be that easy to steal a $42,000 to $150,000 vehicle. It just shouldn't be that easy to steal that type of car," Collier said on Tuesday.
11Alive has reached out to the Atlanta Police Department for more information on the thefts and more about the incidents.

Have cars become 3 times easier to steal in the last year or is an organized gang working the airport? Side bets on whether the perps speak Spanish.
[Breitbart] Tom Homan, the man President-elect Donald Trump has named his border czar, is warning liberal Democrat Boston Mayor Michelle Wu and others against attempting to interfere with the ICE agents he will soon be sending to take illegal aliens into custody.
On Tuesday, Wu, who was accused of shutting black residents, including children, out of a community center and sheltering migrants there instead, told her constituents that she intends to “protect our residents” from any efforts by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents to round up the illegal migrants who will be targeted for repatriation to their home country.
During her address, Wu said that Boston will do everything it can to “protect our residents in every possible way” and added that her city will not be “cooperating with those efforts that actually threaten the safety of everyone by causing widespread fear and and [sic] having large scale economic impact,” the New York Post reported.
In the wake of her press conference, though, Homan appeared on Fox News and warned Wu and other left-wing officials against violating the law.
Homan told Fox News that if Democrats don’t want to help ICE round up and deport illegals then they should “get the hell out of the way” and let ICE do its job unencumbered.
“If I got to send twice as many resources to that city, that’s what we’re going to do,” he explained. “If they would give us access to the jails, that means less agents to the community. For them pushing back and not letting us in the jail just means more agents are going to be in the community, so they’re hurting themselves.”
But he also had a warning about the legal consequences of preventing ICE from doing its job.
“They need to educate themselves,” Homan said of these recalcitrant officials. “They need to review this: Title 8 U.S.C. § 1324 — read about that and don’t cross that line. Because it is a felony to harbor or conceal an illegal alien from ICE. Read the statute. Don’t cross that line.”
[NYP] Brace yourself: Violent migrant crime is metastasizing.
The brutal Venezuelan prison gang Tren de Aragua has now expanded to at least 16 states and Washington, DC, per an internal Homeland Security memo.
The district, Virginia, Montana and Wyoming are the latest additions to the ever-growing list of states suffering the gang’s presence.
And the thugs’ "violent tendencies" have only grown, warns the memo.
Make no mistake: This is not anti-migrant scaremongering, as the left might claim; it comes from officials at Alejandro Mayorkas’ Department of Homeland Security, the very agency that’s not only failed to keep violent gangs out of the country but has virtually invited them in.

The Laken Riley case is a direct result of Biden's policy. Mayorkas and Harris were willing accomplices. But that's just the most sensational case because Laken was pretty young girl. We'll never know how many others there are.

[Breitbart] America needs to be rebuilt “piece by piece” after four years of chaos, according to Republican Sen. Tommy Tuberville of Alabama, who vowed to act as a “sledgehammer” for President-elect Donald Trump’s MAGA agenda, shaping confirmations and holding Republicans accountable in the next Congress.
In an exclusive interview with Breitbart News, Sen. Tuberville declared his steadfast commitment to advancing Donald Trump’s vision, emphasizing his role as a “sledgehammer” for the MAGA agenda.
“We need to terminate the big alligators loose in the swamp,” he said, insisting that “President Trump’s vision is the only path forward, and I’m fully on board with his direction to rebuild this country.”
Tuberville, who currently serves as a member of the Senate Armed Service Committee (SASC) and has been a staunch ally of Trump since 2016, described his alignment with the incoming president as deeply rooted in shared constitutional values and a mutual desire to dismantle Washington’s entrenched bureaucracy:
The American people have lost confidence, plain and simple. That’s why President Trump ran on the agenda to start over and rebuild this country. And that’s exactly what we’re going to have to do. It’s going to require taking things apart piece by piece and putting them back together, guided by the Constitution and powered by the hard-working people of this nation. This won’t be easy — it’ll be incredibly hard. But we cannot continue down the path we’re on, because there’s no light at the end of this tunnel.
Turning to his Republican colleagues, Tuberville, who was the first senator to endorse Trump in 2022, noted that “what’s been tried in the past hasn’t worked, and it’s not going to work.”
“It’s time to get on board the Trump train and fully support his agenda, because he’s the one who’s been chosen to tear down the broken system and rebuild it. I’m all in,” he stated.
The former famed college football coach-turned-senator reflected on his history with Trump, from their discussions on policy to their shared belief in returning the government to constitutional principles.
“I’ve been very fortunate to be around him and listen to him one-on-one in private situations and, to me, there’s not a better American than Donald Trump in terms of love of country and who knows how to put our country back together after it’s almost been destroyed,” he said.
Sen. Tuberville then slammed the Biden-Harris administration for actions that repeatedly pushed the boundaries of legality.
“The law was broken,” he said, pointing to the administration’s attempt to proceed with student loan forgiveness despite the Supreme Court’s clear ruling against it. He also cited the administration’s policies at the southern border, which allowed illegal crossings to surge unchecked, contributing to drug-related deaths and criminal activity.
“We were lied to from day one,” he stated, “from [Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro] Mayorkas’ ‘the border’s closed’ — it was all an intentional lie and set up to change this country to something that it’s not and it’s not going to be.”
The senator, who stood alone for ten months last year holding all senior military promotions over the Pentagon’s abortion policy, expressed grave concerns over what he described as divisive identity politics and unconstitutional practices in federal policies.
He criticized the erosion of Title IX protections in women’s sports, taxpayer-funded abortions in the military, and the rise of gender-focused conflicts orchestrated to divide Americans further.
“They’ve done so many things to take this country apart and divide us even more,” Tuberville stated.
He expressed unwavering support for Trump’s priorities, including cracking down on what he described as “wokeness” in federal institutions, reforming military policies, and addressing fiscal irresponsibility.
As Tuberville puts it, his mission is clear: “I represent the people of Alabama, and they expect me to follow Trump’s lead. We’re going to rebuild this country the right way, starting with the Constitution.”
U.S. Sen. Tommy Tuberville
Moreover, Tuberville addressed what he sees as the unprecedented weaponization of the DOJ under the current administration as well as the use of lawfare against its political adversaries.
Citing the DOJ’s investigations of Trump, including the raid on Mar-a-Lago and ongoing legal battles, Tuberville described these actions as blatant “lawfare” meant to undermine Trump politically.
“For this guy to go through all that — two assassination attempts, the Mar-a-Lago raid — and still win — and want to — it shows his perseverance,” he said.
According to Tuberville, the solution lies in fully supporting Trump’s team and agenda, ensuring that his vision for America has the tools needed to succeed.
“Why in the world would we get in the way of a guy that’s gone through all this and had the biggest political upset in history — twice?” he asked.
Highlighting the urgency of the situation, Tuberville concluded by emphasizing the critical need for a shift in leadership.
“For the next two months, we’re focused on playing defense, doing everything we can to counter the ongoing chaos from the Democrat Socialist Party. But come January 3rd, when we take control, we’ll finally be able to start addressing and correcting the many problems they’ve created,” he stated.
“And trust me, there’s no shortage of them,” he added.
Sen. Tuberville’s steadfast support for President-elect Trump and his decisive actions — such as holding up military promotions over the Pentagon’s abortion policy and endorsing key figures like former Florida Republican Rep. Matt Gaetz and Fox News host and military veteran Pete Hegseth — have cemented his status as a powerbroker in the Senate.
He is now advising Gaetz on confirmation strategy and will whip Senate votes for his approval, and has come out strongly for Hegseth, insisting there needs to be massive downsizing at the Pentagon.
The senator’s rising prominence and influence was highlighted during Trump’s recent rally at Madison Square Garden, where Tuberville received two personal shoutouts from the former president — an acknowledgment of his central role in Trump’s political resurgence.
[CNN] President-elect Donald Trump’s new Department of Government Efficiency, a nongovernmental entity helmed by billionaire Elon Musk and biotech entrepreneur and former Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy, is expected to make a push for an end to remote work across federal agencies as a way to help reduce the federal workforce through attrition.
Both Musk and Ramaswamy have recently publicly lamented the number of employees working remotely across the government.
A source familiar with early discussions about the focus of DOGE, as the initiative is known, told CNN that while nothing is final, early priorities include an effort to immediately end remote work across federal agencies, making a five-day work week a requirement for all federal employees.
"It’s a no-brainer step and many companies have done this. So why shouldn’t federal employees who are paid with taxpayer dollars be required to be in office?" the source said.

In cases where productivity can be monitored and there is a savings for the government, I am not against some remote work. The current percentage is ridiculous and has not resulted in infrastructure savings.

[BBC] A Florida man has been arrested and charged with plotting to set off a bomb at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), according to court documents.
Harun Abdul-Malik Yener is accused of attempting to use an explosive device to damage or destroy a building used in interstate commerce, according the US Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Florida.
According to the FBI, he allegedly recorded himself saying "I feel like [Osama] Bin Laden" - a reference to the former al-Qaeda leader responsible for the 9/11 attacks on the US.
Federal officials began investigating him in February after receiving a tip that he was keeping bomb-making supplies inside an unlocked storage unit.
Agents searched the facility in Coral Springs and said they discovered “bombmaking sketches, numerous watches with timers, electronic circuit boards and other electronics”, court documents said.
A federal public defender in the Southern District of Florida who has been assigned to represent Mr Yener did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
In the documents, investigators said Mr Yener allegedly told an undercover agent last week that he planned to carry out the attack the week before the Thanksgiving holiday, which takes place on 28 November.
“That would be a great hit,” Mr Yener allegedly told an agent, saying the attack in lower Manhattan would be "hella easy".
He also allegedly conducted numerous internet searches for how to build bombs, and told agents he planned to wear a disguise during the attack and release a recorded message to the media.
Investigators said Mr Yener's alleged "motivation for bombing the NYSE was to attain a 'reboot' and/or 'reset' of the United States government".
Mr Yener is said to have told undercover agents that the explosion would be ‘like a small nuke went off’ and that '[a]nything outside' the building ‘will be wiped out’ and ‘anything inside there would be killed'."
He allegedly maintained a YouTube channel with videos describing how to make explosives from household items.
Mr Yener, a resident of southern Florida, is homeless, according to court documents.
He appeared in court on Wednesday for the first time and will be detained while he waits for his trial, according to the Associated Press news agency.
The arrest is the latest in the last few months involving US national security.
In October, a man from Afghanistan was arrested for allegedly planning an attack to coincide with election day, which took place earlier this month.
And in August, a Pakistani man was arrested for allegedly plotting to murder US officials on behalf of Iran.

Ordinary Germans have been criminally charged for inaccurately quoting leading politicians, for tweeting the poop emoji at a cabinet minister, for calling their rulers shitheads and fat and ugly. Any online triviality you might imagine, including merely repeating jokes made by other politicians, might well lead to criminal charges. In almost every case, these charges turn out to have been filed by Green politicians as part of a clear, coordinated campaign to silence internet critics. The accused have been lectured by judges for hindering their rulers in their official duties; they have had their homes searched and their devices seized for statements that in any other Western nation would constitute protected speech.

[Daily Mail, where America gets its news] Catherine Harper, 45, and her husband Corey Harper, 47, have been charged by cops in Norfolk, Virginia after a 24-year-old worker at MOD Pizza was slashed on Monday.
Court documents described a horrific scene that cops arrived to around 2pm, as the male victim, who has not been identified, was stabbed across his torso.
The stab wound exposed the employee's intestines, and the vicious nature of the injury led a judge to deny the Harper's bond and keep the couple locked up.
Despite his organs being exposed in the shocking episode, the worker's injuries were described as non-life-threatening after he was raced to hospital.
Both Catherine and Corey are charged with malicious wounding, and Corey was also slapped with an additional charge of brandishing a firearm.

Article might have an exaggeration as I never heard of such a wound not being life threatening.

IMO, what ChatGPT does is execute the rules written down by those who can write some rules that figure out how to "just throw some words together that sounded good", which is no easy feat.
As a co-worker says, AI is more artificial than intelligent.
The pirate was irate. "Those hoarders
Are crazy! Their captain gave orders
To fire from his Kessel

And not just our brotherly boarders!
Well, Kam--, er, comrades, this insufferably provocative escalation shall not stand! Prepare to launch... Inter-Russian Ballistic Missiles!"

Actually, not. And that is the magic of it all. Written as a traditional program, ChatGPT would be a monstrous, unmanageable collection of if-then-else statements. But ChatGPT is the new New Thing - Machine Learning.
At its core is a neural network, a model inspired by the interconnections of human brains. Like a brain, a neural network can learn. But you need data to train it, lots and lots of data. Like every bit of text you could hoover up on the interwebs.
ChatGPT is a type of generative AI known as a Large Language Model (LLM). Large means lots of parameters, millions and billions. Language means it knows about the structure of language. Structure, not meaning. In a nutshell, it is insanely good at predicting the next word in a sentence. Unfortunately, LLMs are prone to hallucinate. Since they have no sense of meaning, they will happily make up 'facts' to answer your query. They may be wrong, but at least they will sound plausible.
tl;dr: Programs are written, neural networks are trained. ChatGPT is fun but don't ask it about anything important.

Except our colleges and universities aren't willing to require the discipline to actually require students to LEARN what they need. I agree, it's what's needed, but it's going to take a lot more than just ending the H1B program. It's going to take rooting out the rot within our education system, from colleges and universities to kindergarten.

But Merry Christmas and Happy Easter are still off the menu. So freaking annoying. Hate H1B. Their spouses get Work Visas too. [FoxNews] U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Boston announced on Wednesday the arrests of two illegal immigrants who have been charged with forcibly raping children in Massachusetts, as well as a third individual who was convicted of raping a child in Brazil, and was hiding in the U.S. after being caught and released at the U.S. border in 2022.
The arrests come after Massachusetts Gov. Maura Healey said her state would not cooperate with President-elect Trump’s federal immigration enforcement efforts once he returns to the Oval Office in January.
ICE said one of the suspects, an illegal immigrant from Guatemala, was arrested for forcible rape of a child, but was released in Great Barrington, Massachusetts, by authorities, who ignored a detainer request made by the federal agency to hold or transfer him to federal custody.
The suspect, 21-year-old Mynor Stiven De Paz-Munoz, entered the U.S. on Sept. 24, 2020, near Eagle Pass, Texas, and was released by U.S. Border Patrol with a notice to appear before a Department of Justice (DOJ) Executive Office of Immigration Review Judge.
He was later arrested in western Massachusetts by Great Barrington police on Feb. 29, 2024, for rape of a child by force, rape of a child, and indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or older.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Boston lodged a detainer with the police department, but it was ignored, and De Paz-Munoz was released on bail before ERO Boston officers could take him into custody.
He has since been charged by the Berkshire County Superior Court with the crimes, which are still pending, and he remains in custody.
"Mynor Stiven De Paz-Munoz stands accused of horrifically victimizing a Massachusetts child and represents a significant threat to our neighborhoods," acting ERO Boston Field Office Director Patricia H. Hyde said. "We owe it to the children of our New England communities to prioritize public safety above everything else."
The second suspect, 42-year-old Billy Erney Buitrago-Bustos of Colombia, was arrested by Great Barrington police on Oct. 8, 2023, for allegedly raping a child by force, statutory rape and aggravated rape.
Buitrago-Gusto was admitted into the U.S. on May 4, 2016, at John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York, though he failed to leave under the terms of his visa.
After his arrest in October 2023, ERO Boston lodged an immigration arrest with the Great Barrington Police Department. Later that month, Buitrago-Gusto was arraigned in the Southern Berkshire District Court and held without bail. The charges were elevated to the Berkshire County Superior Court on March 18, which honored the immigration detainer and released him into custody of ERO Boston on Nov. 15, after he posted bail.
"Billy Erney Buitrago-Bustos stands accused of the most heinous and reprehensible of crimes," Hyde said. "We thank our law enforcement partners at the Berkshire County Jail and House of Correction for prioritizing public safety and protecting children in the communities they were appointed to serve."
The third suspect, 41-year-old Alexandre Romao De Oliveira, is a foreign fugitive convicted of raping a child in Brazil.
He was convicted in the First Criminal Court of Jaru, Rondônia, Brazil, on Feb. 10, 2022, and sentenced to serve 14 years behind bars.
But according to ICE, Romao De Oliveira fled Brazil before he could serve his sentence. On April 16, 2022, Romao De Oliveira entered the U.S. near Santa Teresa, New Mexico, without admission by an immigration official, and was released from custody after being served a notice to appear before a DOJ immigration review judge.
ICE Boston arrested Romao De Oliveira on Monday in the northern Massachusetts city of Methuen.
"Alexandre Romao De Oliveira is a convicted child rapist who fled his home country to evade justice," Hyde said. "Enhancing public safety starts with cooperation between law enforcement partners. Bringing this fugitive to justice is a direct result of the collaboration between ERO Boston, the ICE attaché offices around the globe, and our foreign law enforcement counterparts."
BREAKING: GOP North Carolina Supreme Court Candidate Jefferson Griffin, whose lead was overcome by late ballots in favor of the Democrat candidate, has filed to challenge the validity of over 60,000 ballots
[ET Via Zero] President-elect Donald Trump’s incoming border czar said he would prioritize locating or rescuing 300,000 unaccounted-for children who entered the United States as illegal immigrants and are at risk of exploitation.
"The third rail is we got over 300,000 missing children," Tom Homan told Fox News on Monday, likely referring to a government report issued earlier this year. "Over half a million children have been trafficked into the United States. This administration released them to unvetted sponsors, and they can’t find 300,000. And based on three-and-a-half decades, some of these children are in forced labor."
Earlier this year, the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS’s) inspector general released a report finding that 323,000 illegal immigrant children are unaccounted for inside the United States. As of May 2024, more than 32,000 children who were served notices to appear in court did not appear, while the safety of an additional 291,000 could not be verified because they were not placed into removal proceedings, making monitoring their status challenging, according to the report.
Those figures came from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and covered the period from October 2018 to September 2023
"We already found some in forced labor, some of them are in for sex trafficking, some of them are with pedophiles," Homan said. "We need to save these children. That’s going to be the third rail."
The DHS report noted that ICE, which Homan had overseen under the first Trump administration, should "take immediate action" to ensure those unaccounted-for children are safe.

Question: As some of these poor kids are found, what happens to them? Probably don't know where their parents are even if the parents are safe to send them back to. Do they stay here? Are they DACA'd?

Not just the military, B. Old story about NASA spending millions to have a pen developed that could write in micro-gravity. The Russians used pencils.
[Federalist] It's no secret ret that the FBI has become a politicized weapon of the Democrat Party. Whether it’s interfering in elections to help leftist candidates, targeting parents at school board meetings, or treating Christians as "domestic terrorists," the list of egregious abuses carried out by the agency is too numerous to count.
With Trump set to return to the White House this coming January, many Americans are hoping the soon-to-be 47th president will replace FBI Director Christopher Wray — who has presided over these scandals — with someone willing to gut the corruption that’s plagued the agency for years. While no official nomination has been made, one potential candidate allegedly up for the job should cause major concern for those wishing for a complete overhaul of the agency.
On Friday, sources reportedly told Fox News that 2024 Michigan GOP Senate candidate and former Rep. Mike Rogers met with Trump’s transition team at Mar-a-Lago on Thursday about "potentially serving as FBI director in the former and future president’s second administration." Rogers, who worked at the FBI for several years before serving in Congress (2001-2015), was previously under consideration for the position during Trump’s first administration after the president fired then-Director James Comey.
The Michigan Republican also served as chair of the House Intelligence Committee from 2011-2015.
While Rogers regularly cast himself as an "America First" candidate willing to buck the establishment during his failed Senate bid, the Michigan Republican has spent his entire political career empowering the very federal agencies being weaponized against the American people.
According to The Detroit News, Rogers assisted in writing (and voted for) the Patriot Act, a law passed after the 9/11 terrorist attacks that’s enabled the federal government to conduct warrantless surveillance against unsuspecting Americans. Speaking in defense of the legislation in a 2005 NPR interview, the then-congressman claimed, "No due process is subjugated in the Patriot Act, not one iota."
Christopher Wray announces surprise retirement, forms investigative LLC. Rogers becomes Director, FBI. Wray hires Kristi Rogers as VP of LLC's London branch.

Nobody in Trump’s inner circle trusts Mike Rogers. It would just replacing one person working against accountability, efficiency and justice with the same make and model. This isn’t a position where Trump is likely to settle for a deep state tool.

[IsraelTimes] Most Democrats reject Bernie Sanders-led resolutions, though size of faction opposed to Israel’s handling of Gaza war up markedly since January vote, underscoring internal divide
Roughly a third of Senate Democrats ...every time you hear the phrase white people, white supremacy, white anything but paint, you're listening to a Democrat. Ask him/her/it to reimagine something for you; they do that a lot, though not well. They can hear a dog whistle a mile or two away. They invented the spoils system and Tammany Hall, and inspired the addition of the word (Thomas) Nasty to the English language. They want to stop continental drift and repeal the law of unintended side effects... voted in favor of three failed bids to block the sale of offensive weapons to Israel in measures that tested the strength of the party’s progressive wing, which has pushed for a harder line against the Jewish state over its prosecution of the war against Hamas ..a contraction of the Arabic words for "frothing at the mouth",... in Gazoo
...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. Eighteen Democrats voted in favor of blocking the transfer of the $774 sale of tank rounds, 19 Democrats sought to block the $61 million sale of mortar rounds and 17 Democrats tried to stop the $262 sale of joint direct attack munitions (JDAMs).
Every Republican senator present and a majority of the 51-member Democratic caucus rejected all three Joint Resolutions of Disapproval led by progressive Senator Bernie Sanders
...The only first openly Socialist member of the U.S. Senate. Sanders was Representative-for-Life from Vermont until moving to the Senate for the rest of his life in 2006, assuming the seat vacated by Jim Jeffords. He ran for the 2016 nomination for president, to be cheated out of it by Hillary Clinton, then went back to being an Independent socialist, waiting for 2020 to roll around... , which were known ahead of time to be dead-on-arrival due to bipartisan support for Israel’s offensive against Hamas.
However,
a person who gets all wrapped up in himself makes a mighty small package... the vote underscored increasing discomfort among Democrats with the IDF campaign in the Strip and the division it has opened up in the party.
A Sanders-backed resolution in January to freeze US aid to Israel if the State Department didn’t produce a report within 30 days on alleged human rights ...which are often intentionally defined so widely as to be meaningless... violations by Israel in the Gaza Strip won only 10 Democratic votes, though some senators may have been voting with November’s election in mind.
The Wednesday night votes are unlikely to fully satisfy either side of the debate within the Democratic Party, as more traditionally pro-Israel members maintained their majority, though progressives added several notable members.
Senator Jon Ossoff of Georgia, who built relationships with several Israeli politicians during his first term before growing increasingly disillusioned by the Gaza humanitarian crisis, voted to block the sales of tank and mortar rounds. The No. 2 Democrat in the Senate Dick Durbin ...Senator-for-Life from Illinois and Democratic Party Whip. In April 2006, Time magazine identified Durbin as one of America's 10 Best Senators, so what's that tell you? He was the first United States Senator to support the presidential candidacy of Barack Obama, then the junior senator from Illinois...> and the incoming Ranking Member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee Jeanne Shaheen voted against all three arms deals.
Other Democrats who voted in favor of one or more of the resolutions were Senators Martin Heinrich, George Helmy, Mazie Hirono, Tim Kaine, Angus King, Ben Ray Lujan, Ed Markey ...U.S. Representative-for-Life from Massachusetts, serving since 1976. He is a member of the Democratic Party, naturally.... , Jeff Merkley, Chris Murphy (D., Conn) ...Junior senator for life from Connecticutt, foreign policy mastermind, a fast friend and a sympathetic ear to mullahs, ayatollahs, and similar riff-raff. The indigestable boilerplate on his website sez he has has dedicated his career to public service as an advocate for Connecticut families, which means approximately nothing except that he's never held an honest job. He's been a strong voice in the Senate fighting for job creation, affordable health care, education, sensible gun laws, and a forward-looking foreign policy. You can guess what that mess actually means, though the voters of Connecticutt seemingly can't... , Brian Schatz, Tina Smith, Chris Van Hollen, Raphael Warnock, Elizabeth Being Native American has been part of my story since the day I was born Warren ...The Great White Squaw, Lizzie is the Dem Senatrix from Massachussetts. She traces her noble lineage all the way back to Big Chief Spouting Bull. She has high cheekbones that stretch all the way to the top of her head. It has been alleged that she speaks with forked tongue but she denies that. She had a DNA test to prove her lineage and it turns out she's colorless... and Peter Welch.
One Democrat, Wisconsin’s Senator Tammy Baldwin, voted present on all three votes.
The Haaretz daily reported that the resolutions’ supporters were looking to secure 25 votes, while opponents were hoping to hold the progressive camp to 10 to 15 votes.
In a speech ahead of the voting, Sanders detailed the spiraling humanitarian crisis in Gaza, highlighting the tens of thousands of civilian deaths and the increasingly dire conditions of those in Gaza. He cited testimony from the UN and aid organizations claiming that Israel is blocking humanitarian aid from reaching civilians. Israel says it takes steps to avoid harming civilians, while Hamas fights among them, and it has rejected assertions that it is blocking aid to Paleostinians.
The Biden administration lobbied Democrats against supporting the measure, US officials revealed to The Times of Israel on Tuesday, arguing that withholding such weapons from Israel would embolden Israel’s adversaries, that it would not address the humanitarian crisis and robs Israel of what it needs to defend itself.
In a list of 11 talking points sent to Democratic senators, it said, among other things, that providing military equipment to Israel is an investment in Israel’s long-term security, as it faces threats from Iran ...a theocratic Shiite state divided among the Medes, the Persians, and the (Arab) Elamites. Formerly a fairly civilized nation ruled by a Shah, it became a victim of Islamic revolution in 1979. The nation is today noted for spontaneously taking over other countries' embassies, maintaining whorehouses run by clergymen, involvement in international drug trafficking, and financing sock puppet militias to extend the regime's influence. The word Iran is a cognate form of Aryan. The abbreviation IRGC is the same idea as Stürmabteilung (or SA). The term Supreme Guide is a the modern version form of either Duce or Führer or maybe both. I remember about 20 years ago when Busey was at a college football game. Right before the second half started he gets out of the stands, goes down to the cheerleaders on the field, grabbed the pom-poms out of one of the cheerleader's hands, then joined in with the other cheerleaders, dancing and shaking those pom-poms around.
The point is, Busey went insane decades ago so I'm not 100% convinced it his move was all about Trump.
[IsraelTimes] Lebanese speaker notes some details still need to be worked out after meeting with Amos Hochstein, who may travel to Israel Wednesday; IDF division expands southern Lebanon incursion.
A senior US mediator said Tuesday that a ceasefire agreement between Israel and the Hezbollah terror group in Leb ...an Iranian satrapy until recently ruled by Hassan Nasrallah situated on the eastern Mediterranean, conveniently adjacent to Israel. The Lebs have the curious habit of periodically murdering their heads of state or prime ministers... was "within our grasp" as he arrived in the region to clinch a long-sought halt to the war.
Special Envoy Amos Hochstein’s trip to Lebanon Tuesday came as fighting showed little sign of easing, with dozens of rockets fired into northern Israel, an Israeli reservist killed in a Hezbollah drone attack in southern Lebanon and a key Hezbollah commander killed in an Arclight airstrike ...KABOOM!... Hochstein said he had held "very constructive talks" with Lebanon’s Parliament Speaker Nabih Knobby Berri
...perennial Speaker of the Lebanese parliament, head of the Amal Shiite party aligned with Hezbollah, a not very subtle sock puppet of the Medes and Persians... , an ally of Hezbollah who is mediating on the group’s behalf.
The speaker said that Hochstein told him that the US had already coordinated with the Israelis about the proposal.
The proposal on the table entails both the Iran-backed Hezbollah terror group and Israeli ground forces withdrawing from southern Lebanon, where a UN buffer zone would be bolstered by thousands of additional UN peacekeepers and Lebanese troops.
Israel has called for a stronger enforcement mechanism to keep Hezbollah from rebuilding its force near the Israeli border, where it could threaten northern Israel towns with anti-tank missile fire or an armed infiltration. Israel reportedly wants to reserve the ability to redeploy against any Hezbollah threats, something Lebanon is likely to oppose.
On Monday, a top Lebanese official told Rooters that Lebanon and Hezbollah had agreed to a US ceasefire proposal — though each had some reservations — describing the effort as the most serious yet to end the fighting.
"Lebanon presented its comments on the paper in a positive atmosphere," said Ali Hassan Khalil, an aide to Berri, declining to give further details. "All the comments that we presented affirm the precise adherence to (UN) Resolution 1701 with all its provisions."
UN Security Council Resolution 1701, which ended a previous war between Hezbollah and Israel in 2006, requires Hezbollah to have no armed presence in the area between the Lebanese-Israeli border and the Litani River, which runs some 30 kilometers (20 miles) north of the frontier — clauses the terror group violated from the get-go. The resolution also forbids Israel from entering Lebanese airspace, which Beirut says Israel repeatedly broke over the years.
Neither the Lebanese army nor UNIFIL kept Hezbollah from arming up and preparing to cross over and under the border to attack Israel, nor from shooting rockets and missiles at Israeli communities from the border region to halfway across the country. So Israel was forced to handle the situation for them.Israel reportedly demanded last month that the Air Force have freedom of operations in Lebanese airspace as part of its ability to disarm Hezbollah, while Lebanon may be seeking to beef up enforcement of the airspace restrictions.
According to Saudi-based al-Arabiya, Lebanon dropped some demands regarding "state illusory sovereignty" that had constituted sticking points in favor of pressing its demands on the airspace issue.
Israel’s Channel 12 reported that Jerusalem was insisting on the deal including a cause allowing its troops to act in case of a Hezbollah threat, while Lebanon did not believe the deal needed to include such language.
The sides have also failed to come together on the makeup of the bolstered buffer zone force, with Israel insisting on Western countries contributing troops and Lebanon seeking contributions from Arab countries, Channel 12 reported.
A possible solution, according to the channel, would be a force made up of troops from the US, La Belle France, the UN and an Arab country to be named later, overseen by a general from the US’s Central Command.
Israeli troops have been fighting near the frontier in southern Lebanon since October 1, where they have carried out raids aimed at destroying Hezbollah infrastructure, including bunkers, tunnels, rockets and small arms. It launched the intensified campaign against Hezbollah in September to halt a year of rocket attacks on northern Israel that have displaced some 60,000 people living near the border, with the goal of allowing them to return home safely.
A reservist was killed in the fighting early Tuesday, the Israel Defense Forces said, marking the 71st fatality among troops in Lebanon and near Israel’s northern border. Israel says 44 civilians have also been killed. Sgt. First Class (res.) Omer Moshe Gaeldor, 30, of the Golani Brigade’s logistics unit, was killed some two kilometers from the Israeli border in southern Lebanon, where his unit was providing security for soldiers fighting deeper inside the country.
According to an initial Israel Defense Forces probe, Gaeldor and three other soldiers were hit by an explosive-laden drone launched by Hezbollah.
Near the eastern end of the frontier, troops from the 98th division were expanding into new areas of southern Lebanon to locate and destroy Hezbollah infrastructure threatening the Kiryat Shmona area, the military said Tuesday.
Before the operation, the IDF launched numerous airstrikes on the area, which had been used by Hezbollah for rocket attacks on the Galilee Panhandle and Kiryat Shmona, Israel’s largest city on the border.
The army also confirmed that it had killed Ali Tawfiq Dweiq, the commander of Hezbollah’s medium-range rocket unit, in an airstrike a day earlier on the village of Jouz, adjacent to the southern Lebanon city of Nabatieh. The medium-range rocket unit is responsible for attacks on Haifa and other areas deep in northern Israel, as well as central Israel. The IDF said Dweiq was responsible for over 300 rockets launched at Israel since he took over the role.
Hezbollah leader Naim Qassem ... the Grand Vizier of the Hezbullies... was expected to give a speech Tuesday, but the group postponed the address moments after it was announced. No reason was given.
The IDF said that since Sunday, over 150 strikes were carried out against Hezbollah targets across Lebanon, including 25 weapon depots and some 30 rocket launchers. At least 11 strikes were carried out in Beirut’s southern suburbs.
Lebanon said three of its soldiers were killed in an Israeli strike on an army post in southern Lebanon. The health ministry earlier said at least two people were killed in the strike near Beirut, and 28 others were killed Monday.
UNIFIL, the UN peacekeeping force in southern Lebanon, said four Ghanaian Blue Helmets were maimed when a rocket fired by a "non-state actor" hit their base. The IDF said Hezbollah had twice fired rockets on Tuesday that damaged UNIFIL posts.
It tallied at least 70 rockets and drones fired into central and northern Israel Tuesday, where they lightly injured five people and caused damage to some areas. Hezbollah in the past week has launched some 400 rockets at Israel. Since Thursday, the IDF said, 22 out of 27 drones launched by Hezbollah from Lebanon were intercepted.

No it is not. Jews want a byline to allow first strikes against Hezbollah who are undermining the cease-fire. Globalists and their aligned Terror Groups wont accept that.
[Reuters] Ukraine fired a volley of British Storm Shadow cruise missiles into Russia on Wednesday, the latest new Western weapon it has been permitted to use on Russian targets a day after it fired U.S. ATACMS missiles.
The strikes were widely reported by Russian war correspondents on Telegram and confirmed by an official on condition of anonymity. A spokesperson for Ukraine's General Staff said he had no information.
Moscow has said the use of Western weapons to strike Russian territory far from the border would be a major escalation in the conflict. Kyiv says it needs the capability to defend itself by hitting Russian rear bases used to support Moscow's invasion, which entered its 1,000th day this week.
Accounts of Russian war correspondents on Telegram posted video they said included the sound of the missiles striking Kursk region, which borders northeastern Ukraine.
At least 14 huge explosions could be heard, most of them preceded by the sharp whistle of what sounded like an incoming missile. The video, shot in a residential area, showed black smoke rising in the distance.
The pro-Russian Two Majors channel on Telegram said Ukraine fired up to 12 Storm Shadows into the Kursk region and carried pictures of missile pieces with the name Storm Shadow clearly visible.
A spokesperson for British Prime Minister Keir Starmer declined to comment.
Britain had previously allowed Ukraine to use Storm Shadows, which have a range in excess of 250 km (155 miles), within Ukrainian territory.
The Kyiv government has been pressing Western partners for permission to use such weapons to strike targets deep inside Russia, and it obtained the all-clear from U.S. President Joe Biden to use the ATACMS this week, two months before Biden leaves office.
As Ukraine's use of the missiles raised tensions, the United States shut its embassy in Kyiv on Wednesday as a precaution due to what it called the threat of a significant air attack. It later said the embassy would reopen on Thursday.
The Pentagon on Wednesday also announced $275 million in military aid to Ukraine that included more ammunition for the HIMARS rocket system, and the Biden administration moved to forgive $4.7 billion in U.S. loans to Ukraine as outgoing officials sought to do what they could to bolster Kyiv before they leave office.
ANTICIPATING TRUMP ADMINISTRATION
Biden's successor, President-elect Donald Trump, has said he will end the war, without saying how, and criticised billions of dollars in aid for Ukraine under Biden. The warring sides believe Trump is likely to push for peace talks - not known to have been held since the war's earliest months - and are trying to attain strong positions before negotiations.
Kyiv says Moscow, which invaded Ukraine in February 2022, has previously taken advantage of limits on Ukraine's use of weapons, particularly to strike Ukrainian cities from the air with heavy guided bombs.
Western countries say the arrival of more than 10,000 North Korean troops to fight for Russia in recent weeks was an escalation that merited a response.
The first use of the U.S. ATACMS on Tuesday, fired at a Russian arsenal in the Bryansk region on Ukraine's northern border, prompted firm words from Moscow, which announced a change to its nuclear doctrine to lower the threshold for the use of atomic weapons. Washington has said it sees no need to adjust its own nuclear posture and accused Moscow of resorting to irresponsible rhetoric.
Military analysts have said the longer-range missiles are unlikely to give Ukraine a decisive edge in the war but could strengthen its position, especially in the battle for a sliver of land inside Russia's Kursk region it seized in August.
An air raid siren in Kyiv in the early afternoon on Wednesday jangled nerves. But Ukraine's military spy agency said a widely reported threat of massive drone and missile attacks across the country was fake, and it accused Russia of trying to sow panic by circulating online messages about it.
"The enemy, unable to subdue Ukrainians by force, resorts to measures of intimidation and psychological pressure on society. We ask you to be vigilant and steadfast," it said.
With the U.S. embassy's temporary closure, the Italian, Spanish and Greek embassies said they too had closed their doors in Kyiv. Canada said it suspended in-person services at its mission. The French embassy remained open but urged its citizens to be cautious. The Kremlin said it had no comment.
Russian foreign intelligence chief Sergei Naryshkin said in an interview published on Wednesday that Moscow would retaliate against NATO countries that facilitate long-range Ukrainian missile strikes against Russian territory.
The war is at a volatile juncture, with nearly a fifth of Ukrainian territory in Russian hands, North Korean troops deployed in Russia's Kursk region and doubts over the future of Western aid under Trump, whose nominees for administration posts include sceptics of support for Kyiv.
On Sunday, Russia staged a missile and drone strike on Ukraine's national power grid that killed seven people and renewed fears over the durability of the hobbled energy network.

Small production of storm shadow missiles and each handmade fired into a location lightly defended. Merely a demonstration. I am told 10 in inventory total. Atacms total 50. Biden going out with a bang. I have seen little or no results reported. Just smoke in the distance. Western media show. Meanwhile American missiles found with air pockets in fuel recalled due to this defect. Western production issues ongoing.
Anti-Israel activists appeared to have blocked campus access at the University of Caliphornia, an impregnable bastion of the Democratic Party,, Los Angeles (UCLA).
On Tuesday, student Eli Tsives posted to Instagram on Tuesday, saying that "Pro-Hamas ..a regional Iranian catspaw,... protesters blocking access through campus again!"
In the same post, video footage shows masked activists preventing students from walking across part of campus. Signage reading "Blood On Your Hands" can be seen, while the activists chant, "Hey, hey, ho, ho! The occupation has got to go!"
This is not the first time UCLA students have been blocked due to campus protesters.
In August, a federal judge wrote that protesters are not allowed to block Jewish students from walking on campus.
"In the year 2024, in the United States of America, in the State of California, in the City of Los Angeles, Jewish students were excluded from portions of the UCLA campus because they refused to denounce their faith," Judge Mark Scarsi wrote in his injunction. "This fact is so unimaginable and so abhorrent to our constitutional guarantee of religious freedom that it bears repeating, Jewish students were excluded from portions of the UCLA campus because they refused to denounce their faith."
The August injunction against UCLA was the result of a June lawsuit that was filed by three Jewish students who blamed the school for not doing enough to stop discrimination stemming from anti-Israel campus demonstrations.
"In the wake of these horrifying events, UCLA should have taken steps to ensure that its Jewish students were safe and protected from harassment and undeterred in obtaining full access to campus facilities," the lawsuit asserted. ""Instead, UCLA officials routinely turned their backs on Jewish students, aiding and abetting a culture that has allowed calls for the annihilation of the Jewish people, Nazi symbolism, and religious slurs to go unchecked."

I beg to differ.
Having Grand Parents SOLD between Elite Eastern Europe Family members. Transported in a $hit Hole called steerage to NYC.
Then hauled to Chicopee Mass.
Forced to work at the Elite family member's cotton mill for over a generation.
Forced to live in the Company owned housing, use the company's stores for food and etc. Or family member still owned back in the Old Country would be jailed, beaten and punished.
I'd say those Millions of Whites between 1870-1910 that underwent this type of Slavery OPPRESSION earned some rights.
Unlike the few militant Black Community members always running to the camera for fame and $$$$$. It seems the White oppressed millions simply decided to blended into the American Dream. Seek to be independent, be self-supporting, build their own wealth via their skills/labors, marry and raise kids in a 2 parent FAMILY.

The reason Africans were imported as slaves was because the Indigenous couldn't handle the work dying in droves and they couldn't get enough white Europeans. Thieves and malcontents were shipped off to the New World to labor. The English were good to end slavery at home, but kept it alive in their overseas colonies and territories. Ever watch Captain Blood, fiction but based upon history.

BTW Princess do you know where the word for slave came from?
The classification and stigma of slavery is referred to in medieval Latin as sclavus, in relation to the Byzantine Greek sklábos, being a derivation of sklabēnós, which translates as ‘Slavic’, originally as a self-reference for the Slavic people, as slovĕninŭ.
NB Black Russian is a cocktail of vodka and Kahlúa not a person of color.

Commentary by Russian military journalist is in italics.
[ColonelCassad] In Latvia, the National Electronic Mass Media Council (NEPLP) has blocked access to five more websites that spread Russian propaganda, the official publication Latvijas Vēstnesis reports, LETA writes.
Access has been blocked to the websites voennoedelo.com, government.ru, e1.ru, km.ru and vesti-kaliningrad.ru, which publish materials that support and justify Russia's invasion of Ukraine and the annexation of its territories by Russia.
It is noted that the information posted on these websites "may create a false impression of the war unleashed by Russia in Ukraine, as well as contribute to the justification of war crimes committed by Russia in Latvian society."
NEPLP has decided to block access to the domain names and IP addresses of these websites, as well as their mirrors. Users of these resources will be redirected to the website nelegalssaturs.lv.
Previously, NEPLP made similar decisions to block websites that spread Russian propaganda.
Excellent motivation. Purely Orwellian. You must have a "correct idea", which you will be additionally informed about. And they are not even embarrassed to say that information does not create, but "can create". In fact, this is a thought crime.

The suspect, who sustained moderate injuries, was taken by medical teams for treatment.
[IsraelTimes] Country previously blacklisted only military wing of Lebanese group; decision comes after police advised government that both groups’ actions qualify as terrorism
New Zealand designated the entirety of Hezbollah as a terrorist entity on Wednesday, in an adjustment to its 2010 decision to list just the military wing.
The decision was made following advice from New Zealand police that cited decades of terrorist activity, most recently the arrest of two Hezbollah-affiliated people who were allegedly planning an attack on a Jewish community in Brazil.

Wellington also listed Yemen ...an area of the Arabian Peninsula sometimes mistaken for a country. It is populated by more antagonistic tribes and factions than you can keep track of... ’s Iran's Houthi sock puppets ...a Zaidi Shia insurgent group operating in Yemen. They have also been referred to as the Believing Youth. Hussein Badreddin al-Houthi is said to be the spiritual leader of the group and most of the military leaders are his relatives. The legitimate Yemeni government has accused the them of having ties to the Iranian government. Honest they did. According to local reports, the designation came after police advised that the Houthis’ consistent attacks on ships in the Red Sea in the past year constituted terrorist activity.
The Houthis have said they are targeting Israel- and US-related ships in support of Gazoo
...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. The place was acquired in the wake of the 1967 War and then presented to Paleostinian control in 2006 by Ariel Sharon, who had entered his dotage. It periodically attacks the Hated Zionist Entity whenever Iran needs a ruckus created or the hard boyz get bored, getting thumped by the IDF in return. The ruling turbans then wave the bloody shirt and holler loudly about oppression and disproportionate response... amid the ongoing Hamas-Israel war in the Paleostinian enclave.
New Zealand is the 30th country to list the entire Hezbollah organization as a terrorist entity.
"It’s very simple. For any organization to be deemed a terrorist organization under New Zealand legislation, we have to have evidence, and we go through a number of tests under our legislation, that the organization has knowingly undertaken terrorist activity," New Zealand’s Prime Minister Christopher Luxon said about the designations, adding that this was determined to be the case for Hezbollah and the Houthis.
New Zealand’s decision makes it a criminal offense to carry out property or financial transactions with Hezbollah or the Houthis or provide them with material support. It also freezes any of the organizations’ assets in New Zealand.
Israel’s Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar welcomed the decision in a post on X.
"I congratulate the government of New Zealand on its decision today to designate Hezbollah and the Houthis (Ansar Allah) as terrorist organizations," he wrote.
In February, New Zealand designated the entirety of Hamas as a terrorist organization, with only the group’s military wing classified as such since 2010.
The decision to expand the designation came as a result of Hamas’s October 7 attack on southern Israel in which murderous Moslems murdered some 1,200 people, mostly civilians, and took 251 hostages, sparking the war in Gaza.
New Zealand said in February that it held the whole of Hamas responsible for the attack, necessitating the expansion of its designation.
[JustTheNews] The issues in officer Michael Byrd's background included a failed shotgun qualification test, a failed FBI background check, a suspension for a lost weapon and referral prosecutors for firing his gun at a stolen car.
The Capitol Police officer who fatally shot Ashli Babbitt during the Jan. 6 riots and then was promoted has a lengthy internal affairs and disciplinary record that includes firearm-related incidents, a sweeping congressional investigation has found.
The issues in Captain Michael Byrd's background included a failed shotgun qualification test, a failed FBI background check for a weapon's purchase, a 33-day suspension for a lost weapon and referral to Maryland state prosecutors for firing his gun at a stolen car fleeing his neighborhood, according to congressional and police documents obtained by Just the News.
Byrd’s record was uncovered during a larger House Administration Oversight Subcommittee investigation into the Capitol Police disciplinary process and was chronicled in a letter Rep. Barry Loudermilk, R-Ga., the panel's chairman, sent Wednesday to the department's chief, Thomas Manger, in which the lawmaker expressed concerns about the officer’s promotion to captain.
“This Subcommittee is dedicated to ensuring USCP has autonomy from political pressures so it can make operational and personnel decisions,” Loudermilk wrote in the letter. “However, based on the information obtained by the Subcommittee regarding USCP’s handling of Captain Byrd following January 6, 2021, and his significant disciplinary history, I have concerns about USCP’s decision to promote him to the rank of Captain.”
LIST OF INCIDENTS:
The incidents described in Loudermilk's letter are corroborated by congressional records and police reports that date as early as 2004 including:
A 2004 incident where Byrd, who was off duty, fired his weapon at a stolen vehicle as it was fleeing in his residential neighborhood;
A 2015 "conduct unbecoming an officer" complaint filed by a fellow officer after Byrd, again off duty, confronted him while the officer was working at a high school football game in an incident with racial overtones;
A 33-day suspension in 2019 after Byrd left his service weapon unattended in a public Capitol Hill bathroom;
A failure to pass a routine background check shortly after Jan. 6 when attempting to purchase a shotgun for home protection, after the USCP worked to provide Byrd a department-issued shotgun instead, he failed the training; and
Three further referrals to the Capitol Police Office of Professional Responsibility for which records are reportedly missing.
Mark Schamel, the lawyer representing Byrd did not respond several requests for comment. The U.S. Capitol Police also did not return several inquiries from Just the News.

Tinfoilers' batting average adjusted up a hundred points recently.
… every time I post a picture like this, all the “social warriors” come out to play with the “They are humans. They deserve dignity. Why does Israel have to humiliate them like this?” stupidity.
So let me tell you something we learn from Jewish scripture.
He who is compassionate to the evil will end up being evil to the compassionate.
These genocidal maniacs deserve zero compassion. I don’t think I need to remind you what Hamas did on October 7th. If you think it’s moral to care about their dignity, well, I don’t know how to break this to you, but you’ve lost direction.
Fix your moral compass.
Oh, and yes, there are people of all ages here because there are people of all ages in Hamas. They have recruited women, children, old men, and everyone else who wants to kill Jews.

There has been no peace and will be no peace with ISLAM as long as it exists.
There has only short periods of time, as it regroups after getting its ass handed to it, again and again.

[HODHODYEMENNEWS.NET] The United States on Wednesday vetoed a UN Security Council resolution for a ceasefire in Israel's war in Gazoo
...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. The ruling turbans then wave the bloody shirt and holler loudly about oppression and disproportionate response... , accusing council members of cynically rejecting attempts at reaching a compromise.
The 15-member council voted on a resolution put forward by its 10 non-permanent members in a meeting that called for an ''immediate, unconditional and permanent ceasefire'' and separately demand the release of hostages.
Only the US voted against, using its veto as a permanent council member to block the resolution.
The draft resolution urged all parties concerned to fulfill their responsibilities under international law, particularly concerning the treatment of detainees, and to ensure the provision of essential services and humanitarian aid to the people of Gaza.
Additionally, it called for adherence to international and humanitarian law, with a specific emphasis on the protection of civilians and civilian property.
The resolution also called for the implementation of Security Council Resolution 2735 and reaffirmed that the United Nations ...an idea whose time has gone... Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) remains a central pillar of the humanitarian response in Gaza.
This marks the latest setback in the Council's efforts to secure a unified response to the ongoing Israeli genocide in Gaza.

[REGNUM] On November 19, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree approving a new version of the country's nuclear doctrine. The document expands the list of situations that Moscow considers a condition for launching a retaliatory nuclear strike.
In particular, the previous version of the doctrine spoke only about the launch of ballistic missiles against Russia, but now it is about the launch of aircraft, hypersonic, tactical and strategic cruise missiles, as well as drones.
In addition, the new doctrine allows for a nuclear strike against a non-nuclear country if that country commits aggression against Russia and/or Belarus “with the participation or support of a nuclear state.”
The West, of course, is unhappy.
"Nuclear deterrence is something that we now completely reject. We condemn any reference to nuclear weapons," says the head of European diplomacy, Josep Borrell , indignantly, forgetting that nuclear deterrence was, is and will be the most important way to prevent World War III.
And Vladimir Putin, unlike Borrell, outgoing US President Joe Biden and other Western politicians, is trying to preserve this system of containment. Moreover, he is trying to preserve it in an absolutely transparent way - the president is consistent in his actions and decisions to protect Russia.
The new nuclear doctrine is not just an effective, but the only correct response to the West's recklessness in escalating the conflict and creating real threats to Russia. Threats by pumping Ukraine with non-nuclear weapons (missiles, drones, etc.), which may attempt to deliver a "disarming strike." That is, the Kiev regime gains the ability to launch a massive attack/raid with the aim of destroying Russian command posts and silos where nuclear missiles are based. That is why the doctrine provides for the possibility of destroying a non-nuclear country with a nuclear strike.
Moreover, this is a signal not so much to Kyiv as to the West.
"The current threat should demonstrate to the world that Russia remains a major power. And that Washington and its allies should limit their support for Ukraine," Bloomberg acknowledges .
The authors of the American CNN agree with him.
"The revised doctrine is clearly intended to send a strong signal to Ukraine's Western backers about the risks of escalation and to make politicians and the public think twice about the potential consequences of supplying more modern and long-range weapons to Ukraine," the publication writes .
Naturally, there are those in the West who literally shout that the principle that speaks of the possibility of a nuclear strike against a non-nuclear country violates the foundations of the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (where countries that voluntarily renounce the creation of military atoms were promised security).
But let's be honest: Vladimir Putin has given the West many times the opportunity to come to its senses and take a step or two back. But instead, the US and its allies have jumped forward. In fact, the signing of the updated doctrine itself took place after the Biden administration allowed the Kyiv regime to fire long-range missiles deep into Russia, that is, it created the opportunity for a disarming strike.
At this point Moscow had no other choice.
However, even now a number of Western journalists are calling for the state of affairs announced by Putin to be ignored.
“Putin has been careful throughout the war not to launch any overt attacks on NATO countries, whose entry into the war he wants to avoid,” writes The New York Times.
And some politicians continue to put on a brave face. British Prime Minister Keir Starmer said that “Russia’s irresponsible rhetoric” would not affect the level of British support for Ukraine, and that London would provide the Kiev regime with whatever it needs for as long as it needs it.
However, no one doubted the British - the main instigators of the war. As well as their "combat" allies from the Baltic countries. Putin's words were addressed not to them, but to the sane part of the Western European elite, as well as to the new US administration, which shows that it does not seek conflicts with Moscow.
And now French President Emmanuel Macron is making very ambiguous statements: he is calling on Putin to remember the UN Charter and take part in a “collective de-escalation” of the situation in Ukraine.
But for this to happen, firstly, Macron needs to stop escalating himself, that is, supplying the Kyiv regime with weapons and training/equipping Ukrainian troops. Secondly, he should carefully read the new nuclear doctrine, then the owner of the Elysee Palace would understand that it concerns not only the situation in Ukraine: the document clearly outlines a list of events that Moscow perceives as a military threat.
The list includes the build-up of military groups on our borders (for example, in Finland or the Baltics), the creation of military infrastructure in space, the deployment of nuclear weapons on the territory of non-nuclear states (for example, in Poland), actions to isolate part of the Russian Federation (for example, the blockade of the Kaliningrad region, which some Baltic countries hinted at), military exercises near the Russian borders, attempts to create environmental and social disasters (in particular, the attacks on the Kursk and Zaporozhye nuclear power plants, which the Kiev regime tried to undertake), as well as the uncontrolled proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.
The list of these conditions once again proves that, contrary to Western propaganda, Russia's nuclear deterrence policy remains exclusively defensive. Moscow allows the use of nuclear weapons only and exclusively to protect its territory, sovereignty and legitimate interests. Which, according to NATO Military Committee Chairman Rob Bauer , would be trampled if Russia did not have a nuclear sword.
But it is and will be. And the risks of a nuclear war will increase until collective de-escalation begins. But not in Macron's understanding, when Moscow must surrender its interests, but real de-escalation - from the West. Not in the form of shifting responsibility for the escalation to the outgoing Biden administration, European hawks or the Kiev regime.
Russia is making it clear that playing “good cop, bad cop” will not work. That aggression by any NATO member, be it close Poland or distant Britain, will be seen as an attack by NATO on Russia, with all the consequences that entails.
And finally, this collective responsibility includes not only the member countries of the Alliance, but also the states that are NATO proxies, that is, for example, Ukraine. The irresponsible behavior of any of them will cause a response for all. Moreover, as stated in the doctrine, the response is “inevitable.”
Of course, we would like to do without demonstrations of military power and threats. But over the past decades, the West has shown that it understands only and exclusively the language of force. This means that Russia will speak it until the West learns to understand another.
[HODHODYEMENNEWS.NET] 36 people were killed and more than 50 others injured in an Israeli aggression on Wednesday, that targeted a number of buildings in Palmyra City, Syrian Desert, The official Syrian news agency ... and if you can't believe the Official Syrian News Agency who can you believe? (SANA) reported, citing a military source.
''At approximately 1:30 p.m. today, the Israeli enemy launched an air attack from the direction of al-Tanf area, targeting a number of buildings in Palmyra City in the Syrian Desert, led to the martyrdom of 36 people, the injury of more than 50 others, and significant material damage to the buildings and the surrounding area,'' the source said in a statement .
Since the beginning of 2011, the Israeli enemy has launched hundreds of air strikes in Syria, targeting government forces' sites.
The pace of Israeli attacks on Syria has increased in recent weeks, with the escalation of the Israeli war on Leb ...an Iranian satrapy until recently ruled by Hassan Nasrallah situated on the eastern Mediterranean, conveniently adjacent to Israel. The Lebs have the curious habit of periodically murdering their heads of state or prime ministers... since September 23.
Israel has recently targeted points near the border crossings linking Syria and Lebanon and has repeatedly targeted residential buildings in a number of areas, including Damascus and Homs, especially the Qusayr area on the border with Lebanon.
Those, apparently were all attempted delivery of Iranian weapons to Hezbollah. What odds this time is more of the same?
Ask, and the internet provides an answer, in this case via Legal Insurrection:
Israeli fighter jets allegedly destroyed a weapons depot belonging to an Iran-backed terrorist group in Syria, the local media reports say.
“A UK-based monitoring group put the death toll at 41 and reported that the strikes hit a weapons depot and other locations in and around an area inhabited by families of Iran-backed militia fighters,” the BBC reported. “The Israeli military said it did not comment on foreign reports,” the broadcaster added.
Other terrorist targets were also reportedly hit in the strike. Israel carried out strikes “targeting a number of buildings in the city of Palmyra” located in central Syria, a regime-owned broadcaster said.
The strikes come a day after The Wall Street Journal revealed that the Israeli military was uncovering a large cache of Russian-made weapons as it moves deeper into Hezbollah-controlled southern Lebanon.
“As Israel advances its invasion of southern Lebanon, its troops are finding large troves of Russian weapons, confirming longstanding suspicions in Israel that Hezbollah is enhancing its fighting capacity with the help of sophisticated Russian arms,” the WSJ noted Tuesday.
The Iran-backed terrorist group was receiving the latest weaponry from the Russian stockpiles located in Syria. “Some of the weapons, which include modern Kornet antitank missiles manufactured as recently as 2020, were sent to southern Lebanon in recent years from Russian stockpiles in neighboring Syria,” the business daily reported, citing official Arab and Syrian sources.
In recent months, Israel conducted several airstrikes aimed at Iran-linked weapons dumps linked to Hezbollah and other terrorist groups based in Syria. “Israel has been carrying out strikes against Iran-linked targets in Syria for years but has ramped up such raids since the Oct. 7, 2023, attack by Palestinian militant group Hamas on Israel that sparked the Gaza war,” the Jerusalem Post reported Wednesday. “The Israeli military said last week it had attacked transit routes on the Syrian-Lebanese border that were used to transfer weapons to Hezbollah.”

During reconnaissance, the UAV operator identified a control point for Ukrainian UAVs located in an abandoned house. The Msta-B howitzer crew destroyed the target with a direct hit.
11:54 The situation for the enemy in the Kurakhovo direction is moving to the stage of logical conclusion. In Kurakhovo itself, battles are already taking place outside the city, actually in the central part.
To the north, in Sontsovka, fighting continues. The enemy is trying to hold it to prevent the Russian Armed Forces from reaching the Kurakhovskoye Reservoir dam in the Starye Terny area.
But to the south, having started fighting for Berestki and having advanced in the center, Russian units have created a threat of breaking through to Starye Terny from the east along the reservoir itself. The enemy was forced to strengthen its positions here by transferring reserves.
The Russian Armed Forces, however, unexpectedly for the Ukrainian Armed Forces, forced a crossing of the reservoir in the direction of the elevator. Following the night battles for it, by morning the elevator was under the control of Russian forces. Relying on the high-rise buildings, the Ukrainian Armed Forces are trying to stop the advance of the Russian Armed Forces units in the city and are counterattacking. The LBS in Kurakhovo is in motion.
South of Kurakhovo, Russian troops are advancing toward Razdolnoye, reaching the rear of the main defensive line of the Ukrainian Armed Forces northeast of Velikaya Novosyolka. This creates a threat of encirclement of the entire Kurakhovo group of the Ukrainian Armed Forces from the rear and provides an opportunity for further advancement toward the Mokrye Yaly River north of Velikaya Novosyolka.
The enemy's holding of settlements along the Sukhie Yaly River is gradually losing its meaning and creating a threat of encirclement. From the Ugledar side, the Russian Armed Forces are fighting on the approaches to Yelizavetovka and Vesyoliy Gai. From the Trudovoy side, they have reached the river, threatening the communications of the "pocket".

The head of the Center for Countering Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council, Andriy Kovalenko, stated that the warning from the US Embassy is entirely justified, given the accumulation of Russian missile stockpiles.
"The Russians have been stockpiling missiles for a series of attacks on Ukraine for months. This concerns the Kh-101 missiles, which they continue to produce, as well as calibers and ballistics," he noted.

[IsraelTimes] A court on Tuesday cleared for publication the names of three suspects arrested for firing flares at the prime minister’s home in Caesarea on Saturday night, one of whom is a former senior Navy officer who paused his military reserve duty to protest the government’s judicial overhaul last year.
The Rishon Lezion Magistrate’s Court named Rear Adm. (res.) Ofer Doron, who was suspended from the Israel Defense Forces in August 2023 in response to his decision to stop performing volunteer reserve duty, as well as longtime anti-government protesters Amir Sadeh and Itai Yafeh, as suspects.
The wife of one of the suspects told Channel 12 news that her husband was arrested by masked officers who came to the house late at night.
"It was terrifying," she was quoted as saying. "Masked men arrested my husband and two others. All three are high-ranking reserve officers. Law-abiding people, who give their hearts and souls to the country. We are simply shocked that people like us are arrested like this, like security criminals."
People like us have been shooting off rockets on a quiet suburban residential street — just like the ones Hamas shoots off, just like the ones used by those monsters hunting Jews in Amsterdam. You could put an eye out with something like that, or blow off hands, or kill someone. This repeated act of terrorism is part of a temper tantrum that has lasted the better part of a quarter century, just because the country is no longer the wholly owned property of the Socialists. In a time of repeated hot wars, people like you have chosen to team up with the enemy of Israel. It’s long past time people like you — the Evil Son of the Haggadah story — were treated exactly like what you are.
All three suspects will remain in detention until at least Thursday over the incident, which drew condemnation from across the political spectrum.
The three told police that they had not intended to fire the flares toward Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s home, according to Channel 12. They reportedly claimed to have fired a test to make sure it would not head in that direction, but said the wind had forced it off course, causing it to land in the yard.
If three high ranking Israeli reserve officers do not account for wind when shooting exploding rockets at Israeli civilians, perhaps they need to be busted back to private and start over, or accepted as so mentally deficient as to be unable to meet the requirements of wearing the uniform.
Nobody was harmed in the incident and no damage was caused, and the Netanyahus were not home at the time.
Were it merely negligence it still would not be ok.
Protesters have held near-weekly demonstrations outside the prime minister’s Caesarea home since the government began its controversial judicial overhaul plan early last year. Since the war in Gazoo
...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. The ruling turbans then wave the bloody shirt and holler loudly about oppression and disproportionate response... erupted with Hamas ..the braying voice of Islamic Resistance®,... ’s October 7, 2023, massacre, activists have held demonstrations in the coastal city demanding early elections, and calling on the government to strike a deal to free the Israeli hostages held in Gaza and restore security to southern and northern residents displaced for over a year.
Sources close to the suspects were quoted by Channel 12 as saying that the three had aimed to hold a "closing ceremony" on Saturday for the series of protests, noting that the Netanyahus had not spent time at the Caesarea residence for several months.
"They wanted to end the protests with a symbolic event — nothing more than that," the anonymous sources were quoted as saying.
Vicious liars or brain-dead asses, neither of which deserve to wear the uniform? I know which way I vote, dear Reader.
The Netanyahus’ private home in Caesarea was lightly damaged in a Hezbollah drone attack last month. Following that attack, the government reportedly demanded a NIS 2 million (just over half a million dollars) security upgrade at the estate.
Since then, Netanyahu has been working from a reinforced room on the basement level of the Prime Minister’s Office in Jerusalem, rather than from his usual office on a higher floor, in accordance with instructions from security officials, according to Hebrew media reports.
Suspects meticulously planned firing of flares at PM’s house 3 weeks prior. Investigators say men drove by home to check for security cameras, crawled to launch site 200 meters away from house before firing, stayed with local families overnight.
Investigators believe suspects who fired flares at the prime minister’s home in Caesarea over the weekend carefully planned the act over the course of three weeks, according to information cleared for publication by a court on Tuesday.
According to reports on Channel 12, Kan and Israel Hayom, information cleared by the Rishon Lezion Magistrate’s Court and shared with outlets by officials involved in the investigation indicates that four suspects scoped out Benjamin Netanyahu’s private residence for security cameras to ensure their movements would go undetected.
Rear Adm. (res.) Ofer Doron, who was named as one of the suspects, was responsible for acquiring dozens of flares, which were expired leftover equipment obtained by anti-government activists, a senior official in police’s Lahav 433 major crimes unit told Channel 12.
Doron, the alleged ringleader, was suspended from the Israel Defense Forces in August 2023 in response to his decision to stop performing volunteer reserve duty. Longtime anti-government protesters Amir Sadeh and Itai Yafeh were also named as suspects, while the fourth suspect’s name has yet to be cleared for publication.
A fourth? How very interesting. The three named being the tip of the spear — is the fourth the beginning of the tail?
The four arrived with their vehicles near the residence, parking on a sidestreet. From there, they headed to their chosen launch site — 200 meters from the residence — in a crouched position to avoid detection, the senior police official said.
Doron then ordered two of the suspects to fire the flare at a 60-degree angle, while he and another suspect recorded a video, the official added.
Officials said that after firing the flares, the four fled in their separate vehicles. After encountering a police car that happened to be in the area, the group dispersed and stayed overnight with local families, before returning to their homes in the morning, according to the Channel 12 report.
[IsraelTimes[ Imad al-Adwan was arrested by Israel last year with 200 guns found in his car, then handed over to Jordanians for trial
A Jordanian court sentenced one of the kingdom’s politicians to 10 years of hard labor after convicting him of smuggling weapons into the West Bank.
Imad al-Adwan was arrested at the Israel-administered Allenby Border Crossing (also called the King Hussein Crossing) between Jordan and the West Bank on April 22, 2023, when Israeli security forces found 12 rifles and 194 pistols in his car, Israel’s Shin Bet internal security agency said at the time.
Very likely he was part of Iran’s effort to flood the West Bank with weapons, at least some of which are intended to be use against those uppity Jews who defy Allah’s plan by insisting on ruling themselves instead of submitting to the humiliation of being ruled by Allah’s favourites among the Master Religion.
Israel transferred him to Jordanian authorities in May last year, and he was eventually convicted of exporting weapons with the intention of illegal use after being stripped of his parliamentary immunity.
Three others were also convicted in the case and sentenced to lengthy prison time by the Jordanian State Security Court.
Adwan is a lawyer and a member of the Jordanian parliament’s Paleostine committee.
Since February 2022, Adwan had used his diplomatic passport 12 times to smuggle various goods, including "birds, pigeons, electronic cigarettes and gold," according to the Shin Bet, which interrogated him before he was handed to the Jordanians.
In 2023, he began smuggling weapons across the border "out of greed," and received large sums of money, it said.
Adwan’s arrest by Israel tested already tense ties between Amman and Jerusalem, though Israel was quick to clarify that it did not hold the kingdom responsible for the smuggling attempt.
A surge of violence and terror attacks has wracked the West Bank over the past year, aided by a flood of illegal weapons, including many guns smuggled from Jordan.
[HODHODYEMENNEWS.NET] UN data shows that at least 540,000 refugees left Leb ...an Iranian satrapy until recently ruled by Hassan Nasrallah situated on the eastern Mediterranean, conveniently adjacent to Israel. The Lebs have the curious habit of periodically murdering their heads of state or prime ministers... after the Israeli war began in September, with 37% of those leaving being Lebanese and 63% being Syrians.
Syria is safer than Lebanon? I guess it’s safe for all those Syrian refugees in Europe to head home, too.
The UN report also indicated that 34,992 Lebanese had arrived in Iraq.
On September 23, the Israeli occupation launched a military operation against Lebanon involving large-scale air strikes against Hezbollah targets.
On September 23, the Israeli occupation launched a military operation against Lebanon, during which it carried out large-scale air strikes against Hezbollah military targets.
On October 1, the Israeli army began a ground operation in the border areas of southern Lebanon.
The UN Children's Fund confirmed the killing of over 200 Lebanese children since the Israeli escalation. The Lebanese Ministry of Health reported 3,544 Lebanese deaths and 15,036 maimed since the war began.

[PUBLISH.TWITTER] Responding to this story from yesterday. The Jew-haters in the Democratic Party won this round. Even though this round only matters for two months. But they sure showed the rest of us.
🚨BREAKING: The Biden Administration has decided to delay the shipment of approximately 20,000 MK84 bombs, even as Israel is at its peak in the war against Hezbollah and Hamas. These bombs are crucial to the Israeli Air Force's aerial weaponry arsenal.
Is the Biden-Harris team schizophrenic? Because they sent a message to the Senate Tuesday in President Biden’s name requesting that three bills blocking the sale of arms to Israel fail, and in fact all three did yesterday despite some Democrats supporting them: blocking the transfer of the $774 sale of tank rounds, blocking the $61 million sale of mortar rounds, and blocking the $262 sale of joint direct attack munitions (JDAMs). See details here.

The answer may be as simple as, given the LSD's demonstrated hostility to Jews. Those still running the O'Biden Coup could be denying Israel and sending them to support Ukraine, given its also long history of hostility to Jews.
Question: Given Ukraine's 79+ F-16's can use MK-84's. But, can Ukraine's collection of MiG-29s, Su-24s, Su-25s, and Su-27s use the MK-84's?
