Parents freak out as
[PAGESIX] Battle lines are drawn at the fancy downtown school that ’s son attends, we’re told, because the school board is considering letting the convicted sex offender back onto its grounds.
Page Six is told that the school has a long-standing policy of only allowing the disgraced pol ‐ who served 16 months in prison for sexting with a 15-year-old ‐ to go as far as its gates.
"Yummy! Maidens of tender years! Some of them as yet untouched! Heh heh! I think I'll go pick up Junior, maybe meet some of his little friends!"
But freaked-out parents had a representative reach out to tell us that former Rep. Weiner has been lobbying to be allowed onto the school grounds to collect his son, Jordan, 8, and attend events such as parent-teacher conferences.
While it’s commonly believed that sex offenders aren’t allowed on school grounds, New York state regulations make an exception if the offender has a child at the school, under certain circumstances. school boards can make the decision to disallow or allow the parent past their gates.
"Parents are very upset," said an insider. "The school has kids that are 16 and 17 ‐ the same age as [the kid] that he was [sexting] with."

Svetlana Lokhova: Money Trail of FBI Spy Will Expose Russia Hoax Origins
"Exposed".... that is if we can get anyone to follow the evidence and social network.
"So you have 17 intelligence agencies in the United States with an $80 billion budget you have thousands if not tens of thousands of trained people working for your intelligence services and, yet, they seek out this complete outsider (Halper) right he’s not a trained investigator," she says, describing Halper as an overweight 74 year old.
"He’s somebody whose known...has a history of being involved in every single scandal for over forty years," said Lokhova. She says Halper’s money trail is the answer.
Lokhova isn’t the only one.
Finance Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley’s sent a letter last year demanding answers on Halper’s contracts and the Office of Net Assessment. Grassley sent the request in a letter to Department of Defense Acting Secretary Mark Esper, after a Pentagon Inspector General investigation discovered that the office failed to conduct appropriate oversight of the contracts. Grassley urged Esper for the information.
According to Grassley’s office it is currently reviewing information sent from the Pentagon.
"The committee is currently reviewing information received recently from the Pentagon, in response to Grassley’s request," Taylor Foy, a spokesman for the committee, said in an earlier interview with this news site. Foy confirmed Grassley is continuing to investigate the matter.
According to the DoD Inspector General’s report the Office of Net Assessment (ONA)Contracting Officer’s Representatives (CORs) "did not maintain documentation of the work performed by Professor Halper or any communication that ONA personnel had with Professor Halper; therefore, ONA CORs could not provide sufficient documentation that Professor Halper conducted all of his work in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. We determined that while the ONA CORs established a file to maintain documents, they did not maintain sufficient documentation to comply with all the FAR requirements related to having a complete COR."
Lokhova tells me at length about the erroneous and inaccurate articles published about her and Flynn. She says it turned her life upside down. She also discusses the toll the lawsuits are taking on her family financially and why she intends to keep on fighting.

Dark and Dirty FBI Agent Joe Pientka Is Under Protective Order – Is He Talking Or Being Protected from Talking?
US Senator Chuck Grassley requested that the FBI bring Pientka before the Senate to testify on the Russia sham investigation. The FBI never did comply with Grassley.
Overall Pientka was:
Supervisor of Crossfire Hurricane.
The Crossfire Hurricane team members were selected by Peter Strzok, the Intel Section Chief, and Pientka.
The agents reported to Pientka.
Pientka reported operational activities to Strzok.
Pientka and Strzok entrapped General Flynn in the White House and lied about Flynn's lying to the FBI
Pientka was a member of the Crossfire Hurricane gang that was running the sham Trump Russia collusion investigation.
So the missing Joe Pientka is possibly a songbird being protected That's going to keep a lot of criminals up at night.

John Bolton is back as Chairman of Gatestone advocacy group
[Jpost] John Bolton, a former national security adviser for the Trump administration, has returned to serve as chairman of the Gatestone Institute, a conservative US-based think tank he chaired before joining the National Security Council (NSC) in March 2018.
Bolton sent an email to subscribers on Sunday, asking them to contribute to the institution and citing what he described as censorship in social media.
"At a time when Facebook censors, blocks, or removes Gatestone’s material, we refuse to be silenced; we continue to publish our carefully researched, accurate articles," Bolton wrote. "We need to combat this censorship that at the end is meant for all of us," he added. "To do this, Gatestone needs to strengthen its community of experts, to ensure their vital work continues to make its significant impact."
"The Christian population of the Middle East, there for 2,000 years, is being subjected to relentless persecution and forced conversion," Bolton said in his email. "The response of the mainstream media and almost all Western governments: Say nothing, do nothing."He also addressed criticism against Gatestone, writing: "During the past few years, we have seen many jihadist terror attacks across the West, killing hundreds of innocents in the US, , Belgium, Germany, and Spain. And let us not forget the steady drip-drip of jihadi "lone-wolf" knife attacks in Australia, , Israel, Germany, and the Netherlands."
"What is the response of the an leadership to our new reality? Denial, word games, and silence," Bolton wrote. "And verbal attacks on citizens who insist on talking about the threats we face. They call us ’Islamophobic’ or ’racist’ to try to silence us."
NBC reported in April 2018 that the advocacy group promoted misleading and false anti- news.
"Western governments have been successfully working with social media giants such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Microsoft to censor what they call ’hate speech’ ‐ meaning any criticism of Islam and unvetted immigration," Bolton said in his email.

CIA Director Gina Haspel Is Feeling the Heat as John Durham's Investigation Focuses on CIA Misconduct
[RedState] Why the CIA? Because though we know some, in the quaint words of FBI attorney Lisa Page in her texts to the adulterous Peter Strzok, "OCONUS lures" were approved, there seems to have been an unseemly amount of collaboration with foreign intelligence services in this whole mess. For instance, Christopher Steele’s professional associations were at least as strong with CIA as with the FBI. The whole incident involving George Papadopoulos seems almost entirely an intelligence undertaking. Joseph Mifsud was a Western intelligence asset...most likely Italian. He’s the guy who planted the story with Papadopoulos about the "dirt" the Russians had on Hillary Clinton. Alexander Downer, the former Australian diplomat who had an oh so casual conversation with Papadopoulos in a London bar and reported on that conversation to his superiors, is thought to be an MI6 asset. And we have to wonder why a senior Australian officials felt obliged to report this rumor through intelligence channels. Later on a mysterious woman, ’Azra Turk,’ was dangled in front of Papadopoulos in what appeared to have been an abortive ’honey pot’ operation, something much more in keeping with an intelligence rather than a law enforcement operation.
And, of course, former CIA Director John Brennan was a driving force in the mainstreaming of the Steele Dossier, despite his own agency calling it an ’internet rumor,’ into the Russia Hoax an he has been one of the most vociferous voices pushing that Hoax in the media. And, because Brennan can’t have acted alone, that raises a host of questions about the actions of the CIA...especially considering that it is a CIA officer, Eric Ciarmarella, who acted as the "whistleblower" that set off the impeachment of President Trump.
But, as I note above, the walls seem to be closing in on Brennan and that has caused one of the leading purveyors of the Russia Hoax, Natasha Bertrand, to write a story basically framing this as a loyalty test for CIA Director Gina Haspel. The messenger, here, is the message. Bertrand was an uncritical stenographer for Fusion GPS to the extent that you often see her referred to as "Fusion Natasha."

DOJ Refuses To Release Records On Imran Awan, Citing ‘Technical Difficulties' And A Secret Case, Court Docs Show
[Daily Caller] The Department of Justice is withholding documents about the Imran Awan cybersecurity scandal by saying there is an ongoing, secret case related to matter, according to court papers.
Judicial Watch filed a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit Nov. 7, 2018, for 7,000 pages of Capitol Police records related to the cybersecurity investigation, and Aug. 2, the DOJ agreed to begin producing records by Nov. 5.
That deadline came and went with no records being produced; on a Nov. 13 phone call, the DOJ said "technical difficulties" had resulted in a delay, Judicial Watch stated in a court filing.
The DOJ later changed its story and said it was actually withholding documents "pursuant to an Order issued by the Honorable Tanya S. Chutkan who is presiding over a related sealed criminal matter," prosecutors said in a Dec. 5 filing.

"The ’difficulties’ in providing responsive material was [sic] due to the unexpected and unique set of facts described above that was out of control of the Defendant. Defendant’s only motivation was to maintain the integrity of the sealed matter as much as possible," assistant U.S. Attorney Benton Peterson said in the filing.

DOJ inspector general unable to say if bias tainted Carter Page FISA process
[Washington Examiner] Bias may have crept into the process by which the FBI sought the authority to monitor electronically a onetime member of President Trump's campaign, according to Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz.
An assessment from the DOJ watchdog found the Trump-Russia investigation was opened on a sound legal footing and was unable to "find documentary or testimonial evidence that political bias or improper motivation influenced" the genesis of that investigation.
"We even did a word search for 'bias' but didn't find any exact references"
But Horowitz, who released a report on Monday regarding the FBI's counterintelligence investigation into the Trump team, distinguished between the opening of the inquiry in late July 2016 and the investigatory actions related to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act that followed.
"We asked all the witnesses ‐ not just him ‐ as to whether bias or other improper considerations had any impact, but we also looked for emails, text messages, documents that could show what we found, frankly, with Strzok and Page," Horowitz said while answering a line of questioning by Idaho Republican Sen. Mike Crapo during a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on Wednesday.
Horowitz was referring to Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, former FBI officials who were part of the Russia investigation before being removed due to the discovery of anti-Trump text messages that the inspector general found in a prior investigation. One revelation in Horowitz's latest report is that Strzok was involved in the decision to initiate the counterintelligence investigation, but it was his superior, Bill Priestap, the assistant director of the FBI Counterintelligence Division, who made the actual authorization.

So Obama knew all along about the FBI bid to spy on his rival
[American Thinker] Up until now, President Obama has said he knew nothing about the FBI bid to destroy his political rival, Donald J. Trump, as evidenced in the newly released and mighty critical inspector general report.
Back in August 2016, Obama said:
I do not talk to the attorney general about pending investigations. I do not talk to FBI directors about pending investigations[.] ... I guarantee that there is no political influence in any investigation conducted by the Justice Department or the FBI -- not just in this case, but in any case. FULL STOP. PERIOD. Guaranteed. Nobody gets treated differently when it comes to the Justice Department[.]
Today, Obama's claim is in tatters. Julie Kelly of the Federalist found references within the new I.G. report that Obama was briefed on the gamy investigation and knew all about it all along.
Former FBI Director James Comey briefed President Barack Obama about the investigation into Donald Trump's campaign before the 2016 election, according to a report released today by the Justice Department's inspector general.
So Obama knew, quite contrary to his claims, that this now criticized rat-king of an investigation on his rival was happening as he watched.
It's not a big surprise, actually. As Kelly notes, FBI officials Peter Strzok's and Lisa Page's emails suggested that that was going on:

Former FBI attorney Lisa Page sues DOJ for releasing her texts with Peter Strzok
[Washington Examiner] Former FBI attorney Lisa Page is suing the Department of Justice and the FBI for violating her privacy by releasing her personal information to the public.
Page, 39, announced her lawsuit over Twitter on Tuesday. The attorney alleges that the DOJ and the FBI’s release of text messages between her and then-FBI agent Peter Strzok violated Privacy Act provisions regulating the release of private information to the media.
"I sued the Department of Justice and FBI today," Page said. "I take little joy in having done so. But what they did in leaking my messages to the press was not only wrong, it was illegal."

VDH 'When Our Guardians Fail Us'
[Townhall] One symptom of a society in crisis is the unreliability or even corruption of its own auditors.
After all, when the watchmen have lost moral authority to watch, who can be believed or trusted? Or, as the Roman satirist Juvenal famously put it, "Who will guard the guardians?"
It was recently reported that FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith altered an email to bolster a suspicious FBI effort to obtain a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court warrant authorizing the surveillance of Carter Page, a onetime employee of the Trump campaign.
If true, Clinesmith helped the FBI successfully delude the court into granting what was likely an illegal request to spy on the Trump campaign. Clinesmith was reportedly expelled from special counsel Robert Mueller's legal team for cheering on opposition to the Trump presidency by writing "Viva la resistance!" in a text message discussion.
After FBI Director James Comey was fired, he leaked his own memos of private and confidential conversations with the president. Whether Comey would go to jail hinged on how the FBI would categorize his memos post facto -- as merely "confidential," or as "secret" or "top secret."
Two of the adjudicators were Lisa Page and Peter Strzok, former Comey friends and FBI subordinates. The FBI eventually ruled that the leaking of the memos was not felonious. Page and Strzok, who were involved in an amorous relationship, were later dismissed from Mueller's team for exchanging texts that showed bias and hatred toward Trump, the object of their team's investigation.
We are awaiting the results of investigations being conducted by Department of Justice Inspector General Michael Horowitz and federal prosecutor John Durham. Both are examining whether the nation's top investigators at the FBI, CIA and DOJ were themselves corrupt.

Convicted Pedophile Used In Mueller Investigation Indicted For Funneling Millions In Illegal Contributions to Hillary
[DAILYWIRE] George Nader, a convicted pedophile that special counsel Robert Mueller used in his Russia investigation, was indicted on Tuesday for allegedly concealing millions of dollars in illegal campaign contributions to then-Democratic presidential candidate "The Justice Department refers only to an unidentified 2016 presidential candidate, but campaign finance records make clear that the candidate was Clinton," Politico reported.
In a statement, the U.S. Department of Justice wrote:
According to the indictment, from March 2016 through January 2017, Khawaja conspired with Nader to conceal the source of more than $3.5 million in campaign contributions, directed to political committees associated with a candidate for President of the United States in the 2016 election. By design, these contributions appeared to be in the names of Khawaja, his wife, and his company. In reality, they allegedly were funded by Nader. Khawaja and Nader allegedly made these contributions in an effort to gain influence with high-level political figures, including the candidate. As Khawaja and Nader arranged these payments, Nader allegedly reported to an official from a foreign government about his efforts to gain influence.
"The indictment noted that political committees that received funding unwittingly submitted false disclosure reports and were presumably victims of the plot," The Washington Post reported. "Still, Clinton apparently attended numerous events, including small gatherings, with Nader, who on July 19, 2016, messaged the foreign official a photograph of him with Candidate 1’s spouse ‐ an apparent reference to ‐ at Khawaja’s home.”

Lisa Page Text to Peter Strzok: ‘You get all our oconus lures approved? ;)'
[RedState] A fascinating article, written by Judicial Watch's Chris Farrell, a former counterintelligence case officer, recently appeared on the Gatestone Institute's website. Just when we thought we could recite every text message ever exchanged between Page and Strzok, along comes a new one. In December 2015, Page wrote to Strzok, "You get all our oconus lures approved? ;)."
Because, believe it or not, the FBI is prohibited from such activities as investigating a major political party's candidate for the presidency, they needed to find an alternative. Farrell explains that their alternative was to "manufacture a foreign counterintelligence (FCI) "threat" that could then be "imported" back into the United States." He writes:
Plausible deniability, the Holy Grail of covert activities, was in reach for the plotters if they could develop an FCI operation outside the continental United States (OCONUS) involving FBI confidential human sources (Halper, Mifsud, others?) that would act as "lures" (intelligence jargon associated with double agent operations) to ensnare Trump associates.
