#6 The worst part of all of this is they threw him into the criminal justice system and now he's all lawyered up.

No intel, no interrogations, no info, no nothing.

That's what is wrong with this administration and their criminal justice approach to the GLOBAL WAR ON TERROR, once a guy goes into the court system we lose any chance of getting him to talk about anything except name rank and serial number.

Putting this guy anywhere except in a chair with a spot light and a rubber hose is a disgrace.

As long as these clowns treat the jihadis as common criminals instead of terrorists, we will never win this battle.
