#2 Fixed. I've been having trouble with it, too. For some reason it started closing highlight immediately after opening, instead of closing at the end of the chosen bit of text -- very annoying. So I moved it and all is as intended. ;-)

One suspect is in custody in connection, according to the Broward Sheriff’s Office. A law enforcement source talking to CBS News identifies the accused shooter as Esteban Santiago who was born in New Jersey and had a military ID.
