Sounds wonderful: of course, we all seen how it works in practice - some, pig-ignorant, MBA giving ridiculous orders to technical experts.

#3 After 30+ years as one of those "technical experts" I decided that the rarest skill is figuring out what the right this is to do then communicating it to the techies so they can figure out how to do it.
