#2 I sometimes believe that ISIS is the Frankenstein created by the Pakistani ISI back in the Afghan wars. Seems to me that you can trace ISIS back to AQ and then to Bin Laden during the Afghan wars with the Soviets and back to ISI supporting him.

I have this belief that ISI is the puppet master on a lot of ISIS activity and a conduit for funding.
