#1 Ginsburg did not attend Trump's address to Congress last year after attending all eight of former President Obama's addresses.

It's her way of sending a message. An adolescent message, but a message still. Her speaking tour is much more important than applauding the accomplishments of a mere president. The dour old hag will not be missed.
