In-person voting only, with valid govt-issued photo ID and paper ballots. Witnesses from both parties across every link in the chain of custody.

#2 Restrict the franchise to those who can own the standard military issued weapon of the Army and 200 rounds of ammo. You don't trust them with the gun, you don't trust them with the vote.
