#2 15 states and the District of Columbia have passed laws to allow illegal aliens to obtain driver’s licenses: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Utah, Vermont, and Washington.

So drive with extreme caution around ANYONE with a license plate from these state on their vehicle, especially if its a Tesla.

#6 When we lived in Germany and Belgium we were required to get a national drivers license by the end of the first year of residence, necessary because the international drivers license we got before we left home was only good for twelve months. In both countries we had to provide documents showing legal residence and our current address, and our American license meant we didn’t have to pass the usual tests — a relief in Germany, as I was not at all certain I would be able to pass.

#8 Pretty seamless with the reciprocity agreements. The only thing one had to get was an eye test.
