#1 If they wish to be a Russian dependency, let them do so. Why do we care?

What exactly would we lose if Germany were to sail into Russia's orbit?

How if at all does Germany help us now, and what, if anything, would be jeopardized when Germany's joined to Russia?

#9 Maybe it was really, really unwise to move NATO eastward to Russia's borders -- after EVERY Western leader lied to the Russian leaders, repeatedly, about how NATO would not be moved east.
