#1 I hate Hitler references but the Germans had many LEGAL opportunities to stop the Nazis, but they failed to follow through on the threats of imprisonment/execution of the leadership. The Lemmingnese had many opportunities to stop Hezbollah but instead joined them in their anti Israeli screed/actions. They (Hezbollah) are now in charge of the government and you think they care what was written on a paper 20 years ago? Did our dear friend Hitler care about any treaty signed before OR during his government took power? The only way Hariri and his group can ensure the protection of public and private lives from Hizbullah's arms is to overthrow them. I doubt that now they are in power they will let go easily.
