#9 CT must be from one of those "alphabet" agencies that we hear lurk around the 'Burg on a regular basis.

Second thought: does it not seem as if rapists must be the most incredibly potent males on the planet? It seems like there are an awful lot of reported stories where women raped one time conceive children. That seems more than just unusual given the huge amounts that are spent worldwide by married couples desperately trying to become pregnant.
