#3 Like George WIll said the other day, they don't have the "courage of their convictions". They only want to dance around the issue and embarras Bush. If it encourages the Jihadis, or results in a few dead soldiers, well....if Bush hadn't lied, nobody would've died.

#4 Maybe the 'chambers' would be a good place to temp store those 'non-existent' 500+ chemical warheads so far collected in Iraq. Just be be sure they don't fall into AQ hands.
