#2 The court ruled the lawsuit was improperly brought by James Policastro, directing that if the plaintiff had any legitimate issue with the project, he should have taken part in the multi-year public process which led to the projects approval.

I'll have to do some digging, but I seem to recall that this "public process" was less than transparent.

#3 notwithstanding the remarks of the inter-faith coordinator, there are at least 2 other lawsuits in progress
