Perhaps not our first clue, but certainly near the very top.

#2 The author's solution is built on the structure of a grassroots political movement designed to return control of the country to the citizenry. This is something to be implemented locally, in communities, towns, and cities. And, importantly, it doesn’t require an elected representative to make the message heard.

Similar to what I read here in a comment, earlier this week.
