#2 ...Concerned, but not worried. The USN would have its hands full keeping this thing working and deployed; the ~~Soviets~~ Russians are likely to find that they have just built an extremely large, expensive, and tactically/strategically useless pool float.

this sub is big enough to displace so much water while moving that, unless it is way deep, it will be likely detected by satellite
