#3 I read a couple AAR which basically said they were dealt a shit hand and played it as well as could be done.

Joined in 2010, pres/ceo 2016, which is long enough to have an affect on the hand dealt. I do think it was about 2010 when the big Obama Green Energy Push was getting going.
