#1 And when the UN made its resolute and final DECISION, China and Russia would veto it. But seriously folks, the UN would THEN have to GET some military troops to DO the deed of establishing a No-fly zone and then ENFORCING it. Yeah?

Who would volunteer for that little task? Croatia? The French?
