#3 Back in the day when I worked a temp assignment out at Tosco/Avon Refinery as a way of making a dollar, one of the areas I worked was the Economic Planning Division. There was a standing rule that we could not hang a picture or move a piece of furniture ourselves - that was a job for a union member. The rule was so strict that we were forbidden to pick up a hammer or a screwdriver as that might take time or a job away from a union member.
