#1 The State Department has for a half-century produced its uncalassified Limits in the Seas evaluations. It has produced many more than one hundred boundary studies, and some on contentious boundaries, but never an unclassified report on the Israel-Lebanon seaward boundary. Almost certainly at one time or another it has done a study on Israel=Lebanon and it should be produced for the public at large.

IMO, the reason it's classified is because - in USDS opinion - US public is not ready for "Since Israel doesn't have a right to exist, it doesn't have a right to borders - maritime or terrestrial".
