She is already calculating the effects on her 2024 Presidential aspirations from a risk-adverse perspective. Not the impact on America, or the people she is supposedly now serving and governing on their behalf. Wow, imagine how that will fly in the face of foreign and domestic threats like Putie, Xi, the Norks and Jihadis 1-20?
