#5 Punching above our weight? OMG, if you search the NPR site for Rantburg, the first story returned is the DS&TP from 4/22, the one with the overly sarcastic post from GB! We even have agents inside NPR?

Torpedo or directly placed contact charge... Getting that precise placement with a static mine is highly unlikely (more like pure, rotten luck...).

This was a controlled and deliberate attack.
