#2 Progressives have no need of charities - that's the job of the government. Besides, it's much easier to be generous with other people's money.

#3 I'm sure ACORN, the Tides Foundation, etc, filed with the IRS as required. I'm equally sure that ACORN, at least, had a number of unnoticed errors in the figures they submitted, which made the results look much lower than the amounts in the unlisted bank accounts.
