So the LSD leadership has in as much said the Black Community has FAILED despite all the $$ Trillions of Government support it has already received? Therefore we should DUMP more $$$$ on them.

Which most likely the Elite will acquire over a short period of time as they spend it.

BTW: My Dads people came here as indentured servants in 1894 and have nothing to do with US pre-1866 issues. Why should I or my offspring paid for something done before we arrived.
