#1 Let's have two cities...they can do whatever they want in theirs...in ours, commit three felonies earn an automatic death penalty. Jails will have no weights. Prisoners who want to eat will have to work to grow their own food. Illegals will be immediately deported or if charged with crimes, executed. Which city will you want to live in?
