#1 Why don't they just shoot them ? Now the lawyers will get to work. Say it's the hundreds of years of slavery that offended him and he cracked. That the socialist schooling system wasn't socialist enough. Or Trump had something to do with it. Anything but black delinquency.

#2 We don’t want police going out of their way to shoot bad people, because sometimes they turn out to have been good people... or at least innocent of that particular charge. And because sometimes bad people really do learn to choose goodness in prison.
