Indeed. Most bras don't come in 30" or 32" at all, and of the ones that do, most are designed for twelve year old girls just starting to blossom into womanhood, not slender women with very womanly proportions. A $3 surcharge is very reasonable. In my part of the world a 30G costs well upward of $60, only available in specialty shops. The department stores carry nothing smaller than a 32, and nothing larger than G.
