#1 ...The ALWAYS reliable strategypage.com says this morning that there's pretty clear evidence that the LTTE is herding human shields together, setting off bombs beneath them, then blaming the Sri Lankan forces. Of course, the nice morons at HRW just don't seem to be able to comprehend that possibility.

#3 Agreed. Just as HRW, AmNASTY International and the UN know full well that Hamas are using human shields, using hospitals, schools, and mosques as fortresses and ammo dumps AND FIRING FROM UN BUILDINGS. But still accuse Israel of war crimes.

Personally I think we should treat all three of them as terrorist organizations themselves - particulary the UN.
