#2 If they fire a SCUD at one US vessel or allied installation, it could be over very quickly. I don't believe the Orange Man will want to play games with this one.

#3 if a missile is fired, i doubt it would be a SCUD; more likely a Silkworm. much harder to detect and destroy. plus the iranians would just have to know they have only one shot before all hell comes crashing through their door. and roof. and walls.
