#1 Not that other unnamed ethnic groups haven't done the same considering its basic tribalism behavior. When you promote hyphenated identity you feed the beast. However, the largest body count usually is achieved within the 'family' far more than from outside predators. It generally goes unacknowledged because it doesn't provide 'guilt or sin' to leverage for power over other groups.
