If a child opens a lemonade stand the local Deep State fines the parents
If the child shoots his/her schoolmates the parents are not charged
If a child commits an equivalent adult crime they are often treated in Juvenal courts with far lesser punishment
If a child opens a lemonade stand they are treated under adult laws

Deep State isn't just in the geography of the Swamp
Power is self rationalizing and self justifying at all levels
