#2 Based on the CCTV footage I saw, it appears that the initial explosion seems integral to the structure.

The explosives, and a lot of them, had to have been placed down low and internally for that to happen. I don't believe any conventional field weaponry (including drones, MLRS and/or cruise missiles) that either Ukraine or Russia are using right now could pack enough punch to penetrate an earthen dam enough to cause this.

I do know that Ukraine damaged the roadway over a small sluice channel north of this new breach previously with a HIMARS, but this explosion is well beyond what those are capable of.
