#4 ISIS is not gaining the benefit of experience in developing its next generation of leaders

1. Life is cheap

2. Life is harsh

3. Some lives end up slightly more valuable than others, e.g. Chechens, "Russians", those with various skills, money, connections.

4. As a result of 1 &2, Those that aren't valuable end up having to prove themselves through the Darwin School of Warfare.

It's all very Occidental.
