#3 The leaker's budget should be docked by the amount each migrant effectively costs American citizens.

1000 dollars per illegal migrant per month is a rough figure that will be a good start. Can add more for the costs of jailing.

#6 I have no idea ruprecht. I'd be satisfied with a permanent revocation of security clearance (which essentially means no gummit job), and banishment from public service and D.C.

If there were actual criminal acts involved, that takes it to an entirely different level.
