#1 Half a freaking ton???? That's a lot of blowing up. Worse if broken up into, say, five-pound lots and spread around.

There was an understanding that diplomatic pouches, with their immunity, wouldn't be used to kill people directly, espionage excluded.

Send the stuff back with a fuse designed to go off when in the presence of molested goat.

Assadollah Assadi, was listed as a low-ranking official at Iran’s Vienna embassy, but identified by dissidents as station chief of the Ministry of Intelligence and Security (MOIS) in Vienna since 2014. He handed the briefcase to an Iranian migrant family - a Mr. Amir Saadouni and his wife, Nasimeh Naami in Luxembourg and wanted him to blow up a meeting of the NCRI. The event 'Free Iran: the Alternative' was attended by dignitaries from the U.S., Europe and Middle East, including President-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) Maryam Rajavi, advisor to U.S. President Donald Trump Rudy Giuliani, former U.S. Congressman Newt Gingrich, former French Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner, former Canadian Foreign Minister John Baird, and others.

Iran denied a plot to blow up the NCRI also called the Mujahideen-e-Khalq obsessive fuckers, which aims to overthrow Khomeini and end clerical rule in Iran.

The spymaster was held in Germany on a Europe-wide arrest warrant and was later extradited to Belgium for trial. According to the charges, Assadi has participated in regime-sponsored assassinations for Iran for nearly thirty years.
