#3 Parking lots are essentially renting parking spaces for 160 dollars a day.... who doesn't like that idea, the kickbacks and guaranteed income make for some amazing graft, and it looks like the city is doing something when in fact they do nothing but use taxpayer money to pay off friends and maintain the status quo.
