#2 Time for legislatures to take back responsibility for their universities and colleges. Do away with 'trustees' and allocate the positions to members of the legislature. Direct accountability (and one less patronage reward of the governors).

#6 As I understand it the current default is that if a person is required to get the jab, and there is a problem, the institution is liable.

But that still falls under P2K's guidance.

There is a long tradition in America of unvaccinated little darlings getting the diseases they refused protection for, g(r)omgoru. Usually it’s meningitis — discovered after they died before getting to a doctor— though in recent years it’s been childhood diseases like measles and whooping cough. The legislature need only look at precedent, which places the liability on the shoulders of those who choose not to be vaccinated.
