#6 I think it's Columbia that has the old mom CEO and son sidekick who are commies. North Face I think is just a front end for sweatshop manufacturing in China and Vietnam. Either way, white people wearing it are signalling they are (in their own minds) "better than you." The mob kids will look very out of place wearing that stuff back in da hood. But it's probably not the coppers' biggest problem there, so don't expect much remediation.

One would think this is a great opening for someone to write an AI routine that watches a store / brand's occurrences in anti-social media and automatically locks the doors.

#7 And, lets understand. Any "flash mob" is the result of coordination via electronic communication. It's criminal conspiracy. Make it RICO and put the carriers on the hook too it they don't turn over all pertinent records on the jump. And career death penalty for any LE or court officers who try to act like they "don't have enough actionable material to make a case."
