#2 As a subsidiary their parent corporation Unilever has a fiduciary responsibility to stop them from violating anti-BDS laws. Full stop. They do not have a license to commit felonies on Unilever's watch (or at least they need to be far less blatant!).

I wouldn't want those people with a poor understanding of how to run a business in charge, I'll fire them all!

Beside, the "occupied Palestinian territory" doesn't exist, the Palestinians never had their own territory to begin with. It all belongs to Israel anyway.
