#1 That whole "burst" thing... Like the magazine disconnectors on the old turnbolt rifles of the early 20th century. Classic peacetime beancounter and marksmanship mafia thinking.

Also- note the wear & tear on the weapons in the video. This is an army that has been rode hard and put up wet.
