#1 That's probably why judges are attacked, even killed in Pakistain. In order to pass a judges exam, an individual goes through what is called 'education'. Jurisprudence, theories of justice and society, comparative sociology, criminal psychology. Any human mind going through that process has to travel far from the realm of rabid demagoguery that pervades Pakistani society. More power to the judge, I say.
